Obviously I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase a car. I love this dealership and everyone in it. This was the very best experience. Marquise Jones and his team worked diligently to make sure I drove off the lot in my new car on the same day. Everyone on the team was super friendly, fun and professional, and they make you feel like you’re part of the family. We all know how horrible a trip to the “typical” dealership can be. This place is the total opposite. They don’t play games and they make sure they get you into a vehicle that’s the perfect fit. If you’ve tried and been denied, don’t give up. Go see Marquis Jones at Prestige Autocars in New Britain, Ct. and watch the team go to work!! 10/2/21 I just bought my second car from Prestige last month, I’m still a happy customer!!

The prestige staff was amazing. I came in and they treated me and my mother like family. They were efficient, punctual, and very professional. I highly recommend everyone.

The worst business and customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband recently purchased a car for lease a week ago with the help of Marquis. My husband took the car off the lot and was told we would be called when his license plate was available to come pick up. Marquise contacted us saying the bank could not confirm my husbands pay stubs so he needs to bring in another form of proof of employment. My husband proceeded to have his manager call the bank and they still would not confirm. My husband proceeded to tell them if the issue is that serious he will return the car. Marquise told him the next day everything was all set and his plates were ready to be picked up. My husband and I drive down 40 minutes from where we live for them to tell us in his exact words “so here’s the deal the bank could not confirm your job so the deal is off”. At this point we are frustrated because we did not arrange a ride back home and did not empty the car we still had our sons car seat in the car etc. We proceeded to ask for a return of the down payment we gave on the car and was told to come back on Friday because the boss is not there but still insisted us return the car at that moment. We proceeded to respond we live a whiles away and we work and have kids we don’t have the free time to keep taking these trips especially now needing to find transportation so we will return the car on Friday when you have the check. Marquise proceeded to tell us it does not work like that and it is just business. We responded we would like to speak to your manager and marquise replied “I am the boss” after just stating that the boss would not be there until Friday. Long story short we complied, my husband returned to the dealership today(Friday) for marquise to then tell my husband that they can not return him his down payment because they couldn’t confirm his pay stubs. Not only did this company waist our time by selling us a car we had to return and making us drive back and fourth but they robbed us of our money. The most disgusting worst experience i have ever had in my life. I will be calling and filing a complaint Monday morning!!!!!

The entire Prestige staff is wonderful. Throughout the whole process of trading my truck in and purchasing a new one I never felt pressured and was well-informed. Not your typical dealer experience in a good way! Mike, Marquise, Anthony, Dali, and Ken were all wonderful to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Kels, they both were very helpful and awesome customer service. Kels was not a typical aggressive salesperson, he knew his job but also took time to understand my concerns and questions. Michael, was very apologetic and respectful as my purchased vehicle was delayed at towns fair tires. I had a very only one issue when I spoke with Jason on the phone about a misunderstanding regarding paperwork, he seemed impatient. However, when I met him in-person our interactions and transactions were smooth as butter.Important point - they have great selection of cars.

I had taken my Mom to several other places trying to get her out of the horrible loan she was stuck in so that she could get into a 4WD for the winter. Several claimed to be miracle workers and couldn't deliver. We always walked away with nothing more than a wasted day and more miles on the car. I was lucky enough to meet Rob, the GSM just in time to get my Mom something for the winter. She is so upside down in her existing loan that they couldn't take her car on trade yet still managed to get her in an all wheel drive for the winter. Now we still have options to get rid of her old car and a great car to get her through the winter! All of the cars we had to choose from were available well below retail cost, the staff was courteous and personable. It was nice to be treated as a person and not a number! Plus, once the deal closed I got $150 just for bringing them a customer! Go see what they can do for you and yours! I'm happy!!

Take notice ! They are fast talkers,they don't give you all your paper work, selling and financed numbers are never the same, they set appt to fix car after they have your money..thank goodness for cars.com that we can write reviews, I feel sorry for those that don't know .. They also write there own reviews .SCARY!!
