I went to place an order for a Macan(first-car) and ended up in buying an available one with the help of Jim, Muneer & Alan(initial POC). The service was extremely good and they were not like someone who wants to sell a car just to make money but someone who wants you to understand what a Porsche feels like. I was in touch with a couple of dealers from Bay and one from Beverly Hills which helped to distinguish what is the best place to get the deal from. I was extremely disappointed with the Beverly hills sales person who never offered a test-drive and was rushing to sell the car and when I met Jim he was completely opposite. After buying the car, Jim followed up on my experience and made sure that everything is going well. I would recommend ppl to work with him.

I give this Porsche dealer the best rating because of the customer service and knowledge on the vehicles. I went to all the other dealers around the area and they wouldn't even assist me because of my age. This is the dealer you want to make a deal with. I will be returning! Ask for Jim G. I picked up my Macan a few days ago and it was a great experience at Porsche of Fremont. Initially, I planned to purchase either an Audi Q5 or Porsche Macan; I walked into an Audi dealer and wanted to check out the Q5, but the sales person didn't feel like assisting me(probably because I was driving an old VW...). I felt he was impatient when he was answering some of my questions and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to test drive it. So I left and went to a Porsche dealer and I assumed the sales people would be the same as Audi, but they totally surprised me. The sales manager asked one of the sales, "Vincent Milazzo", to assist me and he was super friendly. He explained things to me in detail and let me test drive the car. Also, I thought he was pretty honest when he told me the Macan preorderwait time was about 6-8 months since the car was in high demand. He could've said the wait time was shorter just to increase the chance of getting my business, but he didn't. Also, he didn't force me to buy any options that I didn't want to buy, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I made my decision to purchase the Macan and I believe it was worth the wait. Having purchased various high end cars my experience with Viraj was by far one of the best. Rather than selling me on the car he actually took the time to ask me about what I liked and wanted. It was more of a consultation vs a sales pitch. In the end I ordered the perfect Porsche Macan for myself. He kept me advised once my car was built all the way till it was ready to be picked up. On the day of delivery he went over the car and explained all the functions. I would recommend Viraj aka Raj if you are in the market for a new Porsche.

We recently baught our first ever Porsche from this dealership. We dealt with 2 individuals...Vincent Milazzo(Salesperson) and Muneer Nabizada(Finance Manager). I must say, this was one of the most enjoyable car buying experience of our life. Vincent, the salesperson,did an excellent job in understanding our needs, guiding us to select options and most importantly was very patient overall without even a slight hint of "pressure tactics". Never once he pushed any unneccesary options or other types of products and services. Vincent also helped in trading our BMW X5 and overall came up with a proposal to our liking.We also worked with Muneer Nabizada, finance manager, in the area of extended warranty. Munner was extremely helpful in in educating us on different types of extended warranties and once again, without any pressure, guided us to make a decision to our liking. Bottom line is, even if the Porsche is a world class performance auto brand, its is individuals like Vincent and Muneer that truly bring the car to consumers like us.

This was my first time buying a Porsche and Viraj "Raj" Kumar was the salesperson you want to deal with at a dealership. I had been there almost three years before looking and was so impressed with the quality of the people and service I came back to them as my first choice when I was ready.When I asked, and not before, Raj arranged to have my potential trade-in appraised for a fair value while I looked around and he answered my questions. I went there for a particular Boxster GTS that for a lack of better word intrigued me. Raj and I took it for a test drive and when we returned we started the buying process. I wish all my previous car buying experiences were as pleasant as this one.So in summary: A very pleasant and successful car buying experience due to quality people throughout the organization including sales, finance and service, and especially Raj Kumar.

OK, so in fairness to all, let me just say that I'm a tough negotiator. I do deals for a living, and at the end of a lot of deals both sides aren't 100% delighted, but that usually means it was a fair deal to all. I knew what car I wanted (2015 Panamera S e-Hybrid) and the price I wanted to pay. My salesperson, Alan Lessa, was initially very friendly and I enjoyed the test drive with him. However, we ultimately were about $1000 off from one another on the price and then I was willing to close the gap to a $500 difference. In the end, I even offered to close the gap entirely as long as they threw in something for my 9 year old son (Alan said that he'd buy him a hat). Over the course to getting there, though, I became very frustrated with the delayed return phone calls and emails and ultimately the utter obstinance and lack of communication of the sales manager, David Saucedo (who never was willing to get on the phone with me). At one point, I got hot under the collar that they wouldn't move off their price and wouldn't justify, and I told Alan that David seems like a "xxxxx." Long story short, Alan called back and said that David had decided that he didn't want to sell the car to me for fear of me being unhappy -- well, I actually apologized for the xxxxx comment and asked that they reconsider. Alan said that David would call me to discuss, and of course he didn't (surprise!). In the end, I hope that they got a better from someone else rather than walking away from a deal with a willing buyer for a car that they've had in inventory since August 2014! One post-script to the story...I have since been able to secure the car I want at a price that was awesome with great financing terms (all better than Porsche of Fremont was offering). In short, buyer beware of these guys!

The price is fair and the service is good.The used cayman came with a broken cup holder. They fixed it in time since it's in warranty and did a car wash for free, really appreciate that.Alan is good at communicating and very responsive for any inquiries and requests. So I think this dealership meets the Porsche brands' high standard. I would totally consider buying my next car here, and I will recommend my friends who's interested in Porsche or MB to visit this dealership.

I have been working with Vinny Milazzo for the past 6 months on finding the right Porsche for me. I must say, I have never met a Sales person that genuinely cared about doing the right thing for the customer versus trying to sell you anything they can. The level of attention to detail and consistent follow up was impressive. There was even one time during these 6 months, I found another car in AZ where I asked Vinny for advice. Knowing he would not get the sale, he took time out of his day to help me through it when he didn't have to. That is going above and beyond for a customer that has never bought a car from him.I finally bought the car of my dreams and it was Vinny who help me get there after spending 6 months with me. What I received was neither--I met Vinny Milazzo who, even at the end of a busy day, was very helpful, no pressure, answered all my questions and even discussed the pros/cons of the competition. Raj spent enough time with me to educate and inform me on the car, the brand and the dealership. If I could have bought the car that day then I would have. Early information was limited, but both Alan and Dave helped obtain more details that were not in official Porsche documents. I put a refundable deposit down on a Porsche Turbo S Cabriolet. Unfortunately for them, I ended up deciding to get a Turbo S Coupe that I found at a dealership closer to where I live. Despite the fact that I made this change, they were extremely friendly and courteous throughout even the refund process. This told me a lot about the character of the dealership and their people. I would highly recommend them!

I am accustomed to buying my cars from Lexus and have always valued their high end customer service. Wow! What a great customer service experience I enjoyed from Alan Lessa and Norman Chu at Porche of Fremont! I purchased a used 2006 Mustang GT convertible with 18,000 on it. The car was so clean, I was almost afraid to drive it. Alan and Norman made sure everything was ready when I arrived at the airport to pick up the car. The transaction was effortless, and the car was just as advertised and more. Great job! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

We ordered our new Porsche Cayenne through Viraj at porsche of Fremont and simply could not have been happier. Viraj made the entire 4 month process absolutely seamless. From day one, Viraj took our deposit, placed the order and more importantly, provided us regular updates as the build process progressed. He was very responsive when it came to any questions that came up, including providing us with the name of the ship that our Porsche was on so we could track it's progress to the U.S. On the day of delivery, Viraj had our new arrival staged and ready at the delivery bay and all paperwork ready for us to sign. Viraj then spent a considerable amount of time going over all aspects of the car, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of just how everything worked - up to and including pairing our phone with the bluetooth. Viraj spent as much time with us as necessary, until we were ready to drive away with our new Cayenne. He was even gracious enough to take a few pictures for us to commemorate the day! I drove 30 miles beyond my local dealer in Walnut Creek to buy my new 991 4S Cabrio from Fremont for several reasons. Primarily, whenever I had questions regarding my previous 9 year old 996 I found I received the most knowledgeable and friendliest responses from Gunter Feldmeier (service) and Vinny Milazzo (sales).Although I did not purchase my 996 from Porsche of Fremont and did not get it serviced there, they always took the time to answer questions for me. When it came time to purchase a newer 911 I decided to "pay back" their great service and purchased my car from Porsche of Fremont. In all regards I received great service. The purchase price was fair, assistance with financing and extended warranty was good and I was able to speak with Gunter about break-in and future maintenance. I will take the extra time and drive to pass my local dealer to get future scheduled maintenance done at the Fremont dealer...it has been a good experience.

I had researched Car.Com for a 2011-12 Carrera S with low miles and manual 6-spd. I found one at Fremont and visited the dealership Easter weekend. Barry offered his services and did a first class job understanding my needs on the car and pricing parameters. I received a very competitive quote including a very good price on my trade (2008 Carrera S). I made a counter offer which was accepted.Barry knows his stuff about Porsches, which is essential for people selling this marque. He was low key, personable and very easy to work with overall. He was fastidious in taking me through the documents and the car itself to explain its systems (I know 911's pretty well but was unfamiliar with the PCM on this car). He was very knowledgeable about the car in general and we concentrated on the differences in this newer model.His colleague in finance Munir was great to deal with on the documents, again taking me through everything methodically and with clarity. I decided to purchase the tire/wheels protection based on his input, and Barry's. It was an excellent transaction and was 100% satisfied with Barry's handling of it. I was also made to feel welcome at the dealership and its upcoming launch of the Macan and opening of the new showroom, even though I live in Marin and know the guys at Sonnen very well. 2 thumbs up for Barry. It was a wonderful experience doing business at Fletcher Jones and especially with Viraj. Unlike the bad experience I had earlier at the other bay area Porsche dealer, I was updated regularly on the status of my new vehicle, and in fact it came in a couple of weeks ahead of what was promised. 1st time Porsche owner and never really dealt with higher end luxury car representatives. Coming from Lexus I had high expectations for Porsche. The first experience I received with Fremont Porsche and Alan Lessa was great. He took the time to take care of me, answer all the questions I had especially made it easier for someone that never had a Porsche before. They made sure I was comfortable and no pressure. They gave me a good deal on my Panamera 4S and gave me a good deal on my trade in as well. I was well satisfied with the service and the help I received here. Alan gets back to me on my calls or emails for questions. We are also planning to return to Alan to help us get a Cayman for the wife in the near future.

After owning 4 Porsche's over the last 25 years it was time to buy a new Porsche. I selected 2 local dealerships to visit, as a purchaser the only thing in my control was who I bought from, I chose Fletcher Jones and Alan Lessa because of Alan's patience and respect for what I wanted in a new Porsche, he did not try to sell me options I was not interested in, he did not try to sell me a car in his inventory, he was helpful in explaining options that I asked about and he was helpful in building me a car on line. My entire experience from my first visit to driving off the lot was always about me, which made my buying experience fun and exciting. I found Alan to be helpful and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to recommending him if you are considering a purchase.

I contacted several dealers via email while shopping for a new 911 and the response and service I received from Terry Toledo at Porsche of Fremont was excellent in all respects. The thing that immediately set Terry apart from other dealers was that he provided no-nonsene answers and did so promptly. There was no sales gimmick and he did not push me to disclose information about myself (phone number, etc) or request that I come into the dealership before providing me the answers and information I was looking for. This is my third Porsche and I had done a lot of research before making contact. Thus, I had a sense of the current discounts being offered to other customers, the MF rates, residuals, etc. Terry quoted me numbers that were consistent with what my research had shown, which demonstrated to me that he was being candid and straightforward. I also never felt pressured from Terry. Instead, his approach was thoughtful and respectful. I also felt like I was dealing with someone with authority. There was no "checking with the manager" before answering my questions. When we went to pick up the car, Terry was organized and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy or lease a Porsche.

I was in the final stages of selecting a Porsche Boxster, but due to limited inventory at my local dealer, I had not seen all the color and option combinations that I was considering in person. I also had not test driven a PDK equipped Boxster, although I was leaning toward a manual.Upon arrival I was greeted by David Saucedo, the sales manager, who after a brief conversation arranged a test drive of PDK equipped model with salesman Tito Talampas. Tito did an excellent job of explaining the different models. I eventually was shown a car that had all the options I wanted and in a color selection that suited me.Iinitially I had some reservations about buying a car in California and shipping it home to Texas. But after spending some time with David and Tito, I liked the idea of getting a car wIth the options I wanted and letting them deliver it to me nearly 2000 miles away. I purchased the car on May 11 in Fremont, Ca and it arrived the morning of May 19 with only one additional mile on the odometer. Arriving in a covered auto transport, It was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Great dealership, nice, warm honest people. Drove here from San Jose where I could not make a deal. Vinny reached out to me when a used Boxster came in that matched what we told him we were looking for several months ago; Vinny was scheduled off work so he handed the sale over to John to make sure no one bought it out from under us. I was looking on line for a Porsche Cayman and came across a 2011 Cayman with only $3,400 miles at Freemont Porsche. I started working with Vincent Milazzo. Vinny was a real sales pro. I could tell he had been at a while. Most of you know what to expect when you start working with a car salesman. You kind of expect the worst and hope for the best. Well things were different this time. Vinny was willing to work on all aspects of the deal. At the end, I felt like I got a nice car at a pretty good price. Vinny was easy to work with and friendly. I could tell that he takes a different approach. he is looking for customers for life. In other words, he realizes he must make the experience somewhat pleasant so you return the next time you are looking for a car. I really liked working with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as a salesman and I would also recommend the dealer Freemont Porsche. They had quite an assortment of cars and the overall expereience was pretty good. I thought the final work with the finace person was also pretty good.

went in to fletcher jones to check out a lightly used 2000 911. After speaking w/ Raj we were able to arrive at a mutually beneficial number, and I drove off the lot that day in my first porsche. Raj and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and patient as I asked all of my nonsensical questions.I felt like I was treated w/ respect even though my car was 1/10th the price of some of the turbos they have on the lot. I would highly recommend Raj, and Fletcher Jones to anyone looking to be treated like a person regardless of the price of their car.

I contacted John regarding a car I had seen online, not realizing it was at another dealership. He told he had just received the same car in the same very rare color, but a newer model. He had to check the status of the car to let me know when it would be available for me to drive. When he called me back in just a few minutes, we made an appointment for early the next morning.When I got the dealership, the car was warmed up & ready for a test drive. Of course, the car handled beautifully and I wanted the car. Then David Sacedo, the Sales Manager came over with numbers, which I couldn't argue with. The signing process was smooth, even making sure I knew about some services that would enhance the looks & longevity of the car.I should not be surprised by the wonderful service, unpressured sales approach and the feeling of being valued that is conveyed from my contact with John to my interaction with the service group.What can I say - I love you guys!

I would highly recommend this dealership. I had an especially good experience with Barry Barovick. I live out of state, and he helped a great deal with the purchase. He took care of my car for over a month after I purchased it. He drove it once a week to keep the battery charged. He was also very responsive to email and voice messages, generally responding the same day, but no later than within 24 hours. In addition, he made himself available going forward for any issues that might arise and to ensure satisfaction post sale.

Barry was very friendly and helpful during the purchase of our new vehicle. I bought my gently used 2006 Boxster from Porsche of Fremont four years ago. Our salesman, John Hutchison was so very helpful throughout the entire transaction. It was very low key and no pressure. John has done a great job staying in touch with me and keeping me informed about the new Porsche models. In fact, John recently provided me the opportunity to test drive several different models on roads that were intended for Porsches to drive on. Although I love my Boxster, now I'm seriously considering upgrading to a Boxster with PDK.

The follow-on service and maintenance has also been excellent. Little things that they do have made the difference for me (they have a free "tune-up" after 30 days, I've been given Porsche loaners on multiple occasions as well, taking the effort to fix minor issues that have come up).

Having decided to add a Porsche to our garage, we stopped by Porsche of Fremont on our way home to SoCal after a wonderful weekend in San Francisco. Vinny Milazzo greeted us and then did his job in a very professional and courteous manner to show us what they had, explain the product, and then negotiate a great price to wrap up the deal on a Carrera S Coupe. He even went out of his way to arrange for quick shipping of the vehicle to our home in SoCal. Our new Coupe arrived home safely in a couple days. Vinny even called a couple times after closing the deal to follow-up on the shipping and to ensure that our new Porsche arrived safely. Thanks to Vinny, we now the car of our dreams in our garage! Called sales representative "Barry" at the end of the day to say that I was running late. He stayed overtime to demonstrate a Cayenne and patiently explain all of the features and offered refreshments to make me comfortable. There was no pushiness in the sales pitch with respect of my desire to continue shopping around.
