I bought my 2016 Lincoln MKZ from Plaza Lincoln last year and have received 2 complimentary maintenance services since then, the latest being today.Both times I dealt with John Braga and he is a pleasure to deal with. A great asset to Plaza Lincoln. I had also dealt with him previously when I owned a 2007 MKZ.

This was our second time buying a car from Mel at Plaza and we couldn't ask for a better salesman. He never pressures you but has a wonderful personality and makes the experience fun. This dealership went above and beyond for us

We have never been treated as well at a dealership as we were at plaza. Mel went above and beyond to us. This is our fourth Lincoln and we will always use this dealership from now on. They have truely made us feel we are a part of the dealership family

Scotty was great to work with. I found the new MKX I was looking for at Cars.com and contacted Scotty who was located at a dealership 6 hours from my home. He worked out a very acceptable out the door price which included my Audi A7 trade. The entire experience at Plaza Lincoln was seamless. I am a very happy customer.Kudos.

We were shopping online for just the right 2013 Ford Edge and were fortunate to get Helpful Joe Gidney at Plaza Lincoln to respond to our inquiry about one they had advertised. It's a long drive from home to Plaza Lincoln but Joe gave us all the info we needed (and very accurately!) for us to decide that the drive was worth while. Everyone we dealt with at Plaza was helpful and couteous and made us feel welcome. And the car was exactly as advertised and we bought it! We'd go back to Plaza whenever in the market. Thanks, Joe!

I bought my new Lincoln in march and I was very pleased the ease and honesty that my salesman Scott McCarty show my wife and myself. I bought many new Lincoln's over time but Plaza Lincoln was the best I dealt with. Plaza Lincoln will be my dealer of choice when I Buy my next new Lincoln in couple of years.

car was advertised as having satalitte radio. Was told I needed to subscribe to it. Fine, but I don't see that option anywhere and when I call the dealer, i'm told he will get back to me. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. received only one key. when I called to ask if another was available, was told he will get back to me...still waiting.
