BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend buying the warranty if you expect Piazza to honor it. We spent $1,400 on the Zurich warranty which covers some outside things and on paper looks good for inside protection. Called to schedule and was told they can't do the work and to check back late summer. You are better off keeping that money in your pocket and hiring someone that backs up their promises directly.

Buying a car from Piazza Honda of Reading is always a welcomed, hassle-free experience. I have bought my last three Honda Accords from Tom Miller, who has been wonderful to work with. He will always go the "extra mile" to be helpful and informative. For any of my future car-buying needs, I will seek out Tom and have already referenced his name to other potential car-buyers. This time, because of the pandemic, he came to my house and took my trade-in Honda to Piazza Honda for its assessment so that I didn't have to go to the dealership. Much appreciated!

Super disappointing customer service from Frank Franco and the management at Piazza Honda. Stopped in with my husband to try and buy a 2021 Honda Accord, I was willing to put cash down on it to hold it. MSRP was 30330, tagged on the lot for 31720 because of some additional features Piazza had done. We got in and noticed the mileage was ~6000 miles, which is pretty high for a new vehicle. Frank let us know that a perk of working for the dealership is getting to drive it occasionally. Went to sit down with Frank to discuss a reasonable price since a car with 6K miles doesn’t seem very new to me. During the entire negotiation process, Frank was very condescending to my Husband and I. He went to speak to his manager who was willing to sell for 32720, which was $1000 over their own tagged price. I let Frank know that paying over what THEY had tagged it for on the lot wasn’t going to happen. He said his manager probably wouldn’t sell for less and I told him I wanted to talk to him about it then. The final number Frank came back with was 31620 - which is still ridiculous for a car that has 6K miles on it. At that point I decided to walk. TL;DR: Piazza Honda puts 6K miles worth of wear and tear on a car and then still tries to price gouge you. Wouldn’t recommend seeing Frank at all.

I moved from MN to PA recently, and I've always serviced my Honda accord at Honda service centers, Piazza Honda service center mentioned that my front brake pads need to be replaced and It was ok until that part, they also recommended brake rotor resurfacing along with the brake pads which I signed up for, But "I specifically and repeatedly asked the question if I should get the new rotors instead of getting them resurfaced". they said I have plenty of thickness on my rotors I can do resurfacing even next time. After they said that I went ahead with their recommendation, after a week I went to get my vehicle inspected (PA state requirement), they mentioned that My Rotors are too thin and I need new ones, I paid $270 for Brake pad replacement and Rotor resurfacing, Out of which the Labor costed me ~$190. I wonder if Honda service people know what they are doing, If they do they would have recommended rotor replacement instead of re surfacing. Is it too much to expect valuable/ appropriate recommendation from Honda dealership even after paying exorbitant Labor charges?, need to reach out to them to see how they could address this issue for me.

Called and confirmed the availability of a car on their lot. Arranged for a time to meet and they agreed to call if it was sold before we got there (we had a 2 hour drive to dealer). When we arrived, the salesperson told us it had been sold 3 hours before. They did not contact us ahead of time and offered no explanation. I will not recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This was hands down the WORST car buying experience I have had. I called the night before I went to test drive to make an appointment, I talked with a sweet girl who was very helpful. I went in the next day around 11 a.m. and was greeted by a very nice sales man. He said he would be right with me and that he was finishing up with a customer. I then sat for about 30 minutes until he was finished, even though there were other salesmen there. We proceed to talk and he wanted to skim my credit, which was fine. After another 35 minutes we finally were walking out to see the car. As we were walking, they called his name over the loud speaker. After another 40 minutes of waiting I finally got to test drive the car. There was a terrible droning noise coming for the tires. I told them it was a deal breaker, no tires or I'm walking. They then proceeded to tell me my payment would be in the high 200's even though they NEVER told me how much they would give me for my car, they denied the new tires and expected me to buy. After I told the salesman no, he went to talk to "Tommy" and they brought out the sweet girl I talked to on the phone. She was trying to explain the noise to me and that it would go away, which it wouldn't. I told her I was leaving. Meanwhile the salesman and girl looked at each other and said, "We have to get our manager out here now." I said, "Why?" They proceeded with, "Basically you need to explain to him that you don't want the car." They also went on to say that they will basically get in trouble for me walking out. I could not believe the way I was treated, made to wait, and pressured. I will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. As I was explaining my horror story to friends and family, they all assured me that Piazza Honda Reading was a terrible business, and had terrible people to work with. Therefore, I will never take my business there, nor will I tell others.

My wife and I would like to thank Patti for the wonderful job she did in planning the Customer Night/New Owned Seminar! I have bought many cars in my lifetime, but never experienced anything like this! The evening was informative, the food was delicious and at the hand of the affable Mark Kosak, my wife even learned how to use more of the technical features of our new RDX! Even though I did not buy my car from Piazza Honda, they were extremely helpful and communicated with me back and forth while I was looking. While I may not have bought my car here, they certainly helped me negotiate with another dealer and knowing what they had and what they would offer was a huge help. Great communication and friendly staff both on the phone and through email.

We are never happy when there is no room for negotiation on a used car. Despite this, we were very happy that all the issues that we saw with our certified Acura were completely rectified before purchase. It would probably be easier on the salesmen if certified cars had all cosmetic issues resolved before they hit the sakes lot! The only time we felt pressured was when we were "encouraged" to buy additional warranties on a certified car.

There is no doubt that Nancy Juhasz is a professional. Over the years, we have bought a few cars from this Honda dealership. Although the models, styles, and colors may have varied, there was always one constant - Nancy Juhasz. In the middle of our transactions, she continually afforded us insight and patience. She ably demonstrated direct information, realistic goals, interpersonal skills and a very positive attitude. We thank her for her guidance and personal attention. I wrote to find out about a used car, but was told it was in the shop for repairs & that I would be contacted once it was available for sale again. After a few days of not hearing anything, I contacted them again only to be told the car was still in service being painted. Guess they didn't want to sell this, or any other car to us because we never heard back from them! No worries- their loss because we got great service & a great car at Rothrock!

Salesman Abou Cassell couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us. Unlike other salesman, he left us ask the questions and make the decisions. Great person who wants the best for you. We just recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Piazza Honda. We were treated very well and never felt that normal car dealer pressure. After some fun negotiations we got the price that we thought was fair and purchased the car. The dealer has commited and well trained associates and a very nice facility. We would return when we need another new car.

I drove 100 miles from New Jersey to this dealer for a 2005 BMW Z4. The salesman (Josh Westendorp) stated over the phone that this Z4 will be as nice as I could find. He didn't lie. The car is in oustanding condition. The buying process and negotiations were painless as Josh was both courteous and professional. I've always been very wary of car dealers and I was truly impressed with this dealership and especially Josh. I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 100 miles for my next car here.
