I'm always greeted as soon as I pull my car into the garage. There's no wait at check-in. I also appreciate the comfortable chairs in the waiting area and that the area is always clean. Upon check-out, everything is clearly explained. I'm also very happy that I'll be provided a loaner car when I have to leave my car overnight for repair. They seem like a very organized and competent shop. I'll be back.

My wife and I are thoroughly disappointed with their service and workmanship. We purchased a brand new Honda CRV from Piazza Honda in Limerick. Three weeks later we experienced a read-end collision, so we wanted to take it to the dealer to get it fixed "right". Reading Collision, who is part of Piazza Honda, has had our vehicle for SEVEN WEEKS. The first time the vehicle was "complete", there were bent parts installed and they forgot to perform the alignment. The second time the vehicle was "complete", there were improperly installed body parts, the paint was chipped, and I noticed that they missed two damaged parts. After seven weeks of rental car bills piling up, I asked for a loaner car. They denied the request. I highly recommend that you avoid taking your vehicle to this company for repairs.

I gave the Piazza Honda of Pottstown a POOR rating because they have no sense of customer service. I finalized one deals for car on last week . They said we do not have time so you can put the Deposit and come back on monday. when i reach on monday they already run my credit without informed me and than trying to sale old MRP striker price car compare to new car that recently come in there lots. when i told that i want new MRP striker price car that i saw on saturday . Both manger and sales person said that this is the car that we can abel to give you. we can not give you new MRP striker price car. we don't have it . i spend two days , get off from job and getting nothing. wasting my time . so be careful to go over there. they are very smart business man with poor and bad customer service..............................,

I went to Piazza Honda in Limerick because my neighbor got her car there. She said the people were extremely helpful and willing to accomodate my needs. I dealt with the Manager, Jay Nothstein and Helen Stevens, our sales person. Jay had a smile on his face constantly and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Helen stayed with me the entire day, talking with me as if she knew me all my life. We had great conversations. After I got the deal of a lifetime, Jay took my picture to put on facebook. Yes, it was a great experience. Lucky for Piazza to have these wonderful people on their team. The soft pretzels were delicious!!

I gave the Piazza Honda of Pottstown a great rating because they helped with finding a car that I could afford. The workers are very nice their. When I got my car home the check engine light came on. I took it back up and they said to keep an eye on it if it comes back on. It did. I called an appointment with them and I got in the next day. It took them two days to figure out what was wrong with my car but it was free at the end and it was nothing major. I also got a free oil change and coupons for washing my car.

I don't feel like they are upfront with the recalls and repairs on cars that you purchase from their dealership. I will never buy another car from this dealer again and will tell everyone I can not to buy one there. I have had some bad experiences with the service dept. regarding recalls and some service issues. The most recent is the Takata Driver Airbag. After getting the recall letter, I called Piazza Honda of Pottstown and spoke with Dan Sailor who at first "acted like" he knew very little about it. At first he didn't even mention that my car was impacted by it until I told him I had a letter and I had looked up my vin. (This was after he said he looked up my car.) Then he said that they were NOT providing rental cars or loaners until the parts became available which they don't even know when, most likely summer. "Their hands are tied he said." No regard to their customers safety. I could tell he was just hoping I would go away!!! Even if he was unsure of the situation. I could hear it in his voice "Please go away!". I called the Main Line Honda and their answering recording had this very situation on the prompt. Also, quickly a rep said they would be happy to provide a rental car. I didn't have to ask, they asked me and asked if I could get it today! They also had an expected date for the part by the end of April. I understand Piazza may not have those details for the parts yet, but when I called back. They said "oh, we are not partnering with a rental car company but giving loaners out on case by case basis, we have to discuss it with the service manager". When I said I filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin, the Piazza Rep (Brian) did not seem to think that would do much of anything. I see now, it's clear, they don't care about my safety and my business. I am now determined to tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me, my experience and write into Honda Customer Service and National Highway Traffic Safety Admin my experience. I didn't go into too much detail here, but my experiences with the service and their response has made me want to speak up. I could just quietly go away But if I do speak up, maybe that will actually help them improve! Maybe it's to their benefit that I do!

We took our vehicle in for a noise complaint and hesistation. We received a phone call saying the car was taken on 3 long test drives but they could not duplicate the concern and We were told We can pick it up. We pick it up, drive home and as I'm walking around the vehicle discover a very large dent in the rear quafter panel, damage to the fender linings and wheel well, damage to the paint etc..call honda immediately and were told to bring the vehicle back Monday. Over the phone we were told the now that the vehicle never left the parking spot that we parked it in. (but I thought it was taken on 3 long test drives????) mind you we were given a 2 door civic as a loaner car...even with them knowing we have a kid in a car seat! Then were told the vehicle is fixed..go to pick it up and NOW all they did was push out the dent and buff the paint...still completely noticable that the vehicle was damaged. I refused to take the car from the lot. Took 4 days to for anyone to answer any questions took 4 days to get a return phone call from the GM was denied a larger loaner car, was told they didn't want to fix the car because they didn't want to pay to get the footage from the security cameras and because they didn't want to pay the insurance deductible to fix it the right way. This whole ordeal went on for 2 weeks. The only thing they offered was to give us a new vehicle same model which my other half was not happy with in the first place and to sign into a 3 year lease. Nobody at the dealership wanted to admit fault or do anything about the issue. We were not treated professionally by anyone at the dealership. Honda of America was called and we were told basically there's nothing they could do. Which is BS because I know how this stuff works being that I work in a dealership. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY establishment. We even went a few days without even knowing where our car was because they wouldn't answer that question! After 5 years of paying Honda they couldn't even give up 1000 dollars profit to get my other half in something that she was actually happy with. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything.

We bought a used 2011 Honda accord and leased a new civic back in January from Dewey. Dewey was great. He really went out of his way to make it easy and stress free for us. We spent many hours at the dealership that day, and had our 5 year old son with us. The dealership itself was very accommodating for children, with a large kids play room and cartoons. They had free pretzels and drinks and even a charging station for our phones, which came in handy that day. Today, 9 months after our purchase, I just took my beloved Honda Accord to the express service for a quick oil change, while my kindergartener was in school, for the 2 1/2 hours a day that I have to run errands and get things done around the house. I arrived and they told me it was an hour and a half wait. This 2-3 hour time frame is very valuable to me. Todd from Honda, was nice enough to drive me home so I could get some wash/dishes done while they did my oil change. Then, only an hour later, I received a call to let me know my car was finished and Todd was on his way to pick me up! Granted, I'm not sure they do that for express services, but they sympathized with my time crunch, and I only live down the street. Todd was pleasant and prompt, and I tipped him a few dollars for taking the time or of his day to drive me home, and back again! Overall, I am very happy with all of the experiences I've had at Honda, and boy do we love our cars!

Made app"t (for recall)almost 1 month in advance,dropped car off at 3:30 the day before,called at 4:00 to see if car was finished,Donna said it was not done,but it was going in now.At 5:00 I drove over figuring it would be done.I saw a mechanic pulling it in at 5:10 he said it would only take about 15 minutes.So much for planning ahead.NEVER BELIEVE A SERVICE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 23, 2013 I had a battery put in my civic with a three year warranty August 2015 the battery was dead.I called and spoke to Donna , she said to bring the car to the express station and they will replace it. I went in and brought my receipt . They replaced the battery and I left. Honda calls my house and spreaks to my husband, informing him they are going to charge me for the battery and that it was not under warranty. I then had to call them , they also inform me they have to charge for the battery because it was not under warranty. I explained I have a receipt where I was charged. She then asked me to fax the receipt to Honda. Finally after I explained it again they realized there mistake , it was under warranty. Honda also needs to keep better record of there customers purchases, especially when u walk into honda and they tell you that you did not buy this car here and I did purchase the car at there location

I have visited this store on two different occasions. My first visit was to look at and purchase a new 2011 Pilot, during my visit the sales representative barely wanted to be bothered by us because she could not make money on the front end or back end of the sale. We had done our research on the value of our trade in, and we knew our credit score which allowed us to know our eligibily with regards to available interest rate options. When she became aware of the fact that we were educated buyers she spoke to my husband and I with a very condescending tone. Needless to say, we purchased my Pilot at another location. My second visit to this store was to have an oil/filter change and replace front wiper inserts on my 2014 Pilot, and I was reminded of why I did not return there to trade in my 2011 for a new 2014 Pilot. As I had not ever visited this store for service prior to my experience yesterday I was uncertain and confused as to which bay to drive into, however Kevin the sales advisor was sure to set me straight. In a very stern voice he reprimanded me for accidentally walking through a work bay, which by the way, had no car in it and there was a door facing the bay with the words, "Service" written on it. I tried to apologize for using the wrong door, and I tried to explain I was never at their service bay so I did not understand which door I was suppose to use. I say "tried" because the entire time I was talking Kevin just kept speaking over me. He then had the audacity to speak to me with short direct commands about which bay to pull my truck into and to tell the person what I was there for. In turn the man who took the truck told me to go back in to Kevin to let him know what service I was there for. When I went back in to speak with Kevin, he again spoke over me and told me to have a seat until my ticket was given to him. I specifically told Kevin all I wanted was an oil/filter change and front wiper inserts replaced, when he received my ticket he started reading off different services that were going to be performed. As he went on about replacing engine filters I stopped him and again reiterated that all I wanted performed was an oil/filter change and inserts replaced. He became very agitated with me which was quite obvious because why I was still sitting in the chair he placed a paper on the counter and told me to put my initials on the paper which stated I refused services offered and to sign on another line. When I got up to go over to the counter I was not even sure which area I was suppose to initial and which area required my signature, when I ask Kevin for direction he never had eye contact with me he just pointed to the paper and stated where to initial and where to sign. He then proceed to tell me I could wait in the waiting area, when I ask him where the waiting area was he pointed his finger out toward the bay area and told me to go through a door and make a left. I actually had to ask one of the guys sitting in the bay area which door I should enter as I obviously did not want to upset Kevin again by walking in an area where I was not suppose to be. I will never visit this store again, nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone.

My malfunction indicator light came on late on a Saturday and after the light did not clear I dropped my car off in the hopes they could service it on Monday morning. I got a call 7:00am on that Monday asking what was wrong and that they would fit it into the schedule. They repaired my car and it was ready by mid afternoon on Monday. I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot in May of 2013. I absolutely LOVED the car and my purchase experience was exceptional. I did not think that I would find myself back at their dealership quite so soon, but 18 months after my purchase, I was in a car accident where my Pilot was eventually totalled after a long battle between the adjuster and the body shop. I again worked with Steve Minford and when I originally contacted the dealership for a quote, it was Steve who responded. I responded back to let him know what had happened and that I'd worked with him before and would need a new car once they 'finalized' everything. Steve actually remembered me and asked if I was OK and making sure that the rest of the family was as well (thankfully I was alone in the car when the accident happened). Steve arranged for our 2015 Pilot to be ready for us that Saturday, even though we didn't yet have a settlement check from the insurance company. Piazza was willing to go the extra mile, when our insurance company would not, and the held check until we received the insurance check while allowing us to drive away in our new Pilot. I was so grateful to be back in my Pilot again and not the rental! I'd also like to mention that new Pilot actually ended up being cheaper than what we had paid for the 2013 Pilot and we had upgraded too! With Piazza, you'll find excellent pricing, excellent customer service, excellent financial department, and excellent service department. They really do care and treat you like family!

My 2006 Honda Civic needed to have the PA state inspection. Piazza Honda of Pottstown was able to schedule and perform the service for me. During the inspection it was notice that I needed front brakes and wiper blades. I was please how quickly the inspection process took and that the price was reasonable for the repairs. I have used other dealers in the past and feel I have now found a home at Piazza Honda of Pottstown.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my first encounter with your service department. I brought my 2014 Honda CR-V in Monday morning for its first free oil change. I went to express service desk where I spoke to Marshelle. She is a fantastic employee, she was courteous and friendly from the start. She was great to talk to and not only that, but she was the oil change indicator light. I explained to her that sometime I like to change my own oil in the nice weather. She showed me where to remove the splash guard and also where the oil drain plug and filter where. I have had my share of bad experiences with service departments at other dealerships. This was a breath fresh air and Marshelle was a big part of that. Thanks again!!

Went a month ago to have oil changed. Guy got in my car first -- this was not done in the past. He advised me I had time. I knew that but also knew December is not at all convenient. He won. I went back yesterday. Usual service guy was there but at the counter officially was a new young lady who needed to finish her text before she could get to me. First she made clear that she could take either the $5 off or the 10%, not both. Then she proceeded to just quietly stand there. After a few minutes I asked, "Am I all set?" "No." She said - guy is doing a walk around. Guy comes in and hands her a paper and she proceeds to tell me all the things that are due to be done to my car. All I came for was an oil change -- why has that become so difficult? I asked why the dash board told them all that was necessary but told me nothing? She went on to instruct me as to how I could make these things come up. Well, they are supposed to come up when the service is needed -- why would I want to prompt them ahead of time? Is there a new service manager looking to increase business?I didn't like the changes -- at all.

I bought my 2006 CRV brand new at this dealership and have been going there ever since. Everyone is always so nice and friendly from the sales, service, cashiers, etc. I've had a lot of experience with the service department, as I do take my vehicle here for it's service and maintenance. They are always up front and honest with stuff before they do anything and they never try to rip you off. As a matter of fact, when they replaced a recalled part and the replacement piece turned out to be faulty a few days later, they gave me a card for a free tire rotation and oil change for my trouble of having to come back. When I can afford to trade in my CRV, I will definitely trade it in at this dealership for another Honda.

I was at the dealership yesterday shopping for a new Civic to lease for my daughter. She is a first time car buyer and was quite nervous about the whole process. She had been to another Honda dealership and was not treated well there, so she had some trepidation about going to another dealership. Jose greeted us with a wonderful smile and I could see that she felt comfortable with him right from the beginning. We negotiated the sale, finally agreed on price....then they ran her credit check. Much to her dismay, she was declined by Honda finance...not because of poor credit, but due to lack of substantial credit history. She is college student and working in retail. I explained to them this was such a catch 22! She can't build her credit if no one is willing to provide her the credit! It's such a predicament for these young kids now. We were so disappointed, however understood their decision. We left the dealership with some tears and were walking to the car when Jose followed us out to the parking lot and stated that Brent, the sales manager was going to try one more way to get her credit approved. After hours of sitting and waiting...even leaving the dealership...Jose called us back to inform us that she had been APPROVED!!! Without the hard work and effort of Brent, Jose and Ben, I truly feel that we would have walked out that door and never looked back. They really went above and beyond customer service to assist us in making this deal happen. They were so patient and reassuring which made the whole process so much easier. It is so nice to know that there are still conscientious, caring and dedicated sales people out there. We can't thank them enough...and as a parent..I don't have to worry anymore about her old car breaking down in the middle of the night! Job well done gentleman and I commend you on your outstanding customer service level. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new Civic! We truly are so grateful.

The other evening my mother tried to get into her CRV and no matter what we tried, we could not get the car to unlock. She lives about 45 minutes away from us in Limerick and of course we were scrambling to figure out what to do next.It was close to 8pm in the evening so we tried calling Piazza Honda and she got Jose from Sales. She explained what happened and not knowing us and not even getting the Honda from that dealership, Jose immediately asked what our address was so he could come out right away to check out the car. He was there 15 minutes later! Again, this was close to 8:30pm in the evening. He was pretty sure it was a key issue and suggested we drive out to get her spare key (which we did the next day and the spare worked!). But he said that he was going to be back at work the next morning and he would make arrangements for her car to be picked up and brought in for service right away that morning.Jose promptly called my house at 8am the next morning and asked if the spare key and if my mother was okay and needed anything. I want to personally thank Jose for his amazing customer service and cultivating a new customer relationship! I still can't believe he drove out to our house at night not knowing us from Adam. He's a class act with A++ service!I have been a VW customer for over 20 years and am seriously considering purchasing a Honda for my next car.Thanks again for everything!

I bought my Acura from a Piazza dealership and I wanted to stay in the same place but I was disappointed to say the least. These guys are just looking to scam you. They told me they would give me 11,500 for my car, carmax said 13,000. I ended up going to ANOTHER honda dealership that gave me 14,000. AND on a car that had 7,000 miles on it all they would only take $500 off the price (which by the way was the same price for a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid). The other dealership came down 2500 on the same exact car with 10,000 miles on it. I got the same car with only 3,000 miles more on it for 5,000 less than what Piazza wanted. These guys were rude on the phone and do not have any interest in helping customers only making money.

Chai Saensuk made all the difference! Upon entering the Piazza dealership, I was greeted by Chai. I shared my questions with him and also what I thought I'd like to test drive. Not only did I get a killer trade-in price for my Elantra but the used Odyssey we looked at seemed as if it was right off the assembly line! When we went to visit the dealership the offer was presented exactly as quoted, and we got even more for our trade in than we expected. We spent a little time with Karl finalizing our choices of trim level and color. Once that was completed, the whole buying process (paperwork and all) was done in under 2 hours. Steve Minford was my Sales Consultant, he answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I came in the week prior to test drive the 2014 Honda Civic and CRV - I wanted to test drive both. I have had many friends who have had Civic's, so I was used to their size and handling, but the technology in the EX trim level was incredible!! If you have an iPhone 5 or higher, you can purchase a HondaLink app and be able to get the entire map, like a Navi system!!! Pretty cool!!! I decided to go with the CRV for space, something different and the AWD, especially after the winter we just had!! After the purchase, they provided a complimentary first oil change voucher and offer free pa State inspections. I also like they they have a refer a friend program, which entails a $100 to you when you refer a friend! That's awesome!!! I am enjoying it and and would highly recommend Steve and Piazza Honda of Pottstown to my friends and family!!!

Because Travis was smart enough to listen to what issue I had at another dealership he was able to close me on brand new CRV-SUV. This was our second purchase at Piazza Honda of Pottstown, my experience then was why I went back again. We have purchased 3 Honda vehicles now from our Salesman Karl Diesel and one of family members also purchased a Honda from Karl. I particularly enjoy the no pressure and the understanding that we are working together to find the right, high quality vehicle. On this most recent purchase, I traded in my Honda Pilot and was thrilled that even with all the miles (over 150k), it had such value. Be sure, we love the Honda products. My wife and I had been looking at new vehicles for a while,then we got to the Piazza Honda of Pottstown dealership. After looking in the showroom for a few mins we were approached by Riz Balouch (salesman). He took the time to listen to what we looking for. Which at that time was anything from SUVs tot Loaded sedans. Riz was patient, knowledgeable, willing to give his time during a holiday weekend knowing we were not ready to buy. We test drove numerous autos and narrowed down our Honda choice to the EX-L Accord. After going back to other dealerships and three trips to Honda, the 2013 Accord EX- L sold itself with another test drive and a little help from a great asset and salesperson to Piazza Honda of Pottstown. After the paperwork was done Riz was just getting started, he made sure we covered everything about the vehicle again. We felt very comfortable with the settings and how to change them if needs be. Went to Piazza Honda after looking at several Toyota Dealerships. First time at Piazza we were looking at used vehicles and my Wife and I were approached by a less than impressive salesman who didn't really seem interested in listening to our needs. We left vowing to purchase our vehicle from neighboring Tri-County Toyota. After going home I learned about the new Civic and how the price for new was only a few grand more than the 3 year old 30,000 mile vehicles I had been looking at. We went back to Piazza to simply drive the Civic and see if we liked it, fully expecting to buy from another dealership. We were approached by Vladamir Salat (salesman) who was not only corteous but not pushy and didn't try to oversell the car. The nice part was that he himself had just bought one and thoroughly enjoyed the vehicle and was knowledgeable with it. We came back the following day to drive and look at the car again and we bought it! They gave us best $ for trade in and financing. He was very accomodating of our 2 year old (who didn't nap) and understood that we needed to leave right after the sale. Mr. Sarlat also noticed a flaw in the paint and made sure that it was not a factory issue and just a glue issue from the transport covering on the hood. I didn't even notice... So far I am very happy with the transaction. There wasn't a lot of back and forth on prices and it was a simple process. I would reccomend him and the dealership as of right now. The car (only a day or two so far) has exceeded my expectations.

I hadn't bought a new car in a while and going in with my information and knowing what I wanted was respected by Karl. He was able to see my needs and meet them. I was very lucky to have John Trout as my salesman!He is congenial, honest, & knowledgeable.He explained information in a clear & concise manner, as I had numerous questions.As a result, I purchased a Honda CR-V.I returned 2 days later to drop off items belonging to my trade-in......John took time to show me how to manage something on the dashboard of my CR-V.He was extremely accommodating & made sure I understood the mechanics shown me.Piazza Honda is fortunate to have John as an employee.I will certainly tell others to 'see John Trout' at Piazza Honda when in the market for a car.One negative: when dealing with the financials, I told Ben G. I was not interested in purchasingany outside warranties. He said it was a 'state requirement' to explain them.....why spend agood 10 plus minutes on something the buyer does not want? In the future, have the buyer sign the paper & eliminate the oration.....it was a waste of time.

I purchased a Honda Crosstour from Piazza because it met all the specifications my wife wanted for her car. Steve Minford did an excellent job servicing us he was responsive and direct in the whole process. The issue I had was when the car was purchased they're was a small isssue with the paperwork which delayed me from picking up the car. I financed through my credit union and had a trade. When all the paperwork was signed and Piazza received a check from the credit union they would not let me pick up the car because the wanted an email from the credit union saying that they would give them the title to the car. The credit union verbaly committed to it before they sent the check. The issue I have is that I live over an hour away and I told the credit union and the dealership that I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday. The dealer got the check Saturday morning but wouldn't let me take the car because the didn't get a letter saying that they are going to get the title. They got the email Monday morning. This issue I have is that all the financial obligations were met but they still wouldn't give us the car because of an email that said they intend to give them the title to the trade. They would have had the car and a they had the check I had to make a 3 hour trip after work on weekday over something a small formality. I also wrote a review regarding this incident with my finance customer and I received an email from the loan officer apologizing for the incident and offered me additional help to make up for not sending the letter. The sales manager sent me 2 generic follow up emails saying if there was any problems to email him. I have responded twice talking about this issue and I have not gotten a response. Hence me writing this review I would have liked to have some acknowledgement for the manager Greg Conover about the emails that I sent him but I have gotten no response. When I went to pick up the I would hope a manager would come up and apologize for the trouble but nothing. The only reason the overall experience is not worse is because of Steve's service. Would I recommend this dealer? Maybe if someone lived in the area but this experience with the delay definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend anyone that lived near me to take the trip out there.

I love the people that work for Piazza Honda. General Manager Tom Reed is always attentive. Making sure that my daughter and my family are always taken care of whenever we are in the dealership for service or to purchase a car. Karen Reed has been my salesperson for the car that I purchased in 2008 and now the 2013 Pilot that I picked up on Friday. I actually knew exactly what make, model, and color of the Pilot I wanted to lease. So on Wednesday I called Tom Reed at the store, told him what I wanted and that for the first time I would like to Lease. He and his Leasing person called me back with all the numbers and I agreed over the phone to Lease it. I asked for it for Friday morning at 9am and the Pilot was ready for me when I got there. My new Pilot was sparkling when I got it on Friday. Karen spent a lot of time explaining the paperwork to me, and the sat in the Pilot and went over all the new technologies that have made Pilot my choice of SUV. I stopped into Piazza Honda searching for a used car to replace my Durango . I was outside in the 93 degree heat by Vlad. He was truly knowledgeable and was able to find me an Accord that fit my demands. I made an appointment for later that evening to sign paperwork and get my car. The process was so smooth and quick. While I was there I asked Vlad about another vehicle I saw listed in their inventory for my husband. Vlad researched it and came right out and said I would not feel comfortable selling u that vehicle bc it was not good enough. Vlad got to work and found another Accord that my husband fell in love with. We ended up leaving with that car too. Vlad continued to serve us by scheduling us back for detailing appoints etc since everything was closed by the time we left ... Vlad is incredible and I will definitely be back for another car soon! After going around to dealerships for 2 weeks, a friend recommended Piazza of Pottstown. My first experience was not stellar because I walked in on a Saturday and was turned away by a saleswoman. She gave me Steve's card and told me I had to talk to him. After being encouraged by my friend again to seek out the dealership, I emailed Steve about my experience. Immediately on Monday morning he called and emailed an apology. I felt so comfortable that during that same afternoon, I was putting a deposit down on a car. Steve won me over; he had a pleasant straight forward demeanor and helped me through my thought process. By the end of the day, the dealership worked with our schedules and we had a Pilot with low mileage. After bringing it home, I found one of the brake lights were out; emailed Steve and they are handling it immediately. After being "played" at other dealerships for weeks, Piazza was a breath of fresh air. They were efficient, professional, and not high pressure. My husband and I will be coming back again and again.

I was looking for a van that could hold a wheelchair for my adult daughter. The visit started out not so good. I drove down by the van that caught my eye. And we looked at it a while, we saw some salesmen standing outside the door of the dealership and none of them came down to see if we might need help. So we decided we would leave when another van caught my eye. So we stop to look and that's when Tom came over and from then on my experience was great!!. He was honest about the vehicle and the buying process was less stressful than usual.

This is my 1st Honda and I am very pleased with how I was treated from searching online to the timely responses I received when I had numerous questions about purchasing a "certified Honda". Just bought our fifth car from Charlie at Piazza Honda, it's a white, slick, dolphinesque, Cr-V that my wife selected because it reminded her of her childhood TV hero Flipper. I'm a bicyclist and my wife lives in La-La land so we need a salesman and agency that will provide a fair deal without us knowing the price parameters and engaging in steel cage negotiations. When I hear other people telling me about their multiple dealership days long bare knuckle negotiations I mention our trade in, sale price and playful competent improv sales staff and finance people and they just stare as if I made up the whole story. I prefer to spend my time training on my bike so I am happy that Charlie and the Piazza staff have my automotive back. Pete

My wife and I had a 2008 Accord EX-L, which we expected to keep a while longer. A few weeks back, we received a letter from the dealership expressing an interest in our car as a trade-in, which was believable because there is little used car inventory on the lot. One thing led to another and we explored the possibilities of a trade-in and a new car purchase. For different reasons, we decided now was a good time to scale down just a bit and we selected a 2013 Civic EX Coupe, which is a mini version of the Accord and a very nicely designed car. We also were satisfied with the trade-in value assigned to our Accord. Would we have liked more? Of course, who wouldn't, but we thought the price was fair.This was our fourth purchase from Piazza Honda of Pottstown and Helen Stevens was our sales rep for each and every one. Helen is a Honda pro and a real sweetie to work with. We are pleased to have purchased a new 2013 Honda CR-V AWD EX-L in Twilight Blue with all of the options and terms we requested from Ben Grinar of Piazza Honda of Pottstown, PA on Friday, February 22nd. I am a very happy owner of my third Accord and a regular customer of Piazza Honda's express service department, managed by John Klink and Will Bushey (assistant manager). Both managers are consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Tonight's visit was prompted by a leak in a tire caused by having run over a sharp object that impaled the rubber. Will and his staff took great care to provide very prompt and thorough service. Though the ultimate result was the purchase of two new tires (the damaged one and the second to maintain balance), Will attempted a variety of remedies in order to save the tire and save me the expense of new tires. He was very thorough in explaining the options available to me and the results of the interventions he had attempted. It was clear that his default recommendation could have been to replace the tires, and though that is indeed what ended up happening, his priority was to serve his customer well. When it became clear that I was going to purchase two new tires, Will applied the dicounts that were available to him to make the price more palatable. This is not the first time that Will has gone well above and beyond the requirements of his job. He and the entire service team (express service and otherwise) are excellent.

My wife went into Piazza Honda to look at a used Pilot and was greeted by Jose. everytihing was going fine with Jose until my wife said she wanted to wait to do anything until I had a chance to look at it later on that evening. Jose then decided to persuade her to put a deposit on the vehicle in order to hold it. Unfortunatly when she did that she didn't know she was signing an agreement of sale, she thought it wasn't a big deal and we would be able to get our money back. When I did come to drive the vehicle later that evening Jose was not there and Karen Reed took us for a test drive and even she didn't understand why Jose had my wife put a deposit down on the vehicle and why he didn't just put it in the back of the lot. Karen was a true professional at her job, I wish her the best and wish my wife would have had her in the first place. So after the test drive my wife and I wanted to take a day to think about the car. I then called Jose to talk about price and he passed me on to his manager, Steve Drovich (I believe that is his last name, I apologize if I have the wrong Steve) who proceeded to tell me there wasn't any room to go lower on the price, he did say he could come down $250. That was fine with me it is just business and we would have walked away no hard feelings. So I tried to walk away by saying no thanks, nice talking to you, can you credit my wife's credit card. Steve's response was no by pennslyvania state law he can keep it. I was shocked and amazed. I did not know that there was a PA law saying a business could keep a customers money when no services were rendered. Anyway I said I want them to still try and find a pilot in our price range but I just wanted our deposit back and he still said no. So I asked him if he was willing to lose us as a customer forever and potentially however many people that my wife and I could deter from going to piazza Honda. his response still was to not give us our deposit back and didn't seem to concerned about giving us our money back since that would have been 100% straight profit for the dealership. So that conversation ended not how I would have liked it. After I did a little research it is a Federal law that the consumer get their money back less any expenses the dealer had put out which in this case it was none. So Steve wasn't exactly correct. He also mentioned that piazza personally sends people out to survey and compare all the vehicles on the market. I don't know what Steve was thinking but I know that doesn't happen, I still don't know why he said that. Anyway, then my wife called Steve and he proceeded to belittle her by saying he didn't believe her that she didn't know that she was signing an agreement of sale. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. So the next day I tried to call the GM and he was off and then I was trying to get a hold of Greg Conover. After many calls and unreturned messages I had to stop by the showroom and wait for him to come out and explain to him what happened and he finally said they would credit my wife's credit card back. This whole process was way to drawn out and should never have gone this far. I will never recommend Piazza to anyone ever! Jason

I found the car I've been looking high and low for at the right price at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. One of my best friends had purchased her new CRV there five years ago and she had a great experience. So when I found the used car I've been wanting and it happened to be at Piazza Honda of Pottstown, I called her for her contacts and she sent me to Jay & Ben. I contacted Jay first and he was really easy to contact via email (since this was the best and pretty much only way for me to communicate during the work day)and responded promptly and followed up with me even when there was nothing to tell. I greatly appreciated that b/c I had a few dealerships who fall of the face of Earth via email and I don't chase after them if that happens. Jay was able to get me to a price I could do and there was no running around with "Where do you want your payments at?" I asked for the bottom line and he gave me the bottom line and that was AWESOME since I didn't want to do the back and forth pony show that I'd gone through a few dealerships before I found my car at Piazza Pottstown. I was fed up with the car buying experience by this point. I knew the car I wanted in the condition I wanted, knew where I needed the price to be and needed to do this without the tiresome "ask my manager" runaround. Jay was awesome. He set me up with Steve to test drive the car after work on a Thursday night and that was it. Steve was great, too. Very easy to talk to, nice, honest and extremely helpful. A few emails, a test drive and look over the car and I was happy to go. I brought my parents to give it a look two days later and was met by Steve & Ben. My parents are very skeptical when it comes sales guys and big purchases but parents were extremely pleased and happy to work with Ben & Steve. These three guys made the my car buying experience painless and for that alone, I am extremely happy and grateful! If you're looking for a new car or you're extremely lucky to find it at Piazza Honda of Pottstown, definitely give them a call! They're the best in the business and I've been to and talked to enough dealerships in the last month and a half to say so. We had a fantastic experience at Piazza. We don't usually have a trade-in but the price they offered for our vehicle was very reasonable. As far as the new car, I don't mind negotiating and I don't believe any was actually involved. Piazza offered a price that was right at my target.Just to perform our due diligence, we went to another "mega" dealership. After hearing their best offer for the trade-in and new car, it was clear that Piazza simply was the clear winner. The "mega" dealer used many of the tactics we abhor: low-ball trade-in, stalling/delaying, multiple fake appraisals, holding our keys so we couldn't leave, excessive trips the manager, playing "the other dealer doesn't have the color you want" game. The "mega" dealer paid Piazza a great compliment by inferring that other dealerships have deceitful practices and we shouldn't believe the numbers quoted by them. This spoke volumes more about the "mega" dealer than Piazza.Within 30 minutes of leaving the "mega" dealer, we did our trade-in and purchased the new car at Piazza. There was no question, no hassle, not one single increase in price, no attempt to "upcharge" or add anything to the deal - they were simply friendly and straightforward.Everyone has to check around with large purchases but in the future, Piazza will be the benchmark for me when it comes to purchasing cars.

This was such a fantastic experience because they made it pleasant and painless. NO hassles at all. They gave the bottom line sales price over the internet and it compared favorably to the quoted prices by AAA Buying Program and AOLAuto.com and my other sources. On an email I gave them the exact car and accessories I wanted; Steve Minton answered with a quote on exactly that; no talk at all about upgrading;no extras, hidden fees, NO HAGGLING, NO SEEING THE MANAGER, etc. Two emails, 1 test drive, and 1 phone call to say get it ready for me. We walked in and 1 hour later I drove out in my new 2012 Honda Accord. All of this in less than 24 hours.We went to other dealers, competitors, but none compared. The others either did not answer as fast nor did they give a quote over the internet. They were "salesmen" - many emails later they got you into the dealership, tried talking you into upgrades, did fancy footwork about the price, and did not come anywhere near the previously shopped price. The finance man Brent Foltz did the financing and paperwork just as effortlessly. i would send my friends and relatives to them and you can bet we will be back there for our next car.

I've always been a fan of Honda and Toyota due to their reliability so the decision to make Piazza Honda one of my stops was a no brainer. The first time I walked through the door I was met by Jose Figueroa who was welcoming and friendly. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. Jose took the time to show me some of my options and I felt no pressure. It was a very comfortable experience. I spent the next few days narrowing down my choices. Needless to say I chose the Honda CR-V for several reasons. Jose and the staff gave me a reasonable offer for my trade, got the monthly payments BELOW my budget and my wife like the CR-V over the Rav-4. This last reason may have been the most important because as we all know, a happy wife makes a happy life! Additionally, having worked in the area of the dealership for over 11 years, I've seen it grow in size. Common sense would dictate that the dealership as a whole was doing something right! After the "deal was done" so to speak, Jose spent a great deal of time talking with me, making sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and assuring me that should I ever have questions or concerns, he and the entire staff at Piazza Honda of Pottstown would always be available to assist me. There is no doubt in my mind that when it comes time to shop for another vehicle, Piazza Honda will be first on my list!

This is our 3rd Odyssey from these guys. Always a hassle free experience and they are very sensitive to our time. Having three children we don't have the luxury of getting out very often so when we get a baby sitter the last thing we want to do is waste it on an all day purchase experience. Please-what ever you do don't go here!Great at taking your money- aweful at helping you out once they have your money in their greedy little fingers.Bought a 2007 Accord SE on 10Oct09. Was back at the dealer on 14Oct09, 17Oct09, and 20Oct09 to have rattling windows fixed. Obviously this did not happen and is still not fixed. 1st fist- they lubed the rubber around the windows and said that will do it. 2nd time- Called and asked to see the Service Manager Larry (the most unfriendly man there). asked to make an oppoitment with him on Sat. Brought the car in on sat. no help at all. didn't even look at the car. (note: when its raining outside the windowns don't rattle/shake- most likely due to the fact that the rubber around the windows has swelled and is holding the windows in place.) It was raining on sat. so i told Larry that they weren't making nose but would like him to look at them. Had no interest in even coming out to look at it with us. Told us he knew they were not going to make nose and to come back when they do again. 3rd time back in there- all they did was the same exact thing as the 1st visit. These people do not have any skill what so ever.Never return your phone calls.They are unfriendly.Unwilling to help.Just don't care.Please please please please don't go there! Please save yourself the frustration and the anger.These people are Incompetent.Don't trust the financial guy either or the actual manager for the place- especially Scott Topping and Bruce Koonce. Tries to sell you an extended warrently which cost them $600 for $1400 which is illegal. They can only sell it to you for double the price of what they paid so $1200.
