Went there to get a new power steering cooler installed. Was not told that they do their work based on a labor guide chart. They took 45 minutes to replace the cooler and then charged me the "standard time for the repair" of 3 hours (was only at the dealer for 2 hours total). At $100 an hour that is a lot of money for time not spent on my repair. Took 6 calls to the service manager, Mike Swain, to be able to speak to him, and when I questioned the amount of hours charged he explained the guide chart they go by but offered to refund part of my bill for a diagnostic run on a faulty tire pressure sensor I told them was faulty. That was $50, but at least it was something. Two months later no refund on the bogus diagnostic. Bottom line, I will never return to have these CROOKS do any work on my vehicle. BE AWARE, IF THEIR GUIDE SAYS 6 HOURS FOR A REPAIR AND THEY TAKE 1 THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE 6 BUT JUSTIFY IT BY SAYING THAT IF THE CHART SAYS 2 AND IT TAKES 7 THEY ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR 2. THAT NEVER HAPPENS BUT THEY R0UTINELY FINISH EARLY CHARGING YOU FOR WORK THEY DID NOT DO!!!!!!

I had a blast buying a car foR the first time ever. I have been bragging to all my friends that I got the car of my dreams and was treated so well. Other dealerships were not nearly as attentive nor did they work as hard as these guys to make the sale. I have bought 6 new vehicles in my life and now I'll never go anywhere else. Premier is it for me. Johnathan Pajack spent more time making sure I was totally satisfied than any car dealership manager I have ever done business with. These guys do it right.

After dealing with two other Chevy dealers for many weeks in our area I found that Premeire had the exact truck we wanted, so I called (exhausted) and told the salesman on the line what I wanted, with tall of the details and told him I was tired of dealing with lazy salesmen, and others that didn't seem to know anything about the incentives, nor had the drive to look into them and get back to us in a timely manner. He took my details, and called me back and we closed the deal over the phone in one hour. Nicest Salerno and dealership I've EVER dealt with. Would recommend to everyone.... I had an awesome experience when I purchased my 2500 Truck. I worked With Alan and he is great. He is very knowledgeable of the trucks, and let me test drive a couple trucks before I made my decision. He took me all around and showed me all the vehicles. He even showed me the service area, and introduced me to everyone in service. After spending a lot of time with him, he had me work with Kenny. Kenny is the salesman that finished up my paperwork after I decided to make a purchase. I didn't even know Alan was a sales manager. How cool it that for a sales manager to take time out to help me. Wonderful experience from the moment I was greeted by Chris. Initially acknowledged me as I arrived with such a great attitude. Greeted me as if he cared that I was there and professional about everything. As nervous as I felt about buying a new car, Chris thoroughly got to know me which helped me decide on what car to buy. I bought my new Silverado from Justin. He was very helpful from answering questions to ordering the extras for me. I told him upfront several weeks before not to push anything or he wouldn't make a sale, needless to say he made his commission. I had a bad experience with a salesman here before that caused me to buy elsewhere but that salesman is no longer here. As of now I believe I will be back for my next vehicle. We'll have to see how the service department does when they put on all the accessories I ordered!

If you have any vehicle problems premiere chevy of morgantown will not help you at all, and will blame it on you. It will be worth the drive to just deal with somebody else.

Completely mislead by F&I. Was told could not use our local credit union at the dealer for financing as they were considered a third party by our lender. Was offered a 4.5 APR on a 759 FICO from Ally and was told it was a great rate! Went to our CU and received a 2.7 APR saving over $3k over the life of the loan! Vehicle detail was very inattentive to their work and had to redo car multiple times. Sales staff was the highlight of our experience... But based upon other local dealers I would only rank sales performance as average.

For several days, Premier ran full-page ads promising 20% off Impalas.Employee Felicia also phoned us with this promise and repeated it in our conversation with her, prompting our visit. I was originally nervous to start looking for a new vehicle because I had never done it before. At Premier, it felt like a different experience than at another dealership I went to. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel like they were trying to talk me into anything. As a bonus, I even got to test drive the car without an employee riding shotgun! When it came time to talk numbers, they were transparent and helped me see all of my financial options. I ultimately got to drive home in exactly what I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. I really can't think of anything that would have made the experience better!

I must refute the response made by Mike Swain of Premier Chevrolet in Morgantown, WV regarding our truck they serviced. Number one the truck that my son drives, who attends West Virginia University, had broken down in Ohio and the top of the motor was worked on by a Chevrolet dealership there. It's 2 hrs from where it broke down in Ohio to Morgantown, WV. We live 2 1/2 hrs. from Morgantown in Pennsylvania. If Premier had a problem with the work done why didn't they call that dealership to discuss it. We had the remaining warranty on the truck which had not yet expired plus GM had given us 2 additional years for the motor. Mike Swain did not talk to GM to have our repair covered since we were already covered. When GM tried to call Mike Swain he would not answer phone and he and some other employees just laughed. My son was standing in front of Mike and I was on my cell phone with my son during this incident. The lack of professionalism amazes me. Yes I did tell yell at Mike Swain due to my continued frustration with his attitude. During one call I placed to Mike I asked to speak to Charles Six who I asked if he was standing next to Mike, Mike stated he was then he hung up phone. I'm appalled by their actions. I wonder if the owner, John Cognac, knows about the behavior of his employees or does he condone it. My husband talked to Charles Six this evening regarding the rental car fee from a rental company because they could not give my son a rental car because he wasn't 25 yrs. old and my son needed a vehicle while Premier was working on his truck. They had initially stated they would pay for the rental car but my son would have to pay for the underage fee of $20/day which was $120 total which my son paid. Now they won't pay for it. This is the first of many lies they made. Charles Six also stated they "DID NOT" have to work on his vehicle. Why did they...they could of said they wouldn't work on it and we would of gone to another dealership in another town. At one point while they where working on the truck my husband asked them to push it out into the parking lot and we would have it towed somewhere else....Mike Swain said they couldn't do that. Tonight Charles Six told my husband they should of pushed it out of the shop and into the parking lot and we could of had it towed elsewhere. More lies which is it. Wish they would of done it. Unbelievable..... Another instance I made Mike Swain mad and he told my son if we didn't quit calling him he would keep vehicle another week. I was on the phone with my son while Mike was stating this to him and yes I heard it. What, he was going to hold our truck hostage. We were told by friends to get the police and go get the truck. Maybe we should of. Upon further research I have found so many dissatisfied service customers (check out ones on Premiers Facebook page) it's appalling. I have never in my entire life experienced a dealership like them. I hope I never do again. Oh and on the invoice it stated they would never work on our truck again. I laughed so hard I cried...really...you think I would want to come back, I would never take any vehicle to them. We did file a complaint with GM customer service. I'm convinced that GM doesn't care what this dealership does, even though the customer service representative stated if Premier didn't call her back it would reflect poorly on them..that's a joke, it all boils down to the mighty dollar. Also the rewiring of the wiring harness was a joke...talked to a couple repair shops and they stated they have never heard of such a thing. Premier should of replaced the wiring harness not repair it. That was a $500+ repair. Friends suggested because my son was a college student they were just jerking him around. They were. It took Premier over a week to get the parts to fix the truck. I could of bought them and driven them to Premier faster then what it took them to get them. My suggestion is always do your research before you patronize a dealership, it would of saved us a lot of frustration and hopefully it will save another customer from having to go thru what we did. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Maybe it won't do any good but maybe it will.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was experiencing erratic oil pressure and a check engine light in my truck. I dropped it off on a Friday morning. I get called telling me I need a new oil pressure sensor and the harness needs "repaired." Although this sounded bogus, I agreed to the work. My mistake. I started the truck Saturday morning to a check engine light and low oil pressure. That proved to be a $513 waste of money. I went back to speak with Charles Six who informed me that they would look at the truck first thing Monday morning. Monday I drop the truck off and thus begins the game this dealership likes to play. The truck then goes under warranty work. From this point on I receive no updates unless I call or make personal visits. It took them multiple days to discover that the oil pump had gone bad and that the connecting rod bearings needed replaced. This could have been done in a day at any other shop. They also inform me that there is metal of all sizes in the oil pan, but they assure me that "IF" the oil filter did its job that no other damage was done. They also said they wouldn't tear it down as it wasn't necessary. Really? Any metal in a motor is sign for concern. It then took over a week to get the parts necessary to "fix" my issue. OVER A WEEK! I could have ordered the parts myself and delivered them in person in much less time. All the while, I'm being told that they are working on my truck and it will be done soon. This was a lie. At the beginning of the second week they tell me the truck will be done Tuesday. Then on Tuesday, it magically becomes Wednesday, then Thursday, followed by Friday. They had my vehicle for 12 days on a repair that could have been done in 5 or less by a more competent shop. Unfortunately, I was stuck working with these idiots thanks to the warranty. During this whole process the dealer ignored calls from the GM Senior Representative who was helping me. We know this as she attempted to call, told me that Mike Swain wasn't available, yet I was standing right in front of him while he laughed and joked with the other employees. Every time the senior representative tried to call Mike Swain or Charles Six they refused to answer. Messages were also never returned to the representative as well as any information she received was from me. We had to block our phone number just to get someone to answer as they screen their calls. We watched the secretary do this numerous times while at this dealer. They even hung up on me once when I asked to speak to Charles Six, who happened to be standing by the phone at the time, which was confirmed by Mike Swain and a click as the phone was hung up. These guys are cowards who are afraid to do their job and have absolutely no customer service skills. Premier Chevy should enroll these guys in one of the many customer service courses that are offered around the country. They have a lot to learn. They even threatened to make the repair take longer as we became more persistent about wanting the vehicle back. Seriously? Threatening to make the repair take longer! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. This process led to the exchange of some profanity, but when you're driven to the level of frustration we had to deal with, what do you have left. GM proved to be useless as well as they let this continue. They stated that there is nothing they could do. I guess this is how they want their brand to be portrayed. GM even refused to repay me for the useless $513, because "I authorized the repair." This dealership takes the cake for the absolute worst, and most frustrating one I've ever dealt with. Mike Swain and Charles Six are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and above all, COWARDS! Do your jobs! This experience led me to purchase a Ram truck. I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours before I kissed it and GM goodbye. My family has had numerous Dodge and Chrysler vehicles and we have never been treated anywhere near this poorly, ever. I will never go back, and I will never own another GM vehicle!

We purchased a 2014 Buck Enclave from this dealership the Monday after Christmas. It needed some touch up paint, we asked to have it GE certified, and splash guards installed. They were very compromising when it came to making the sale but have lost my confidence in follow through after the sale. Mike from service was EXCELLENT to deal with. After realizing our sales associate and the general manager had failed to keep us informed of the progress with our car, he made sure to call with updates. It's now been almost 2 weeks since we picked up the car (and more than a month after the sale) and I had to call again to see where the certification paperwork was. We were promised to have it the same week we picked up the car, and promised again today to have it by week's end. We'll see!! Will no doubt ever go there again to buy a car, certainly not going back there for service, and would not recommend any of my friends to go there.

Just as storm Jonas was moving in and the snow was coming down steadily, Charles Six and Thomas Mathew welcomed us in to the dealership, despite the fact that they were closing early and already had the lights turned out. Had to drive to Morgantown, WV to WVU Hospital lab for blood work which is next door to Dealership. Called 3 hrs. before appointment to see If they could do State insp. of vehicle. ( New Car Purchased car 3/23/2015 new.) 50 Miles round trip to home. WV inspection good for 1 year and they had it only for 10 month sticker. Vehicle has less than 8,000 miles on it and I was told to busy for service. Didn't do walk ins. Stopped by after appointment with Hospital and spoke to New Car Salesman who we purchased car from. Didn't know but got manager and was told that was WV Law that had to have inspection sticker when car was driven on to lot. New Cars are covered by dealer plate while driven by customer on test drive. I told them we would take care of this and as we left dealership was followed to car and told give them keys and I will have it done in 1/2 hour. We had insp. done here at Grafton but my complaint is when vehicle is delivered to customer at date of sale it should be reinspected and have new sticker for 12 months because my car set there for 2 months and I have seen others there for longer periods than that. Sticker will not be changed unless customer request it. Nice Car but terrible dealer !!!!

I went in to shop intending to price other makes and models. The service and price offered made any further shopping unnecessary. The salesman I dealt with, Kenny Hammond has gained Chevrolet a new customer. My previous brand has seen me buy 8 cars from them exclusively. Now it will be Chevrolet's turn to earn that loyalty and respect. They are off to a great start. I have rarely left a dealership with an experience that would make me want to wave at my salesman in town and say "Hello". I would walk up to Kenny without hesitation. In the past, I have never looked forward to buying vehicles, dealing with dealers, nor salesmen, but WOW~ I had a wonderful, and great experience, which just wiped out all of the past dealings with other dealers. I would travel the distance, again, just to deal with them. They worked very hard at negotiating the price "for me," and NOT "against me," nor "for them," and that made the world of difference! Excellent facilities, and they have a great place to relax and wait, if you need to. Through my experience, it seemed every person that works there were willing and ready to do above and beyond what they needed to do in order to help you, even if you are dealing with another salesman, my comfort seemed to be their concern. And I do feel, Kenny Hammond, the salesman I dealt with, was great, and did above and beyond what was expected. It was a shocking and well rewarding experience, and I couldn't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Currently own a Traverse that is under warranty. We contacted Premier to have a head gasket repaired. They were not even able to provide information about our warranty and would not make an appt to look at the car for 30 days. We called another Chevy dealership in PA - they were able to tell us all about our warranty, what was and was not covered AND able to look at vehicle within 48 hours. This is the second time (less than a year) we have had horrible service at Premier. The 1st time we had parts recalled. We were told that the car was ready when we picked it up it was only AFTER I asked we were told they didn't have the recall parts in stock - so basically nothing was done to the vehicle. What a disappointment Premier is.

This dealer is really nice. The facility was all new and very clean. I started out in service and while I was waiting, Gerry the sales manager spoke to me. He asked how I was doing and if my car was getting reapired. He asked me what kind of car I drove and how I like it. I told him it was a 2009 Malibu and I had thought aboout maybe getting a new one. He asked me some questions and said he thought he had a car that I may like. Long story short, I ended up buying the new car. This dealership is so friendly and nice. I took my vehicle to have a ABS light serviced. They diagnosed it as a driver side speed sensor wiring harness gone bad and quoted me $500 and some change to fix it. The part cost $40 brand new at a local auto parts dealer and took me 30 min to install. I can not stress how inappropriate I feel their quote was.

I was looking for a car last year. I purchased one from a less than reputable dealer. I had had it with the car and the dealer. I started looking for another car at the beginning of August. I had tried 2 other dealers and it was a no go without a large down payment. I had been looking at different dealerships online. I emailed Premier on the 9th. I received a phone call on the 10th, made an appointment to go in and went in. I met the sales manager and he introduced me to my sales person. I didn't know exactly what I wanted other than a smaller SUV. He showed me a blue Equinox and I took a test drive. When we got back, I went in and started the purchase process. I had to leave in the middle of it. When I got back, everything was ready for me to sign. My salesman came back and asked me to please get insurance for the vehicle. I was absolutely dumbfounded when I was told I was approved to purchase the vehicle with no money down. The payments are a little more than I hoped because of my credit situation. Being approved with no money down was more than I hoped for. I would definitely recommend Premier to others.

We were shopping for a used vehicle, we stated our situation and they promised they could get us where we wanted to be on payments. It started out as a good experience. I was reluctant to even deal with them again, we bought a 2007 GMC envoy off of them and when asked if it had been wrecked they said it hadn't come to find out it was wrecked. With this visit the staff was helpful till I called them out on a car booking for less then it was priced, the salesman and the manager was very rude. Through out the process they would leave us setting while they disappeared. All in all it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership at all.

My husband and I purchased a Chevrolet Volt from Premier and had a failure of the breaking system at 11,000 miles. Upon taking it to the dealership, their service manager informed us that they had no Volt tech and hadn't had one for 6 months. This would indicate that they didn't have one when they sold the car and never bothered to mention it. Without one, they wouldn't touch the car. Instead of offering to have the vehicle towed (which is exactly what Chevrolet did for us, free of charge, with a different vehicle to drive) and offering a loaner, they said there was nothing they can do. "Thanks for coming in." - deal with it yourself was the service we got after purchasing the car from them. Given the fact that they have two more Volts on their lot and will soon have new Malibu Hybrids arriving, any customers considering a purchase fro this dealership may be happy to know before hand that you will be on your own if you ever need service.

Greeted by Gerry Raymond(sales mgr) and Chris Matala(sales rep) and found to be very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The majority of my contact was with Chris Matala and I found Chris to be very helpful answering any questions during the test drive and processing period. No pressure during the entire time. on 18May15 proceeded to apply for transfer of Pa plate to my new vehicle. Notary advised a certificate of origin was needed. She contacted Preimer and spoke to an unknown subject who advised the certificate would be send in 30 to 60 days, She also advised the person was very rude on the phone, I was not advised at the time of sale it would take that long to received the necessary documents to finalize Pa transfer.

I have never been car shopping before, so I don't have a lot to compare to, but I thought it was a quick and easy process and I got exactly what I wanted. Gerry greeted us after just a few moments of looking. I had done some online shopping and knew what car I was interested in, but I tried to keep my poker face when Dave came out to talk with me. I didn't feel I needed to haggle on the price because I thought it was very fairly priced with low miles and all the bells and whistles. I test drove the car,he sat me down, crunched some numbers, traded in my run-down car, and I drove off the lot with my shiny new chevy cruze after just a few hours. Dave provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and helping me through the whole process. He has followed up with me and has assured me he is there if I have any questions or concerns with my new purchase.

Mr. Hanna,I'll start with waiting at the front desk as the salesmen laughed and joked in an outside office while the only thing at the front desk was an empty chair. Before this, I had been in email communication with Kenny "the terminator" (I'll get back to that) the previous day to make things easy and efficient for when I come to the dealership. During the email conversation, I let Kenny know what vehicle and payment I was looking for. He stated "you're sitting pretty right now". Upon arrival and waiting, someone finally got Kenny and we check out a Denali because he could "get me close to the payment" I was looking for, much to my surprise. I test drove, went inside (while listening to the other salesmen joke and make fun of the "terminator" while he never heard them) and gave my information and signed/initialed documents. Then got interrupted by another salesmen as he and Kenny talked about where their plates were and who took them. I can honestly go on and on right now but I'm running out of room and patience. So, a long story short, the "deal" that I wasted my time and your salesman's time was approximately $200 more a month than what had been falsely promised. The salesmen thought I was nuts for expecting something cheaper, especially when going with an SLT. My past experience with Harry Green was exceptional and they actually worked with the customer to get them a good deal while they still profited, unlike your salesmen. In comparison, I still can't fathom how they can do that but your dealership can't.I traveled from Katy to your dealership to have an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle instead of going 15 minutes away to Exit 132. I'll never make that mistake again and intend on not letting anyone else do the same.Thanks,Rick

My husband and I selected a car from Premier's website. I requested a quote and soon heard from the internet sales department. I scheduled an appointment, however, I arrived early. My scheduled salesman was with customers but had another salesman take care of me immediately. The car had been moved up front for me to look over without having to wander around in the lot. The salesman was knowledgeable and careful to answer all my questions. It was a split sale between 2 different salesmen since my scheduled salesman was not immediately available. Both men worked together, a rare find in the sales world. I drove in with a car which did not meet my needs and drove out with my choice of vehicles. Thank you Premier sales team. You made my day.

I called and made an appointment and then a special trip and left the car off to have some recall work done on my 2009 Pontiac Vibe. They did not do the work, and said they needed more parts to cover other recalls on the car as well, one an airbag issue. They said they would call me and reschedule. They never called. I called them three times over several months, each time speaking with another service person who promised to call me and schedule the work Never happened. I called GMC and now am trying another dealer. A big and unsafe pain in the neck, really annoying. Quite a contrast to the TLC I get from a Subaru dealer. I would avoid them.

they left a funnel in the valve cover after an oil change and the filler cap left on the battery tray. After leaving a message, (they wont answer the phone) it as 3 hours later before I got a returned call. Another time after 2 messages I am still waiting 3 weeks later about 4wheel drive service and the transfer stuck in Auto. Did I get a call back, NO. They will also no honor certain private discounts. Do I recommend this dealership? NO Go to Team One in Oakland!!

I had an appointment for 1 pm and I showed up at 12 30 pm just to get there early. I spoke with Josiah told hima weird noise was coming from my back passenger tire, a piece on my door just broke that morning, and a oil change. I SIGNED a paper saying what all will be done with my car. They said an hour it will be done. Finally at 3 pm I called and called. Finally Roberta answered she transfered me to someone's voice mail. I hung up called back several times she wouldn't answer. My husband called and she answered his phone call.. she then went to tell him I never brought my car in, then to say they lost my car, then to say they forgot all about my car.. they finally delivered my car at 630 pm. And the foot was still never fixed. .. it is now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my part that they said will be there in a day or two.. this is absolutely the worst service department ever.. the employees are RUDE! ! You would think the owner of the business would do something. But I guess he enjoys having a horrible business environment. Do not bring your car here... drive to clarksburg!! Very friendly and they bend over backwards to make things right for you! !!!

I contacted the dealership about a used vehicle I was interested in. I made them aware that I would be there the next day to test drive this car and that I was making a 3 hour trip one way. When I arrived the car had not been looked at by the service department despite being on the lot for more than a week. After I purchased the car I had to wait for it to be "checked over" and cleaned even though I had given them 24 hours notice of my arrival. Very disappointing. I had to drive my new car home in the dark because they did not make any preparations for me even though I drove an extensive amount of time to shop with their dealership.Also, my credit was run without my permission. The results were handed to me without me even knowing what they were. An hour later when I was in financing to sign loan paperwork I was asked to sign a slip giving them permission to check my credit. I had arrived with a preapproved loan from a bank and my credit should never have been run at all. Shame on them. A few miles away from the dealership on my way home, smoke started coming out from under my hood. I had to pull over on the interstate to discover that during the oil change, the service department had spilled oil all over my engine and not wiped it up. On further inspection, all of the other fluids under the hood were either dangerously low or non-existent. This included clutch, brake, power steering, windshield washing and antifreeze fluids! I had just waited for my car to be serviced! Then, I noticed that, despite the new inspection sticker on my windshield, I had a low beam head light out and my windshield wipers were not functioning properly. For a week I have been getting the run around with management about making this right and servicing my car. They promise to call back and never do. Apparently the service department doesn't fall far from the management tree.Buyer beware.

Dave babel was really helpful during the whole process. He kept in touch over weeks to let me know when the vehicle I wanted had arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything. He really helped getting the price of the vehicle where I needed to be. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from a different salesman. My husband and I decided to take a trip around the Premiere lot this past Saturday to see what they had available in the used car line-up for a reasonable price. We was in the market for a good used SUV but didn't expect to find anything within our price range. A very polite salesman "Mr. Robert Bishoff" approached our car and I rolled down the window to tell him what we was in the market for. Without hesitation Mr. Bishoff was checking with his manager and located us a vehicle in no time at all. He was very pleasant during the test drive and we shared many of the same interests in farming and we enjoyed hearing about his cattle. He was undoubtedly one of the nicest and most polite sales representatives that we have encountered in a very long time. We test drove the car and purchased it with no hesitation. Only complaint is that the buying process takes way too long to complete and this is by no means a fault of our sales person. We are enjoying the car and absolutely love it!

I have been shopping for a Heavy Duty Truck for over a year and what I wanted has been very difficult to locate anywhere. I make regular trips to Morgantown and check Premier's lot every time I visit. I had plans on ordering the truck with what options I wanted in the near future. A military veteran and returning home from a ceremony at Arlington on Veterans Day Tuesday, November 11th, I stopped in Morgantown for fuel and took the time to drive by Premier's lot once again. Low and behold they had a truck on the lot with all the options to include the color I have been wanting. I ask to see David Babel, the sales associate I initially spoke with some ten months earlier. He was very helpful and quick to respond. A fantastic closure to a great Veterans Day. David had intentions on getting the truck ready for us to take that very night. I, however, ask him to get the truck prepped and hold it with the proper credentials and went back and picked the truck up three days later Friday, November 14th. David had everything ready and within minutes I was driving away in a brand new 2015 GMC Denali. Thanks David!

Dealer took very good care of us during the purchase. Only comment I can offer as a future improvement for those Pennsylvania out of state purchasers is, Premier needs to find a way to have a local PA dealership perform a state inspection on the purchased vehicle in their behalf for the customer. As an out of state customer, WV tags and inspection is put on the vehicle initially. When your PA tag is processed and put on the vehicle, the customer is responsible to get the vehicle re-inspected and pay for it. I personally just purchased a $64,000 Truck and have to pay for my first PA state inspection, now come on, really. Everything to this point was great, but the principal of this needs reviewed. I think this is a better business opportunity, Thanks!

I was in Morgantown on other business and decided to visit Premier to scout the inventory on hand. While wondering the lot , I encountered Mr. Dave Babel. What a pleasant surprise. He was very friendly ,courteous and professional when he asked me if he could help . I told him exactly what we wanted- a white diamond tricoat Buick Enclave. But no such car was on the lot. But to his credit, he checked his shipping manifest and found the vehicle we wanted was on its way. We debated about buying an unseen vehicle. I got an good deal on my vehicle however I was very unpleased with the way they handled me. To get the "deal" I had to drive from Clarksburg to Morgantown at 7:20pm after my son's football practice with three kids on a school night. So I went there to sign and pick the vehicle up! Then I get there to find out I had to turn around and go back to Morgantown the next day to get the inspection sticker because they had not done that yet...So they inspection went so well they didn't even catch that the rear wiper was on upside down!!! So I had them fix that. Then they never sent the invoice to my bank like my husband adbvised them to do so they could get the check so I had to drive this vehicle with dealer tags for a few days until they got the check and again drive back to Morgantown again to switch tags. Three trips I had to make that could have been prevented had they done better service and cared more about their customers. So the FULL tank of gas they gave me was now mostly gone because off the extra trips I had to make from Clarksburg to Morgantown!! Then the next weekend I go to do a quick sweep in the vehicle to get leaves out from drving it. The detail cleaning they do for you....they did NOT do. There is gum stuck on a rug in the back seat, there were three gobs of gum I cleaned from under a seat, not to mention dirt and marbles and trash under the seat! Then I wiped off the dash to see how clean it was...dust! I bought a 2014 vehicle from them!!!! This is the service they give??? WOW! So if you go to guy a car there, you better inspect and be careful!

We purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave in December 2012 and the buying experience was so so at best. When service is needed absolutely horrible. We had a DVD Player installed when we purchased the vehicle by the dealer. We have had trouble with the DVD player so we have been trying to make an appointment since July of 2014 to get it looked at because the company who installs the DVD player is only there certain days. We had to take the vehicle back for recalls and about 2 weeks ago we made an appointment for yesterday to have it looked at. They had 2 weeks to get ready for this and told them the video was cutting out. Went out of our way to drop it off Wednesday night and when we got it back today Friday the recalls were taken care, but nothing was done with the DVD Player. We now have to make another appointment, which couldn't do that today because nobody would get back to us after we were told they would. I will never purchase anything from this place again if that is how the service department is ran. I am very disappointed in the way customers are treated after the sale.

Horrible experience with this place. The car I bought from them was used 2010 CHEVY Malibu. It seem to be fine at first approx 15 days after the air bag light started flashing, On star calls me tells me it's a recall and set up an appointment for me. Premier says other wise and says "It will be 71$ an hour just for us to look at it." After driving it in the rain the first time water leaks around the windshield tried to set up a service appointment for that it's a nightmare all they want is money. They charged me a prep & delivery fee on my invoice then says it's a requirement even though it wasn't delivered or prep. The chemicals they used to clean the vehicle peel'd the dashboard looks nasty now after it was clean I left it in a hot parking lot at work which caused the peeling I guess. These people are probably the most dishonest people I have ever had to do business with and regret it for the next few years my car is financed for.

When I talked to him about getting a better trade value at another dealership, I overheard the manager say, "Well, they should go back there then. I'm doing anymore!" in a VERY rude manor. He was very condescending and acted like he could care less if we purchased from them or not. Our salesman was wonderful and so very nice and helpful. He was very honest and open about the whole deal. He offered a car fax report and showed me papers for what the dealer had done to the vehicle. Lee was our salesperson. We were greeted but not pressured within minutes of walking around the lot. Lee had ample knowledge of the the complete car buying process as well as excellent knowledge of their stock. It was a very good experience in a clean environment with accommodating staff. Would most definitely recommend and return. They also had a very nice selection of new and used cars.

Reviewed vehicles online and contacted dealership and reached D. Fernandez. Met with Mr. Fernandez to look at a new vehicle. After some negotiations we were able to get a deal done. The experience was refreshing since I was at a different dealership which wasn't very honest with me. Mr. Fernandez and staff was very professional from beginning to end.
