I don't know about buying here, but their service department is above and beyond. They were always super helpful and not trying to charge me for unnecessary fixes/upgrades/maintenance. They explained all problems, options, costs in detail every time we have been there. Unfortunately, their online appointment booking system is messy and sometimes doesn't go through, so call them instead.

I had a very bad experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. I finalized the deal over phone with everything written and confirmed in a text message. But the price was changed when I reached there (after driving 50 miles and 1.5 hour drive). The buying process took whole day, I reached at 8:30 AM and left after 5:30 PM. The registration department was extremely slow, took 4 hours. This documentation fee is very high, highest I have seen anywhere else. Almost double of the average. Doesn't look like good business practice. They should hire honest employees who stand by their words and do not shout at their subordinates in front of the customer. The manager literally asked me to get the difference in promised price from the subordinate and he will deduct it from his paycheck. Yes, this conversation happened in front of me and my wife when we asked about the price change on top of a confirmed deal. I lost 1 day of my PTO just to buy a car while all my docs were ready with me in the morning. I was still charged for state inspection while the systems were down for a month. I had to send them an invoice to claim it back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! When making a purchase, you better hope it doesn't have anything wrong with it, they won't fix it. , Bought a brand new 2022 SUV, less than 2 weeks ago, my side mirror works off and on, (more off than on) took it to them twice (AGAIN, LESS THAN 2 WEEKS OLD!!!) AND took video of it not working.... still won't fix it until they see it themselves... seeing the actual video of it NOT working was not enough to have it fixed. The mechanics even HEARD the clicking in the mirror, but again, not enough reason to fix it. What they tell me is that I have to keep taking time off of work to go back to them EVERY TIME the mirror doesn't work, and hope that it won't work in front of them in order to actually have it fixed, else I have to basically "live with it". This is their way of business AFTER the sale. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best advice, go somewhere else!!!!

I am so beyond disappointed with the service department to the point that I will not get into another lease in May. I have been a customer of Pride Kia for the past 8 years as I am in my 3rd lease. I stayed with Pride because of their past customer service. To say it has gone downhill is an understatement. In June I left several messages to schedule an oil change with no return calls. I had to drive there just to make an appt 3 weeks out. When I asked why they don't return calls they responded with yeah, well we are busy don't know what to tell you. My car doesn't even have 17k miles on it and none of my USB connections are working so I can't charge my phone, use the maps or voice text and my car is running rough and feels like it is going to die. Once again had to drive there to schedule an appt because they didn't return my calls and they don't have anything until Mid October. I advised I need a weekend day as I am a caregiver and need my car or I need a loaner. I was told they can't provide a loaner and can't do diagnostic testing on Saturdays so if I need it looked at it has to be a week day. I have never seen such poor customer service. Can't wait for my lease to be up so I never have to deal with this dealership again

I just recently started leasing a Kia Sedona from Pride. These guys were great. They were able to get me a vehicle that was above and beyond my expectations and still stay in my budget. They thoroughly explained everything to me without all the usual confusion most car salesmen give you. Frank Borriello was very honest and was able to get me through all my paperwork without having the anxiety you get when purchasing/leasing a new vehicle.Jaun Marrero was an exceptional sales person. I told him what I was looking for and he was eager to help and assist us even 2 hours after the dealership had closed. He has followed up with me by text to make sure everything is okay and that I am happy with the car. He is a great asset to the Pride Kia dealership! I look forward to going back to Pride in the future when my lease is up and either buying the car or getting something else. Best experience yet with car buying.

I have shopped around for cars quite a bit, but it was not until I walked into Kia Pride that I felt comfortable enough to finally pull the trigger! Rob was very understanding and knowledgeable about my needs, he even talked to me about the specs of the Kia Sorento compared to the other competitors that I was considering. Brought the car in for honking for no reason took the alarm fuse out but the problem still persisted. Brought it to kia as we still had the 60k warranty. They couldn't figure out the problem and now we are out of warranty. Their solution was the same as ours in the end and we ended up taking out the fuse for the horn until we can get someone who can figure it out. These guys are great otherwise.

Pride Kia is a great dealership. This is my second lease from Pride. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and don't hover over you while you look. They will answer all your questions you have about the cars and financing questions. They will go out of their to make sure you can afford the care you want. Great Teamwork! Would recommend this dealership.I personally talked with John C., he was definitely great salesperson. But, all the people I have dealt with at Pride Kia o Lynn (sales, finance, service dept., mgr, etc) were all pleasant and willing to go out of their way for you.

Was lied to and misled every step of the way. After asking to run my credit( which I told him no, not unless we find something there would be no point) salesman MARK ran it anyway. This means I lost 6 points on my credit score which I desperately needed. Then they offer a car for 17985 that once we left showroom they had on website for 16985, and when my wife called them out on it all of the sudden we don't qualify for that type of car loan( even though Marck called the night before saying he and his finance manager wanna make a deal) Now at this point my wife starts crying in showroom from bieng frustrated we were so misled. Then as not to cause a scene the Chevy guy driving a brand new car comes and says we should try to lease the new car the guy drove over, cause with bad credit it's easier to get a deal. We all know the bank said no, my wife was in tears, embarrassed, felt taken advantage of and 10hrs of her time( 1 to 6 sat) and (12 to 630 Tuesday) for nothing.

I enjoyed working with Marc Cortes.He truly puts himself out to help his customers in anyway he can.He is a major asset to Pride Kia.The mechanic who fixed my car is amazing.I felt my car had too many problems to be fixed.I was told this by a mechanic that has a radio program about cars,not car talk,and also writes about cars for the Salem News.He is suppose to be an expert.I gave up on my car and was ready to junk it.Marc Cortes talked me out of it.He assured me the Kia mechanic would be able to fix my car despite what the other mechanic told me.I can't describe how happy I was when Marc called me and informed me my car was fixed.I was more than glad to pay my bill.I'm going to Pride Kia from now on for anything my car needs.

I feltthat I was in the best of hands. Since I have 3 brothers, whoare spread across the the U.S. and the Globe, who aren't easily accessible to me for on-the-spot advice, it's very reassuring to feel these guys "standing-in" for them in the mosthelpful and sincere way. I tried to purchase a Sorento in 2012 and had a very bad experence so this time I emailed Pride an asked them to provide me a quote, originally they did not want to do so but after talking to Michael Squadrito and explaining to him that I am a serios buyer but I will not be comiing in due to my last experence he worked with me over email. Mark was great ! I came in for an appointment for an oil change around 1:30, I also got a complimentary car wash from an email I received from KIA. Mark quoted about 45 minuets for the oil change and about 15-20 additional minutes for the wash. I was out on the road no later than 2:10! Quick and great service is what I like. Also I saw Marco the great salesman who helped me purchase my optima and had a great conversation with him while I was waiting, it made the time fly even faster!

Leasing Sales person, John Cammarata was very good. However, the General Manager had a snide attitude. I had experienced that before with my first lease with Pride. Purchasing or leasing a car should not be an anxious experience where you feel like you under siege to get a good deal. In the end, though, John was much better than the other two people that I have dealt with at Pride. Josie Sinatra was also very helpful.

I went here to buy a new kia as my old one was now seven years old.(although it was in excellent condition) The salesman told me they couldn't offer me a lot for my trade-in as the car was old, had high mileage, would never go to the lot and would be sold at a loss at auction. I begrudgingly accept their low ball amount for my trade. I purchased a brand new car that day. I returned to the dealership several days later with a question and there sat my car with an 11,000 dollar price tag on it. I am elderly and feel they took advantage of me in the buying process. I am very upset at them for straight faced lying to me about my trade-in value. I will never buy from them again and advise you to take your business else where.

I liked that I was able to get a deal on a new car with no money down, bad credit and with a plenty of negotiation, I even got monthly payments that I can afford! Did I mention I went into the dealer with no cash? They ended rolling the first payment into the balance and spread it across the remaining payments. So not one dime out of pocket! While I waited I got to catch up a little with Alex who had sold me my car, and he as well as the gentlemen who took my car in for the service, both made sure I had everything I needed. I was told when it was almost done (and had apparently been texted and emailed as well) which at that point I remembered to mention that my wipers were not great and it was not a problem at all. took my car in for a recall, without my asking they checked the whole care and told me what I needed done, I did get an oil/filter change. They informed me but did not push me into having things done, They were professional, informative, courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. If I decide to purchase/lease my next vehicle I will definitely be returning to Pride

I had Marco as a salesperson and I was very nervous about buying a new vehicle, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the Optima I was interested in. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Also I got a couple of extra options I didn't think I wanted or needed but after discussing them with Marco I am glad I got them. Overall what I thought was going to be a very nerve racking experience ended up being an enjoyable one.

Our sales associate, John, spent alot of time going over the car on our first visit, with no mention of cost (no pressure).We just reviewed features for which we were loooking at.We returned to John, after visiting other brands, and began a discussion on cost, he was patient and again reviewed what the Sorento's option were.His understanding of our needs help us secure the model we would like to buy. What I like about my experience at PRIDE KIA is the accommodating and friendly way the service advisors provide when needed; especially when emergency repairs are needed such it was the case for my most recent visit. Would never step foot in that dealership again. Very shady every step of the way. Misinformation, lies, delayed delivery... Got a good deal on a car, but had an extremely difficulty process; one I wouldn't want to go through again. They even tried to reneg on a promise (after my initial complaint of how poorly I was treated) to give me a free alarm install. Had I not had it in writing, I would not have had any recourse when they basically changed their tune and said the original problems weren't their fault and they didn't have to give me anything. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Love my car, hated my experience, the salesperson, the manager.... stay away. Find a better dealership to work with.

After a horrible experience at a dealership in Rhode Island, I ended up calling Pride in Lynn, MA- who told me they could get me the car I wanted and help me register it in RI, as well as help my mother and me with the complicated process of buying/registering the car with one of the co-owners not present. Drove the 2 hours to Lynn to begin the process, and it was well worth it.Mike Squadrito worked with my mother in person and spoke with me many times over the phone to make sure everything was going smoothly- we both found him very professional, kind, and helpful. He told us he was new as a car salesman, but he worked hard to answer all our questions and solve our problems. There were a few hiccups with registering the car in RI, but it was all solved in the same visit at the DMV.Although I did not set foot in the dealership, my mother said she had a good experience. Since I had spoken to Pride over the phone first, all of the paperwork was ready for my mother to sign and was clearly marked for me when I received it by mail.We both recommend Pride in Lynn, MA and the salesman Mike!

By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Although the dealership is 25-30 miles from our house, we recently returned to Pride Kia to purchase another new car. Through e-mail contact with Don along with a follow-up call, we quickly knew it was going to be worth the drive to Pride Kia. Once at the dealership we met Mike Squadrito, who was excellent to work with. His relaxed and friendly manner made shopping for the right car easy and stress-free. We never felt any pressure to buy and once we decided upon a car we didn't feel like we had to "buy now". During the purchase and delivery process, it was clear that the dealership worked as a team. We arrived to sign the papers with little time to get everything processed in time. Everyone work with amazing efficiency to get things processed, in the right hands, and finished in time. I expected to have to come back the next day for delivery, but they made it happen. I know they were feeling the stress of the deadlines, but they did a fantastic job of keeping us at ease. The process was so easy... about 6 weeks later, we were back again. I kept in touch with Mike by e-mail and a few weeks later the Sorento I was looking for was available. The second car purchase was just as easy and stress-free as the first. We'd go back again - but with 2 new cars, I think we are set for a little while. Personal, friendly and honest.

I highly recommend the Pride Kia dealership and specially the sales consultant Mike Squadrito, he is very nice and helpfull person, they try to work with you in everything and he isn't pushy to sell to you like other dealerships I have been before. If you want to buy a car, know what you want and have a budget, they will do a great deal working around it and don't forget to look for Mike, he is the best sales person there, trust me, go there and look for yourself.I am very happy with my deal and my Kia Optima.

I went in to Pride Kia of Lynn looking to find information on leasing. I met Roe Frazier and he was able to help me right away. I was interested in test driving the Kia Soul -which they had may to choose from. I loved it! I proceeded to lease one, after getting a good trade in value for my old car.
