Doug Fischer made our experience actually enjoyable. He knows his product and he was very informative and personable. He did NOT pressure us which we really appreciated. We know that we can call him or stop in any time if we have any questions or concerns. We have always dreaded shopping for a car but Doug is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We will definitely recommend him and Pinegar Chevrolet to all our friends and family. Thank you Doug for making our experience a good one! By the way we love our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox!

Beware of 3.5% surcharge on debit card transactions! My son needed an emergency car repair while traveling, and Pinegar was able to get him in and complete the repair on the same day. Everything was great until he got home and showed me the receipt. Unbeknownst to him, they had tacked on an additional $20.10 for a “non-cash adjustment.” This charge was not included when we approved the repair over the phone or listed on the invoice prior to check-out. I phoned the service advisor and learned that they add a 3.5% surcharge to all debit or credit card transactions. I spoke to the service manager and requested a refund of the surcharge. He told me he would get back to me, but he has not. It’s been a couple of weeks… I think we are just out the $20.10, and it’s time to warn others to be alert for finance charges added at check-out when you pay with a debit card at Pinegar. UPDATE: Pinegar has refunded the debit card surcharge, and I have added another star to my rating.

I've purchased many vehicles over the years. Without fail, I've ALWAYS been disappointed with various aspects of my car buying experiences from low trade-in appraisals, to hidden fees, bait-and-switches, etc. This was not the case with Pinegar! From first contact to follow-ups from them after my purchase, they simply went above and beyond! The salesman was very knowledgeable, and he spent a great deal of time trying to find incentives and rebates for me. Their finance officer could've just signed the minimally required paperwork, but he knew I was an out-of-state buyer. He spent his valuable time coming up with everything I could possibly need to pay my TT&L, register in my state, etc. Despite living 6 hours away, I'm a Pinegar customer for life!

This was the best car buying experience I have had! They don’t treat you like just another sale, they actually genuinely care about helping you, in whatever situation you are in. I was previously terrified of the car buying experience, but I left here with a whole new outlook. My family and I will only be purchasing our future cars from here.Jake Ward in the finance department went ABOVE AND BEYOND what his job description is. Left here very happy!!
