Service department has been very good, the sales department now that on the other hand is not even close to being customer friendly. I recently went and looked at a vehicle. Took my trade in and had them appraise it, got the final #s and told the sales rep I was good with everything and was heading home to get my wife, go to the bank and would return tomorrow with a check. I call the next morning right away to let them know I would be coming in with a check for the vehicle. The salesman says oh we sold the vehicle yesterday after you left. I understand I didn’t pay to hold the vehicle but atleast give a call and say hey sorry the vehicle was sold, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the bank and having a check prepared. Ultimately ended up going to sleepy hollow and getting substantially more on a trade in and they had the courtesy to hold the vehicle until I returned with a new check from the bank.

All I wanted was to buy the car and be on my way. Had to wait for a time slot that was not convenient for me and the new car had a dent that was overlooked. Came back twice to get the piece fixed asked if I could also get an oil change they said I needed a different appointment. Not at all accommodating don't worry I won't be filling up any time slots here

My last oil change I brought my dinner with to eat while waiting. I didn't have enough time to finish eating and they had my business van oil change and inspection done. WOW!! That was fast.

I did a lot of shopping and that was a waste of time. Pischke motors did it all for me, told them what I wanted and what I would pay and they did it!!. I could of saved a lot of wasted time by just letting Pischke Motors do it all like they did.
