Gus Combas presented me with different options for me to decide on the new Acura that I was looking to get. Gus treated me like an old friend through all the time I was there, that made me feel that I was in the right place to do business with. Gus took a lot of time explaining every detail for me to know my new car before driving it out, he also kept asking if there is anything that I feel that wasn't covered. I have to say that Gus is a fine representative of Precision Acura and highly recommend him as the sales rep to see for your new Acura.

We are repeat customers of Precision Acura and would not consider going anywhere else. The price was fair, the showroom well lighted and designed and all staff were friendly and professional. Our salesperson, Gus did not pressure us and explained all aspects of the Acura TLX. We were able to make a well-informed choice thanks to him. I would highly recommend Precision Acura - this is our third purchase from them and we have had an excellent experience each and every time. We are very pleased with our new TLX. Thanks to all and especially Gus for making our car buying experience great.

We're a repeat customer, having leased 4 Acuras. The price was very competitive. Ahmed Heba is our preferred salesman. He follows up and works very hard to make the deal work for the customer. Ahmed is the reason we continue our business at Precision Acura. Also, the service department at the dealership is top notch. We recommend Brian, who is very responsive and customer focused.

I was in the dealership longer than expected when I picked up the car, however, I truly appreciated the efforts taken by Ahmed Heba to expedite matters. He is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I had to go back a couple of weeks later for a second key, and I was very pleased with the customer service from the ladies in the Cash Office and from Service Advisor, Brian Giampietro. Brian made sure I was "in and out" quickly so I could get back to the office. Nice people!!

Christian, Raj and Charles made my experience buying and financing a new 2015 RDX a breeze. They answered all of my questions, gave me a full overview of the car, and a great price! Definitely took the stress and hassle out of the whole experience. I would strongly recommend Precision Acura.

We were shopping for a used car for our daughter who goes to college several states away. Test drove a one-year-old VW Golf, which drove well, but had minimal maintenance history on CarFax. We decided that it would be prudent to have our own mechanic inspect the car, which had been a rental car that logged 40,000 miles in one year. We signed an agreement to purchase the car conditioned on approval by our mechanic and made a $1000 deposit. The next morning we scheduled our inspection, and informed the sales person that we would be able to pick up the car midday. Later that morning, the sales person called and informed us that he had sold the vehicle to somebody else, and had ripped up our agreement. The general manager arranged to refund our deposit. When we questioned how they could ignore our agreement, the sales person insisted that an agreement had never existed, and that he told us we should buy the car the evening we were in to test drive. Needless to say, this dealership has been struck from our list of places to buy cars now and in the future.

Went ready to buy an 2011 Acura TL with umber interior this past week. Got quoted a price and upon driving an hr and a half to go see the car. I noticed the tail light had been replaced and the back fender was not flush with the rear bumper. The car seemed to of been hit. Clearly something slipped through the "Certification" process. The sales guy I dealt with, Al, was very honest and respectful. Seeing how courteous Al was I would of bought the car at asking price. But I decided to speak to the manager about the damage I noticed on the car, Mike. This guy might of been one of the rudest people I have ever met. Basically told me that he doesn't need my business and someone else would buy the car and if no one doesn't he'll let me know in a couple of weeks so I can make the hr and a half drive again. I thought dealerships, especially prestigious ones such as Precision Acura, would offer their employees training on customer service or self respect. Clearly this dealership fell short in that department when they hired their Used Car Sales Manger, Mike. I was up-haled at his attitude and would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I hope the owner reads this review and does something about their management. FYI: Mike also mentioned that I would not find that Umber color interior anywhere else. Fortunately, I found one 15 miles away with less mileage, had an awesome staff, and wasn't HIT!!!. And guess what, I bought the car within an hr of leaving Precision.

I searched for a cpo TL for awhile waiting for the right conditions to make my purchase.I was limiting my cpo purchase to dealers with a minimum rating of 4 stars.I am glad I used this rating system. It was the most painless car purchase I have made at a dealer.

I went to purchase a used tsx and changed my mind midway through the process. i ended up buying a brand new tsx and couldnt be happier. i was nervous and unsure, but after spending a lot of time with debro kent the whole process was very easy and comfortable. debro worked out of his department and stayed late twice to get me the exact car i wanted and at my price. he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. talk to debro kent if you are buying a car. i live 60 miles away from precision acura and will be doing all my service and any future purchases from them. i willingly drive by dozens of dealerships because of how happy i was with the experience i had at precision acura.

Mr. Debro, was a very good car sales man. He was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately we are having a little problem with our van and the service department are not helping us much. One of their service employee has not been very proffesional to me over the phone.

Debro, was very helpful and made our shopping a lot easier. My wife and I are very happy with our car. Unfortunately we are having a small problem that needs to be repaired. Although our shopping was a great experience I can't say the same for their service department. One of their service personnel is not very professional when talking to someone on the phone.

Debro returned all calls and e-mails immediately. Was professional and friendly. If interested in a New or Pre Owned car..GO SEE HIM!! I drove 176 miles to buy a car from him. He made the buying process so much easier.

I enjoyed my entire experience with Precision Acura. Firstly, I dealt with Jacqui over the Internet and she made the experience easy as could be. She gave me a competitive price immediately and answered all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment, Jacqui introduced me to Jim who was extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, knew all the details I had discussed with Jacqui as they were all noted for him by Jacqui. I love my new TSX!
