I was very impressed with their kind and truthful service. My salesman Budd, was awesome to work with and made my experience easy and fun. At this dealership I felt like I had no worries of being taken advantage of. The vehicle I purchased was used, but in pristine condition. They were very open and honest about their cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a solid vehicle, new or used. It was well worth the near 2 hour drive for my new vehicle. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future when I want to upgrade.

Great Experience. Most of my purchase was completed over the phone. When I went in, my new car was detailed and fueled and ready to go. Spent just about an hour at Pine Belt Cadillac completing paperwork and going over and setting up the technology of my new car. This is my second purchase from this dealership and they did not disappoint. No games. Personable and Professional.

I had a great experience buying the car that I wanted! Everyone was very friendly and super helpful, especially my sales associate, Louis C. He was a true gentlemen and very personable. I would highly recommend Louis C. if you are looking to buy a car, the car doesn't even have to be a Cadillac. Recently I went car shopping at Pinebelt Cadillac in toms rivers and I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. ( being that I lease my cars I car shop ever 2/3 years) I found out I was expecting my first child and wanted an SUV for more space and better safety features. A friend recommended me to Marc and I am so glad they did! He completely understood my need for an affordable and safe SUV so he suggested the Cadillac SRX, he walked me through the whole vehicle explaining all the features, he even took the test drive! Of course I fell inlove with the SUV and was nervous for about the price knowing that I was bring my first child into the world, so i had to be smart an budget! With that being said Marc came back under my asking price per month , and the lease was only for 2 years!! I couldn't believe it, I was so thrilled that I left with the SRX that day! I cannot recommend Marc Stango enough he was understanding, diligent and professional! I have now sent my husband and in laws to see Marc and they raved about him the same way! After shopping around for a few months. I came across the Pinebelt Used Cars Dealership on rt 37 in Toms River. I was greeted by a salesman named Alan,who was both pleasant and knowledgable. He asked me what I was interested in and after looking at many cars that were in impeccable condition. I came across the car I loved. Never buying pre owned before I was amazed at the length of great customer service in all areas of the dealership. The next step was fiance, where I met the Mgr. Mr.Eddie Castillo. My credit process was difficult due to some personal issues. Mr Castillo assured me he could help me through the whole process,and he did! Now I tell family and friends of my great experience and to shop only there. For I feel I am giving them the name of a respectable dealership though and through. It was such a pleasure dealing with Pine Belt Cadillac and Giovanni, this is the fourth car I have bought in two years and by far the best experience with any dealership. Giovanni made this hassle free, he was clear and concise on our agreement and made sure that we were happy with our decision. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. My salesman was very polite and honest. He was straight forward and didn't give me any bs at all. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed with the car that will be taken care of.I would've given them a 5 however I was literally there for 7 hours on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I understand its a process but I didn't expect it to take that long.

Just a short note on Pine belt Cadillac, Amazing Place to buy a car. from the minute my wife and I walked through the doors we were treated with respect and care. Our salesman was also amazing as was the entire staff we had the pleasure of meeting, Our salesman Tony and Chris treated us as if we were family couldnt do enough to help us, not one hint of bs or high pressure sales, they found us the right car and helped us with all kind of incentives. We told them what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend, to make a long story short in less than 3 hours from start to finish we were driving away in our new ATS, they even arranged for us to turn in our ford lease at the local ford dealer. We will be going back to Pine Belt in the future, This was not our first purchase at Pine Belt, prior to Pine Belt Cadillac my family purchased several vehicles at Pine Belt Nissan, great places to go and have a no nonsense car buying experience. highly recommend both.

Just leased our 3rd new Cadillac in 4 years. 2 from Pine Belt. Both terrible experiences. First car bought in 2012 we had to wait almost 60 days for our license plates because they did not have the proper paperwork to register the car in NJ. Our recent car was leased in mid August. Had to go there and raise a stink to get our license plates several days before the temporary plates were set to expire. Told me we had to wait until the paperwork cleared. A little yelling mystically and magically made the plates appear and I drove off with them. Now, we are getting phone calls from the bank which held the loan for the lease we turned in in August claiming we are delinquent with the September 1st payment. Went there this morning, raised another stink and they produced a copy of the check dated 26 days after we turned in the lease. The bank has no record of receiving payment. Dealership could not definitely tell me when or if check was sent out. Now we face a credit ding because of their nonsense. You would think buying 3 Cadillacs in 4 years would make them more considerate to our situation. Guess not. I'll see what a letter to the President of Cadillac will do.

In August, I came across a used Lincoln Town Car on the lot and was interested in it. I test drove the vehicle, and, afterward, I wanted to trade in my current vehicle for it. A deal was established with the salesperson I talked to, and I was confident in the purchase. Sadly, after one hour, the deal did not go through with the bank (according to the finance manager). He explained the reason, and it was understandable. I was recommended to see some other cars on the lot; however, I was solely interested in the Lincoln Town Car.To make a long store short, I walked out of the dealership without the Lincoln vehicle, and a sale was not made.Everyone was professional and helpful, but I guess the deal was not meant to be. I learned someone else bought the Town Car about one week after I visited the dealer.

The minute Alan Beaumont approached me it was a wonderful experience. Due to the snowstorm I rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 2nd. I got there a bit earlier than scheduled (8:16) but was immediately greeted by the service man directing me where to stop my vehicle. He then escorted me into my service advisor Matthew Rivera. My car was in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation. Matthew then escorted me into the waiting area advising me of the complimentary coffee/tea and donuts or bagels. I felt like I just about got there when at (9:07), Matthew came out to say I was all set. He then escorted me to Eileen in the checkout area. Wow!! How great was that!! Everyone there is sooo nice. Glad I purchased my car there and will definitely purchase my next one there as well. Bye the way, my car is a 2010 CTS and has been awesome. Fran C.

Went in on a freezing Saturday morning for emergency service, Ralph came out looked at the car and took it back right away to be fixed. i did not expect it to be fixed on a Saturday, expecially when they were short staffed due to a few deaths in family, parts were in stock and i was out in two hours. First time i have had to have service and was very impressed with the level of professionalism from Ralph and the service techs. I purchased the srx two years ago from pinebelt and was very happy with them then, I am glad to see they understand how to keep buyers, i will be a loyal customer in the future, my first of many cadillacs.

After expanding my family and having to file for bankruptcy, I realized that my car wasnt large enough to accommodate myself and my growing children. I couldn't get approval from a bank because of the bankruptcy n having to put thousands down that I didn't have. thank God for being approved with multiple banks at Pine Belt. Because if it wasn't for their approval I would still be stuck with my family sedan.Thanks to Eddie for his patience and understanding of my budget and my needs I was able to trade my vehicle in to get what I really wanted and needed. After my credit took a hit due bad injuries and being on the rebound, I knew that getting an auto loan was not going to be easy. I applied for a loan online and in a matter of days I had gotten replies from several car dealers in my area. One of those calls was from Pine Belt Cadillac. They told me on the phone they get loans approved for people with sketchey credit all the time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was met by sales and lease specialist David Sperring. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I was looking for a used Mercedes between an 06 - 09 They just happened to have a 07 C - Class in stock. David went over the whole car with me and then he let my fiance and myself take the car for a nice long test drive. It was a no brainer now it was matter of getting bought. In steps Eddie Castillo to work his magic. Without any negotiation Eddie lowered the price 4000 dollars added a 2 yr / 50,000 mile engine and drive train warranty. I ended up saving 2600 dollar so on the car, Ed got e pre-approval, so I was able to drive the car home that night. Dealing with Eddie and Dave was an absolute pleasure, never any pressure, felt very comfortable thru the whole process. Of course there was some documentation that was needed to finalize the financing, but that was not a problem, with Ed working his magic.

My husband and I had a terrible experience the other night. We were being thrown into cars we weren't interested in. Told if we didn't take the deal right then and there we were stupid. Not only that when I had told him I had made a decision and told him I was not buying the vehicle that night and needed to discuss this in private with my husband he told me that he knew it wasn't going to be there because he was going to sell it to another couple that was in there the same time as us. They showed the same p.o.s vehicles to every person who walked in there. I would not recommend anyone there. Not even my worst enemy because after I walked out of there he made me feel so little and like such a child. No man should ever treat a woman like that. I understand that this is his "job" but he was not good at trying to accommodate or help me and my husband at all.

My wife and I spent three days working with Mark Slattery - a great guy - on the purchase of a 2015 SRX. We took test drives, selected options, and had a good experience with Mr. Slattery and also Chris Bruno. We were given a quote on a vehicle that was in stock. The quote was about $350 above my offer, but the ease with which the deal was progressing resulted in our acceptance of the offer. As far as we were concerned, we were buying the car - cash on the spot.But, unfortunately, it was then that Marc Stango got involved. As we were completing the deal, he appeared to take over the sale. The first thing he did was raise the price over $1,000 above what we had negotiated. When I protested, he response was to berate and chastise Mr. Slattery - in front of my wife and I - claiming that he had mis-priced the car. We found this behavior to be rude and unprofessional, as Mr. Slattery, who had greatly impressed us with, was obviously embarrassed by this public humiliation. And, as it turns out, Mr. Stango's allegation that Mr. Slattery had forgotten to add in the destination fee was a lie - the $995 was included in both the MSRP as shown on Pine Belt's website AND ALSO WAS INCLUDED in the TruCar suggested price which, for some reason, Mr. Stango was stuck on. He didn't seem to care that we had already been given a quote, which we had accepted. Mr. Stango was apparently double-dipping on the $995 charge and publicly insulted his staff while doing so. What an xxx!Had Mr. Stango not become involved, my wife and I would be in a new Cadillac. Instead, we're going back to our Lexus dealer. We wanted to "Buy American" this time around, but Mr. Stango blew it - big time. Not only are we going to forego the Cadillac, we will share our experience with anyone contemplating the purchase of a car with Pine Belt Cadillac. Slattery - A+, Bruno - B+, Stango - F (a miserable failure who cost the dealership a definite sale.)

When I entered the dealership, I felt completely hopeless. I had a car with a blown engine, requiring thousands of dollars of work, limited down payment and a time frame of only two or three days. Eddie worked magic. He was able to find me an immaculate car, loaded, with less miles than my other vehicle. In addition, he negotiated for me so that the down payment was affordable, and my monthly payments actually dropped. Most of all, though, his kindness and desire to help me we are what stood out. I was more than a credit score, I was a person with a story who was in a tight spot. Even though it took more effort and time on his part, he went the extra mile to make sure I would be in a car that was safe and reliable. I have already spoken to several friends who are looking ay purchasing in the next few months. I told them, go see Eddie at Pine Belt Cadillac, he will get you in the car you want with the right payments for your budget. Usually I leave a dealership feeling annoyed, this was the best car buying experience of my adult life. How ironic, because it started out as one of the worst. Fantastic service! This dealership has a large selection of various trim levels and they work with you to find something you want that is within your means. My purchase of a 2013 ATS 2.0 performance went without a hitch. Jim and John both worked with me and my wife to find the color and trim level until we were satisfied completely. Once I finally decided the exact ATS I wanted with all of the options Johnwent over all of the features in the vehicle. He explained all of the driver awareness safety components and what I should expect the car to do in each instance. He paired my iPhone with the vehicle and setup my OnStar account on the Internet so all I had to do was push the blue button. I will be going back to Pine Belt Cadillac when this lease is up and I personally will not go to another dealership. I have already told all of my co-workers to go to the Pine Belt family of dealerships when they are looking for a new or used vehicle due to the outstanding customer service and easemthe entire sales expirience I just want to thank Jim, John, and Ernie for all of the personalized care they gave my wife and I and look forward to seeing them for my regularly scheduled maintenance.

I bought my wife new fully loaded Cadillac SRX with all the warranties. I was thinking that their service department would be as good as Mercedes or Audi. The idea was I would travel and she would not have to worry about the car. What a mistake. Taking the car to get serviced has become a nightmare for her. DO NOT BUY a car from this place unless you plan on taking it for service somewhere else. The best part is when they call for a survey and you complain the customer rep person recommends going to another dealership.

several months ago I stopped into pine belt cadillac to pick up brochures on cars that I might be interested in. Doug Brustman approached me when I entered the showroom. I told him that I wanted the brochures to review at home with my wife, but I was recovering from a recent illness, and wouldn't be starting the effort that I needed to give for a few more months. He gave me his card, and said when ever I am ready to talk, and test drive I should contact him. That was the end of jan., or the beginning of feb. 2013. I was up to the process by the end of march, and went to see Doug. I test drove 2 cars, the ats, and cts. We then sat, and talked. I told him that I wasn't to fond of the 2 cars that I tested. I then suggested maybe I would like the srx, especially since I was coming out of an suv. I told him that I would talk to my wife, and get back to him.Well, I did call him to talk about the srx, and he worked some numbers for me over the phone. I said that I would get back to him. Bottom line is the dealership was interested in my trade. Three years old, in excellent condition, and with very low mileage. (about 6,000/yr) We went back, and forth with a few phone calls, and finally agreed on a price, subject to my test driving the srx when I would be coming back to complete the sale which my wife, and I did in a day, or two. That's some background, and now some details about the individuals involved.jDoug Brustman was cordial, laid back, and not your typical pushy sales person that I have run into over my 34 car buying experience.He read me right, and knew how I wanted to be treated. He knew that I had done this many times, and wanted a stress free deal.Well, he lived up to that at a very high level. Doug worked closely with Jim Corlett (Gen sales mgr) and they did work hard to make me a buyer. I told Jim Corlett that if it wasn't for Doug's approach, personality, and wonderful attitude (and of course the deal) I most likely wouldn't have come back to buy a cadillac at Pine Belt. In my 2 short conversations with Jim Corlett I also found him to have a very nice way of communicating with the customer, and thank him for the deal he was able to work out for me, and my wife. Just yesterday I came into service for an item they had to order. I met and dealt with Chris Brumett (service advisor) He was pleasant, and very helpful, and I look forward to working with him for any future service dept. visits (hopefully only for maintenance, and not problems) Marv G.

I am a military member and have been for the past 14 years. I have been from state to state, dealership to dealership, and have never been more pleased with the way my wife and I were treated at Pine Belt. These salesmen helped me from the moment I contacted them and did not stop until a deal was completed. The managers personnally came and spoke with us to help us out any way they could. Very professional atmosphere with a freindly attitude. I would reccoment this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car hassle free.

I leased my new 2011 Cadillac CTS from Pine Belt Cadillac. I have never been SO SATISFIED with a dealer before. Everything was explained in a forthright manner, and what they told me they could do,they did. No hidden anything. The salesman Doug Fierro was very knowledgable about the product and the programs that best served my needs.HE GENUINELY WANTED MY BUSINESS. The car has been great and has done everything it was supposed to.To anyone considering a Cadillac, which uses REGULAR GAS I might add,Pine Belt is a great place to get one!!!!!!I see these reviews and sometimes wonder what people expect when the shop.My 4th Cadillac and they are priced right for the amount of car you get.

I chose this rating because the salesman were extremely helpful, knowledgable, and not pushy like most sales reps. I couldn't be happier w/ the vehicle they got me in to and my payments and apr are manageable. I will recommend Pinebelt Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle.

Read before you consider going there! They gave me a quote over $4,000 more than 3 other dealers, and this was just after 5 mins with the other dealers, instead of 3 hours. They lied to me telling me I could get the car without a cosigner (this is the first car I finance) After meking me drive 82 miles because finally they got my car and again spending 3 hours there, they told me they made a mistake the first time and I did needed a cosigner after all! Two days later my husband (cosigner) and I drove all the way there again after work under a horrific weather (but finally I was getting my car, so I was excited!!!) We got there and the finanacial office had another customer so in the meantime they took me to "my car" to set up on-star and connect my phone to the car. When finally they called us to the office they had put the entire car under my husband's (cosigner's) name instead of mine! This is after I had told them that the main reason I was getting this car is because I wanted to build up my credit, since my husband is the one that always buys the cars...I guess they never listened to me just to the word "deal, I'll buy the car" Horrific experience!!!! I'm afraid to go to other dealers now!

What a hassle free experience. I had my car in for warranty service and had no problems with them fixing my SRX. John and Jason listened to all my concerns and took impeccable care of me and my car. I have had some horrible times in the past at other dealers with other cars. I feel I am good hands now.I have a Cadillac dealer 2 miles from my home and I would take it to this dealer, which is 20 miles away for all future concerns, if any. Thank you John and Jason!

So far the best dealership i have dealt with in my 30 plus years of driving. Already have bought 3 cars within the last 10 months from the dealership. From the outstanding salespeople to the service department. Vehicles always serviced within reasonable timeframe, always greeted with respect and courtesy. The pricing of the services are very reasonable and i rather have dealer service vehicles than outside service shops.

Mr Weddle went above and beyond when I brought my car in for service. He was able to get my parts in in a timely manner and even was able to make sure everything was covered under my warrantee. He was gone for the day one time when I got there and turned arouind and returned to the dealership to take care of me.

Worst experience ever! They let me take a car when the loan wasn't approved and then to coerce me into a less expensive car. They told me my down payment was non refundable and the only way I could put my money to work was to get another car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone EVER. I have anxiety attacks any time I go to a car dealer now. Bad Business Ethics and I'm pretty sure the same car they tried to sell me is now at the Chevy lot...4 months later. Buyer beware

I purchased a vehicle. I took 1 month for my plates to arrive and when they did no one contacted me to let me know. Even after they arrived I was leaving messages asking about them and no one would ever return my call. When I first puchased the car the interior light and the shifter light did not work. Tarek(my salesman) informed me to bring it to the service center and it would be repaired at no charge.
