The sale was great. But a couple weeks into my ownership the truck started acting up. I call them and they insisted that I had to bring it back in to them. I did and was charger 500 for two 20 dollar sensors and a aftermarket truck key. Not to mention that one day I was just messing around and found out that my only key they gave me doesn’t unlock the door. Wow. Now I’m at another wall. I’m at the shop again and the mechanic here tells me that there are nuts and bolts missing from everywhere. Also he said they illegally obtained inspection because of the bypass they did to the engine before giving it to me. Why do they only recommend bringing the vehicle to them only. It’s.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. I went in 10/18/20 to look at a Dodge 3500 thought it was nice, but saw that the check engine light was on and the dash saying the vehicle needed servicing. Told the owner (Mo)and the saleswoman, Veronica that I would take the truck if it were fixed and handled. I waited a whole weekend, went back in 10/20/20 to purchase the vehicle after they told me all problems had been handled. Not even 24 hours after I drove off the lot, the check engine light came back on and the dash reported that service to the vehicle was necessary. I would avoid them if u don't like driving lemons. The way they get away with it is, they have their own "inspection station" so they can check their own vehicles and claim they are good knowing they are selling u a bad car.

I found this car company online. At first I was a little sketchy about going to a random car lot but now I dont regret it. They have really done far above my expectation on a car buying experience. I had cghatted with them a couple of times before I actually went down there and they were very nice and surprisingly I felt like they were on my side from the begienning. When I finally went down to look at the vehicle, they immediately greeted me and asked me if I wanted to look at the vehicle I was wanting. I simply gave them my ID and they let me take my time to thoroghly inspect the vehicle. It wasnt until I awknlowdged them after I was done taking my time to look over the vehicle that we had started talking about my very little concerns. ( Which I absolutely loved!) My concerns were properly addressed and resolved before I had left the lot. There was no pressure from them to purchase my vehicle like some naggy car salesmen can be and I was afraid of encountering. So no pushy sales gimmicks, no dealer suggestions, etc, etc. It was really a great car buying experience. When I finally decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was as smooth as butter. Took about 45 all together and it could have been faster if we didnt take the time to go make the the money order. I didnt finance my vehicle, I had purchased it out right. Thats how well the vehicle was and they were very professional, answered all my questions in the office. This car lot is really a great one to go to and deal with. I would definiely recommend them to a friend.

I was looking for a vehicle that had low mileage and which I can afford with decent monthly notes I was referred by a friend who also had a vehicle with premier and I decided to go check the vehicles out, so they had a variety of vehicles to choose from, but the car that I liked was a 2011 jeep patriot was super clean, had low mileage,and good on gas which was a plus and I test drove the vehicle and i was amazed by the way it drove so smoothly.The paper work process was fast, they were able to work with me and I am happy I came to the right place. You guys need to go check out their inventory.

I needed a vehicle and having not the best credit, I was given a chance by them. I love the vehicle I bought from them and like any used high mileage vehicle there is going to be little hick-ups, but nothing major. As far as an over all the only two things I dd have an issue with is I just wished that they could have been more flexible when I needed them to be, and they should have a discounted rate if you pay the vehicle off early but this they do not have or even offer. I think those two things need to change and it would make them an above average rating.

This is the second time my wife and I have dealt with Premier Foreign and Domestic Cars. The customer service is great and they are not there to pressure you like most places. I feel really comfortable dealing with them. We needed a bigger vehicle and purchased a 2005 GMC Envoy. We were not told about the radio and speakers not working properly, but I am hoping it will be an easy fix I can have done later on. The car itself runs smooth and has low miles for a 2005! I definitely recommend this place to others!

Was searching for a reliable vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. The staff helped me find a vehicle, worked with my credit union for my own financing and made things smooth. Then... once they knew I was purchasing or was interested in a specific vehicle, they brought the vehicle over to the mechanic shop to have it looked over before purchase. This mechanic shop is not affiliated with the dealership, just happens to be next door. The mechanic found that the battery should be replaced and the dealership took care of it. Then while the mechanic was looking at the vehicle, he stated, "Please let me know if you come across anything else." I was impressed and it did not seem or appear scripted or acting- it all appeared sincere. The tire on the drivers side front was determined to be possibly bad- due to the fact that there was a bubble on the outer wall. Rather than take a risk, they just ordered a new tire and are having it put on and balanced! They understood my concern- having my daughter in the vehicle. The lot may appear small, but the customer service received was nothing less than top notch. I have 2 more kids that are going to need vehicle and I have finally found a lot that I know I can trust. They will not put you in a vehicle that is trash, they do not really even keep "bad" vehicles on the lot- it is more of the 'nicer cars' that are actually worth selling on the lot. I honestly got the feeling from the staff, that if they would not drive the car with their own family, they are not going to sell you the car for yours. They want the car to be reliable and safe and they desire you to be happy. Now, lastly, since this was my daughters first vehicle at 16. The staff went over and above and my daughter 'thought' she was getting another vehicle that was a bit more plain jane. Without my daughter knowing, a nicer vehicle was signed for. The staff hid the newer vehicle and painted on the windows "Take Me Home" and "Surprise First Car" on the windows and stuffed the vehicle with balloons and silver little hearts and stars on the seats and the floor. They played up that she was getting the different car, while allowing her to try and start the car she thought she was going to get, but the key would not work. Eventually, while she trying to figure out why the key would not work, they quickly moved her painted and balloon car into position behind the vehicle she thought she was going to receive. She got out of the one she thought she was going to receive and then saw the vehicle that was decorated for her. They literally made the day, by not only the purchase going so well, but they took a genuine interest in making the first vehicle experience for my daughter a real surprise and really made it into a celebration event. If you are searching for a dealership, you will not go wrong picking this lot with this staff. Good vehicles with almost little to no pressure or stress. You can relax knowing that they are going to take as much concern with ensuring that you have a reliable and safe vehicle as you would expect to receive. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this company to whomever I meet that is searching for a vehicle.

My experience with Mohammed has been GREAT! I have had my Honda CRV serviced since 2005, and I was able to get 275,000 miles on it until it was damaged in a wreck. Then, I bought 3 more cars which have been running great; thanks to the service from Premier Foreign & Domestic Cars. (2000 Buick Century, 2004 Toyota Camry, and a 2003 Honda Odyssey since 2005.

I've been working on trucks for long time . I have a long experience and was in the market for used trucks . We looked all over Pasadena area and dealers were asking for top dollars for either high mileage or poor condition trucks . During my whole process of looking for a car, my goal was to obtain a gas saver with a small engine. I was originally drawn to a nice looking 2006 Honda Civic. However, after looking around, I saw a 2008 Nissan Altima with a dark gray color and decided to test drive it. Currently owning an older model Nissan Altima, I know how well those cars run. I was impressed at how friendly the staff was and how the financing process went through. They looked up my credit and they found me a low monthly payment and a low APR which is always a plus. Having just recently started my credit, I was thankful that they were able to find me a good option for financing and allow me to continue to build my financial stability. Nonetheless, I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Come checkout their lineup and you will find that they will not disappoint. Happy customer on this one.

I bought my 2004 Acura tsx and I most say "I Fell in Love Instantly !" We got disastrous experience shopping at this dealership. The car we purchased first seemed OK during test drive and we decided to buy it. But problem began just 30 minutes later. The cooling system overheated to the critical level on our way home and we ended up with blown radiator cap. We had a lot of smoke coming from the hood and all the radiator fluid leaked out in few seconds. We had to pay ~$100 for towing truck and ~$350 for the cooling system repair and that happened immediately after purchase at this dealership. The reason was malfunctioning thermostat. Fortunately we were within a couple miles from home. The seller said he is not responsible for any vehicle failures after the purchase from his dealership. But that happened just within less than one hour after we bought this car. And in this situation we were really endangered. We do not believe the dealer was unaware of the malfunctioning thermostat. OK, maybe that was random incident. But I would not recommend anyone to try luck at this dealership. They will not be responsible for any mechanical/electrical troubles with your car as soon as you leave the dealership.
