Only bmw dealer nearby so I have to go to them for certain things. Very disrespectful. Non of the employees knew anything about the cars and we're on youtube and other websites while serving me. They told me my bank was garbage and can't afford their products. They have scratched and damaged my vehicles and didn't care. They are way over priced compared to other bmw dealers. I tell everyone to stay away from them

Buying experience was quick and fair with a no hassle conversation. Paul, Scott and Jordan were a pleasure to work with and didn't feel uncomfortable in any of the discussions. Highly recommended and will/have recommended already to family and friends. Would definitely visit again in the future. A+ dealership and friendly atmosphere.

Had a tremendous experience purchasing our BMW last week. Mike Westcott goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable with the car before they leave the lot. He gave us 4 different ways to get in touch with him if we had any problems or questions. He followed up with an email to check with us and thank us for our business. He is a gem of an employee and a great example of how you should treat people.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced at a BMW dealership. Brought my vehicle in for it's final oil change covered under the 50,000 mile warranty. It had been over 12,000 miles since the last oil change, and the car now has 45 K on it. They told me the oil was not due to be changed for another 6,000 miles. The car would then have over 50,000 miles at that point and of course the oil change would no longer be free. Meanwhile I'm supposed to drive my vehicle for well over 18,000 miles without ever changing the oil...UNBELIEVABLE!

I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Yaris from Preston BMW and got an excellent deal. Paul Ruchtie was a tremendous help in showing and selling me the car. Their finance department did an amazing job in getting me financed for the car I wanted and made it almost too easy! My wife and I bought a pre-owned Chevy Equinox from Eli Ruchtie and we couldn't be happier. It wasn't the typical high pressure dealership experience. Eli was friendly and informative, but not pushy. The car was priced very competitively, especially when compared to dealerships across the country. They did a great job detailing the car to make it like new. Most importantly to us they respected our time and were quick and efficient throughout the process. We would highly recommend P. Eli Ruchtie and Preston BMW.

Al Schwartz was ready to assist me with my buying decision with ABSOLUTELY no pressure. I was nervous about buying a car that I had not driven but they made me feel at ease and offered a very attractive price. Once I decided to purchase, they made arrangements to pick my husband and me up from the airport. At the dealership, the purchase was a breeze - I have never seen paperwork handled more quickly or more smoothly. Best of all - the car was just as promised and I LOVE IT. After the sale, they have continued the same responsive, customer focused level of service, even though I live in another state and will not be using their service department. Highly recommend! We had a great experience with Preston BMW. We drove 65 miles from PA to deal with them and it was time well spent. Mike and Rick were very respectful of our time, and we were able to purchase our car, along with a trade, in 2 visits lasting 1 hour each. This team seems to implemented a totally transparent sales approach that was both unexpected and appreciated. We got a great APR thanks to Todd, and I've waited in drive-thru lines longer than it took go through the financing process. Follow up was kind and prompt. I would recommend this team to everyone, even if you have to travel. They are worth the trip!!!

I will never return to this dealership EVER again. Not only did I not buy a car, I was insulted and treated poorly by the finance manager Scott. They had an over priced vehicle (which is still there and they have since reduced asking price since they can't move it off the lot...) and were not willing to negotiate; they did not want my business, but I am so happy that it did NOT work out with them because I went to the BMW dealership in Pittsburgh 2 days later and drove off in my dream car which I enthusiastically paid $4,000 more for! During negotiation, they apparently did not like my offer (although I thought it was beyond fair considering the mileage), I asked them to reduce their price by $500 to close the transaction and make me feel good about the deal and make me feel like they wanted to sell the car; instead Scott offered to throw in a jacket (yes, he said I will throw in a jacket to make you 'feel better') with the transaction. This wasn't a $1,000 purchase where maybe a jacket was an appropriate sales tactic; it was $30,000 and my money was not appreciated here and because of their awful customer service and lack of business sense, they turned away a $30,000 transaction close to month's end AND insulted me. Furthermore, I went there with my sister (who could have been a future customer, but will also never return), nor Al or Scott introduced themselves or shook our hands which is basic business etiquette...DON'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE! Take your hard earned money elsewhere where you will be treated with respect... Preston dealership needs some serious improvement because these people are not representing the brand very well...

I thought I'd write this review, 20 months after I had the car. These people treat you like what you are: a valuable potential customer. They understand that building long-term relationships mean getting you into the right vehicle for your needs and making sure the price is fair, honest, and transparent. I cannot say enough good things about them, especially my salesman Al Schwartz. These folks are professional and shoot you straight from the minute you walk in the door. They gave me more for my trade than maybe they should have, but they did it to get me into one of their cars and, more importantly, into their ecosystem. I'm now looking to trade up from what I have--a 2013 X3--and Al has been more than willing to walk me through everything and spend the time necessary to help me make my decision. The young man who owns this dealership, Bobby Preston, is probably in his early 30's but he seems to understand that old-world mentality that values his customers over making an extra buck. Cannot say enough good things about them.

After deciding on the BMW X3 XDrive 28i, we contacted dealers in our area with the preferred vehicle spec'd out. Preston BMW in Boardman, OH, and Eli Ruchtie in particular were the most responsive to our internet inquiry. After exchanging emails and a phone call or two, we visited them the next day to find that they had the exact vehicle specified, including color in stock. No compromises required and within a couple of hours, we drove off the lot with vehicle of choice. Eli Ruchtie was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. Scott Presco was equally impressive, straight forward and professional. Together they made the car buying experience enjoyable, and we highly recommend this dealership.

Throughout the process I found Preston BMW and Al to be unlike typical car buying experience. They were upfront, helpful, and followed up without fail. Their price on the car and trade-in were not only fair but competitive and they kept their word throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Christie in service is EXTREMELY rude. 1st encounter I was supposed to pay a huge bill, she shoved me as if I'm cheap to ask about the details. Literally slammed papers at catchier & told me she'll explain it to you!!Today I was directed to her office, as I opened the door I heard "OH BOY!!!"I told her "Why Oh Boy!!" She said oh it's a car I'm looking at, would you like Jason to help you? "Sure" I said!!!! What kind of employees are these! I don't think she trained before in McDonalds even how to treat customers!! I dealt with Acura of Boardman since 2002 with 218,000 miles on MDX. She should go train there how to be courteous, they call u by your name. Explain what should be done, how much it would cost, whether it's a must or can wait!! I thought BMW is a step up, yet service personnel is step(s) lower!! SHAME!!

Suburb is all I can say. I bought my car almost two years ago and the few times it has been in for service the only word that comes to mind is EXCELLENCE. They have picked up my vehicle and provided a loaner each time with absolutely no hassle. Jason in service has been great to work with and communicated each step of the way. My husband and daughter also have purchased a BMW with Mike and he exceeds every expectation you may have. I would highly recommend Preston BMW and Mike Westcott.

My salesman Eli worked very well with me and did not employ high pressure sales tactics that I explained I would not tolerate. Eli answered all my questions in a professional manner and gave a complete demonstration of the new X3 features and options. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel I was treated very fairly. As a bonus my car arrived in less than two weeks instead of the four to eight week normal delivery time. I am very happy with my car and with Preston BMW. Thanks....RBC

As an out-of state buyer, I was concerned about the long trip (about 400 miles) to see the vehicle in person, but everything was exactly (or better) than described so there was no surprises. The very friendly salesman (Al Schwartz) answered all of my questions nicely (even my dumb ones) and couldn't have been more courteous. The vehicle was was delivered spotlessly clean and all my dealing with Sales and Finance were easy and painless; no high pressure at all. The vehicle itself was very fairly priced. Overall one of the best dealer interactions I've ever had

Everyone was friendly and business like at the same time. The only thing I would like to mention is that after I got home I checked online to make sure my insurance was set up. I did not find it showing up on the website and when I called the insurance company they said nothing was listed and that they could not do anything unless they spoke to me and got my permission to change the policy. Just wanted to let you know so someone else does not leave thinking they have insurance only to find out that they do not. Other than that everything was good.

Prior to finalizing our sale, we made several trips to Preston BMW, and took more than 1 car on a test-drive. Our salesperson, P. Eli Ruchie, was our contact person, and always went above-and-beyond the normal rhelm of what would be expected. After we made our decision, Scott Presco came into play. Scott too, was a pleasure to deal with, and helped work out the details to our satisfaction. As I told Eli and Scott after purchasing our new vehicle, part of my decision on buying from a dealership is the start of a relationship. They have earned our business both current and future. I know where we will be going for our next BMW purchase in a few years.

Having a vehicle serviced at Preston is enjoyable if you need to wait for your car; TV, coffee and use of a computer is available. The whole experience was no pressure and they took care of every concern I had about the car (like fixing some scratches and installing a liscense plate bracket). Even now when I take the car in for the free car washes they treat me well and do a nice job. I would highly recommend this dealership and Bryant as a salesperson.

Preston BMW has gotten three BMW sales from me and family members this year, due to their professionalism, friendliness, and openness/fairness on pricing. We have another dealer much closer to us (A&L BMW Monroeville, PA) from whom I purchased a new BMW before, but after they ignored our son on the totally not-busy sales floor this past winter, he bought the car he would have purchased at A&L (responding to a special they had sdvertised) from Mike Westcott at Preston. Subsequently, my wife and I both purchased new BMWs from Mike. We are well-informed buyers, and approach the sales experience knowing in advance what fair and real-market prices are. Mike and Preston arrive at very fair pricing without the extended dickering one often experiences with other dealers. Mike is a genuine and friendly person, who is easy to deal with and does not display (or need to display) any negative sales pressure. Purchasing a vehicle usually makes me so nervous I feel physically ill, however this experience was much better than in the past. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at ease and the bad part the bickering back and forth etc was over before I even realized it. THANK YOU for making this easy on the customer.

Every person I delt with was great. They all worked hard to make me fell comfortable through out the whole process. The vehicle I bought on the other hand was a whole different story. When I brought it home and looked at the vehicle the left front wheel bearing had over a half inch of play and the front brake pads had less then 2/32's of material left and the rotors were below goverment saftey specs. In buying a used vehicle I understand that it may not be perfect but I thought it would be safe. For those reason's I scored the people I dealt with very highly and want to say Thank You for everything. But I score the overall experiance very poorly and would not reccomend this dealership to anyone else I know, because I would not my Mother to be sold a unsafe vehicle where she may hurt herself or someone else!!!!!!!

The car buying experience was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional with no sales pressure at all. Bryant is a very easy person to buy a car from and answered all of our questions. Everyone there goes out of their way to be friendly and you really get a sense that the atmosphere of the dealership is one of respect for the customer and a desire to meet your needs. Interestingly , when we were there there was a problem with the phone system which everyone handled with grace and aplomb. The best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had in 30 years of buying cars. Adam was our Sales Person and he was so honest and professional. Todd (Credit and Finance) was also very professional and made the paperwork smooth, painless and very quick! This is our 4th car we have purchased from a Preston dealership and these people are all outstanding. I am also glad to hear Preston BMW is moving from Warren to Boardman. Al was extremely professional. My schedule required that I arrive to complete the purchase on Al's day off and he came in to greet me with a positive spirit and attitude. I agonized for over a year about whether to trade my 2006 Boxster and after finally deciding (after a lot of research) to drive a new BMW (I was afraid I'd be pressured) I succombed. Mike met me and we took a drive. I explained what I wanted to do and he just listened and offered to help in any way he could. I thought about it for a while and went back 3 weeks later and leased a new 328ix coupe. I was offered a higher than expected price for my car and they actually gave me money back. No trying to find out what I expected, whether I would upgrade, etc. Just fair and honest help. I'm more than pleased and if the same treatment continues will definitely be back and refer others.Kareb

Al was very helpful and very responsive (even email). The car was meticulous and he was prepared when I arrived. Lastly, the majority of the process was done online, which was preferable to traveling to the dealership to discuss options.

Did not rush through paperwork.Scott: Was ready for our visit with a few cars to show us at our price point (we had called in advance with a few cars of interest that we had seen online). Very knowledgable of each car, relaxing test drives with no pressure to sell. Obviously came through with the right car (which we bought). Was very understanding of what we wanted in a car. Did not waste out time showing us cars we were not interested in. Scott said right away... we have the perfect car for you somewhere on our lot, then he delivered on that statement. This dealership was very easy to work with and gave me a good price compared to other sellers. They allowed me to do an out of town deal with very little hassle. I'd recommend them highly. They are in the Youngstown area and I'm in Pittsburgh, but they delivered the car to my house and will pick it up for service and provide a loaner.

Experience dealing with Preston BMW was great. Doug Rice was very friendly, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Being an out of city buyer, he made sure we were comfortable with making a purchase over the phone. He patiently answered all my question and followed it up very well. All car buying should be this easy. I found the car that I wanted on the web and made a few calls. The next thing I was buying the car and out the door. The dealership did everthing to help me get the car in a timely manner. When I arrived to reveive the car the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. Again, just plain easy!!! Fair and Honest price, along with outstanding Customer Service!!!

I have owned several BMWs, all purchased at different dealerships. I was unable to locate the car I wanted in the Pittsburgh area so I decided to look out of town once again. This is the second vehicle I have bought from the dealership in the past 10 months. The prices can't be beat. The employees are very nice and easy to talk to. they really seem to care about the customer and not about making another sale. They take their time to explain everything. I traded in a car and got a very fair price....no problem with negotiations. Bryant is very professional and seems to enjoy his work. I would recommend Preston to everyone.

What a nice experience! Dave made me feel very comfortable while I was waiting for Todd to get my financing. Dave was so polite and really nice to talk to. He was very informative about the vehicle that I was interested in. He even brought me coffee! Todd worked diligently on getting my financing approved. He explained things very clearly.All in all my whole experience there was excellent. I have the car of my dreams and I'm greatful to Dave and Todd for helping to make it possible.I would definitely recommend Dave to friends and family. I even saved his business card! And, when the times comes again that I need another vehicle...I will go back.

I bought a used car from this dealership. The car only had 36,000 miles on it. Before I had it for even a week, I couldn't get it to start. I found out it needed a new ignition cylinder so I got that replaced. I have only had the car for a few months and it has had several electrical problems including: rear window defrost had to be fixed twice, cell phone charger outlet (lighter) stopped working, and now the seatbelt light is flashing and dinging even though the seatbelt is fastened. This car clearly has some electrical problems that I was not informed of at the time of purchase. I have contacted Mr. Schwartz several times and asked him to replace this "lemon" with another car but he has told me he is unable to do so.

The purchase almost seemed too easy. I stopped at the dealership & was able to take the car home to show my dad without any hassle, as the dealership was closing at 4 on a Saturday. By 10:30 am the following Monday, the car was already purchased - no issues. It was by far, the fastest car purchase I ever made. I didn't want to mess around with negotiating, & I didnt want to waste anyone's time, nor did I want my time to be wasted. I still can't believe how eas it was. Shopping for a car can be exhausting, this was easier than shopping for new shoes!

I picked the Dealership because of the price but I would return to Warren because of the great service from the salesmen even if it's 50 miles away. Our credit wasn't the best but they never made us feel like we weren't worthy of the best service. They worked hard and got us approved in one day. I chose to ask for a price quote from Preston BMW given the high recommendation other buyers gave this dealership. After contacting three other BMW dealerships it became obvious who was the best choice. Mr. Schwartz was in all ways vastly superior to any other sales rep I encountered. I greatly appreciated his no nonsense approach to working up a deal for a car. I do not relish the gamesmanship I experienced dealing with less competent salesmen. Mr Schwartz is the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone seriously interested in buying a BMW for a fair price without all the gamesmanship and haggling usually associated wiht car buying.

I had a great buying and overall experience with Preston BMW. I spoke with Al Schwartz prior to coming over and he was able to give me several options that fit what we were looking for. My wife and I drove over and ended up purchasing and driving home a great pre-owned BMW that afternoon. The salesman Al Schwartz was friendly, knowledgable, and made the whole buying process comfortable and stress free. The entire dealership was very easy to work with and a first class operation. Very honest and helpful. We were coming from a long ways away and our salesperson (Al Schwartz) took detailed pictures of certain spots on the vehicle and emailed them to us directly. The individuals at the dealership seemed to work well together as a team. Our salesperson was also willing to extend his working hours in order to accommodate our schedule coming in from out of town to buy the Certified Pre-Owned BMW.

I had a great experience at Prestons buying my used BMW. I went to buy a used car. They told me exactly what would need since i was buying it as is. They never tired to sell me something I did not want. It was refreshing to go to a dealership and work with a staff that wanted to sell me a car even if it was a used as is model. This is the first car I bought since 8/06 and it was great to work with a staff that wanted my business but was not over the top with pressuring us to buy "today". Whether you are buying new or used i would highly recommend Preston's. The experience will be great.

I emailed Preston BMW with the specs I wanted and Doug replied the next day with the invoice price and their price for ordering the 2011 335xi w/ the M Sport package with the unique blue exterior, which I wanted. Drove 1.5 hrs to see Doug on a late Mon evening and we got down to business. After talking about the price for less than 5 minutes, they beat their competitors and I had a signed order within 30 minutes. Came back in 5 weeks to sign the papers once the car had arrived. Being new to the area and single, he had the car delivered to my apartment that very evening. The car was waiting for me once I got home; I was so excited. Preston BMW and Doug Rice gave excellent professional service without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Our first contact was made through Preston's website. They were prompt in replying, and in providing whatever information we needed to determine if the vehicle was something that we wanted to investigate further. An appointment was made, and upon arrival we were treated very courteously. We test drove the vehicle, and found that it suited our needs. The amount given for our trade was acceptable, given the number of miles that it had at the time. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the experience.

After looking for a Certified used 5 series at all the BMW dealers in NE Ohio, I purchased from Preston. Reason was the way they treat customers, far surpassing what I experienced at the other dealerships. Al Schwartz was fair, honest, and eager to get me the right deal. Fantastic service and a great deal to boot. I live more than six hours away from this dealership, but found a 2006 Buick Lacrosse on their lot that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, it was black, and I was kind of leaning towards silver, and another dealer about 60 miles from Preston BMW had a silver unit in stock. I drove six hours to see the silver car only to find major shortcomings that weren't as advertised. I called Dave only 15 minutes before Preston BMW's closing time and he gracious agreed to stay and wait on me, along with a finance guy, and we didn't even arrive until 45 minutes after the dealership closed. All in all, Dave and Scott were there more than an hour and a half past close just to sell me an under $10k used car. Not only was the car everything Dave claimed and more, but it made it nearly 500 miles back home with no issues, and my mechanic locally was pleased with the condition of the car. Dave even called to follow up! I'm not promising I'll drive six hours back over to buy another car, but if they had a car on the lot I was interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to make the return trip. Excellent deal!
