My wife and I have dealt with Prestige and Antonio Guzman since 2013. Back then my wife leased a 2014 Forester and I bought a 2014 Outback. My wife wasn't happy with the electronics package was not going to get another Forester but Antonio took the time to show here how Subaru made some major upgrades to the functionality and quality of the electronics. In addition, he also took the time to show her how SUbaru made additional quality improvements to the Forester. Bottom line: She leased a 2017 Forester and was so happy that I was jealous, so I traded in my 2014 Outback and also leased a 2017 Forester. Yes, a 2 Forester family. Antonio knew what we needed and he took the time to work with us to make us happy Prestige Subaru customers. Also, a shout out to Brian Smith for working the numbers on my lease to keep the payments as low as possible. We'll be back in 36-months to lease 2 more Subaru's!

Antonio and the finance team worked very hard to make the deal fit my budget. They likely did not make much money by selling me a car that would fit my budget but they made it work anyway. He listened to me when I told him what I wanted and he found the perfect match. Selling a car is about knowing people and Antonio is a people person. Thank yu all for making this happen.

The sales people are friendly and professional, not too aloof or too pushy. The test driving, pricing and purchasing is streamlined. We got a SF and it took a while to actually get the car in stock, which is not the dealer's fault but wish Subaru did something about reducing wait time and having more cars in their inventory. Literally just got the car so have no comment on future interactions and servicing etc. But so far it has been great!

My wife and I stopped into Prestige Subaru, just to look. We were thinking about replacing our 2002 Forester but hadn't yet decided it was a good idea so we certainly weren't there to buy. Really, we only intended to make a brief stop so my wife could see the current models, colors, etc. and help with the decision. Salesman Kasey Crivaro asked if he could help us and said he fully understood we weren't there to buy. He never pushed, just listened, answered our questions and showed us the Forester and Outback models that interested us. After we test-drove a Forester and Kasey saw how much we liked it, he wrote out a deal to give us something to consider. It was interesting enough for us to counter and between Kasey and sales manager Brett Herrington, a few minutes later we had a deal that was too good to pass up. A little while after that I found their finance guy, Brian Smith to be likable, upfront and a pleasure to deal with. Our new 2017 Forester is in our driveway and we both love it. Better yet, the buying process was almost fun - a far cry from the torture-test that buying a car at other dealers has been for me. I'll be bock.... er, back.Based on this experience we highly recommend Pristige Subaru and the people we dealt with - Kasey Crivaro, Brett Herrington and Brian Smith. Give them a try. You might be pleasantly surprised.

My husband had the initial conversations with Enrique Velez. He was willing to listen to my husband and helped us make the appointment at the agreed to price. Antonio Guzman made the purchase very pleasant. There was no pushing us to purchases things we did not want. He presented ideas to us, but was not aggressive. Brett took care of the financing. Again he presented options to us but was not trying to bully us into anything we did not want. Overall, it was an easy purchase and I would recommend them to family and friends,.

Mary Bevan was my sales person and she went out of her way to find the car with the options I wanted. Helpful without being pushy, and helpful after the sale. Took time to show me some of the new features on the car before I drove off the lot. She is a gem and someone I know who is always willing to be of service when needed.Besides, Mary in sales, the service department is excellent. Chris Sherman is always there for me to get my car in for service with my reliable mechanic, Dan Dean. The finance department was very helpful also.

Working w/ Anthony was a pleasure. He helped me handle the sale of my existing car, buy a nicer car then I expected I could afford, and stayed hours past his shift to ensure I got the right deal w/ my budget. Anthony and his manager took their time to make sure I got fair market value for the car I was driving. I assumed i'd leave w/ a used crosstek, but Anthony helped get me into a brand new version... Not to mention all the bells and whistles, and the color I wanted. The purchase was about relationship sales, and making sure I was happy and satisfied. Kasey is GREAT! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I loved working with him. Brett is a little intimidating because he seems so stern but I like that he came out to talk with me face-to-face. Would be great if he smiled a little more. Brian was a lot of fun to deal with. Anthony Lane was very helpful as we ventured in to Prestige Subaru to find out more about the Crosstrek hybrid touring we had seen online. We test drove the car and we were sold. It is comfortable to drive/ride and has such great rating, how could we miss? Anthony answered our many questions and was able to work out a great deal for us. We will definitely come to see him again when we are ready to add another Subaru to our family!We would also like to add a shout out to Anthony Dunleavy. We purchased the car on Friday evening, and realized when we got home, that the floor mats were not in the car. We rolled in on Saturday, and he was very kind to find out for us that they were removed during detailing and were not put back. I'd was getting e-mail offers to trade in my 2014 Forester for a 2016 with no money down and at the same monthly payment. I was skeptical, so ignored most of the e-mails, til the one came that offered to meet with me during an upcoming Saturday service appointment. I loved my 2014, so I didn't feel like I HAD to get out of it, but figured that it couldn't hurt to talk. I met with Justin Barner, who listened to what I wanted (and didn't) and then actually made it happen! Prestige even waived the service fee for my 2014. There was no pressure, and in fact, the process was so easy that I kept thinking I was missing something! I did have to wait a bit to meet with financing, but that's because so many people were buying Subarus! The staff made sure I was comfortable and kept me posted about the wait, too, which I found very considerate.I've been dealing with Prestige since I bought my 2014 Forester. It's always a pleasure dealing with the staff. Their service lounge is very comfortable, and the few times that I needed a loaner, they coordinated everything with Enterprise.I couldn't be happier with my 2017 Forester. This dealership offered no haggle pricing and offered a good deal then matched a lower internet price that I found from another dealership. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car in the 40 years I've been buying cars. Salesperson Mary Bevan went out of her way to help me and created a totally positive buying experience. She is very knowledgeable. Manager Brett Herrington came out to introduce himself and meet me in person. Financier Brian Smith made financing less stressful and was so friendly and helpful. Also, I had an older Subaru that I always brought for service to Prestige. The service department is the other reason I like this dealership. I trust the service managers and Subaru technicians.

My wife and have purchased numerous vehicles in the past, i.e., BMW, Volvo's, Mini Cooper, Honda's, MB's, Mazda, VW and Acura's. We recently purchased a new Acura RDX and the buying experience was great, but I have to say my experience with Antonio Guzman at Prestige Subaru was beyond our expectations. I called the dealer to inquire about an Outback and I spoke to Antonio. Antonio took the time and explained in detail the features, etc., about the car...there was no sales pressure. A few days later, I called Antonio and mentioned we would like to test drive the Outback. When we arrived Antonio could not do enough to accommodate us. The buying experience was very easy including the price negotiation. The agreed price was very fair and when we mentioned about the bumper lip protector, without hesitation Antonio said he would provide us with the protector at no charge. These are some of the little things that sets Prestige Subaru apart from the rest. When we picked the car up, Antonio immediately greeted us in the parking lot. He apologized that he was with another customer and had an associate explain the features of the car. There were a few questions that we had and Antonio always responded via email or telephone., he was always very attentive to us. The sales manager introduced himself to us and asked if there was anything we needed or questions about the car. Again, no pressure. If you ever are in the market for a Subaru, please consider Prestige Subaru and "most importantly", ask for Antonio Guzman. BTW, I have very high expectations of customer service, so for me to give 5 stars to Prestige and accolades to Antonio they have to be "great"

I purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester which needed to be pre-ordered. Antonio Guzman was my sales associate. He was extremely helpful and knowledge without any pressure to buy or upgrade. Once vehicle was ordered he kept me informed of when it was expected to arrive. It arrived at the dealership 2 days before promised. When I picked it up there were no additional costs other than what was originally promised, and no hidden fees. Beware of doing business with this dealership. They verbally tell you one thing, but the paperwork states differently. Make sure you review all paperwork carefully so that they do not pull a fast one on you. They got us for $1,400 by telling us one thing and then burying a contradiction in the paperwork. The deal process took 6 hours. They then rushed us through the signing process. We will not do business with this dealership in the future. Beware and be careful.

Overall our experience was 5 stars. It took us a couple months to decide if we wanted to go with a Suburu or another car. Tom Toppi was very patient and didn't keep calling us every day. We were very happy with Tom. 6 cyl. Outbacks usually are not on the lot. They normally have to be ordered but we didn't want to wait the 8-12 weeks for delivery. Tom looked around at other dealerships and found the Outback in the color we wanted. It arrived in 2=3 weeks. Then Tom sent us into Brian Smith who was with finance. He explained the extended warranty and we decided not to take it. He would not take no for an answer and called us frugal. We did not take the extended warranty mostly because we just wanted to leave his office. When somebody doesn't want something, please don't push it. We love our Outback and we would recommend Tom to our friends. Good job Tom.

Neither of the two Forester's we've leased from Prestige have yet to be in for their first service appointment and we went back for a third, but after a test drive of the Crosstrek and viewing the virtual panel of colors - a quartz blue Crosstrek was identified in the pipeline. Down payment made the wait for delivery was the hardest part for Anna, but it arrived ahead of schedule and was all that was expected. This review is probably different than the others posted, I took delivery of my 2015 Subaru Outback Limited the Saturday before Thanksgiving Nov, 2014. My review will include one year of experience, experience after the honeymoon phase of the relationship. I had never owned a Subaru prior to my Outback, I had actually done business with a Buick/GMC dealer located in Lawrenceville, NJ. Between 1999 and 2012, I had purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealer and had them serviced there. The AWD or 4WD drive train was of the utmost importance to me. I had a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara Luxury to trade in. The reason...? The Suzuku just used too much fuel for me at $4/gal at the time. The vehicle itself had low mileage, and a clean interior and just a few scratches in the paint.There was not a single mechanical issue with the vehicle. My search which looked at just about every AWD or 4wd in the market. Besides the drive train, fuel mileage was very important. I also own a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD. It was logical for me to consider a 2015 Terrain. However the commercials aired by Subaru showing the Eyesight(TM) was the single factor that made the Outback the first choice. The test drive showed me that the 4cyl was enough engine. GMC did not offer a similar accident avoidance system to Eyesight(TM) and even for 2016 they do not. I went to Miller Subaru in Mt Holly, and of course Prestige. Miller and Prestige were both rated by the BBB; A+ or A, however a Subaru dealer in Cherry Hill was rated and F. Reading reviews on the BBB website is part of my research in picking a business to deal with. The salesperson at Miller, Jay Fralin basically told me either take the price or leave. He refused to negotiate.At the time of delivery of my Outback there were issues. There is no need to describe specifics, except to say that each and every issue was handled promptly and corrected. During that time other issues came to light, and again each issue was corrected with out hassle. I have since had the Outback serviced at Prestige and cannot say enough about how satisfied I have been. The people who work at Prestige I truly believe want their customers to be fully satisfied. The vehicle itself has been a pleasure to own. The highway fuel mileage is actually better than the EPA figure of 33mpg. The vehicle is comfortable and quiet. The Harmon Kardon sound system is terrific. I totally recommend the Outback and Prestige. Let us not forget the sales person I was fortunate enough to work with; Mary Bevan. She just made me feel very comfortable, no pressure to purchase. Go to Prestige and ask for Mary except for Wednesdays, Mary day off.

I decided it was time to go looking for a car. Prestige was the second place I stopped at to check out the vehicles. My brother-in-law and sister went with me, because I like to have assistance. This was a big purchase for me (last time I did this was in 2004). Antonio Guzman was my sales person. He answered all of the questions we had asked (my brother-in-law asked a lot). There was no hassling, he gave me the price, went to his boss with a revision. We left with the information and I slept on the price. There was no pressure that I had to purchase the car right then. I made arrangements the next day to take the car for a drive. Antonio was still providing answers, he has the patience of a saint. After my drive, I bought the Subaru Impreza. If someone I knew was going to purchase a vehicle, I would recommend Antonio to them. He was polite, patient, informative and an asset to your company.P.s. Just wanted to pass along the experience I had with Turnersville, NJ Prestige Subaru dealership who reneged on my purchase agreement, vandalized my trade in car and tried to gouge me on price of my trade in. Would love to hear about others who experienced similar issues: See my story below. To: Subaru Corporate Offices, Subaru Dealer Association, Subaru America Corporate OfficesI am writing to you to demand an investigation into the behaviors and practices of your Prestige Subaru staff due to an incident that occurred on November 6, 2015, when I went to pick up the 2016 Forester Touring edition I had planned on purchasing. Specifically:Your sales staff violated the terms of our purchase agreement by refusing to honor the trade in price of my carYour used car manager vandalized my car, taking apart a piece of my back seat in an effort to force me to agree to a reduced price for my trade in. Below are the details. In October, 2015, I negotiated with your team for a trade in of a Buick Enclave (2011), the purchase of the Forester Touring edition and financing, going so far as to sign a purchase agreement with the dealership (attached). The trade in was negotiated and agreed upon, as was the price of the car. Your team had me put a $300 deposit down so they could locate a Forester Touring edition. All this information is included in the purchase agreement which was signed one month ago (car price based on your Consumer Reports Guaranteed Savings Program). When I arrived on November 6, 2105, I was told my car needed to be re-evaluated. Your used car manager, Ken Gumienny, then took my car out for a drive (he was alone, unaccompanied by me) and claimed that a piece of my rear passenger seat was broken and could not be repaired. Please note, I had just cleaned the entire car inside and out and there was no damage to the interior of my car whatsoever. This damage I was told was irreparable and would lower the cost of my trade in by $350. I stated that this was not acceptable. Also note, when I went out to look at the damage, it was clear that your used car manager had yanked a piece of molding off the bottom of the seat of my car. It was easily put back together by me. I am appalled that your used car manager vandalized my car before any papers were signed and Prestige took ownership of it! While I waited for your finance people to provide a formal breakdown of price, trade-in and fees, your sales manager called my insurance company to switch the insurance. I found this highly unusual since we had not completed the sale or signed ANY paperwork, but I let it go at the time. When I did sit down with finance person, Brian Smith, he did not have a prepared breakdown of the car price. Instead, he tried to up-sell me on a number of other things (warranties etc) and then informed me that because my car had an additional 1,100 miles on it from the month I waited for you to find me a car AND taking into account the damaged part your employee caused, the trade in was now only worth $13,000, not 13,800 that was agreed upon in writing by your team a month ago. This was an $800 reduction from our agreed upon price (again note, the damage that your used sales manager caused, was fixed by me in 20 seconds see photo). When I asked to see your Dealership Executive, I was introduced instead to General Sales Manager Jim McKenna, an amazingly arrogant and unhelpful man, who tried to convince me that it was perfectly normal to break a purchase agreement due to extra miles and damage his team caused. When I told him I wanted to speak to the dealer Vice President not the sales manager, he said he was the top person in the dealership and there was no one more senior. Having met the Vice President of the Dealership a month earlier I knew he was lying. In the end, McKenna simply refused to honor our purchase agreement and refused to consider any change to his newly presented price for the car. When I told him we had an agreement of purchase, he said that was not the case as it took a month to get the car and so, the deal needed to be renegotiated. I have never in my life purchased a car where this was the case. So, I cancelled the deal and asked for my $300 deposit back (by the way, I have never been asked for a deposit for a dealership to simply find a particular make and model of a car). I also had to call my insurance company, Prudential, to have my car put back on my insurance and to take the Forester off. When they asked the reason why, I told them the above story. They informed me that they would also be putting Prestige Subaru on their Unsatisfactory Dealer List, which is distributed to all Prudential employees and offices nationally.But let me be clear, I emailed your salesperson, Larry, on Wednesday, November 4th to ensure all pricing, trade-in, fees and financing had been reviewed and approved by your management prior to my arrival. I am forwarding the email I sent outlining my request. Please note, I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports, lodging a formal written complaint with Subaru Corporate Offices of the global and US offices, informing the South Jersey Courier Post newspaper of your behaviors as well as the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and several other groups. I will also be taking to social media to share my experiences with as many potential buyers as possible. This will include comments on Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, and a wide range of auto-related sites. To be clear: your team tried to cheat me and damaged my car. They lied to me, misrepresented themselves and reneged on a purchase agreement, not to mention hold my deposit of $300 for 1 month. I would like the entire incident investigated by your corporate offices and the broader Subaru dealers association. Specifically, I want to lodge formal complaints on the following issues:Damage to my car done by Prestige Subarus used car manager, Ken Gumienny.Breach of purchase agreement contract by Jim McKennaAdding the new car on our Insurance without us signing the Final Purchase by Larry WernerHolding a deposit of $300 for 1 month just to locate a Forester Touring

i had a very good experience at this dealer. i stopped in a few months ago and spoke with Tom Toppi . tom knowing i wasn't going to possible buy for at least 6 months still answered all my questions and walked me around and showed me the outbacks on the lot in the rain. a couple months later i brought the wife in and tom pulled out two different cars for us to test drive knowing we still weren't ready to buy and explained the car up and down to my wife. now the end of October we walked in talked to tom and after a half hour of deciding on a color we put a deposit on the car we wanted. we were going away for the weekend so we had to way till the following Thursday to get back to the dealer. knowing we were on extended lunch hours tom had the car there ready and all the paperwork ready to go when we got to the dealer. he got us in and out faster then i have ever experienced, if/when i'm in the market for another new car i'll be in to talk with tom fist. good guy, patient guy and knows what he is doing..

But Enrique and the manager listened our budget limitation with smiles, and they tried about 5 times to find car finance company that fits our budget. They didn't pressure us at all. We are comfortable to express our needs. It was much more easier process than I thought and best buying a car experience. I still cannot believe I have my dream car. Too good to be true! Almost... When we got there , another salesman had sold it. They honored the price and when they could not find a 15 they gave us a 16 for the same price.

I went to Prestige Subaru of Turnersville to look at the Subaru's. I had owned my two other cars for 8 and 15 years. Even though I was satisfied with them I looked for a change in make and model. I met my salesman Antonio Guzman there and we hit it off from the start. Salesmen can be pushy by nature, but he was not. He had a great personality, I trusted him as being honest and fair to me. I was happy with the car I looked at; and did not feel the need on going to other car lots to view and maybe haggle with any salespersons. He took time to explain all the workings of the new car . The paper work was explained to me and my insurance company was contacted at that time. I drove out of the lot that day with a new 2015 Subaru Forester. Life is Good.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Subaru Legacy from Prestige Subaru of Turnersville, NJ. My salesman, Larry Werner, is a consummate professional. He was straightfoward, friendly, and quick to respond to all communications. I got a great price in a no pressure environment. The finance manager, Brian Smith, pitched the expected extended warranty but none of the usual high-profit extras such as unnecessary insurance, rustproofing, or other dealer add-ons. The service department (which I hope to use only for routine maintenance) looked clean and neat. I drove almost two hours to Prestige Subaru because they had the specific Legacy model I wanted in stock; I would happily return for my next Subaru and shall recommend my friends because of my experience with this outstanding dealership and its fine representatives.

It's not an easy decision to buy a car. Most potential buyers do their homework ahead of time- investigating the kind of car itself and then a dealership. I was considering 3 different SUVs (Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester). I did extensive online research, test drove all 3, and negotiated a price at all three dealerships. All 3 vehicles were very similar in style, features, and options. I ultimately bought the Forester because of the service I received at Prestige Subaru. Antonio Guzman was friendly, helpful, informative, and with applied no pressure. I wanted a specific vehicle, with specific features. Even though Prestige did not have that exact vehicle, Antonio did not try to talk me into a car already in inventory. Antonio went out of his way to find the car I wanted and get it to Prestige. I live in suburban Philadelphia, but when I found that more local dealers didn't have what I was looking for, I contacted some dealers further afield through and got an immediate response from Prestige through Consumer Reports car pricing service. John and manager Joe Simonini worked with me to take care of a glitch in which the car in question had inadvertently been promised for a swap with another dealer. When they found they would have an immediate sale with me, Joe was able to get the car back and we finished negotiations. They prepped and added the few additional features while I waited. Throughout, John was extremely pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, not high-pressure, and very accommodating. I would give him the highest rating (10 out of 10) as a sales person and would seek him out in any future new car search (though I hope to keep this 2015 for a long time).

Originally we purchased a 6MT WRX 2015 for my son from Prestige Subaru. We dealt with Tom Toppi who went over and beyond to make us happy even though we gave him a hard time. Originally we opted for a CVT but unfortunately no dealership in the area had any CVTs available so my son opted for a 6MT. He took it off the lot and a few days later decided he wanted a CVT because he could not grasp a hold to the manual transmission (first stick car for him, young, and nervous). We've all made our impulsive buys in our life so I could understand where his problem was. Tom and Prestige took the car back and within a week we found a CVT and got a dealership transfer for it, drove off the lot a few days later and have been satisfied ever since. They were completely patient with us throughout the whole process and informative. I would recommend Prestige Subaru to everyone and anyone!

I can't say enough about Prestige Subaru in Turnersville, NJ. My original point of contact was Joe Simonini and every aspect of the deal was top notch. He responded to me immediately through e-mail and was priced competitive from the start. At the dealership, Tom Toppi took over and went through the paperwork, showed me the vehicle, etc.. During the test drive, Tom showed me every option on the vehicle and how to get the most out of my option package. He even showed me how to sync my phone to the car. Pat took care of me during the financing part of the deal, and was very thorough and detail oriented. I knew what I was signing the entire time and he made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. Thanks to Larry Werner at Prestige Subaru, I had the best car-purchasing experience in my life...and I am 68 years old. My son came with me because of his knowledge of cars and mechanical things, but I believe the deal would have been every bit as good had I been alone. Larry was both knowledgeable and terrific, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Because I had an appointment I couldn't miss, he even arranged for me to pick up the car the next day after signing most of the paperwork the day I bought the car. My new car is a 2015 Subaru Impreza (hatchback) and I love it. I got an remote starter installed and it is great! The fellow who installed it came out and also talked to me about using it. I had been researching the purchase of a new car for a few months and was led to Subaru based on their price, features, and reputation. They were one of the brands that met the needs of what I was looking for. I previously only owned traditional American brand cars; Ford, GM, and Dodge. I first visited Prestige Subaru on a chilly and rainy Saturday morning, after viewing their website. There were other Subaru dealerships closer to my home, but none appeared to offer the inventory and competitive pricing of Prestige. I had narrowed my search down to the new WRX's and Crosstreks. I was met by Antonio Guzman who walked with my family and I in the wind and rain, showing me what Prestige had to offer. His friendly, no pressure approach caught my attention immediately. After browsing that day, Antonio took my phone number and said he would call me when the cars having the specific options/packages I was looking for were delivered to the dealership. On Monday morning, Antonio called and let me know the vehicles I was waiting to see were delivered. That night, my family and I went back to Prestige and Antonio had the vehicels ready for me to test drive. I was able to drive both the WRX and Crosstrek in conditions ranging from a parking lot to highways. Antonio rode along answering any questions I had, again not pressuring me into any purchase. We talked more about our familes and his time spent in the military. Following the test drives, I told Antonio I needed to discuss my experience with my wife and I would be in touch with him. He thanked me for stopping in and left it at that. The following morning, I contacted Antonio and told him I had decided on the WRX. I also told him what I wanted to spend. After a few short phone conversations, I was told he could make the deal at my offer. Knowing the WRX's are a high demand vehicle, I wasn't sure they could meet my offer but Antonio and Prestige Subaru made it happen. I went back to Prestige that night and completed the transaction. The finance manager even found a lower interest rate while I was there. Antonio went over the car with me bumper to bumper, answered all questions, and I drove it home. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Not only wouldn't I hesitate to recommend Antonio or Prestige Subaru to my friends and family, I would encourage them to go there.

Anyone who has bought a car knows just what I mean. "That kind" of dealership plays games, uses the old bait and switch, and pressures potential customers, making them feel bullied. As a result of much experience with this, I came in with a chip on my shoulder when it came time to talk about money. Truth is, the overall price was not to be budged, but Patrick worked out an unbelievable APR for me, and I couldn't be happier! And in retrospect, when I researched the value of my new car (certified pre-owned) it was a fantastic deal that I couldn't find anywhere else.Mary Bevan was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, frequently worked with me on her own time, answering my questions over text or email and even offering to come in on her days off if it was more convenient for me. (I had a pretty busy schedule.) When we were in, she was engaging, very amiable, and was even entertaining my toddler like a pro!At one moment, after we talked about the bottom line but before signing, we were working on switching tags, insurance, etc. I said, "Do you really want to get into this before signing paperwork?" And sensing where I was coming from (a long line of deceitful dealerships) she stated, "Sure, this isn't that kind of dealership." We were assisting my sister in selecting a new Suburu Impreza that was being purchased with cash via a personal loan from another family member. My sister had recently been injured in a car accident in which her car was totalled and was relying upon her family for emotional and other support. Mary Bevans was friendly, knowlegable about all things Subaru, and accommodating with how the cash purchase would proceed. When we came to the point to negotiate price we explained that, as directed by the family member providing the loan to my sister for the car, the total price we could pay to get the car "out the door" would be $23,000. Mary took this offer to the General Mgr who immediately told us the price was firm, which was approx. $700+ dollars above the $23,000 we had available to pay for the car. The General Mgr told my sister that, in a not very kindly manner, she should buy a Volkswagon instead. Due to the General Mgr's less than kind treatment of my sister, we decided to go to Subaru of Cherry Hill where the car was purchased for $23,500, which was above the original price limit placed on the loan but below the firm price that the Prestige Suburu General Mgr gave us. We are glad we didn't buy the car at Prestige Suburu because of the General Mgr's attitude but wish we could have had Mary Bevan complete the sale.

Horrible.......horrible dealership.......i was looking at a subaru impreza hatchback......they had a 2013 leftover that they wanted to sell me.....we spent hours negotiating on a price so when i decided i wanted to leave they came down on the price..... but i said i still needed to think about it....so i next day i called them to tell them i agreed on the price they gave me when i was getting ready to leave and they rescinded the offer......who the xxxx does that kind of business......then they wanted to sell me a car with less options than the first car for more money.......do not go to this dealership......they are liars and crooks

I did a lot of homework with this purchase and am very happy with it. I also needed to expedite the license and registration process and they helped me with that too. If I am in the market for another Subaru, I will certainly give them another chance (even though they are about 50 miles from my house).

A few weeks later, after reviewing our paperwork Antonio called us to say they made a mistake on our trade-in and they are sending us a check for another $600! I researched the car I was looking for, a Mitsubishi Eclipse. She was helpful with the sale, but she put in the extra effort with an option that was not installed on the model year I purchased. Mary talked with someone in the parts department and he agreed to make modifications to the part and install it. She made sure it was in writing on the we owe form. I felt very at ease with Mary because of her no hassle, no pressure approach to sales. I just recently purchased another car from Prestige and asked for Mary by name. As before, she was extremely helpful and I left with the knowledge that I had made a good deal on the car. It is normally very stressful when purchasing a car. Chris, in service, helps schedule my appointments, makes sure I get my car back on time, arranges for a rental if needed. I know I can count on him whenever I call. Over in sales, I have talked with Mary and John several times about the new Subarus. They are full of help and knowledge without being pushy. The general sales manager, Tony Bruno, is alway ready to assist should I have a question. He is always a phone call away, if needed and I appreciate that.Is nice the new addition for Subaru cars is completed, so we can have our own area and the new waiting area for our car being serviced is comfortable and clean.

Terrible experience with Luke Hoffman at this dealership. He lied to me over phone about having a particular trim in inventory. When I got there, he said he can add the options I wanted on another base trim but price would be higher than the trim w/ the options already installed from factory (since he was putting some work into it).
