Tony and Leonel were terrific to work with. I live in Louisville and saw they had the car I wanted. Tony worked hard to get the financing I needed. I flew to NY and drove to their place in Fairfield. When I walked in the car was in the middle of the showroom and looked better than I had expected. Tony had the documents all set. We signed them. Visited for a few minutes. And then I was gone. Daughter was totally shocked. Loves the car! Would def buy from these guys again.

I was extremely happy with the new car buying experience at Porsche Fairfield, and will likely buy from them again in the future. My salesman, Mark Ward-Willis, is very knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, and helped me navigate the models and numerous configuration options available in the 718 line. He also made some deals to arrange a very reasonable build date, which is not easy at a time when the pandemic and semiconductor shortage have greatly disrupted new car deliveries. No hardball sales tactics, just a straightforward and smooth car buying process, and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful new Boxster now parked in my driveway!

I’m new to Porsche having just bought my first Porsche vehicle, which I absolutely love, and I am completely blown away at the level of professionalism and customer service from the service department and everyone involved. I didn’t know what to expect as before I’ve dealt with GM, Ford and even Subaru which were all subpar experiences. But weather you’re spending $100 or $1 million, at Porsche you’re treated like family, like a human being, with respect and passion. All the staff are polite and knowledgeable and happy to go out of their way to help. It really is a one of a kind experience that truly makes your Porsche ownership that much better.

Inquired about a car and the Sales guy quoted MSRP...wouldn't provide a real price to start a conversation. I've spoken to 4 other dealerships and they didn't play stupid used car salesman tricks...stay away from these guys

I had been looking for a new high performance sports sedan for nearly six months, and had test driven quite a few CPO Audis and BMWs but hadn't found "the car." After seeing several CPO Panameras on the Porsche of Fairfield website, I stopped in during lunch without an appointment. Over the next several hours, Jose Suarez Diaz patiently arranged multiple test drives and then he and Bob Zaleski worked with me to make a very fair deal on what turned out to be the perfect car for me, a 2010 Panamera 4S. No games, no upselling, no pressure. The whole car-buying experience was exciting instead of being stressful (as it often can be). If that had been the whole story, I would have given Porsche of Fairfield a high rating here. However, the service got even better when I had a flat (a spike through the side wall) less than 36 hours after buying the car - and just before I had to leave town on business. I called Jose to let him know what happened, and he graciously arranged for the pick up, repair and delivery while I was traveling so that the car was waiting all "shiny and new" in the driveway when I got home. Talk about awesome service! I'm a new customer to Porsche of Fairfield but have happily purchased and serviced Audis at the sister dealership (next door) for years. I look forward to a similar relationship with Jose and Porsche of Fairfield service team.

Great experience buying a 2014 Boxster, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they were doing. Would highly recommend this dealer, they are much better than their competition. Never had a better buying process, and I've purchased many business and personal vehicles.

I purchased a 2012 used BMW 328i from this dealership which was a traded in car. One of the main reasons I chose this dealership was a good recommendation I've received from one of my friends about a salesperson there named Bob Zaleski. From the moment I entered the dealership, he was so helpful and enjoyable to deal with. He put so much time in my case and made the transaction as smooth as possible. The car that I purchased had a couple of minor scratches and he promised me to fix them which he did in their maintenance shop. About their maintenance facility, it was a joined center with Audi Fairfield and Mercedes Benz Fairfield under the possession of Penske Automotive, which was a professional, fully equipped center. Their body shop, in my opinion, was extremely fast and clean. More importantly, we made a friendly bargain on the price and he gave me a good discount on the car. Meanwhile, their business manger, Ivo Ivanov, put so much effort to make the paperwork ready, and helped me a lot for getting me a reasonable loan. Last but not least, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and specially for dealing with the best salesperson ever: BOB ZALESKI.

I just purchased a new Panamera Turbo S and was met with top notch customer service. Bob Zaleski and Claudia were an absolute pleasure to work with. I traveled over 90mi and chose Fairfield Porsche over 4 dealerships that are closer in vicinity to me. This is due, in no small part, to the high level of service and professionalism I received from dealing with Bob over the phone. I am a demanding consumer and couldn't be more pleased with my new purchase and the experience of dealing with Bob and his team. Simply the best.

My initial contact with Porsche of Fairfield was via email regarding one of their used car listings on the AutoTrader.com web site. After a couple no-nonsense, just-the-facts, message exchanges with Bob Zaleski, I sensed he would be a good man to do business with.The next day Bob led my wife and I through a thorough inspection of the auto of interest (a 2-year old Lexus LS460), factually discussing it's good and not-so-good aspects. As to it's price, we were offered a very fair "bottom line" number which eliminated any concern of "invoice padding" which we too often experienced in the past.All in all, our purchase experience at Porsche of Fairfield, and especially with Bob Zaleski, was our easiest and most satisfying ever!

I found the lightly used 911 I wanted at this dealership via cars.com. The experience was excellent excepting some anxiety over the time it took them to respond to various inqueries during the purchase process. It must be noted that I bought this $73k car, sight unseen, except for pictures. It was delivered in a covered truck, nearly across the country (from CT to NM), in flawless condition and as advertised. All license and title fees were handled without troubles too.

I recently purchased a Porsche from Fairfield Porsche and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. There is a genuineness to everyone I met there. I never felt once like I was walking into a car dealership but rather meeting with a bunch of car guys who are passionate about Porsches.Working with Bob Zaleski was fantastic. What a nice congenial fellow who has some great stories regarding Porsches including why Porsche put the key to the left of the steering wheel. I also got a follow up phone from Bob who wanted to make sure I was enjoying my new ride. I'd also like to thank Robert Duggan as well. Actually everyone at the dealership was nice and friendly.And the follow up after-sale service is outstanding as well. There are a couple of minor items I want them to address and they agreed to send someone with loaner car to my place of business 20 miles a way to pick up my Porsche. It doesn't get much better than that. At the end of the day I give Fairfield Porsche 5 stars.

I purchased a CPO 2007 Cayman S from Porsche of Fairfield. In short the car has been nothing short of amazing. Working with Nick (and later John) was excellent. It may sound like a cliche, but I never for a second felt like I was buying a car from a salesman. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Nick went above and beyond what I would have expected, and I can say with total honesty, that he had as much to do with me buying this car, as the car itself. The entire process, from the day I first walked into the showroom, to the day I picked up my car, was a positive one. I was really impressed with the amount of time Nick spent finding me the perfect car, and letting me know literally the second it came in so I wouldn't lose it.I was also just generally impressed with the dealership itself. The staff is very friendly, without any hint of pretentiousness. They are all "car guys", and are very knowledgeable about the products and the company. The environment is very relaxed, and feels more like a car show than a dealership. The music selection rocks.One last note, when I went in to pick the car up, it was discovered that there was a minor imperfection in the bumper. Both the dealership, and myself missed it when we looked over the car, and I think a lot of places would have been tempted to leave it like that. But they did the right thing, identified the blemish, and had it repaired perfectly. It was minor, and to be honest, I may have never noticed it, but they did, and they made it right. I think that's what puts these guys above the rest.I would (and have) recommended this dealership (and Nick in particular) to others. And when it comes time for me to purchase another Porsche, it will definitely be from them.

Porsche of Fairfield has been great over the past five years. I purchased my 2006 C4S cabriolet new from them and they have serviced it ever since. I drive my Porsche daily and have put close to 80,000 miles on it. It is still a joy to drive and Porsche of Fairfield has been great in sales and service.

Bob was fantastic to deal with during the entire purchase process. This car was for my wife who was somewhat intimidated by a Porsche and driving a larger car. Bob put her to ease completely and spent a ton of time making sure that she understood all of the various buttons, knobs, computer, and other features. Plus, he took her on a long drive where she could really become comfortable with the car. I would definitely recommend Fairfield Porsche and Bob in particular to any of my friends looking for a new car. I would also buy another Porsche from Bob when the opportunity arrises.

I've dealt with this dealership for over ten years and currently own three Porsches. Their service has always been excellent and I have never had to return a car that was not serviced properly. Larry and his service team communicate extremely well and there are never any surprises. They anticipate my questions and never make excuses. Pricing is fair. I will continue to do business with this dealer because of their service organization.

Porsche of Fairfiled had the exact model and color that we were looking for from a trade in .I wanted to extended my appreciation and thanks for a job well done on the purchase of my new SUV. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Al and JR over the years. It is always clear from the start without any "hidden" fees or stipulations. I have been given top dollar for trades and the best price on new Porsches. Integrity of both is excellent, promises are kept and deliveries always when promised. It is a pleasure working with true enthusiasts with an exhaustive product knowledge base. It is important to me that Porsche of Fairfield is active within the community, supporting several worthy causes such as Near and Far Aid.I will visit them again for my next purchase.

I bought a 2006 911s cab that was apparently certified. Had nothing but trouble and uncooperative feedback. Focus is on getting your money, then you're on your own. My recommendation: do not buy here!

Purchased a cayman S certified pre-owned over the phone being I live in Florida. I was quoted a price plus tax with no other fees. I transferred the money and when the contract arrived there was extra fees totaling over $500. I emailed john and he said it was a mistake and promised to refund the difference. This never happened. Also He said he would take care of arranging the shipping of the car since he could get a discount with a great company. This didn't happen for five days after the car was paid for so I arranged for transport. He emailed me and told me he already had someone coming. I called the company he said he arranged it with two days later and they had no record of it. Next thing I know the dealer called me and said they would arrange for it tomorrow. They finally got someone to pick it up four days later and I come to find out it's close to twice the price I had arranged for the same type of transport, and the company wouldn't give the discount either. Overall they had poor communication, and they are very dishonest. Nick was a true used car salesman "Beware". I expected more from a Premier Porsche Dealer and didn't get it. Hopefully I get my car and it looks and drives as described.
