My son and I wandered in this summer looking for a car. We ended up buying one that I had previously driven somewhere else and actually didn't like. We met "Mr. Roy", as my son calls him. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about many details. He even spoke to my uncle on the phone while they negotiated prices and warranties. We very much enjoyed the preschool playroom with the child gate. It made shopping and business much easier. The dealership is a friendly, no pressure environment with good coffee/hot chocolate machine. Roy even figured out how to fit our Spiderman bike into our little hatchback. He is super with Kids! We purchased a Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback. It was in perfect shape, clean, low miles and a great Price! We are very happy to have found this place.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received upon arriving at Pride Hyundai. I was met by Roy Silveira, Sr. who answered all questions I asked. There was no pressure with Roy, and he gave me plenty of options on deciding between leasing or purchasing my car. After spending quite a while leisurely walking their great inventory I found a couple Sonatas I was interested in. Roy then took the time to sit with me and go over my option packages to find out what was important to me, then suggested a test drive. He pulled the car up and off we went. He explained many of the safety features and convenience features of the car and by the time we arrived back at the dealership I had made my decision. Pride did everything they could to make my experience as stress free as possible and I can't recommend them enough. I'll be sure to return there again!

My experience here in 2013 was not a memorable one. In fact, it was just awful but this new 2016 team really exceeded my expectations and I went in with none. The turnaround here is evident immediately and they take all the nonsense out of leasing/buying a vehicle.

Overall I was satisfied with my salesperson but the transaction took way too long! It shouldn't have to take more than 3 hours to finance a vehicle. This is the 2nd time I have leased with Pride Hyundai and it probably will be my last. They really need to work on the finance part of it.

Rose has been the most pleasant part of my experience with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Every time I have had a problem with my vehicle (and I really do mean EVERY time), it has been Rose that has helped me contact the right person in order to get the issue resolved. In my opinion, she truly fights for and supports her customers. She has put in a good word for me with her coworkers, and has honored warranties, where with others it at times feel like you're pulling teeth to get them to cover anything. As a person, she is sweet and respectful, and really projects this warm, caring presence about herself. As I've said, Rose has absolutely been my favorite aspect during my experience with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. If you have to contact anyone there, I highly recommend speaking with her first. She's an absolute sweetheart!Other workers that I have worked with who have turned my not so good initial experience into something better, have been Roy Silveira, Sr. in sales and Tony Fernandes and Stacy Reposa in Service. Rose Ryan has always been the friendly voice on my phone when she calls to confirm an appointment. If Im not home she leaves such a friendly voice on my answering machine. I always look forward to my regular visits to the service department because Rose will come out and great me in a professional and courtesy manner. Once I got a ride from Pride into my work place and I left my handbag in the vehicle. Rose called me to check on me and to reassure me that everything was fine and the gentleman would be coming back over to my work place with my handbag. It was such a relief to hear Roses polite and pleasant voice when I thought I lost my handbag. Rose makes everyone feel special just like she is.

I purchased a used vehicle jut over two years ago at the dealership and have brought my car in for regular service. I had been extremely satisfied with all the people I had dealt with at Pride.Late Spring of this year I made an appointment for an oil change When I brought my car in A young lady named Heather was at the service counter. She was writing up the service order and suggested several things according to the car's mileage. I told her that I was planning to do full service on my next visit and again stated I just wanted the oil change and would wait for my vehicle.I went to the waiting room and after about 30 minutes had a wonderful visit with Rose Ryan who always goes out of her way to check on me and see if I am satisfied. While we were talking, Heather came to the waiting room and asked to speak with me. .I went with her to the service area where she proceeded to give me a list of what I should be doing to my car and that the mechanics had recommended numerous items be repaired/replaced including the oil pan which could leak any dayand the front brakes and the front ball joint and several other things..At this point I had been there about an hour and I told her that all I had asked to be done was the oil change. She basically kept at it telling me this was all necessary. I told her to just have the oil changed and I went back to the waiting room.After another half hour or forty five minutes Rose came back in and asked me why I was still there so I told her what happened.A short time later (now about two hours in the waiting room, Heather came back and asked me to speak with her again. She told me that my front headlight was out and did I want that replaced...I said yes and reminded her that I had been there a while. She then started again trying to sell me the other service repairs even saying that she checked on the ball joint and it was covered so it would only be the $100 deductible. I was really agitated at this point and again said no.I had now been there over 3 hours and still didn't have my car. Rose had heard all this and went to see what the problem was.Another half hour passed and my car was finally ready. Over 3 hours for an oil change and so much anxiety caused by Heather. Rose knew I was very upset and said she would call me to follow up.I paid my bill and Heather still tried to make the additional sales by trying to schedule that work. I told he absolutely not and that I would take care of what needed to be done next time to which he replied that I had better not hit and potholes or use my breaks too much!I am sorry this is such a lengthy comment. I was pretty much done with ever going back to Pride but spoke later to Rose and decided to give it another shot.I think Stacy and Tony and Rose are awesome but Heather needs to be schooled in appropriate customer care. I will not deal with her again, I have been in sales for over 30 years and her way of doing business is poor.. I would first of all like to say that I am and have been a Hyundai customer since 1998 - I came over with Tony Fernandes when he left Pawtucket as he is very informative and fair when it comes to care for my vehicle. I would like to voice my displeasure in what I thought may be a quick visit to the service department - I came in for an inspection sticker & oil change last saturday and walked out with a $706. bill. I know I let my inspection sticker lapse a few months expired in May 2016- but I was pretty much stuck between a rock and hard place as I am going away next weekend. I was told that I needed to replace my windshield wipers, replace the front stabilizer links, & rear brakes to be able to pass inspection. (as I do not have any other form of transportation I was at the dealership from 9 am until almost 1 pm.) As I review my receipt it states that I requested the wiper change which is incorrect. If I could have saved the almost $50 I would have passed on that as well. ( I'm sorry for being so upset but my son was actually flying home for military leave on saturday arriving at 1pm in Boston (which instead of me being at the airport I was driving away from the service lot) my son has already flown back to the base so I truly only had saturday night and sunday to spend with him. As a single mom who has raised her children alone - I truly was not happy).On a better note, I'd like to give a compliment for Rosemary Ryan - she a wonderful woman who is consistent with being pleasant and courteous to all of the customers. As she saw that I was very upset and was at the water machine and it was out of water with 90+ degrees outside I was parched. She went out of her way to give me her personal water bottle which I truly appreciate. If you are able to give someone a reward she definitely deserves one for going above and beyond the customers expectations. I as a loyal customer take note of those who treat their customers like family and she truly does.

Me being the millennial that I am, I hate going to dealerships because they think I don't know the ins and outs of the business and how they can scam me into getting a new car. My intentions of going to Pride was just for an oil change for my Elantra, I came out hours later with a 2016 Sonata, BUT I secretly knew to myself that I was going to walk out of there with something that was not my Elantra. Dean sold me on the Sonata and I love it. I got myself to a payment to which i can now afford and I am satisfied. I have "ok" credit and they helped me out...greatly. Thanks guys!

I just want to say that if it were not for Tony in service and Rose in customer service ... I would not have been happy... I truly hope that the management appreciates all these two people do for their dealership. When I felt completely ignored by the salesman who sold me my SUV I turned to Rose and she made things right as she always does not only for me but also for many customers.. and as for service ... Tony has always been right on top of the maintenance on all my vehicles and is always willing to take the time to explain things so you understand. As a customer for a long time ... when I have any service done on my vehicles I wait in your waiting area ... and as customers waiting we talk about what is going on... most of your customers feel as I do... only thing is some of them don't like to take the time to put it into words. End of November, 2015, I wrote an excellent review about Andy Luna. He sold me an Elantra. 3,000 miles later when I encountered a problem, he refused to return my calls. I also went through the sales manager, James, who refused to take or return my calls. I also went through the service manager, Tony, who spoke with me but said "nothing I can do" after he told me "not to worry. He'll take care of me." I then received a call from Rose, the customer service manager, who referred me to Lisa, the CEO. Lisa blamed my problem on everything and everyone else except Pride and told me she'd call me because she wanted to ensure I "completely understood" why my tires should need replacing at only 3K and 11K miles! I have waited a month. She has provided several excuses of why she can't find the time to call me. This was my third Elantra. I guess good, quick, all cash buyers are simply a nuisance and Andy doesn't need good customers. Might work short term, Andy, but this is never a good long term strategy in any business. I would never treat my own customers as Pride has treated me.

I dropped my car off on Wednesday night for service on Thursday. I was bringing in my car to get serviced on a recommendation provided by Tony and his group of technicians. On Thursday morning I received a call from My mother in law advising me that my car was parked at Dunkin Donuts and a service technician was coming out observing her look at my car. Upon calling Hyundai, Heather answered and instantly connected me to Tony. Tony stated that his technician was taking a test drive with my vehicle. Again the car was being worked on for a service they recommended so not sure why a test drive was in order but regardless a personal stop is certainly not warranted. I asked Tony if personal use of customers cars is a common practice. He laughed! I do not find this situation funny to the least. Being in customer service industry myself I expect better business practices and making a wrong situation right. I am appalled and will not be returning. Tony apologized numerous time although provided excuses for his technician actions which negate the apology in the first place. He also stated he wanted to make it up to me although did nothing. I purchased a Hyundai back in 2006 and would be in the market in a few years to come back although after this experience I will be looking elsewhere and telling others the same

I recently went to this dealership to have an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2016 Elantra. I did not purchase from this dealership but with it being close to work it was convenient for me. A day after picking up my vehicle I noticed that my tires were never rotated. I am able to tell because I have one tire that was replaced with a different brand and that tire remained in the same location as it was originally put on. I called the service department the next morning and spoke with Rose. She took down my info and notes of what happen. She questioned me as to if I was sure the rotation wasn't done and I explained how I knew. Attitude and all she promised me a call back within a certain period of time and the promise was not kept. I then called back and spoke with Rose who stated that she remembered speaking with me and I was the one who claims that my tires were "allegedly" not rotated. Each time I have spoken with someone regarding the matter the tone has been horrible and its as if I am being called a liar without them coming out and actually saying so. This afternoon I received a call from Tony who explained that he heard about what happen with my visit. He then went on to say that he reviewed the notes from my visit and his technician clearly noted that the rotation was completed and this employee has been working for him for a long time, is a good employee and he trusts his word. I then expressed my dissatisfaction for being called a liar and went on to explain how I knew that the rotation was not completed. After I provided my explanation I was then asked if I could be mistaken. Are you serious????? Had the matter been offered to be fixed from the beginning without being doubted or been given a horrible attitude by those I spoke with, I probably would have taken the offer of having the rotation done free of charge but I refuse to go back to a place that wants to doubt me and call me a liar for something that I have clear proof of. I know that this is not an expensive service to have done but it is the principal of the matter that it was not completed and I had paid for this service and to be called a liar was just the icing on the cake.

I am very upset an disappointed in this dealership that they would back a sales person that didn't give me the correct amount of lose if I traded in my car knowing that and I found out later it was twice the amount that was quoted and they did nothing . If I had know at the time of trade that it would be twice the amount I would have never traded the car.

On a whim, I went to Pride Hyundai to look at a Sante Fe. Roy Silveira came out to meet me and instantly made me feel at ease. He was funny and didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything (and he laughed at my dumb jokes-bonus!). Roy worked hard to get me the car at the terms I wanted/needed, and succeeded! I've bought many cars at dealerships in my lifetime, and this was the first purchase transaction that wasn't awkward or frustrating (side note- the finance manager Dave was funny and easy to talk to-also rare!). I've been a customer of Pride Hyundai of Seekonk for the past 20 something years I have had bad and goods service and was really thinking of walking away from Pride but after talking to Roy and explaining my situation I have to say Roy went above and beyond to satisfy my needs yes I am a very picky customer as every other single women out there especially when We know nothing about cars so if you cannot trust your dealer ship then there is no point of going there. Roy listened and paid attention to everything and treated me like a person not a customer. nevertheless he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I wanted that's the number 1 key for making a customer happy! I totally recommend Roy to anyone out there that has had bad experience or that would love to own a Hyundai! Guess I will always love my Hyundai. Im so glad I took a trip down to Hyundai & met Maggi when I did. 2 days prior I was back and forth between dealerships trying to find a new car to replace mine that had randomly died out of no where! I was so stressed and frustrated and the second i walked in and was greeted by MaggiI had a good feeling come over. I told her my situation, she listened with no judgement and talked me through every process. After about an hour I walked out with brand new keys!!! Even after taking my car home Maggi stays updated and answers any question I have. She absolutely is a stand out employee. Her down to earth personality is really a winner. By far this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Im not the best customer to deal with but that didn't phase maggi at all. When I pulled up to pride Hyundai I was not expecting to drive off with another car but that's exactly what I did with maggi' help. She's truly great with fitting someone with the car that's right for them. She went above and beyond trying to look for information on a car I saw on the lot that had just recently been traded in. Once we got the keys and took it for a test drive I knew I wanted it but here came the dreaded part...the price. The negotiation process was not stressful at all unlike other places I had been too. Not only did I receive a good trade in value for my previous car (A LOT more then the estimate I got before going to pride) but they also came down on the price of my new car! The sales people at pride are not your typical car sales people who are just out to make a profit and pressure you into purchasing a car for a ridiculous amount. They genuinely want to help you get the best price for the car you want. Pride Hyundai will always be my first choice now due to the great customer service that I received.

Although we had purchased my fiances 2013 Hyundai Sonata about 6 months ago, I can say for the both of us we are still extremely ecstatic about the purchase/services and not to mention Maggi was an amazing help. She helped us get the best deal possible; the best part of working with her, was she is like no other car sales person we had ever met. Everyone dreads the usual being followed or constant pushy questions, Maggi was completely humble and friendly. She gave us our space to look around and let told us she was inside if we had any questions. Once we had picked out the perfect car and were ready to talk numbers, we knew we wanted to work with Maggi; just by the way she was knowledgeable and she got us a deal we couldn't pass up. Even with our concerns, for example the grill on my fiances car that was cracked and they offered to put a brand new grill in free of charge. We recommend working with Maggi to everyone. Maggi and the service team are amazing, we have not had any complaints. We will continue to work with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk as well as Maggi. Especially for my situation. My 2012 Genesis had a good amount of negative equity. Pride Hyundai had one last 2015 Genesis with the HTrack AWD system which was heavily rebated.

Katie first talked to my wife over the phone about our interests who in turn introduced me to Mike upon my arrival to PRIDE. I felt VERY comfortable with Mike. I went to two other dealerships before Pride. One wanted to sell me a car that was five years older for about the same price as I paid at Pride for a certified 2012 Santa Fe. The other showed me a Ford Fiesta after I told them I was looking for an SUV. Mike, my sales person, was very helpful and patient. I had my 5 year old son with me and Mike was very friendly and helped me keep my son entertained while we went through the paperwork. In the end, the team worked with me on financing to get me a better car than I expected for the monthly payment I knew I could afford. The interest rate they offered was less than what my credit union gave me for a car loan. Plus the sale price of the car was on the low end of the Blue Book value. And all that without loads of pressure. It was a great experience.

I walked into the show room a few hours before my scheduled appointment and each salesman on the floor was busy with a customer. Mike Gasior welcomed me to the dealership while he had a customer in the finance office and started to help me with the free time he had. I went in knowing what I wanted for the most part and Mike did a great job listening and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I went in unsure of the type of financing available to me but David the finance manager worked his magic and came out with a better deal than I expected. Once we settled on the financing and the car, they let me drive off the lot that night. I made a couple visits back in the next week to finalize a few things and Mike was equally as friendly and professional even after his sale was made.

But soon I realized that these people were really going above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Maggie was the saleswoman that we dealt with, and she was great. He's told me their customer service is really great & how the workers are very friendly and welcoming. My dealer ended up being Andy Luna he was very helpful, easy going, and very professional with his work, I really felt no pressure with him compared to the past employers I've gone to. He came along during the test drive, while we took off he was giving me details and information of the car which I wasn't familiar with, pretty much directed me to the car of my dreams!!! A 2015 Sonata, it fit perfectly well with my budget, such a great color, I couldn't be any happier, I'm seriously obsessed! Thanks again for all your great service andy! I was in the market for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Let me preface my comments with the fact that I have a fluky back and not all car seats suit me.I was working with Roy Silveria extensively. In fact, I stopped in to make a final deal, but he was on his day off. Fortunately for me another sales associate, Jay, stepped right in to help me out. He chased a couple of vehicles for me while calling Roy at home. Roy dropped everything and came in and spent the afternoon with me. I felt at ease with both salesman in this family atmosphere. Very knowledgeable.Well, ultimately, I negotiated a great deal for me, only average I think for the dealership. And you know the heavy guy that normally comes over to pressure you with the final price. That would be Eric, the sales manager. He was accommodating and pressure free. The crazy thing is I didn't buy the car because of my back issues. Strangely a case of the wrong vehicle, but a great dealership!

I had never purchased a car before and went in there just to look around. I felt extremely rushed by the sales people and eventually got put into a car I wasn't completely happy with however they made me believe it was all I could afford. Now tell me how a 2014 Hyundai accent could be affordable at $21,000 when it was on their website for $14,000. They lied about the final price and rushed me through the paperwork, and also told me my payment would be lower than what it is, 7 months later I'm driving a car valued at $9,000 and I owe $19,000. I tried to trade in the car because I truly hate it and other dealerships flat out stated that pride Hyundai of Seekonk scammed me because I was new to car buying. I will never buy another Hyundai from pride Hyundai or ANY other Hyundai dealership. Also, when it came to the vehicle being ready for pickup it took them 4 days longer than promised.

He had scheduled an appointment for us to meet with Roy Silveira. From the first handshake, Roy treated me with such kindness, never pushy or demanding like some other places. He answered all of my questions, as well as informed me of the vehicle's warranty, in which is absolutely amazing ! After taking the Hyundai Elantra for a test drive, I decided to purchase it. I went in on Friday 12/4 just to take a look and test drive a 2014 Hyundai Sonata but ended up leaving that same night with a 2013 Sonata. I purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport from them this afternoon. Andy, Eric and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Andy worked with me through the purchase, fully explaining my different options. I ended up leaving very satisfied and will seek them out in the future for another purchase. They helped me select the best car for my budget and ensured I was made aware of there numerous vehiccle protection plans. I am now driving worry free in a great car.

This was a no nonsense experience, which I truly appreciate. My time is most valuable to me and Andy, Rob and Marise were all professional and courteous. No wasted time. Andy Luna is not a stereotypical car salesman. This young man is polite, courteous, and the most knowledgable salesperson I have ever dealt with. He knows Hyundais. There was not one question I asked that he had to get back to me for; he has done his homework. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and Andy was a true gentleman, kind and patient with me. I love driving my 2016 Tucson, and I will buy another from Andy when my lease is up, unless he is a high level administrator for Hyundai Corp by then!

I had a great experience at the dealership. Maggie Cedano was friendly, and, most importantly for me, she didn't pressure me at all to buy a car or try to up-sell. The one complaint I had about the visit was the condition of the facility. The waiting room was a little bit shabby, and my wife said the women's bathroom was a mess and there was no paper towel available to dry her hands.

I had already visited 2 other dealerships to test drive other models. Both of those visits were awful. It was with reluctance that I went to Pride Hyundai to look at a Certified 2013 Hyundai Sonata I found online. I found the car on the lot and liked what I saw. I was approached by Roy Silveira Sr when I walked in the showroom and I told him which car I was interested in. It was probably less than 5 minutes and were test driving the car. I told him I drove a lot of highway miles so after a few back roads so he made sure to incorperate some highway driving into the test drive. After the test drive we went back to his desk. This is the part I hate and I had been dreading it. Roy told me first off, there is absolutely no pressure. If I needed some time away from the process he told me get up and take a break. I had mentioned that I had one other car I wanted to look at that was at another dealership. He asked what kind and then told me the differences over the two cars and in what area the Hyundai Sonata was a better car. He didn't spend any time bashing the other model. He told me to go and drive it, he also pointed out the same model on their lot and told me to go have a look and see for myself. I decided right then I wanted to give Pride and Roy my business. The sales process went quickly and smoothly. He may have had to talk to the sales manager once to get me something I wanted. It was the least pressure I've ever had buying a car. I would buy from them again without hesitation and would reccomend them to anyone. So why then did I not give a 5 star review? I met with the finance person David Rosendhal. There was the standard offering of extended warranties and accessories. I told him the only accessory I was interested in was a remote start system with cell phone capability. He informed me of the Guidepoint system. I was led to believe that the only way to get the remote start with the cell phone capability was to purchase this Guidepoint system. I signed on the dotted line. I later find out that I could have had the remote start system I wanted without purchasing the Guidepoint system and could have saved quite a bit of money. I honestly don't think it was his intention to upsell me but it was a lack of knowledge about the products. He was rediculously efficient and made the process easy and I wasn't pressured. If you are in the market for a Hyundai or they have a car on the lot you are interested in don't hesitate to check out Pride.

When we returned , she was not there but Roy happily stepped in to assist. Roy was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to listen to what we wanted, answered all our questions, and helped us in every way possible to make our decision. Obi was excellent! We had a horrible experience at another dealership looking at a Hyundai automobile and needless to say we walked away from that car - and we are glad we did. Our first interaction with Obi was over the phone and after having a pleasant conversation, my wife and I decided to go to Pride Hyundai to look at their preowned inventory. Obi was friendly, attentive and did not make us feel pressured at any point during our visit. After talking about budgets and must-haves, we test drove a 2015 Elantra and couldn't be more pleased with deciding to purchase that car. For any of our future car shopping needs we will definitely come back to Pride and ask for Obi! i came to Pride to just look around. Roy came up to me and said for me to look around and he would be back in about 20 minutes. What I like about Roy was he was not pushy and gave me time to look around. I saw a black Honda Accord and had a few questions . Roy was very Patience and highly talented in all aspects of questions. I've always come to Pride to service my vehicles and after an accident that totalled my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, I wanted to start here to buy a new certified pre-owned car. I asked Tony at the service shop if he could recommend a salesman for me and he recommended Obi. Obi was absolutely amazing and super friendly. It's funny to say it but he made it very laid-back with no pressure. He answered all of my questions and even gave me his personal number for any questions because the car I ended up purchasing had just been physically brought in and didn't have the bank title yet. Over the course of a week he was in constant contact with me via text and phone to make sure I was doing okay with paperwork, insurance, etc. I will recommend him to anyone in the future. He even went to get my car inspected for me at the very end of the day when they were about to close up shop. I left there with total peace of mind and not having to do anything except enjoy my new 2014 elantra :) Thanks Obi! You're amazing! I also want to thank Tony for the recommendation and how wonderfully he treats me and my family!

A few weeks ago I considered trading in my car but decided to wait. Maggi Cedano, was very understanding and did not pressure me at all. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Pride Hyundai from Richard Legault. He was very friendly, but not pushy. He understood what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget. I liked his straightforward style and was relieved to be working with a salesman who wasn't trying to force me to make an instant decision. I went on to look at cars at other dealerships but felt more comfortable dealing with Richard. It took two weeks and three more visits to Pride with family members before choosing an Elantra!

I went to Pride Hyundai just to look from the internet. I was meet by Maggi Cedano, and I feel I could call her just Maggi, because she is like a regular person, a neighbor, very friendly and that makes you feel good. She couldn't do enough for me, and the place was buzzing. They sold about 4 cars just while I was there. How do I know you say, because its like a celebration, they all get up and clap when the sale is finished, and I liked that a lot. Now its not finished they clean your trade in for you its all in your new car when you get out there, and fill the gas tank. They also go to the registry and Maggi E-mails me often. She set me up to get my sticker for me, and I'm on the road. I choose a beautiful Mercedes after looking all over New England, and I'm enjoying it a lot. Thank you Maggi!

Rich was happy to help with no pressure and even involved Bill in assessing my cars trade in value. Both were very polite, low pressure and a joy to deal with. Buying a car doesn't go on the top of my list of favorite things. I feel all car salesman are not honest ,and just want to make a sale. Eddie Galego changed my opinion on that! He is very knowledgeable, patient, truly takes his time to make sure you are at ease to make a decision. His motto is "I want to treat people as I would like to be treated!" After searching online and at local dealerships for several weeks, I was able to find the used vehicle I was looking for at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Upon entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by my salesperson, Maggi Cedano, who was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We sat down to discuss what I was looking for in a vehicle, the value of my trade, and the financing options available. I was told the vehicle I was interested in had not been serviced yet but I would still be able to take it for a ride. I was given the keys and told to take it for a nice long test drive and I did just that. My only concern was that the vehicles alignment was off and the tires were worn. Maggi quickly assured me that the vehicle would be serviced the very next morning. When I returned the following day I was not disappointed. As promised, the car had been serviced and the worn tires replaced with new. The vehicle had been detailed and was in showroom condition. My overall experience at Pride was a positive one and I attribute that to an excellent staff. Maggi patiently answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns, Dave from finance worked with me to ensure that my purchase fell within my budget and Tony from the service department made sure my new vehicle was serviced, inspected and in tip top condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. Did I mention that I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT?

This was the third dealership we visited and by this time, we knew exactly what I wanted (a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a sunroof, preferably NOT tan red or blue). I walked into the dealership completely frazzled, prepared for the worst (to explain what I wanted and then be shown 5 completely different cars that completely did not match my description) but much to my relief, our sales person was not aggressive in the least. He listened to me and brought us out to the lot to show me what they had. The first car I test drove was the one I knew I wanted, the only problem-it didn't have a sunroof. Not a problem! For $27 extra a month, the sunroof can be installed, a better sunroof than the one on the limited! From there we went to the finance office where Dave tried to sell us a lot of extra coverage. He was very nice but we were very firm on the fact that we did not want to pay a penny more than $227 a month on this car. So we left (all in all our visit took about 3 hours total, but the majority of our wait had to do with waiting for us to be brought into finance). The sunroof is being installed today and should be ready by the end of the day. I can't wait to pick up my "new" car and just thankful that the process at Pride Hyundai was relatively quick and painless.

Not only was the price range amazing but the employees from the sales to finance representatives made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. They really do make it a goal to make the entire experience a 10 out of 10 and it was just that for me. I hear stories about bad dealerships who try to sabotage their customers but this was a great experience overall.Maggi Cedano, sales consultant was super down to earth and for only being in car sales for a few months she knew what she was doing. David Rosendhal, finance representative was even more down to earth and friendly, extremely important since this is who you talk to regarding the financing process. I was the last customer to leave for the night at 10:30pm and he was full of energy as if I was the first one he saw for the day, this was extremely impressive. A couple of my family had gone to Pride a few weeks and few days before i went there, they welcomed me with a very warm and comfortable welcome. I explained to them i didnt have much money and wasnt too too financially secure, but, im having twins and so a reliable car is needed. I didnt have the best credit but when i spoke with maggi she was my hero! We went through a couple cars i was approved for and made sure that was the car. Then we spoke with david and ohh man did he do his job for sure! He saved me and my fiances life! He made phone call after phone call even though i had low credit (not bad) and she had too new credit(just school loans) and next thing you know the next day we drive out with a brand new car that will be our car for a long while! I was in the market for a used Chevy Equinox for my wife, and Pride had a '14 on the lot for the same price as a '13 we had looked at and about $1k more than the '12s. Danielle, in sales, was very friendly and helpful from the get-go. It was the only dealership, of the four we visited, that didn't pretend that used car prices were non-negotiable. The car was perfect, other than a vibration in the brakes. I made a return visit to check the brakes before signing papers, and brake pads were replaced and rotors resurfaced, taking care of the problem. When I had second thoughts about adding a service contract (factory warranty was still active) after signing all paperwork, I called Danielle and she worked with management and finance to drop the the service contract. I just had to stop in for a few minutes to re-sign.

We got treated with nothing but respect and I appreciated that more then they know most dealerships will look at me because of my age and treat me like I'm worthless and can't afford to get a car and it has happened before. There was a problem with the power going out because of a bad storm but they still did what they could at the time to get me into my new car. David was great he got me into the price range I was looking for even with all the upgrades that I wanted in a car. I sent in a request through the Pride website to see if I could test drive a used 2013 Sonata on a Sunday, and Roy replied immediately. We set up a time to test drive on Monday, then we spent a few days emailing back and forth to discuss the car. After my wife and I looked at a few other dealerships and models, we quickly agreed on a great price.Throughout the whole process, Roy was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. On the day of the purchase, I had a meeting out of state, so we started in the morning and then picked right back up in the afternoon. I purchased a used car from this dealership. The salesman who sold me the car gave me this spiel on how he would be there for me. Well just today I went back and I approached him. I told him I was not completely happy with my experience. He said let's see what we can do about it and just walked away. AND NEVER CAME BACK. The gentleman who arranged the finance could not have been greater. He was excellent. Now he dealership claims that all their car go through rigorous inspection before they drive off the lot. Well, I guess rigorous mean, just sent it as is. Because my car had an issue that should have been apparent to them when they drove the car. Now they may have known and didn't fix it or they were oblivious to it. In which case their inspection of the car was not done, or not done properly. The guy who was going to be on my side the whole way, bailed after he got the sale. I have brought the car in two times since I bought it and both times it had to be fixed. Now these issue should have been discovered before the car was sold. But they weren't. I realize I am buy a used car but I would expect the same treatment as a person buying a new car. And not be abandoned by the very person who sold me the car. I would not recommend this dealership. But I would recommend the finance guy. He was beyond help.

I went into the dealership to trade in my 2013 Hyundai Accent which I had also bought from them. I expected to have some negative equity rolling over onto a new car because I knew I was "upside down" on my loan. That being said, I did not expect to drive away in a 2015 Elantra, but I did! All thanks to Roy, my most favorite salesman ever. He was so supportive and helpful and kind, and I truly cannot say enough positive about him. I hope that should I ever decide to trade in this vehicle (which I probably won't because I LOVE it that much) that he will still be there and I will get the pleasure of working with him again. Unfortunately, there was one major negative to my visit to Pride Hyundai. The salesman, Dave, I believe his name was, was HORRENDOUS. He is a rude, pompous, arrogant, hurtful, manipulative, poor excuse of a finance man and he brought my mood way down while I was there. He turned this trip into a 4 hour nightmare, asked me why I couldn't afford $50 more a month (I'm a 22 year old student, living alone, working two minimum wage jobs), informed me I probably spend $50 a month in "going out to eat and Starbucks every month", etc. I also informed him through conversation over this four hour span that my mother has cancer, to which he informed me that "everyone knows someone with cancer nowadays and that's really just life". He left me in tears and I wanted to leave immediately. Roy was able to calm me down, get me out of his office, completely my paperwork at his desk, and really saved the appointment overall. Roy had even offered to sit with me in Dave's office, to which Dave rudely said "Roy, you're not needed here, goodbye" and shooed him away with his hands. In my eyes, Dave should not work there. He has awful customer service skills and does not deserve to work at such a wonderful place where until then, I had only had positive experiences. So to sum this up, I love pride, I love Roy, and I HATE Dave.

Beware these people are straight up liars. I spend hours negotiating and filling out paperwork to go take a second look at the truck and find a puddle of oil underneath to be told that it's water from the a/c. I wipe my hand in the puddle and it's definetly oil. I get the whole" ok we'll sign here and give us money and we will fix it" uhh I'm not stupid Idont think so. Then Dave the finance guy comes over acting like he owns the place telling me they will fix the truck and he will throw in a "free" 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and also pop the dents. He tell me " thank you for your business" and shakes my hand. I come in the next day with the down payment and Apparently these people no integrity because Dave the finance guy now tells me that they cannot pop the dents because it'll be too expensive and also that he" told me explicitly" the 5 yr warranty would be ADDED onto my total loan for an extra 3500! This place I'd full of manipulators and are only out to get you to "sign the dotted line "over quality service or automobiles

I went into the dealership with an upside down loan and extremely high interest rate on a vehicle that I had bought 2 years ago. Lincoln advertised on Internet for 14.000. Spoke to John told me to come down. Test drove car. Ready to purchase. Came back with a price of 14995. Manager jonothan was rude.smug and arrogant. And wouldn't honor advertising price as he stated it needed tires etc. Isnt it your job to do that before you advertise the vehicle. And tell me to come down and look at it. I referred my daughter to Hyundai for a purchase. Whatever could go wrong went wrong. I was told I would receive a referral check and a paint pen. Five months after car purchase, no referral check and no paint pen. I made two calls to the location and still no result. I finally went into the location in person looking to report the complaint .to upper management. Jonathan Borges welcomed me and listened to the situation. He right away advised that he would resolve both my issues. He immediately sort out Roy Silveira Sr. who right away took my information for the referral check. Within about 30 minutes, I had my check and the paint pen. When I walked into the dealership I was ready to never buy another Hyundai at the location. By time I left, I'd reconsidered my decision. I thank Jonathan and Roy Sr for their prompt attention and resolution to my issue and understanding of my annoyance for having to make multiple calls with no result. My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience Luis Pabon was really pushy. I asked if we could see a 2014 Hyundai Accents that were 15,000 he said that wasn't the price for that car. I told him it was on theier website. Luis says prove it. I thought that was rude for him to say and I could prove it. I asked if he could show us cars in the 13,000 price range. He pointed to a row of cars. We asked him how much the 2013 Toyota Camry was and he said 11,000 to 12,000. We test drove the car and went inside to buy it.We spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information. He brings us the price of our trade in and the price of the Camry the Camry was 7,000 more than what he said. Luis said let me explain so we let him explain and he said I never said the car was 11,000 to 12,000. My mom and I heard him say that. He was so focused on us buying a car that he didn't even care we told him we had a price range. The manager comes over to explain the price. Johnathon was really nice. He told us the Toyota Camry was 19,000 and it would never be that low in price. I liked the manger but we felt like Luis was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We left there not buying a car and so upset how Luis' customer service was. If he was nice to us and tried to help us in the right way by finding us a car in our price range we would have bought a car from him.At my job I know that customer service goes a long way and if your not nice to your customer's you will not have any customers. I would never recommend this place just because of this one employee. We got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the Herb Chambers of Honda in Seekonk. We got it for the price we wanted and we got a lot of nice warranties for it. All of Honda's employee's were all so nice and actually cared about their customers. I recommend the Herb Chambers of Honda and I wrote a very nice review for that dealership.

Bought my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan a few weeks ago, and couldn't be any more happy! I walked into the dealership with my sister and was greatly impressed, not only by the cars, but by the customer service. I've been to multiple dealerships within the same time and I felt as if I was pushed, and as if the salesmen were extremely pushy with me, and that turns me off completely when trying to make a decision so huge. Shawn Theroux one of the salesmen greeted us and we chatted for a little while; he showed us around, and was extremely comforting on making a decision, I did not feel pressured, and he accepted every part of my situation and helped me so much. I walked out of there within 2 days with a brand new, gorgeous white Hyundai Tuscan. After that I went to sign papers and David Rosendahl welcomed my mother and I to his office as if we were family, he was great, explained everything to us, every detail you could imagine, without even worrying that it was past the time the dealership closed. My family has been part of the Hyundai family for years and this is our 3rd Hyundai we bought from Pride, and I don't think we could ever go anywhere else! I give Hyundai in general 5 stars, and I also give Pride 5 stars for customer service!

Allow me to sum up my review from the start:1. TERRIBLE & FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE2. DISHONESTY AT EVERY TURNYou'd think a dealership would try to make it as easy/smooth as possible for a customer to fork over huge sums of money for a pre-owned car right? Think again. I did eventually buy a car from Pride Hyundai because the price was OK and I needed a car stat. However my entire experience there was TERRIBLE. I will NEVER recommend Pride Hyundai to anybody. Here is the list of things that made my experience INFURIATING:1. AWFUL WAITING GAME:I inquired about the car on a Thursday. They told me the car had "just arrived" on their lot, and they haven't had it serviced properly, and I would have to wait until Monday. Fine, I can wait. So I call back on Monday, and they told me they have not finished servicing it because of backlog. At this point, I started wondering if they were trying to hide something or cover up a major defect before I saw the car. I went to the dealership and asked to see the car. First, they showed me a car that did NOT match the VIN# I was looking for (really???). Then when they found the actual car, it was NOT even in shop. It was sitting outside, covered in dust, and it was obvious no one had touched it. Great, I was lied to. They kept BSing about how it was still being serviced, but actually nothing had been done to it. At least the car wasn't a secret wreck.2. MORE LIES:I called on Tuesday to see if the car was done being serviced, and they told me the business/finance manager was taking a 2-day break and I wouldn't be able to complete the sale until Thursday. I don't believe them. Why? When I came in on Friday, I looked at the sales log calendar at the front desk, and saw that 2-3 sales happened over the "2-day break." Great, I was lied to again. I bet it was because my car had not been serviced by Tuesday, and this "2-day break" was their excuse to buy them time.3. NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD: The car was brought to an independent auto body mechanic for an inspection. The mechanic saw evidence that it had been in an accident (despite a clean Carfax history), and the front bumper paintjob was already peeling and bubbling. I decided to buy the car anyways because the price was OK despite its history. During the sales closing process, I asked the dealership to take off the entire front bumper and repaint the whole piece. This is because if they just patch over that one spot, the paint will peel again in 3 months. I got verbal reassurance that they would repaint the whole thing before they delivered the car. When I received the car, I felt the bottom side of the bumper with my bare hands, and guess what? There was a rough spot where it was obvious they just patched it over with a quick & cheap paintjob. They did NOT repaint the whole bumper like I asked. This was infuriating. I was lied to yet again. In all honesty I should have asked for this job in writing, but I had hoped they would be honest to their word at least once. Nope.There were dozens of other infuriating interactions I don't care to spell out here. Heck, after I had forked over my money at the dealership, I overheard another customer had gotten stranded on the road because one of their used cars died on a test drive. That sure inspires my confidence in their products.I will be keeping a close eye on my car for the next 90 days. If something goes wrong with my car and Pride Hyundai tries to wiggle out of honoring their 90 day warranty, this website will CERTAINLY hear about it.

They met their competitor's price in order to keep my business, worked with me on financing (they benefited too, of course, but got me a better APR than I could get through my credit union), and were extremely pleasant overall to deal with. Well worth the trip.I first started going to Tarbox Hyundai in Warwick when I first moved to New England, which was the worst experience ever. The sales associates were rude and never took anyone serious unless you had the cash to throw in their face. Then I made an appointment with the Internet Sales Manager, Danielle. She is phenomenal. From day one she has been nothing but nice, cheerful and upbeat every time we have spoke. Danielle has been working with me for about a year now to get me into a vehicle that I absolutely love. She would not let me drive off the lot with a car unless I was 100% in love. Which made me feel comfortable that I was not just another sale to them. Finally, she got me into a car that I fell in love with inside and out. Also, even better, I was abot to get the car at a price that worked just right for me. If it was not for this amazing, cheerful, upbeat young woman, I would have walked away from day one. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson there with only 5000 miles on it; two weeks later referred my mom who bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson. The whole experience was horrible. First, I told Jonathan I was a nurse, so do not really have a lot of time unfortunately. The day of my vin check, I was there first thing in the morning because I had to be at work at 11am. He said someone would call me to let me know what was going on, and that most likely my car would be dropped off to me ( I am a pediatric nurse and had a case in Providence). So, I left my 5 yr old's car seat in my vehicle based on our conversation. Long story short, never received a call. I had to call that evening to inquire about my vehicle and it was then that Jonathan proceeded to tell me that my vehicle was ready. And this was around 6:30 pm and my shift was due to end at 7pm. I never received a phone call or anything. My car was dropped off to me the next day at my patient's house by one of the lady's who had no clue as to why I wasn't called. She was very professional and felt bad about what had happened. I was suppose to get a referral check from them, never received it even though Jonathan told me he had already filed the paperwork; it has been two months and to make matters worse; my Toyota Camry they were suppose to have paid off in full with Capital One, never occurred. On 3/7/14 a payment came out of my account, I just called Capiatl who said Pride never paid it in full and that they had contacted them. Therefore, the payment was redrawn from my checking account that's still linked to my Toyota Camry ( direct pay set up) and another is due to come out tomorrow on 3/14 for the same amount ( then the car will be paid off). I am speechless at this point, it is disheartening to see that they call themselves a company. I am stuck making two car payments, they never return phone calls and when I call someone is always BUSY...Spare yourself the headache please. Unlike the sales department; the servicing department is very professional and courteous. I just contacted the BBB and will be filing a complaint!!

Tonya called me a few times so she could figure out what we really needed and set up an appointment. When my wife and I got to the Dealershipwe met Caitlin who sat us down and went over our needs. We took out the Dodge Caravan that they had on the used lot. The car was amazing and well taken care of. Caitlin asked if we would like to try and get a loan to purchase the Vehicle. We gave her all of out information and a deposit to hold the Caravan. Later the next day we found out we had not only gotten the loan for the car but we also had made a drastic drop in what we were paying for our other car. The dealership had made it easy for the charge off also. They took care of that so quickly that it was done before we signed the loan application. Everyone there was so nice to us that we will be recommending it to others

We bought out Santa Fe from Pride, and at first we though we had gotten a great deal. 2 years later it has to go in for 3 recalls. The recalls were done and when we left I felt the shifter was hard to shift. Continued home and parked it. Went to go out that night and the shifter was frozen. Amazingly my transmission went. After getting the run around that I didn't have an extended warranty, and they found out I did. Then they wanted all the paper work for service that was ever done to the car before they would approve a "used" transmission. Tony was a little surprised to see us bring in a folder of all the services we had done on the car ( I take care of my vehicles). After waiting a week for the car to be fixed and not even being offered or given a loaner ( we were told no) We go to get in the car to leave and the check engine light is on, so my husband goes back in to the service dept.. Ohh they forgot to plug in an o-2 sensor! In my opinion they were trying to milk us out of a great deal of money. After that experience, I no longer trusted the car any more, so we went to Tarbox Hyundai and got a fabulous deal on a brand new 2014 Tuscon. But come to find out Tarbox did a car fax on the old car and found out it was in an accident, which we were never told about! Will NEVER ever buy from Pride again. Buyer beware! Ask for a car fax!!! And if you do buy from there, good luck to you!

This was my first time leasing a brand new car and a few of my family members have gotten cars from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk so I decided to try them out. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with a smile and was lead to the sales man named Sean Smith. Sean was very polite and was not pushy at all!!! Sean went above and beyond for me by letting me test drive the car is was interested in, explained all of the features in a professional/ knowledgeable fashion and got me the BEST price around! They had so many great incentives like recent college grad, and repeat customer incentive! After a great day at the dealership I told Sean I needed to go home and talk it over with my family. I returned 2 days later and told Sean I wanted to lease a car from them. In those 2 days the car I wanted sold, but Sean told me not to worry and again went above and beyond for me by locating the car at another dealership for me. He went to go get the car while I was finalizing the paperwork and before I knew it I was driving away in my new Hyundai Elantra GT!!!! I am 100% satisfied with this dealership and Sean Smith. I found a truck online that pride had for sale so took a ride to check out the truck come to find out truck was in body shop I really liked the truck and proceed negotiations with dealership came to a agreement and I put a deposit on truck and signed the purchase agreement form with out test driving the truck because it was still in the shop and the earlest it would have been done was monday morning this was on friday morning friday afternoon at 5 pm they call me saying truck is all set and theres someone there that wants to purchase the truck and they ended up selling the truck they dont stand by there word.

I went into dealership to have my 2012 Tuscon serviced. While there, I considered looking at the Santa Fe. I approached 2 gentlemen, and explained to them that I was about halfway through my lease and would like to know how it would work if I decided I wanted a larger suv.I was told by one of the gentlemen, Steve, who I later found out was the General Manager that he would be happy to explain it to me which he did. I told him I was interested in a Santa Fe. He told me that he would find one out back and bring it up front so that I could test drive it. He then introduced me to a wonderful salesperson by the name of Roy Silveira Sr. He told me to take the vehicle for a test drive. I was hesitant at first, but he coaxed me telling me I would truly enjoy it. I fell in love. The Santa Fe was not only everything I wanted on the outside, but a dream to drive. Roy was waiting for me when I returned. He wanted to know what I thought and honestly I was speechless. He smiled and then began to show me how everything worked. He explained everything thoroughly and continued to ask if I had any questions along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He must have spent a good four hours with me and believe me, I had plenty of questions, but he was always patient and would go through the explanation again. Even when I was almost ready to go, he helped me transfer all the items from the Tuscon to the Santa Fe. He told me as I was leaving if I had any questions to call and ask for him and he would be more than happy to help me with it. Roy showed true dedication to his job. If I ever sent someone there to buy a car I would send them to Roy. And Roy, just so you know , I will be calling you with a few questions. My husband and I contacted Pride Hyundai to set up an appointment to view a car we had seen online. The two representatives (Tonya Fleurant and Danielle Samoorian) we dealt with through email were extremely helpful, welcoming, and informative. We went to the dealership with our two sons (one of whom is special needs and does not always deal well with new situations and breaks in routine) to see the car and meet with Roy Silveira Jr. Throughout our trip we were treated to a friendly, hospitable, low-pressure environment. Roy spent a lot of time talking with us about our budget and available options and we were able to get the car we wanted for a payment plan that worked for us. As we were finishing up paperwork, our older son began to have a meltdown and one of the staff members came into the office and asked if she could take him for a walk to look at some of the cars. He immediately calmed down and we were able to finish everything up. There is no question that Pride Hyundai succeeds in offering an extremely family friendly environment, which was a huge selling point to us. We have had negative experiences with many dealerships in the past, but have no qualms about highly recommending Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, and Roy Silveira Jr., to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The first car was over priced by thousands over Kelly Blue Book value, the sales manager told me that KBB is a joke. The second car, I put a $100 deposit on it, and the next day they told me that they already sold it the day before. I chose another car, and they applied the deposit to that one. It ended up that they couldn't find the title, and it took a week to get the title. That car was priced a hundred dollars below KBB price, so much for it being a joke. Other notes, they never offered us a drink like other dealerships do when you're waiting a long time. They never call to follow up, other than to ask you how you like the new car and to try to schedule maintenance appointments before you've even taken delivery of the vehicle. I'd say this dealership is poorly run compared to others in the area.

In 2009 I purchased a new Elantra from Pride and was contacted in August 2013 to come in and possibly trade in my car with a special offer. I had great service with Roy Silveira Sr as my sales person. He was helpful and knowledgeable, but was not pushy or forceful. I felt like he was trying to help me get the best deal I could. My only issue was that the "special offer" that got me into the dealer was not actually a "special offer" (trading in my 2009 for the the original MSRP with deductions for mileage). I had 60, 513 miles on my car, which is average mileage for a 2009, and major deductions were made. I am the original owner and the car was rear ended 2 times (neither were my fault and the car had been properly repaired and had it documented both times). Otherwise the car was in good condition and I was given less than Kelly Blue Book Value. A side from a loyalty bonus of $2000, no other rebate/offer was awarded to me. This was not something that Roy Sr did, it was with the dealership/advertising in general. I understand that it is something to get people in the door but it felt like false advertising. But I think this type of thing will happen at other dealers as well which is why the rest of my experience was good and has me returning to Pride. Working with Jacob Perez to go over the paperwork and sign everything was also a good experience. He was personable and helpful in understanding the documents. Overall, I had a good experience and would continue to return to Pride for service and in the future for other car purchases.

I was pretty sure that I would not be buying used, but Caitlin changed my mind. I had a rather unique experience ... one I hope no one else has to have. I had purchased a new Hyundai Elantra two months ago and was involved in a hit and run accident which totaled my car. Pride??? They should change the name to...PRIDELESS!!! Pride is hands down the most rinkie dink, poorly run, sad excuse of a dealership I have EVER gone too. These crooks make for the absolute WORST family of dealerships EVER! I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy! Can you imagine running out of gas in the middle of the highway on a test drive with you family!!!??? Then, after waiting an hour for them to send the idiot salesman that sent you out with next to no gas in the tank to take you back to the dealership, and you get there and NO ONE even has the decency to apologizes to you, including the general manager!!!??? Could you imagine that!? Well, that's what happened to me and my family. Then, they had the audacity to try and screw me over on the price of the car! Thank God for various sites out there that tell you what others have paid and what you should pay for a vehicle. That's what saved me. They said they'd give me a deal "NO other dealer could come close to beating". When they in fact were trying to charge $2,500 more than the deal I ended up getting on the same exact car, with more options at another dealership. And I won't say the name of the dealership that really treated us like family because I don't want said idiots trying to claim that I'm working for that, or any other dealership and get this taken off. All I want to do is warn anyone who's even remotely thinking of going to see these completely incompetent bozo's. So PLEASE, do yourself and your family a HUGE favor, DO NOT under ANY circumstances WASTE your valuable time, your hard earned money, and most of all, your families SAFETY and well being at any Pride dealership. They have NO PRIDE and simply are the WORST!!! And just so Pride and Dealer Rater both know, I will NOT say who I worked with, nor do I think you she require that that be answered. These people have ALL my and my wife's personal and sensitive information. From where we work and live to our finances and S.S. Numbers. So, for fear of retribution, I will not say who I worked with publically. And again, that should not be a required field in order to post a review on a dealership. In this day and age of identity theft, a lot can be done to a person or couple by a dealership who has absolutely ALL of your personal information. This was my second car buying experience at Pride Hyundai. I bought my first Santa Fe there 4 years ago and I loved it. I liked the new models so I thought I might just trade it in. I went to Pride not really knowing if I would trade in or not but then I met Jonathan Borges. Although the car I wanted was not on the lot, Jonathan found for it at another dealership and arranged for it's delivery in a very short period of time.I can also speak to the service at Pride, having been a return customer. I have always been able to get an appt. when I wanted it and the service was always done quickly and efficiently.I am very pleased with my new Santa Fe, with the courteous staff, and the service . But most of all I am pleased with Jonathan, He was an outstanding sales rep. to work with.

She was able to answer all of our questions and when it was something she wasn't sure of, she didn't hesitate to get an answer for us. We were interested in the Hyundai Sonata and she brought us to look at Pride's inventory. We were undecided whether to buy a new or used car and Caitlin was very patient with us as we narrowed down our choices. We finally decided on a 2013 beautiful dark blue Sonata and I have to say that she made this a very enjoyable experience. He kept me in the loop as for the SUV I wanted you did not have on the lot, which was 2013 Hyundai Tuscon with the preium package.He made phone calls to locate it for me, and kept calling me as to the progress of it. Went into Pride of Seekonk looking to purchase one of the new 2013 Elantras. Have a 2009 Nissan Altima with 76000 miles on it. Ended up being pushed into buying a 2011 Sonata with almost 50K miles on it for a VERY outrageous price! Will not be signing for it. BUYER BEWARE!!!! When we left I realized that they held onto the key fob and my registration for the car I OWN currently, and I do not think it was a mistake, I think they knew I wouldn't sign for what was being offered and want me to come back. BEWARE.

The staff is always available to answer the phone when I call the service department. I can generally get an appointment within 2 weeks of when I call and I need weekend service so their availability is great. The wait time is right on and the waiting area is comfortable and they offer free wifi to customers. They provide great recommendations and do not try to sell you any services you do not need. They explain everything perfectly and are always patient and kind with me. When parts are needed to order they come in within the week and I am contacted right away.

Well to start let me say that Rosemary did what she could for me. She was the reason that I gave Pride another chance. She said that my credit was very good and that they recommend us for an upgrade, and that we could get a better deal. But it turned out that what they said to us that they could do they couldn't.. The only thing I recommend is that before they say congrats and make people all excited, that they talk with finance first before it all comes crumbling down. But the people I worked with were very nice.

I have gone to Pride for service in the past and was always very satisfied. In April 2012 I went to Pride for service on my 2007 Accent and drove away in a new one! Kevin my Sales/Lease Consultant worked with me to set up a lease program that I was happy with and is actually saving me money. My Accent is 'electrolyte green' and I love it! I have since been in for two oil changes and have just received a 10% off coupon for any maintenance service, so I'll be going in again. Tony the Service Mgr and Stacy the Service Advisor are great to work with. They have helped me maintain both of my Hyundai cars. Rosemary in Customer Relations made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my treatment at Pride. She took the time to listen and work with me on one issue and asked me to let her know of anything in addition that I was not happy with. I would recommend Pride of Seekonk for new and used car sales as well as service.

I originally came into the dealership to look for a car for my daughter. Stan met us at the door and it immediately became clear that he took his job seriously, but in a comic way. Long story, short, we didn't purchase a vehicle for my daughter at Pride, but I made sure that Stan knew that I was coming back for myself. A few weeks later, I was at Stan's desk figuring out what I could afford for a vehicle. Stan is an asset to Pride. He made me feel like I was his #1 customer. Initially, I did not come in looking for a car; but when I saw the 2013 Elantra, it immediately caught my eye. I was looking over it and Kevin came by to tell me about the car. Without even knowing I was going to buy it, he immediately told me it was a great car. I had a superior experience buying a Dodge Magnum SRT8 from Pride Hyundai. Hector L Diaz Negron, one of the used car reps, had I high degree of personal integrity and professionalism. He walked me through all the details and provided excellent assistance along the way. I found the car on Cars.com and negotiated the deal with Hector over several phone calls. Not only did he help with the paperwork; he picked me up from the airport, took me to the local Dodge dealership to get the car inspected (my request), took me to two U-Haul places to get a truck and auto transport (I had reserved to take the car 400 mile back home), recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch, had the car detailed, and help me load the car on the transport trailer. Based on my experience, Pride Hyundai has sales reps that will treat you with fairness and respect. Bravo!

The dealership is clean and inviting. John was great to deal with. He has a great personality and pays attention to details. Overall the experience was great. We did not feel pressured. The service department was helpful and curtious. We bought a 2009 Saturn Vue and felt confident that John was trying his best to get us a good deal. I would make a few recommendations: The policy is to fill the gas tank for new Hyundai purchases should be expanded to all purchases. Even though the car is noy brand new, it is one the dealership is selling and the cunsumer is still paying a lot of money for it. Additioanlly, the car we bought ended up having a problem with the doors not unlocking automatically when the car is placed in park. Initially, we thought this was just a set up issue and could be corrected using the car's set up menu. Turns out it is a problem that will need diagnostics and repair. Hyundai will not cover this as thety say it is not a safety issue. Repair on this "new to us" car will be at an additioanl expense to us. I feel that this should have either been disclosed to us before the purchase or rectified by the dealership. Overall the experience was a positive one. Ask for John!

Car shopping and car maintenance were top of my I dislike list but they are necessities in life. Pride Hyundai helped move these two tasks to my I enjoy (maybe not the maintenance, but the shopping?) list. Victor was honest and respectful throughout both the searching and buying process. I was upfront with him and told that Pride was the first dealership I visited so no matter what he offered me I was walking. At the end of my time with Victor I promised him I would return and let him earn my business after I had shopped around. I made this promise because even though I told Victor I was walking he gave me all the time I needed and never pushed to make the deal. After visiting a number of other dealerships I quickly learned that game playing between the sales person, sales manager, finance guy and me, the consumer was still in full affect! When I returned to see Victor I was once again comfortable in the process. The deal was made (and I believe it was a great deal!) and I left with my new car. I have returned to the dealership for a few misc. visits since bringing home my car and the positive experiences continue. Victor is still friendly and helps me with any question I have and everyone I interacted with in the service department are approachable, and dare I say caring. There are no guarantees in life; but I am pretty confident that if you visit Pride for you next Hyundai and you ask for Victor as your sales advisor you will have an enjoyable, almost stress free (there is always stress when I am spending $$$) car shopping experience!

From the moment I placed my phone call to let them know exactly what car model I wanted :2013 (Elantra GLS with the prefered package), to the moment I drove off the lot, I had a really great and pretty unexpected experience. The process was quick and pressure free (unlike other dealerships). What a great "team effort" from my sales rep Kevin, to the sales manager to the finance manager....even the Marketing Director and her staff....oh and lets not forget being inroduced to the service manager. Pretty impressive. My sales rep Kevin spent a great deal of time ging thru every inch of the car, taking the time to set up my cell to the bluetooth system, programing in a bunch of XM radio channels,... you name it, he covered it. I left the lot with a smile, and feel like they truly know who I am....not just someone who just purchased a car from them. Would highly recommend Pride Hyundai..... you bet I would...Absolutely.

I am very happy with their service department, Tony has always treated me well, as have all their staff.When my Sonata was involved in a serious accident I went to Pride and purchased a 2010 Accent.NOTE: I did have a problem with someone in management concerning the Accent deal. Lisa, the owner, helped in resolving that problem, much to my satisfaction. Because of Lisa I purchased the two other cars I previously mentioned.I recently visited Pride to look at the redesigned 2012 Accent. The salesmen, George Redding, was very knowledgeable about this car. I liked the way he treated me. If I had a little more equity in my present car I would have made the deal. I went to Pride Hyundai looking for a gray Hyundai Veloster with a 6-speed manual transmission and the style package. The sales team was nice enough to find the car for me, but then when we started talking numbers, that's when everything went downhill.The car has a sticker price of $20,435 -- Okay, fine. They are currently running a promotion that states that they will offer you $6,000 for your trade. Perfect, but that's obviously not what happened. The price was jacked by $3995 to $24,430 so they can tell you that you're getting $6,000 for your trade, but in reality, they give you nothing. I still owe a bit of money on the car I wanted to trade (good car - VW Golf with 77,700 miles), so I would have still been out about $300 on what I owe on the car.We couldn't reach a deal, so I left and asked for my deposit back. As soon as I left the door, the manager and my sales person came back out to "see what they could do for me". That night, I was offered the car at $20,340 and $2,000 for my car plus the loan payoff. I arrived at the dealer this afternoon and that certainly wasn't the case. I still did not receive $6,000 for my trade (even though it's posted that way), but I thought they were still giving me a good deal. Apparently not... They still wanted me to finance what I still owed on my trade in. That's ridiculous!To everyone who takes the time to read this, take what you will, but my recommendation would be to avoid Pride Hyundai at all costs.

Bad Dealer. Called PRIDE Hyundai in Seekonk MA about a used car. The sales manager agreed on the purchase price in our phone conversation so I placed a deposit on the car by credit card. After a 2 hour drive to get to the dealer to complete the sale, he told me he now wanted MORE MONEY! -- $900 more for a car with a price of about $11000. In addition he surprised me with his almost $400 documentation fee - which he would not reduce - for a total of about $1300 more than was agreed upon prior to my visit. This dealer is a cheat. You can't trust him. He thinks he may have made a few hundred dollars more on the car by selling to someone else but he just lost a ton of money and good will by cheating his customers like that. It's black & white - he renegged on the deal, broke his word and boosted the price. STAY AWAY from this dealer. You can not trust him.

After spending hours there. They tried to get me in another car. they said they would cut me a GREAT deal. They marked up the sticker price which meant they where giving me nothing for a trade in. They where closed and attached the plates to the car let me take it home with out signing any papers. When I changed my mind the swore at me and called me all kinds of names. I have never been treated like this at any dealership!! Now I'm having trouble getting my money back from this dealership. STAY AWAY!!!!!I want to update everyone about this Dealer. I want to make sure people know what I have gone thru, prevent others from going thru this. This dealership is a very dishonest business. Two weeks after I put a down payment on a car then changed my mind. A different dealership offered me a much better deal saving me $3,000. I gave Pride $2300 down, over 2 weeks ago and they still have not given me that money back!!! The GM called me and swore at me and used some other choice words. I have contacted my charge card company the BBB and the Ag's Office about This dealer. This dealer is why people hate dealing with car dealers, I'm lucky I found a dealer that was honest and still made a profit and didn't price gouge me. Pride will raise the sticker price (Fair Market Value) then appear to give you a better Trade in price. While in fact there giving you Nothing for your Trade in.Update 11/17 Pride sent my Trade in to auction if thou Pride Hyundai didn't have the title to the car, RT44 Had the title and got the car out of auction.

Dee was the best. I told her what I wanted in a vehicle and how much I wanted to spend and she found me the best vehicle...We love it!! Our son in law is looking into a Hyundai and we told him to see Dee and not go to the dealer on bald hill rd in RI (we had a bad experience there, they were very deceptive and kept us waiting and waiting, they were out right rude!!!!) Dee was wonderful! She didn't play games. She got right to work and found us the best car for the price we could afford! We are very happy with our experience there and more especially with our new Hyundai! Thanks again Dee you are the best!!!!

We were greeted and treated well, we test drove the car we wanted. Unfortunately, when we sat down to discuss the price, after we started the negotiation with what we thought was a reasonable first offer, the salesman went to discuss it with the sales manager and came back with a comment written in capital letters on his pricing sheet- "THANKS, BUT NO THANKS" This did not seem very professional. We left and will not return.

I will never go back to this dealer. The salesman was nice enough; it's always management where the problem lies. It's all about control. They jump right into the financials and try to pre-qualify you before you even know if you're interested in anything they've got! They wouldn't let me take a test drive or even sit behind the wheel because 'I wasn't ready to buy a car today. Come back when you're ready to buy.' They did me a favor and let me walk around the lot and look at cars! I don't know what they take 'Pride' in but it certainly shouldn't be in the way they disrespect people.

We are educated consumers and went to dealership with all the information we needed. We decided to purchase an almost new (VERY low mileage) 2010 Hyundai Elantra. We bargained the price down a bit and left the dealership. The CarFax did not show any accidents or damage. Long story short, when we FINALLY picked up our car days after it was supposed to be ready and without our completed registration - even though they said it would be complete - they slapped on dealer plates and told us it would be ready soon. Drove the car home and opened the glove compartment to find a $5000 bill showing the car had been in an accident and suffered damage. Even though it was repaired, this obviously lowers the value of the car and was never disclosed to us! We went back to the dealership to get our money back and they did not want to return it even though we were WELL within our rights. The manager even told us "do me a favor and don't come back here!" Unbelievable. We finally got our money back after putting it in writing that he had to return it by a certain date. They made us wait the day of pick up for a couple of hours because they did not have the check prepared nor the person available to sign the check. At one point they said they would give us a new car for the same price we paid (of course we were skeptical) and then they never looked into it. We caught the salesman Bruce in multiple lies, including about other sales and his family - must be his sales tactic. Come to find out, AAA said they have received many complaints and we found out that they had someone picketing their facility earlier in the year with a "don't buy your car here - they rip you off" sign. Terrible place. Do not go there.

I submitted a request on line for a price on a new Hyundai, and the only honest one was Teddy. Other dealers claimed to have what I want, when in fact they just wanted to get me in the door. Teddy was the only one to inform me that, he did not have the vehicle in stock, but will be in touch when one came in and he sure did contact me. The whole team was a delight to work with. Pride Hyundai of Seekonk is my new dealer. Great job guys!!!

pride employees went above and beyond to make the deal work. I was waiting for the sonata hybrid and they were the first dealer to contact me the second the car came in. I even had a deposit at another dealer for 500.00 and still Pride called without me giving them anything. Great group of people even those who werent involved in the sale were so helpful. I am even a RHODE ISLAND RESIDENT and would go back to PRiDE. Highly recomended. rhonda parente

When I went to Pride Hyundai everyone I talked to was so respectful. The salesman's name was Jimmy, he was very nice and professional. He really took the time with me to show me a few cars and was very patient. I went to other dealers and the salesman's only goal was to sell me any car. They really weren't listening to what I wanted, they just wanted to sell me anything and got very impatient when I wouldn't buy from them. I just want to thank Jimmy, Anthony (the sales manager) and Sammy. They were all so nice to me and the buying experience was great. Oh yeah, I almost forgot Mike the finance manager was so funny I almost forgot to sign the papers. Anyway, just had a really good experience and I want to thank you guys again. I will send all my friends and family when they need a car!!

Price of vehicle was advertised as $18,700 online. When we arrived at the dealer, the sticker price was $22,000. I told them the price of the car on the web was $18,700. Salesman said it must have been a standard. WRONG!! I asked where those vehicles were......he said they must have been sold.We had a coupon for $5,500 off the msrp of the vehicle we were looking at, (2011 Elantra) I had called earlier to ensure that the coupon was good for our choice and was told that it was by Teddy Chabo, the internet mgr. When all was said and done, the sales manager, came over and said to us, with a big grin on his face, that we all know it's all bull----!!! We walked in, in good faith, with a legitimate advertised offer and were told "I can't give you $5,500 off of a $18,000 vehicle!". I got up to leave and was asked "Don't you want to talk"? After a few choice words, I left the showroom. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE SLEAZIEST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 40 YEARS OF DRIVING. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THESE LYING, DISHONEST CAR SALESMEN. I am going to the Attorney General on this one!!!!

Although the salesman was friendly and helpful and I have nothing negative to say about him, I would not recommend the dealership to my worst enemy. They play mind games with the customer. They overcharge on the price of the vehicles. You sit down and come to an agreement on the monthly price, then of course they make you wait hours only to tell you they can't get the papers from the bank today. They have you sign a spot delivery agreement and have you take the car home. When you go back in 3 days or so to sign the actual paperwork, they up the monthly figure, hoping that you will just give in since you have now driven the car and obviously are happy with it. Total con artists. My family and I have purchased 8 cars from Pride over the past several years. I can say without hesitation, that I will never purschase another vehicle from Pride. This last deal was turning out to be another stick it to the customer deal so I went and took my existing car back.....NEVER AGAIN.

Made agreement on 2011 car,put 250.00 down to hold , requested purchase and sale agreement . Dealer would not put ther offer in writing was going to finance 13,500.00. When i called dealer and said will not finance with them will pay cash they refused to hounor the deal we made. steve said he was going to make money on the finace and if financing with him we had no deal. I thought that kick back from bank's on financeing was not legal.I going to write to Mass. A.G. and ask that they look into this.I Purchase same vehicle with Pride Hyundai Motorgroup of lyn the next day for the same deal they refused to hounor.Bernie McKinley

I was very happy with my buying experience at Pride Hyundai. I came in to test drive a Veracruz, and left with a Veracruz Limited with all the bells and whistles for the price I wanted. Ryan was my salesperson and he was great. No pressure! The other folks were really nice, too (Steve, Bill, Tom). I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a new 2011 Sonata a few months ago and waited to write a review. I wanted to base it on my overall experience which includes sales, the vehicle itself and Pride service. Overall, my experience was great. Mike in sales was polite, helpful and NOT pushy at all. He was very detailed in his vehicle knowledge and was nice to work with. The dealership had a family atmosphere as the Anjos family was quite visible greeting people as they passed through the showroom. The Sonata itself is excellent. I purchased the 4 cylinder just before the Turbo came out. It still has enough pick-up and acceleration to keep someone with a heavy foot happy while being very comfortable to drive and to ride in. Recently, I had the vehicle's first service performed at Pride. This included an initial inspection, oil change and to my suprise, a car wash. In addition to these services, I had an automatic starter installed as well. Everything went smoothly and I had my car back within a few hours. Thank you Pride!!!

Ronna P. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Pride Hyundai to all my friends. We just arrived in RI from Florida. My husband and I were driving by Pride Hyundai when we saw a brand new Sonata in front of the dealership. So we decided to stop. As soon as we were out of the car the owners husband greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He was PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE on all the vehicles he sells. As for the price, there were no hidden fees or other cost to this vehicle, ONE STRAIGHT PRICE. We were so satisfied we bought the car that day. Within an hour the car was prep and ready to go with a full tank of gas. As for the Service it was GREAT dealing with Professionals. I quess we will be driving to Florida in our brand new Hyundai Sonata. I thought Florida dealerships had the best service, I was wrong PRIDE HYUNDAI beat them all. Just a short note we have owned every high end car on the market ( Lexus, BMW, Chevy Corvette etc... THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED BY A DEALERSHIP.

Just a quick note of caution to anyone buying from this dealer. DON'T. I have bought many cars, from Honda's to BMW to Mercedes and this was by far the worst. A cmplete unsettling experience. They are dealer from years ago, almost like a swindler. FIRST: They added a $3,950 "dealer location adjustment" to the sticker. A $23k Hyundai Sonata was $27K!! Then the lied about what this actually was. I had to call another dealer from while there (when they weren't looking) to find out about this. It is pure fluff.. They use it as a starting point for unsuspecting buyers and then negotiate down. So, you end up paying MORE than the actual sticker, thinking you got a good deal. DO NOT PAY THIS add on $3,950! Tell them to remove it, be firm, and they will. SECOND: With this dealer work from the INVOICE up. THIRD: on my trade they offered 3k for a 6k kbb value trade. Told me kbb was 4k. Till I showed them on-line it was $6k. Again they flat out lied. They ended up coming up. So, SHOW them the kbb value of your car online and stay firm. They use every trick in the book. Try to confuse you. Throw numbers about. Scribble on a big piece of paper. It's really a complete joke. Hyundai's are everywhere so do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. Oh, and the place looks like a Dunkin' Donuts - a real pit, dirty bathrooms, etc.
