I entered into communications over a vehicle located at Price Ford in Turlock, CA. I am located in Colorado. After multiple verbal phone calls regarding condition of vehicle with Dylan (sales rep), I gave him my credit card information for a deposit/hold on the vehicle while it was sent to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection paid for by myself at the cost of $199.99. He assured me the vehicle would be pulled from the lot and would not be sold until taken for inspection and communications after. Communications fell away following the cars return to the dealership after inspection. There were several "safety concerns" that had to be addressed prior to me deciding to purchase the vehicle that Dylan and his assistant, Joe, agreed to - battery replacement and exterior bulbs that were causing additional dash warnings. Communications again ceased as I repeatedly tried to find out what was being done with this vehicle since I was still interested. I received a phone call a week later from Joe informing me of the "bad news" that the vehicle had been sold despite my deposit. I phoned Chuck, the dealership sales manager, and left him a message, which he did not return. I phoned again 2 days later and left another message. He then returned my call and after I asked for reimbursement for the $199.99 pre-purchase inspection since I had a hold on the vehicle, he adamantly refused stating it was my prerogative to have this completed. This is despite the only reason I went forward with the inspection, at my cost, was due to the hold on the vehicle, and being reassured it would NOT be sold. They went against a verbal agreement entered into with myself and Dylan, the sales rep. In no way do I recommend this dealership who is unable to keep their word. Run away and find a reputable group that will actually be on your side. I invite the owners to reach out to me. This is just the first of many social media sites that these actions will be shared.

I was in the market to purchase a new or fairly used vehicle, I enlisted a few friends that are more experienced in purchasing cars & truck, I did go to 2 other dealerships to test drive other brands of trucks, 1st dealership no one helped us, second I did not like the sales staff, felt like they were not sincere in my needs. My favorite truck has always been the Ford, so I saved the best for last, was looking at the Explorers, new & used, but when I saw the new black F150 and test drove it I was "in love". Homer was fabulous at all my questions and getting me the best loan. Thanks to Homer and your awesome selection of vehicles I came home with a truck I have always wanted to buy.

Bought my 2014 Ford Edge at Price Ford with 26K miles. Overall very positive buying experience. Took it in 4K miles later for 30K service and was told it needed Transmission fluid change, coolant change, and fuel filter change. Was not asked about history of the vehicle or how the vehicle is used. Was later told they always recommend service as if the vehicle is run under extreme conditions. This seems to me to be unnecessary and far different than the owners manual recommendations. I would have liked to have been informed about the rational of their recommendations. Will not be returning for service or to purchase my next Ford.

Service manager was great! He had me ride with one of the techs so he could experience my issue. The tech himself was friendly and he was able to diagnose my issue as well as correct the issue. I got my truck back the same day with complimentary hitch cover and multi point inspection. I Would recommend Price Ford Turlock!!

2016 Explorer (wifes car), hatch mechanism was faulty trigering codes and setting off the alarm. The latch was replaced and so far so good. Vehicle was purchased in the Bay area so I was pleased with Price's service department willingness to repair the vehicle under warranty.

Patches Ford had always taken great care of me and my 2002 Ford F150 truck for many years. This was my first visit to Price Ford and I received the same great service. While I was there having the truck serviced I began looking for a newer used Ford Edge. Homer helped me find the best vehicle for my needs. I purchase a 2013 Ford Edge a few days later. Well Done! I had my 2010 Ranger serviced. 30,000 check plus new battery and new water pump (it was making noises). My only complaint is the price. On the one hand dealerships tend to charge more for maintenance and parts than elsewhere. On the other hand dealerships tend to know their vehicles better than others.All in all a good job.Thanks.

I have a 2003 F150 with 105,000 miles. This visit was my first minor repair regarding the powertrain. I'm so please owning a Ford and the cost of ownership has been excellent over the past 12 years. Price Ford has been great to work with, many of the former Patchett employees still work for the new owners. From the service advisors to the courtesy ride, the employees did a great job! I will continue to choose my local Ford dealer over all repair shops for repairs. I have now come to appreciate them using genuine Ford replacement parts.

No pressure to buy, offered up the normal add ons but when I said no that was it. On a previous auto buy I had logistic problems so the car was delivered to my home. I told them I had the same difficulties but no offer to help resulted in a $75.00 cab ride to pick up the car. Even with that I would definitely deal with this crew again.

During the buying process your service was excellent, however at the end of my purchase i asked for a bed liner and was given a price i agreed and asked to use my Costco coupon up front but when i tried to use it after the bed liner was installed you did not honor it that made me feel bad,not because of the price but because if it was not going to be honored you should have let me know before it was installed, other than that it was my best experience buying a new vehicle.

I bought a 2015 f-150 super crew 4wd on 11/1. I called ahead, spoke to Dylan, and when I arrived the truck had been brought up front and was waiting for me. Dylan greeted me, we went for a test drive and began the purchase. I appreciated that Dylan listened to what I wanted and did not want regarding terms, pricing, and add ons. Richard was helpful beating my credit union's already low interest rate, and was polite and efficient getting the paperwork completed. Overall this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I would not buy a ford anywhere else.

They were easy to work with, this was a warranty repair and it was completed on time. One thing, not really an issue but could have been. Dropped my truck off Friday for troubleshooting as I was leaving town for a few days. My device advisor took a few days off and did not get warranty approval until the following Thursday. I don't know how they are structured but it seems like there is a gap in that area.

We brought in our 2002 Eddie Bauer Expedition for an oil change. The service advisor, NickEddy advised us that the dealership is now under new management. He also informed us that the new management will honor five free oil changesand the previous lifetime plan for free oil changes is no longer be available. The service provided to us was excellent.

I have dealt with many people in customer service. I am always impressed with how courteous the service team is. From the hello when I walk in the door, to the smile when I leave, it is always pleasant. I really enjoy the new coffee station with hot tea also. It has been a nice addition. While I do not enjoy having to take my car in, Nick-Eddy and his professional coworkers in service and parts make it a lot better.

We purchased a 2015 Escape from Patchetts Ford. Price took over the dealership about a month later. We are unhappy that Price Ford wouldn't honor the lifetime oil changes that was offered by dealership. We would have bought from Heritage Ford if we would have know. When I took my Escape in because of a factory recall and a seat problem was greeted by a not so friendly service writer. We live out of town and were promised a vehicle to use during repairs, but the service writer said that don't have loaners. Jarrad the service manager took care of the problem. The recall and seat repair work was done quickly and I was very satisfied with the service.

I came in because I was experiencing some shimmying in the front end when I would have to stop quickly at highway speeds. I had a good experience in July with Bryan Whetstone as my Service Adviser, so I asked for him again. He was very helpful again. The car had to be in the shop for most of the day, so I got a ride in your courtesy car home, and Bryan called in mid-afternoon to say the car was ready, somewhat sooner than I had expected. The courtesy car picked me up right away, and I was back in my car in good time that afternoon. Very satisfied with the service I received.

The only problem was with the reservation system, to schedule a service appointment, didn't work, then I started a message conversation to tell them about it, was friday night and wanted a service on saturday, they told me somebody will call me asap. They called next week on tuesday. I called the saturday morning that I wanted, they told me to go at 12:30pm, so I was there at that time, and the service was fast. I think you should be loosing a lot of customers for those exactly same details I explain above.

We originally bought our Ford from Patchett's which came with oil changes as long as we own the car. You had my wife sign a document stating you were not responsible for Patchett's representation but you would agree to 5 more free oil changes. My attorney states that was a "misdirect" on your part. With the purchase of Patchett's you assumed the implied contracts. I will be buying a pickup a year from now and we can talk then.

I had recently moved to CA from PA and my 2010 F-150, 5.4L V8 needed an oil change. As I did while living in PA, I took the vehicle to the dealership that I bought it from. So I took the vehicle to the local Ford dealership.I thought that it was like any initial visit that you have with any type of specialist; doctor, dentist, car dealership, etc.. On your initial visit you go to get an oil change, low and behold there is an alignment machine for you to run your car through for free, before the requested appointment. Guess what? Your car is out of alignment. Imagine that. Then during your oil change, the attendant doing the requested work, finds that the trucks exhaust manifold has a hole in it, which cost nearly $80 for the "attendant" to take the extra step to look in to the request that I had made. It doesn't surprise me that they find the problem. I requested they take a look at the noise on the on the driver's side as well as the passenger side. I asked that the attendant look in to it, but then the service desk person informs me that to fix the problem it will cost me nearly $1,200.00. My chin hit the floor.Well, due to this experience, I looked into a second opinion and I found a reputable mechanic that assessed the situation stated by Price Ford and I will have the work required done at this second opinion provider. Yes the exhaust manifold does need to be fixed, but the estimated price for doing so is half of what was quoted to me by Price Ford. I don't believe that I'll be going back to Price for any future services.

After my old Ford died, the dealership found me a wonderful, lightly used, Mercury Milan. I have had it over a year now and it is perfect for our needs. The notifications when service is due are great, and not intrusive. The service staff are helpful and efficient, and I have never had a problem with any of the work done in the shop. The new owner's offer for first five lubes and oil change is most welcome, and the multi-point check done at the time makes this mechanically challenged person much more confident when I drive. My favorite service writer is Brian, although all the other gentlemen are also helpful. The atmosphere in the office is friendly (although I hate the deep plush chairs in the waiting room), and the restroom and waiting area are always very clean.

This is not a good first impression with your company and we are not left with a good feeling about the service we will receive in the future. Yes, you are providing us with a "goodwill" 5 services, but, frankly, the only goodwill to be felt will be to your company. I was very disappointed that the dealership had been sold especially when the service dept had me sign a paper that he had told me about the sale. Then to inform me that I had 5 free oil changes left and that my "free oil changes for as long as I own my vehichle" is no longer valid. I didn't have to wait long to have my car serviced so that was great also.My biggest complaint not only with me but some of my friends who have also purchased their autos with you is the change of the lifetime service contract. That was one of the reasons that I purchased my car there !! It really means a lot to a woman !! Now it's like changing horses in the middle of the stream !! I have had my focus serviced at Patchett's twice and at Price's once. All three experiences were great. I have A 2014 Ford focus with about 10,000 miles. I was very disappointed to learn that I will not be able to take advantage of the free oil changes for life. I understand that the dealership is under new ownership and is under no obligation to honor that contract. However, honoring that contract would have done more to encourage me to start using Price Ford as my exclusive service dept for all my vehicles. ( I own 6)

I also dealt with Richard in financing who was not heavy handed like many other finance managers and processed the purchase efficiently. I would recommend Price Ford for the lowest pricing and the best service. I drove 90 miles to the dealership passing several other Ford dealers including one just a few miles from my home. I believe I saved at least $1500 over their best offers without the haste of haggling.

I loved the service as the people that work there are the same as when I purchased car. VERY UPSET however, that my oil change plan is NOT being honored in it's entirety due to change in ownership. It is still a Ford and one of the reasons I purchased a 2nd vehicle from this location in same year. This will make me reconsider where and what brand of vehicle when it comes time to make another purchase or recommend a place to family and friends. Very short sighted on new ownerships part to absorb those contracts as they were written to build loyalty to the new dealership brand with existing customers, especially when their will be other service needs for vehicle(s) that you will earn business from. After I arrived at your Service Center, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The Service Representative was cordial and explained all that the mechanics would do on my car. The work was done in less time than I had been told, and the Service Rep. went through the print out of how the different systems on my car were doing. All in all, a satisfying experience.

When I went in for my oil change I was informed that the free oil changes I receive because I bought my vehicle there are no longer going to be available now that Price ford are the new owners. It's upsetting to me that they would choose not to honor a contract that we had with Patchetts. We are due for our 30k maintenance, and we are starting to look for a truck for my husband, but after the 4 more oil changes they're "generously" giving me we will no longer take the Fusion there. We'll find somewhere else to have the maintenance done and purchase future vehicles.

Service tech noted that the car had oil leaks. This is the same oil leaks (which is tiny) that supposedly was fixed 3 years ago when the oil pan gasket was changed. That stopped 99% of the drips. What gives that after 3 years I'm getting notified again? New owner?

I tried to get them to fix the sprayer on the window washer three times never did work correctly after they where done. Also tried to get the heater fixed after I got a nose full of antifreeze from the defroster. They said nothing was wrong. And tried to intimidate Me instead of fixing the problem. I took it somewhere else and the heater core was changed. I was unhappy with this service department for the way they acted. I will not be back. I have driven these type of Ford for year.

I was contacted by Josh almost immediately after I requested information on a f150. We set up an appointment for a couple of days later. When I arrived for my appointment another salesman then told me Josh was sick and couldn't make it. He then told me the truck I had set up a test drive for was sold! I was never notified by anyone that the vehicle was sold prior to my appointment. The salesman then tried to sell me a truck way out of my price range. I may have spent 10 minutes at the dealership. Waste of my time. At least tell someone the vehicle has been sold before they drive an hour for an appointment. I will not be coming back here.

This review is long overdue but well deserved. I bought a Ford Explorer about one year ago and have been meaning to write this since. Believe it or not, I live about 300 miles from this dealership. The car trim, color and extras I was looking for was not available at the time at any dealership in California so I decided to order the car. After contacting many (and I mean many) dealerships I was really surprised that only two gave me straight answers with respect to what I was looking for and a reasonable price quote. I dealt with Josh Lewis who was prompt, friendly, and delivered on exactly what he promised. I made the 2 hour drive from Visalia ca to Turlock ca and with in half an hour I was driving my 2012 F250 home. Best auto buying experience I have ever had. John Mier, Service Advisor, has helped me since about the first time I took my car to Patchetts Ford and he has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. As long as he is at Patchetts Ford, I will bring the car there for service. I don't see the people who do the work on the car but when I pick up the car, I never have any complaints about what has been done. Also the man who drives the van if a person needs a ride home or back to Patchetts is a very nice person. Don't do it. These guys are your typical nightmare car dealers. The sales associate was very friendly, but it just seemed like they weren't in any hurry to sell a car. I was kept for hours to close a deal and they weren't willing to budge on anything. They kept trying to sell needless add-ons after repeatedly telling them no. I could hanlde those things, but they sold me a used F-150 from whose tow hitch had been smashed in by the previous owner. The dealer did not disclose this to me, nor did I see it when I purchased the truck because it wasn't noticeable until you got underneath the truck. When asked if they could help me out since this is something that should have come up under any proper inspection, I was informed by the dealer that there was "nothing they could do." The truck was sold "as-is." They "didn't know about it." Instead of offering to repair the hitch in their facility or cut me some slack on the price of the part, I just got the run around. They said, "well you didn't see it either." Right, I didn't. I'm the one foolishly trusting in their reputation to not pull shenanigans like this. The assembly is just $400. Now I have to go through all the hassle of going to get the part installed somewhere else and take the time off work to do it. It was the same thing on financing. I showed up with financing in hand and because of an error on their part, they wanted me to drive back to sign additional documents. I live two hours away. When asked if they could fax it to me, there was again, "nothing they could do." The lender whose money was actually being used had no problem e-mailing me the documents. But it was a total hassle and these guys weren't willing to work to make anything easier for me. If you've got a local ford dealership, try them out first. There is absolutely no reason to come to these guys first. You can get better deals elsewhere.

I called a lot od dearlers in San Jose and had done word on my ford years ago at this dealership Patchets always was there if i needed help, if i had any questions and gave me there number whenti was going to buy again, i just trust them with the car i had, and wil trust them with the car i will get

Bought a used 2012 ford van. Went to take delivery yesterday here's what I found. First van was never cleaned inside or out. Has no gas other than 1/8 tank. Only one set of keys and they told me I could go to parts and buy a set. Well should have been 2 sets, I had to get upset and threaten to stop payment to get some action. Then today I'm sitting at the service center because the speed indicator was broke when we picked it up. This is a nightmare place, do your homework and don't be trusting like I was you will get taken advantage of. Very disappointing to say the least.

Patchetts ford dealership is OK. I purchased a used truck there. DO NOT PURCHASED there extended warranty thru there dealership. They will over inflate the price of the warranty. Once i found out they did that to me I went back to Patchetts to give them a chance and see if they would make it right and upgrade my warranty or refund some off my money, They said theres nothing they could do... Of course not, thats a big bonus check the finance guy and the sales guy get to split. And would have to give back. They charged me $2900 dollars for a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I could have purchased the EXACT same warranty from another Ford dealership online for around $1500. almost less than halve. Do yourself a favor and check into it. Just google ford ESP Warranty and check prices for yourself. Places like TROY FORD, Lombard Ford, Zeigler Ford, You will find there prices alot cheaper than patchetts ford. I'm sure you will think me for that, unless you just got extra money to throw away. In California you have 60 days to cancel and get a full refund. That's what I'm going to do and buy elsewhere. Please if you do buy from the dealership make sure you know what the warranty costs so you can bargain with them on the price, just don't assume there going to be fair in offering it to you at a certain price, cause trust me there not.Roy D

saw the car I wanted on cars .com called dealer within 2 mins of e-mail request I got a call went down was what I wanted..not to much hasstle or haggling set my price & got it ..had a problem at first with an ck tire pressure light & they couldnt fix but got it fixed ..happy with the whole process was mini painless

Ernie and Peter were great, very easy to work with, we purchased a 2012 jeep grand cherokee, had a qustion after purchase and recieved a quick and helpfull responce. Will definatly try and get to turlock for free filter and oil changes.(what a great purk). will also be sure and look at patchetts when were ready to purchase are next vehicle. made purchase easy and fun the way it should be when getting a car. Just bought my 4th car from Patchett's due to my 3rd one getting totaled 3 weeks ago. This is my 3rd car with sales consultant Joel Calderon. If you are looking for a Ford, I highly recommend Patchett's and go see Joel.Their service department takes good care of you and when you buy a car there, you get free oil changes for the life of the car. Over time, that saves a lot of money.

When it was time to buy a new truck the stress of dealerships had me looking for used until I saw the price for a new F-250 at Patchetts. Sent a request for quote and Josh got back to me immediately with no "Times running out" nonsense. We made the trip to test drive the truck, asked some questions and I told Josh I had to think about it. Josh said take my time and he kept in touch, not pestering, but being of assistance. I have had GM trucks for 30 years so buying the truck was a big change but the truck and Josh made the choice easy. No pressure, no hassle and no haggling for price. I am a lifetime ford owner and had even previously bought a ford at a different dealership. So what could possibly be better then buying a new ford truck? The honest truth is buying ANY ford (new or used) from Patchetts Ford. I live over 8 hours away from this dealership yet within 12 hours of making contact with Josh i was on the road for a 16 hour straight round trip just to buy a truck from them when i live about 15 minutes from 2 ford dealerships. If this doesn't speak volumes to you about the kind of people here let me explain the biggest factor in my reasoning for driving 16 hours for a vehicle. Its all about customer care! In the past 7 days that ive owned this vehicle ive received better customer service then when i had my previous ford for almost 2 years. Josh gave me his personal phone line which i called and texted for almost 24 hours straight and he never missed a call or didn't respond to a text. There were a few minor details to finish up with my used truck and while i wasn't supposed to show up until wednesday night i drove 8 hours straight and ended up there tuesday afternoon. Even with having almost no notice Josh and the team at the dealership prepared all my documents and my truck and got me out of the lot in under 1 1/2 hours back on the road to my house. I can truly say that i have never had a better experience even buying groceries then when i bought a truck from Patchets Ford. If you are a serious buyer looking for a great price, this dealership is where you need to be, no matter the distance. As a final note this dealership offered me the best offer ive ever had on a trade in, i was literally shocked when i heard what he was willing to give me for my trade in and did not even make a counter offer it was that good. Please give them a try, i promise you the difference in a dealership is HERE.

Excellent customer service, fixed right the first time, fixed on time, and they have bent over backwards to accomodate my needs. On two separate occassions they were not able to finish my car by closing, they shuttled me 35 miles to my home and then came back the next day and picked me up. I feel very confident of their service which was a driving force for me to purchase my second new vehicle from them this past April. I'm a very happy camper!

Purchased a used vehicle.Had it for just short of two weeks and the whole cooling system sh*t itself! Radiator exploded at the seam of a hose connection, thermostat failed, hose connection stressed & cracked and at the hart of it, the water pump had exploded into several bits - water and coolant leaked everywhere!Tried to call the dealer, no answer - left message. Dealer called about 12-24hrs later, said that he will talk to his manager and call me back. 24-48hrs passed - no call returned. Called the dealer again and left another message for the dealer to return my call with an update from his manager - to date, the dealer has not returned my call. Had expected the dealer to be a little be more professional and call me back to fill me in on some information about the vehicle or simply to let me know that there wasn't anything they could do to assist me...nope, just simply ignored me.Thanks Patchetts Ford, Turlock CA.

Purchased '08 Honda Element SC with less than 16,000 miles at below wholesale price. Vehicle was missing factory tool kit (required for proper jack usage), one (1)factory immobilizer key, one (1) valet key, one (1) keyless remote & a gross 4 wheel misalignment - dealer refused to correct. It cost us approximately $400.00 to have it corrected by our local Honda dealer. We sent a demand letter to dealer for the cost incurred by us - no response from the dealer. Small claims court is our next step. The dealer is in Central California & we live in Southern California. We purchased because there were no new '09/'10 SC's with Navigation in Midnight Red/Root Beer Metallic at California Honda dealers and only one (1) other used '08 SC in California but at a higher price & with higher mileage.
