I initially visited Porsche of Minneapolis for routine maintenance of my 911 4S. I was considering trading in my older winter vehicle for a newer SUV. As I waited for my vehicle to be service, I met Brian Gottschalk a sales professional at this dealership. He introduced me to the Macan S. He is a very knowledgeable individual who went through details of the Macan S that made me to consider purchasing it at a later time. I continued to research other potential vehicle as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW. The one thing that Brian said to me that stuck with me during my test drive was "it should be fun to drive as well as reliable". This led me back to the Macan S. I went back to Porsche of Minneapolis because their service and sales department treated me well. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle in any way. I was interested in a particular color and package scheme. Brian and manager Eddie were able to locate a vehicle that was due for arrival. I went ahead and placed a down payment to reserve the vehicle. It came in 2 weeks later. Brian did an excellent job in explaining all of the features of the new 2017 Macan. The entire sales process including my trade in went smoothly and fairly. The entire process was quick and non-stressful. I highly recommend this dealership if you are seriously interested in purchasing a Porsche.

I am often the last person to write these reviews because I have found them non-authentic and aggrandizing beyond compare. However, I feel compelled to write this because of my experience at Porsche Minneapolis--all due to the outstanding team approach, which began with my sales associate Brian Gottschalk. From the very start with my initial call, I felt welcomed. OK... so this seem schmaltzy, I know. What made it different? First was Brian taking the time to understand why I wanted a Porsche vs. another high-end car. BTW, Brian never bashed any other car manufacturer. He talked respectfully of other makes. Second, came a discovery of my driving needs. Third, was the Porsche advantage. I have to say, hearing about a Porsche (my first, by the way) AFTER he discovered my needs made so much sense. The "negotiation" was not really a negotiation process but rather an understanding of what Brian was able to do. I so much appreciated this. It was such a different buying experience for me. Beyond Brian's outstanding service and needs-assessment approach, I appreciated the professional at the front desk... and I use the term "professional" because she really understood customer service. I wish I remembered her name! And finally, the frosting on the cake was the Vice President and General Manager, Chase Hawkins, who welcomed me to the Porsche "family" after I bought...and he told me he was available if ever I needed him. Bottom line: This was a unique experience, which I know many individuals have had with other car dealerships. But here's something that may help you understand why this was different for me. During these big purchases, I often second-guess myself and wonder if I made the right decision. Fascinating to me as a corporate psychologist, I did not look back! No second-guessing and wondering! It was the right decision. I feel so good about this. Thank you, Brian, Chase, and team. I hope my review engages others to experience the Porsche Minneapolis initiative! And if nothing else, go and test drive a car with an experience you will be wowed by--with both the car AND the people! I was!

This is the first time I experience getting a Porsche. I had the privilege to work with Eric Vogue who help me thru the process of getting my 2017 Targa. He was very knowledgable and made great recommendations. The interesting part was that the dealer did not have an allocation for this car and they got on the phone and in 24 hrs swap the allocation with another dealer and got me on board. The car was suppose to arrive in July and to my surprise the car got here in May...wow! Thank you Porsche of Minneapolis.

I live in Connecticut and found a 911 Carrera 4S in the color and with the options I wanted at Porsche of Minneapolis. This was my first experience in buying a car sight unseen and I was a little apprehensive about this. Eric Voge made the whole process seamless for me. He was always available to answer questions, returned my calls promptly and gave me the impression that he is a caring person with a pleasant personality. I recently visited Mpls Porsche to check out a Cayenne Turbo. Within 5 minutes of arriving I was driving the truck. After a short test drive I returned and handed the keys back to David. I explained all the concerned I had and continue to kick a few tires. Not once was I hassled or harassed. There was zero pressure and none of my time was wasted. This was a very refreshing experience. Though I didn't buy the truck, I will definitely keep them in mind for my next automobile purchase. Ask for David. My experience with him earned a recommendation.

They handled my trade (which needed a few fixes), and gave me a fair price. I booked a few upgrades (e.g. Clear coat), and just dropped it off. Seamless. And I get a Porsche loaner. One regret - I waited too long to buy my first one.

Please double check all advertised features even before purchasing a certified Porsche! Bought a 2014 certified 2014 Panamera 4 from Dave Wilson with all paperwork suggesting 20inch wheels. 3 couple months after purchase, i noticed the wheels were actually 19 inches. Upon calling Dave Wilson, 1. I was first told that this was normal and wheels were switches on used cars all the time - Unacceptable answer2.Even after showing certified paperwork showing 20 inch wheels listed, i was told that i should have verified equipment at time of purchase with an implication that I wasn't being truthful - Unacceptable answerThis isn't the level of service i expected from a certified Porsche purchase.Lesson: please don't trust the documentation provided and verify all options prior to taking delivery. Once you drive away, you are out of luck.

My wife and I had been looking nationally for a 2010 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Base Porsche Cayenne in Meteor Grey since September of 2015 so we knew the pricing and what was available within Porsche's US dealer network. Porsche of Minneapolis (POM) had exactly what we were looking for but was a long ways away from where we live in Florida and it's always difficult to make such a decision from a distance like that. As active and longtime Porsche Club of America (PCA) Members with two other Porsches (a 911 Carrera and a Cayman S) we know Porsche and had high expectations for this purchase. We decided to place our trust in POM and Porsche's CPO program, move forward and are SO pleased that we did!Our POM Sales Representative Brian Gottschalk performed in an exemplary manner and responded to every request in a timely and thoroughly professional manner. Over the course of one week, with multiple emails and phone calls going back and forth, it really became apparent that we were doing business with a 'First Class' operation and our 'remote purchase worries' disappeared.Seven days after first contacting Brian, I arrived in Minneapolis to look at the vehicle and bring it home. I could not have been more pleased with this purchase experience if I had choreographed it myself. Brian picked me up from my hotel early Monday morning, presented the Cayenne to me on a lift in POM's 'operating room clean' service department so my inspection could begin and then proceeded to expertly guide me through the remaining steps of the purchase. Needless to say the Cayenne was immaculate and was soon on the road to Florida.It's hard to say enough about how well POM, Brian and the Financial Office Team performed on this purchase. I can highly recommend them for folks looking for the best in an automobile purchase experience, especially if it is of the 'remote' variety - Brian and POM are definitely thoroughly trained in their work and it shows!

After getting some idea about a couple of suv's at porshe, I became interested in the 2016 macan. Took the macan for a test drive and got all of my questions answered by eric. Once I decided with the colors and features of the macan, I took the lease offer. I'm writing this review after 2 months into the lease.

Like most of us as a child we had a poster of a car that we loved and dreamed to owe when we got older. Thank you Eric Voge and Porsche of Minneapolis because now I get to drive that 911 Turbo every day of my life (other then winter days). Walking into the dealership felt like home, everyone so friendly and willing to help and it has continued every time I come back. Then the fun started, "Launch Control" Eric said and then it was all ear to ear smile after that. Eric was there to assist with any question or concern that I had and he still does now. There is no doubt in my mind going back and buying a car from Eric Voge and Porsche Minneapolis again! Thank you again and can not wait for the next Porsche in my garage!

I'm in the process of buying my fourth Porsche from this dealership. Dave Wilson is the sales person and he is great. Responsive and straightforward. The same can be said for the service department. I stopped by one afternoon to take a look at the Macan. After determining it was a little too small for my needs, I decided to test drive a Cayenne. Make that several Cayennes. Dave Wilson patiently took me out in a base Cayenne, Cayenne S, Cayenne GTS and Cayenne Turbo. My husband also drove a Cayenne Diesel. We left without making any commitments or feeling any pressure. I went back a few weeks later and took another test drive before calling dibs on a 2016 GTS that was on its way to the dealership. Buying a new car usually fills me with anxiety, but Dave made the whole process painless. This is my first Porsche, but I'm sure it won't be my last!

I truly did not plan on pulling the trigger. Met Dave Wilson and ask to drive the Porsche, "sure take the keys and see what you think." No pressure and the rest is history. Dave and I "did the dance" and I couldn't be more happier. Came back on Monday car was ready to go and Dave gave me the 101 on all the features and even put on the plates. Great fun!!!!!!!!

We saw a car we were interested in and called the dealership. I had a great conversation with Eric Voge. He followed up after the first call as well. We had to drive 3.5 hours to see the car so it was important we got good information from Eric as we didn't want to waste the trip. He was very easy to visit with and not pushy. Eric knew the car very well. I've been to many dealerships and the sales people don't know their own cars. Once decided we would like the car it comes down to usually arguing about price. Not the case here Eddie Rediske was very polite and not pushy either. We had a good conversation back and forth until we decided on a price. I will come back to them for future cars.Joel

Decided after many years of not owning a Porsche 911 that it was time to own another one. I contacted David Wilson and he assisted me throughout the buying process. He kept me informed as the process evolved. Prior to delivery he noticed a couple of small items that needed attention and contacted me right away. At the time of delivery he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Great car, great value, great dealership, and great sale staff. I visited the dealership looking for a Porsche for the coming summer months. This was my first Porsche and I was sure that I wanted a 911 of some type. Dave Wilson was the salesperson who helped me out from beginning to end. Highly recommend him! Bought our first Porsche recently - a Cayenne. Eric Voge was an excellent ambassador for the brand. He is knowledgable, easy to deal with and trustworthy. He went out of his way to make the buying experience enjoyable, without pressuring. He even assisted on his day off. I have dealt with two sales people, George Andewig and Dave Wilson. I spent my working career in sales and have always admired what can be considered the "professional salesman". These two people are fine examples of that "professionalism". Both have an attribute which is often missing today. They listen! That and the atmosphere created by the dealership management has made my car buying experiences enjoyable.

After a very disappointing buying experience at Performance Imports in Danbury, CT, I was fortunate enough to find the right car, dealership and above all, sales person to close the deal on an CPE 07 Porsche Cayman S. Dave Wilson's early morning timely response, and great attitude, followed up with pictures and other important details about the Cayman, closed the deal within 2-hrs of my discovering the cars availability on Ebay. With 1200 mile separating myself from the car and Minneapolis, I relied heavily on Dave's professional knowledge, integrity and consistent follow up to questions which made purchasing the 07 Cayman and working with Porsche of Minneapolis a really wonderful experience. I am not a "high end" buyer, but a Porsche owner and loyalist. Eric Voge, and Sales Manager, Eddie Rediske (as well as the entire staff) treated me ALWAYS as if I was the most important customer to walk in the place. My search to replace my current Cayenne was long and drawn out, and they just let me go through the process, always being helpful and informative. Eric kept his eye out for me, notifying me of any cars I might want to look at. I couldn't be more pleased with the Sales experience!

I purchased a Macan recently, after a year of waffling about this and that. I pulled the trigger when one became available suddenly. Eric was very patient with me and really pulled out all the stops to get things done at the end to accommodate my schedule, even coming to my house to get the title for the trade in. Getting the license plate at time of delivery was impressive, too. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great overall experience, I was looking for a CPO Cayenne for over a month. Eric called the same day i requested more info about the vehicle, scheduled an appointment and things just went so smooth until I drove out with my new car. I can't rave enough how great my buying experience was in buying my new Cayenne.It started in July and ended in Dec when I picked up my new car. Not only was my salesman Dave Wilson always willing to help me but so were the other salesman Daron Szabo and Eric Voge when Dave was not there. Also Ed Rediske the Sales Manager was always on top of things and ready to help with any questions or special issues. The entire sales staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of their cars. I spent a lot of time deciding what options to get. I think I drove 6 different cars and tested audio systems on 3 others. I thought I was pretty much of a pest but I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. The entire team was always very helpful and professional. My salesman Dave kept me informed every step of the way from when the car entered production to what ship it came across the ocean on.As a result Cayenne is exactly what I expected and there were no surprises at delivery. I am extremely happy and while the wait was long it was worth it.I would recommend this dealership and Dave Wilson to anyone considering a new Porsche.

We have purchased 2 Porsches in a bit more than a year from Dave. The first was the Boxter S last year and just picked up the Macan S last week. We just love both of these cars. I cannot say enough about the quality of both cars, the amazing service we have received at the dealership, and the sales process with Dave has been exceptionally easy. Everyone that works there has gone out of there way to acknowledge us, make us feel welcome, and taken great car of the cars whenever we have been at the dealership. I would highly recommend the cars, the service, and Dave Wilson to purchase one from!

I had a great experience at this dealership. While I intended to by a Maserati that day, I stopped in to Porsche after leaving the Maserati dealership. I met Eric Voge who was very down to earth, knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel like he was playing me or trying to make the purchase confusing, he made the purchase of my Panamera a fun experience. He even helped me with my garage door opener by coming out to my house. The manager Eddie was a nice guy too. I would highly recommend Eric if you want a car buying experience without the typical stress, hassle, and games.

Purchasing a car can be an anxiety ridden process regardless of the price. But when doing so on the internet in order to source your dream car at the best price is an especially nerve racking experience. However the interactions I had with the individuals at Porsche of Minneapolis, especially Dave Wilson, made it easy and enjoyable. I give this dealership my highest recommendation.

He knew I was interested in a Macan with certain options, and one became available due to a cancelled sale. This was our first Porsche purchase, but based on our dealings so far with Porsche of Minneapolis it hopefully won't be our last (sure hope not as this one will be the wife's car!) It was definitely the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience ever - no hard sales pitches, just friendly and helpful information. Our salesperson (Eric Voge) was super to deal with and spent a lot of time going over all of the many features. And kudos also to their Service Dept. which did a great job in detailing the vehicle - inside and out it was flawless when we went to pick it up. Overall my wife and I couldn't be happier.

When you are buying a quality car brand like a Porsche or an Audi you know what you are going to get. So really what is the most important decision in buying a car, I say it is the person you buy it from. I live in MA, and I found the car of my dreams in MN. The sales mans name was Eric Voge from www.carouselautomobiles.com and here is a bit about our transaction.- I found the car online, called and spoke with Eric- 2010 CPO car and established a very fair price -He put me in contact with a great shipping company, and we coordinated transport from MN to MA (I found lots of companies online were a bit shifty)- When the car arrived (delayed due to a snow storm in MN) there were a few minor defects not disclosed in the CPO report- Eric worked with his management to address repairs, and everything was taken car of by my local dealershipThis was the first time I had purchased a vehicle online, never mind and expensive one. Throughout the entire experience, Eric was organized, professional, and friendly. I am now in a great car and have a car salesman whom I can honestly say, I will buy from again!
