Stopped in on Saturday morning intending to purchase a vehicle. I was driving my old piece of junk, but prequalified to spend three times what I wanted to spend. When I walked in, Reuben tried to pass me off to another salesman who said he was too busy to help me. Reuben then said he would help me, but didn't seem happy about it. But, guess what! I still bought a vehicle on Saturday - from Haselwood Auto Group! Spent $16,000 and was happy with every minute of the service they provided! Bruce Titus can take a lesson from Haselwood.

Holy crud talk about OLD SCHOOL used car salesman, the 80's & 90's called gentlemen and would like their sales tactics back!!! The short & sweet of this is that the management (Steve....) likes to use that old school control & badger the customer to death technique!!! We had deal agreed upon & after we sent them our banks fax # to send over the purchase order. They then decide that they would like to make more profit in the deal by reevaluating my trades and having us do our paperwork through them for our bank, instead of coming up there with a check in hand. Okay so another words, we would like to bring you into the dealership sir & verbally accost you some more until you take less money for your trade in vehicles. Then we want to try & persuade you away from your trusted credit union into one of our financing options. All in the hopes that we can make even more money off of you if possible sir. However the worst case scenario is that we can always back pedal (which we obviously have NO problem doing) & go ahead & send it through your credit union. But at least then we'll have a chance to try & sell all the extended warranties and add on crap that we can. Oh yeah & let's not also forget to mention the charge to your credit union. It's just for a few hundred bucks that we'll get for doing all the paperwork for um, that you could have done at the branch for FREE with um !!!!! Now we will say this, we do feel bad for the salesperson though. Because she was great the whole way through, professional until the end. We truly did feel that she had earned our business over the other dealerships that we had been shopping ! It's just unfortunate for her that the managers aren't as professional as she was !!! All & all the year is 2016 gentlemen get with the times, because the majority of us consumers do NOT buy car's this way anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price of the vehicle was great initially (better than most on west coast), and Gary was very friendly, communicated everything with us, and shared step-by-step how the process would go with us.However, after we worked with Gary, several things took away from that positive experience... We had to wait around awhile to go through the usual 'car dealer haggling back & forth with the sales manager' on trade in value (well below KBB dealer trade-in value range), payment APR & term, etc. followed by more waiting around (a couple hours), for a VERY disorganized financial experience (wrong down payment amount was recorded, additional warranties added for prices other than discussed, wasn't given required paperwork to register vehicle out of state at DMV and only given 3 day temp license to do so, etc.)... 5 hours after we arrived, we left with a new truck and eventually finance discrepancies got resolved, but took several days and more back & forth to do so.What started off as a great car buying experience turned into a typical if not negative one... I only hope others have a better one overall. Thanks for the great price initially... just wish the rest followed suit.

Port Orchard Ford Service Department uses the latest technology and reporting which makes it very easy to track the overall condition of my vehicles. A planned maintenance schedule is presented which helps to maintain my vehicles plus make a budget well in advance for necessary repairs. A feature new to me but most welcome.

Having been in car sales and, as an outside sales professional, I recognize a sincere professional who has customer interest as the paramount goal. Tiffany is such a professional. Tiffany demonstrates key listening skills, composure and appropriate humor all which combine to make an otherwise stressful buying experience fun and engaging. I say this even though she did not have the exact car to fit my needs, I nonetheless feel compelled to write and to say that, had the right car been there, she would have earned a sale, as well as having already earned my respect.Tiffany adds value to her team and the customer experience.

Power went out at the dealership while I had my car n for service. The technicians went to work the old fashioned way. They put the car on jack stands to change the oil, and had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. That's going above the normal. Most dealerships would have waited until power was back on.Excellent staff! Everyone from sales staff to the service technicians greet you by name. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.I've never had a bad experience in over 5 years of being a customer at Bruce Titus Ford.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealer, service has been bending over backwards to keep me happy. Arranged for a rental both times it needed repairs, and followed up with daily calls to keep me updated. Has been less stressful when I don't worry about the how and when, just drop off and pick up when it's done.

The service and sales department has for several years demonstrated their honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile with excellent customer service. My service manager is Warde Eckert. I can't begin to tell you how awesome he has been with me and my entire family. All six of us buy nothing but Fords and have all our vehicles serviced at Bruce Titus Ford in Port Orchard! Bruce Titus's son is the current sales manager at the Port Orchard store. He is one of the most personable individuals I have ever met and always goes out of his way to ensure your experience is 100% satisfying. By the way, if your going to but a car there make sure you ask for Gary! He's been my personal salesman for the past ten years! You won't be disappointed!

I shopped on-line for a nice used 2012 Ford Explorer and found one I liked Here at Bruce Titus Ford. From the sales team, to Mike in financing ....EVERYONE was very accommodating and there was no back and forth haggling or sleazy "car salesmen" for lack of a better expression. I really bought with confidence and it was WELL worth my drive in from Tacoma. The entire experience more than exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working with them in the future!!! I took my 2013 Ford Escape to be looked at for rough idle and Engine Fault code sometimes atstart up. Rather than fix the problem they cleared the computer and sent me on my way with a vehicle still under warranty that I was unsure whether it was even ttrustworthy to drive. I work for a living and need my vehicle to get to work. I don't think it takes numerous visits and leaving the vehicle with them to fix it. I bought a code reader and was able to get the information they saw from the vehicle computer. I looked at the View Freeze Data which the computer stores when an event happens. It does not set a code though, the info is visible though. I spent 175.00 on a scan tool and another 80.00 on a MAP Sensor. Which solved the issue. Its not rocket science, but they insist on recreating the fault themselves. I would not recommend going here. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Refused to reimburse me for the part.

when you buy a used car you're always worried about problems. Well I can tell you with from experience that, with a slight hiccup, they got on it right away and fix the problem. it really wasn't a big deal, and without any fuss or fight from them they fixed it. You couldn't ask for any better experience with a used car purchase.I would trust to buy another car from them in the future, of course if they have what I'm looking for.definitely ask to talk to Steve Scott!

I was recommended to Bruce Titus Ford by the USAA car buying service. After exchanging a few emails I went in after I was told by their internet sales consultant, Shawn Clark, that they had "a few new and used Explorers on the lot that I could test drive." I said, cool I'll go and see what they got. I get there, start talking to Shawn, and he does an appraisal on my vehicle. We start talking a little bit and then he starts asking me about how much I'm going to put down for my vehicle, what Im looking to pay, etc. I told him I'd like to see one first ... since you said you had a few on the lot. Problem #1 he says, well we're all sold out of them now (aka he lied to me about having cars I'm interested on the lot, shocker I know). I get ready to leave and he says he can get one there from Spokane by the next day. So I hear him out and we talk about how much etc., and then he goes off to try and get one for me to test drive. After sitting there for a bit I tell him we're leaving because my kids are getting a little bored and I don't want to sit there all day especially if I wasn't buying a car that day. Here comes problem #2, he tells me, "oh you're gonna go upstairs in a few minutes." Upstairs for what I ask, and he informs me it's to talk with the financing guy.... At this point we haven't talked any numbers and I haven't even said I'm going to buy the car. I tell him that I'm not going to buy a car that I haven't even seen before. He gives me a speech about how brick and mortar car dealerships are going away and all cars are going to be bought online. To be fair, this is where I "should" have just walked out never to return but I didn't and that part is on me, moving on... We talk some more about some things and about specific features this car has to have (like will the car seats) and he agrees to them, puts it on paper and says if the car doesn't meet these, then the deal is off. I had also asked if the vehicles came standard with a towing package and he told me clear as day "the 3.5L does which is the one you're getting." To me, that sounds like if he's lying he's buying so I'm fairly happy at this point. We go and talk to their financing guy Scott Chryst. Finally get to talk some numbers and we come to a price I can agree with. He tells me an interest rate and I tell him if you can get that interest rate with Ford Credit (I have a long reputation with them and they have always treated me very well so I wouldnt mind sticking with them) that's fine. I also tell him, if he for some odd reason can't get it with Ford Credit, let me know because I was already approved for a loan through USAA with that interest rate (this will come into play later). We sign papers, everyone's happy the car will be delivered within the next 2 days.Fast forward one day, get a call from the dealership saying that the car will be ready at 6:30. My son has a tee-ball game at 6:00 so I go to that and my wife goes and picks up the car. Now we come to problem #3, the car isn't ready at 6:30, it isn't ready at 6:45 and it's not ready at 7:00... Finally sometime shortly after 7:00 the car is ready after the detailing job was cut short by the sales person doing the delivery. My wife is in a hurry to pick my son and I up from his tee-ball game that has been over for over half an hour. She tells the guy doing the delivery that she doesn't have time for him to do a "demo" of the vehicle and the guy asks her "can you put on the survey that I did the demo so we can get a good survey?", and that would be our problem #4. These guys are all about lying, and they'd rather bribe the customer (very poor bribe at that) to get a good survey than just simply doing a good job and earning the marks on the survey. Finally my wife is able to pick me up close to 7:45 and I find out that there is no towing package... #5, Shawn lied to me again... starting to see a trend. I figure we'd take care of this one tomorrow, like maybe they would do the honorable thing and install one for us. We get home, put the kids to bed and go outside to play with our new toy and to set up the Sync services (we had a Ford before so we know about and link the service). Come to find out, Bruce Titus Ford is pretty much the only Ford dealership in the world that doesn't offer the Sync services complimentary. They did offer to reimburse me for the $60/ yr for 3 yrs, but at this point I'm just not wanting to see these people again. Another discovery (problem #6) that we made during this period, was a real bone head one if you ask me, instead of getting a Ford Explorer manual with the vehicle, they gave us a Ford Focus manual. I know they are similar vehicles (sarcasm) but that seems like a pretty stupid mistake. Anywho, what would a good car dealership do? My guess would be they would either send the correct one, or hand deliver it. However, Bruce Titus Ford is not a good car dealership and their solution is for us to spend the time and gas to go get the correct manual from the dealership (I think that qualifies as problem #7 even though it was the mutant offspring of problem #8).Back to the towing package thing, good ole Shawn being the nice guy he is, offers to help us find a place that will give us a good price on having the towing package installed (problem #9, Shawn's lies run rampant and will cost you the discounted price of $350). After that, we get our problem #10, again my wife is asked to bring the survey to the dealership in person in an effort to "bribe us to give a good survey", again they'd rather "bribe", if you can even call it that, for a good survey than just do the work to make it a good car buying experience.Well that was my crappy experience with them. I did end up sending Shawn an e-mail about the things I was displeased about, but he didn't respond. He did however add me to his mailing list, and sent me a couple invitations to sales events at Bruce Titus Ford. Oh yea, there was one more problem (#11) that I actually found out about today. Remember how I told you that I would let them find me financing through Ford Credit and if they couldn't for some reason to tell me so I could use my own financing? Well, as it turns out, Scott went ahead and just financed my vehicle through TD online bank without ever contacting Ford Credit (I called Ford and they confirmed this and my credit report didn't have any hits from Ford Credit).

I took a truck in response to a letter for their "vehicle buy back" program. The letter was deceptive, and the price offered for my vehicle was more than $10,000 below the price promised in the letter. Of course, the fine print contained a few loopholes, but I had no idea they could squeeze that much money through a loophole or two. I drove 40 miles and wasted two hours. I should have known better.

WORST experience I have ever had car shopping! The general sales manager (Steve Gould) was rude, unprofessional and drove away a possible sale. He began the conversation with me arguing about KBB price only to find what I was saying was correct, to which he responded "oh, weird". Then he berated me about my credit and shoved the potential loan at me telling me that "he wasn't making money off of this, only the bank was" and that "no one will ever offer me as good of a deal, if I don't want it I can take a hike". I mentioned that I had in fact seen better deals (Ive been looking for 2 mo. and have done a LARGE amount of research). He then stood up from his computer and challenged me to get on there and show him these "better deals". I stated I didn't see any point in arguing with him and promptly left. I felt that Steve immediately pegged me as a naive first time buyer and had not expected me to do research. I truly felt that he was biased against me for being a woman and that my experience would have ben very different if I had not gone in there alone.I would also like to say that I DID find a better deal (20K miles less, 1 year newer and 1K cheaper at Larson in Puyallup). Thank God I didn't let their condescending employees bully me into purchasing a crap car (the car I drove had soft brakes and felt like it needed major work).

We love this dealership! My wife and I had been searching for good used SUV for weeks with no success. We felt that most of the cars on the lots were overpriced and did not represent very good values. We were referred to Bay Ford by a friend and are we glad we were. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. We felt like they really cared about our needs and understood our budget! The sales transaction was efficient and painless. We got exactly what we wanted, for the price we were able to pay. The SUV was a very good value. Since the transaction, the dealership has been extremely effective in the follow up to our purchase! They strive for happy and satisfied customers. Thanks Bay Ford

This is a positive review so if you're looking for a tale of a really bad experience you'll need to look elsewhere. Bay Ford and I just closed a tremendous car-buying experience. We got off to a shakey start because of my misunderstanding of a comment made by a lot attendant that resulted in me leaving the premises. I had contacted them by email the day before so they called me the following day to set up an appointment. I told them what happened and they asked me to give them a second chance, that was not how they treat customers. This is the 4th vehicle I bought from Bay so was in fact surprised by my initial contact. It truly did turn out to be that I took his words to mean something completely different than what he meant.Kathy, the person who first called me was very helpful. She put me in touch with Gary who then worked the deal. Kraig (the owner) came by just as we were finishing the details of the sale and remembered me from 4 years ago when I bought a vehicle from them. I purchased a used vehicle and wanted some cosmetic items taken care of as part of the deal. Kraig immediately said yes without a second's hesitation. Ed handled the financial end of the deal searching for the best possible loan rate. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. This was a very smooth transaction. I knew what I was looking for and wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't want. They were patient with me when I wanted a few days to think things through. I recommend this dealership to anyone reading this review. Buy here with confidence, you won't regret it.
