We were very pleased with the service we received from Hector, Luis and Albert. They were all very professional. Greatly appreciated how they treated us with respect and offered us the best deal. Luis looked high and low for the specific car with all the features we wanted. They were very straight forward with the pricing once we decided on a car. Highly recommend them if you are looking to for a car, no hassle and excellent service. Also have to thank Arnie for a quick and smooth financing transaction. Thank you so much! I would give a negative star if I could. I bought a windshield from their parts department and was told the service department will call me to schedule an appointment once the windshield arrive. Did not receive any call from them. So I called them and asked about the windshield and was told it arrived 5 days ago. So I had to call the service department and make an appointment. Got there at the appointment time and the third vendor who does their windshield installation didn’t show up. (I wasn’t told it was a third vendor installing the windshield till I try to make an appointment.) no big deal. They call the dude and he is on the way. So I got there at 10am in the morning and call them at 2pm and ask about the windshield and told it was done. Again no one called me. I had to call them. Got my truck finally with the new windshield. Just was doing a quick check and saw 3 2 inch scratch on the low left side of the window. Told the service people and was told to come back next Monday when the third vendor installer can take it look at it. When I went home I did a thorough check and notice specks of adhesive all over the front of the truck. Also, my windshield wiper fluid line was damaged and cut. Call back to the dealership and basically they are just pushing the blame on the vendor. So now I have to use my time to go and meet with this third vendor at the dealership to correct the unprofessional and lousy job that he did. What kind of dealership hires a third party vendor and just wash their hands and not take responsibility?

The service advisor wanted to charge me $20 more than what I was quoted over the phone for an oil change. He dropped it down when I mentioned this. I confirmed that an inspection would be performed given that I was concerned about my tires. The service advisor confirmed the inspection had to be completed by law. However when I picked up the car there was no inspection paper work, they told me to call the service advisor the next day and ask him for it. When I reached out to the service advisor about the inspection the next day, reminding him my concern about my tires, he said my tires were fine. I asked for a copy of the inspection again and he never replied. I hope my tires are fine since I am going on a road trip.

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Durango and had a great car sale experience at Puente Hills with Santiago…I will say that! But I absolutely did not appreciate the fact that after a month and a half of having my vehicle I received the registration and it was only valid for TWO DAYS (September 10-September12) even though registration fee was already PAID when I purchased the car (over 400$). I made sure I called as soon as I received the registration and I spoke to Justin Dobbs about it. He said a refund would be sent out to me (this was September 1) after waiting 9 days I called him back explaining to him once again that my registration expires on the 12th of this month and I still had not received my check. He went on by saying he was on vacation and that’s why it was never sent out!! If he knew he was going on vacation, I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have issued the refund sooner so that I would be able to pay my registration before the expiration date. Now my registration is expired and of course there’s no sense of urgency with them. If I get a ticket for it who’s going to have to pay? Them? Yea right… worst part is when I spoke to a woman by the name of Patty and asked if there was a manager I could speak to about the issue she said no there isn’t because Justin Dobb’s manager doesn’t accept phone calls. The customer service that has been provided to me has been totally unacceptable.

Great service from service advisor Chris Gordon. He quickly setup my appointment and took care of my needs. Addressed the backup camera I had wanted them to take a look at and setup the major tune up I wanted done. Very friendly and serviceable. Thank you!
