Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. Addy from the service department helped me throughout my car fix and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend Pioneer Ford to anyone.

Wasn't such good service this time. Was an hour just for an oil change and they drove my vehicle out bod there way to fast like they didn't care! And then i still sat and waited 20 minutes and no one came and got me to say it was done. The lady at the front desk was nice and at least decent about things but I think from here on out I will go elsewhere to get an oil change.

So far we have bought 3 vehicles from them. Have dealt with Jaron, Scot and Andy. I wasn’t around for the purchase of one of them and they helped my daughter decide without pressuring her. This was less then a week after her accident so she was nervous about it. All 3 vehicles have been great and I can’t say enough about the service department. The nice thing about them is they are still locally owned, operated and they care about their customers. We will definitely be going back to buy more when we are ready.

I made a offer on a truck according to pricing from other dealerships in the area. I was immediately shot down by the person on the other end. As a senior citizen this fellow made me feel like I was trying to pull a quick one on your business....I will not ever consider their business again. In reply I did send a screenshot of a similar truck that was on sale locally. The screen shot had the name of the other dealership....tell the whole story

Great service! I just had to take my car in for service and they were great! Didnt talk down to me just because I am female. They called right away to let me know what the problem was and that parts had been ordered and then were super nice when I called to check in on the repair process. Just overall a great experience!
