My husband has been stopping by for several weeks looking at several cars. The salesperson had spent a lot of time with him and called several times. When he had decided on several cars we both came back and test drove several. The sales person was pleasant. Would send people here.

they could not find the car they advertised on the web, they wanted 500 $ deposit to get the car from wherever it was, to Venice.....in this cut-throat business, they do not need competition, their sales people are not businesslike :(

I went there to look at a used car. It wasn't what I wanted, but the salesperson was helpful without being pushy. I did get their trade in value on my current vehicle while I was there, and was extremely disappointed. I have received two others from different dealers since then, and this dealer was the lowest of the 3 by more than $2,000. I wouldn't recommend them for that reason alone. 2 grand is a huge difference and a lot to lose on a trade in.
