I normally dont write these things because i feel like nobody really pays attention to them but I had to say thank you to mayra diaz and the rest of the service team for making me feel so welcome. Mayra called me a few days back and from the start she was very accommodating to my needs. I was able to get the appointment time that I wanted and my routine maintenance done at a great price. To start off, Puente Hills Ford is awesome. My salesman Jason Doran, was very helpful from the get-go, I had called him the day before we went in to see the car I was interested in, and he answered all of the questions very thoroughly. Once we came in, he was very friendly and polite. He was also very knowledgeable about his industry, which was great because that's how he came up with the best deal for my car and situation. If you're ever looking for a car, make sure to ask for Jason Doran!

I visited Puente Hills Ford with the expectation that the XL F150 would be the best to keep my monthly payment affordable. Upon arrival, my salesman Jason ensured me that for the equipment I need at the budget, the XLT was a better truck for me. I was a little hesistant at first but after seeing that the payment was still within my budget on a better vehicle I was very grateful. Thank you Puente Hills Ford. I will see you for my first oil change.

My daughter and I went into Ford Puente Hills and the first face we saw was a guy named Chris he was very friendly. It was nice because prior to the visit I had went to a dealership in the local area Chevy of Buena Park. Not one person there was friendly. Literally no hello nothing!!! I told my daughter let's get out of here. I didn't think I could purchase the Ford Escape but David Pulido and the rest of the Ford Team made that possible I am very happy with my purchase I would definitely go back and recommend to a friend or family member. This place is amazing !My 2002 Ford Taurus had broken down, and it was time for a new car. After a few stressful days of looking, with no luck, we finally came here. So I don't really write reviews but my parents raised me to always give credit where credit is due. I came to this dealership with my two kids and honestly, I just wanted to look at what was offered for me; since I have been wanting to buy a car for some time now. When I got there, Omar was very approachable from the get-go and was very understanding of my situation. He explained the options that I had patiently and repeated twice when he realized I was lost. After an hour, my three-year-old baby started to grow impatient and was starting to throw a fit. To my surprise, Omar was kind enough to talk to him and ask about his favorite color. He went to the back of the room and brought a lollipop with him and some stickers. This guy is an angel! HE DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE. Thank you for such an amazing experience, will follow up with him when I decide on a car.

So I came in yesterday with my little ones and I was greated by a nice young lady named Brittany at the front desk, she was very kind and helpful. After waiting there for what seemed a lifetime to my kids they got restless and crancky. Brittany offered some coloring sheets and cartoons, Thank Goodness. By far best experience I've had while car shopping. Most car dealerships I've dealt with have done a great job of wasting time and giving false information but the entire customer service team here was extremely helpful and got me in and out and in the exact car I wanted in my price range and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I went here, I wish I would have gone here first instead of wasting my time at other dealerships where it just seemed like they wanted to rip me off.Customer relations manager Debbie really helped make the whole experience a whole lot easier and more positive. Went to Puente Hills Ford to look at the Ford Escape for my mom and Jose Luis Ontiveros was the sales rep that helped us. Jose Luis was great with use and went out of his way to find the right car for my mom. i serviced my focus friday and my service advisor was pretty great they did an inspection on my car after the oil change and let me know what my car needed by urgency. Didnt feel pressured to purchase anything i didnt need and i loved that. i ended up doing my front brakes and i was able to get a ride back home and back to the dealership. Then today i received a follow up call from mayra to check on how service was and i thought that was amazing because i myself had a great experience but going above and beyond and making sure EVERY customer receives the same experience is Great! this was my first time having my car serviced here but i will def be coming back.

I been there just for my 2016 explorer's oil change then I met Joanne , she is only one speak Chinese, I'm so comfortable to talk to her, she helped me to translate to the service guys and arrangement a shuttle bus to drop me and my wife to home, after they done the oil change they called me and came to pick up us... Rehan had attended a community event that I was present at and we got to talking. He was telling me about this Ford dealership and because I have been a loyal Ford customer, I thought I'd come by to check out the experience. Rehan gave me a follow up call ahead of time to set an appointment and I came in to meet with him. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the dealership and friendly people I met while waiting to meet with Rehan. I ended up purchasing a C-max to replace the aging one I had and could not be happier. This was an enjoyable experience and I am happy to have met Rehan. Excellent customer service! Full of friendly and polite staff. There wasn't a question my sales person, Omar, could not answer about my brand new 2016 Fusion Titanium! Getting into finance did take a little while, but Omar kept us company the entire time going over our manuals and warranty information. He even walked us to their service department and introduced us to Eric who gave us his business card and scheduled our first service appointment! I have to say, I was very impressed by the professionalism of this place.

We've all been through the head spinning, high pressure tactics of xxxxxxx dealers. But not here, Chris Woodhouse is definitely a breed of his own! Don't let that weenie the pooh bear demeanor fool you! This guy is a Ford encyclopedia! I went in looking for a Ford f-350 I need the hauling capabilities as I am a pig farmer. Chris when asked about the specs of the truck knew horsepower, tow capacity, might, and the sex of my unborn child! The application process was smooth and fast. I definitely expected Chris to turn to jackal once I was cooked up in his office, but he was a cordial gentleman like he was guiding his highschool sweetheart after prom. The numbers, and credit were all quick and I was off driving my new baby dory. That's our new trucks name. In no time. Great experience, would buy again! Thank you Chris for the top of the line service. P.S. I think my wife is crushing on your baby blue eyes....

He was honest, fair and added no pressure to the the experience that normally comes with buying a car. He was informed on the vehicle we were interested in and when we were done signing our documents he took the time to show us how to operate all of the features. Went there some what undecided on what I wanted but after sitting down with Omar and explaining to him what I was after and my budget he completely worked with me, he wasnt pushy like other salesman at other dealers I've been to in the past. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and I have heard of so many bad car buying experiences. I was pretty nervous at first and I'm sure Omar (my sales person) could sense it because he was very reassuring and explained everything into detail for me. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer about the Fusion. I had a very good experience here. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate when somebody goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Omar Cervantes is the guy to go see! I took my son with me to look at the Explorers and Omar made sure we felt at home. He brought my son popcorn and even some pictures with markers for him to color and stay entertained while we handled business. I am proud to say I walked out of there happy and excited to bring home my Explorer SPORT! Omar even called me the next day to make sure I was fully satisfied! I have had some bad car buying experiences. This was not one of those times.

False advertisement and lies are what await you, keep your eyes peeled for mistakes on your contract especially if they call you back because of a small mistake on the contract. THE WORST dealership I've ever walked into by far. They have yet to return my calls, I fully intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Reports, TruCar, Ford, and the local news. These people are crooks and it falls from the top down. We found a TruCar ad for a vehicle and were in contact with sales person Elaine Nasser. She assured us the price was correct online and emailed us the window sticker and wrote up a quote or "TruCar" promise. We drove 70 miles to buy the car and were told Ooops! We actually don't have th car anymore, but don't worry we will honor our promise on the same car we just need to search our inventory lot or trade with another dealer. Flash forward FIVE HOURS LATER and 4 people later. NO Deal! The Internet salesman came in and showed us a new quote on the brand new model of the car we were originally here for. He told us it was going to come out to the EXACT same price. How?! "Because we're going to earn your business it's a great deal!" Little did he know my husband is a numbers guy he quickly dismantled his proposal. He was able to get the price low because he added $4,000 down of Our money and tried to lie and say that was their rebates and incentives (We knew there was no such incentive on the year model). When we told him their promise was with Zero down he got upset and said he couldn't do that! So then where's the great deal? We're paying full price and putting thousands down??? He walked away then they pretended they couldn't locate any similar vehicles even though we found plenty on our phones. They had the nerve to insult us and our choice in cars, they tried to bully us into their expensive mustang in the showroom, we asked for the manager 5 times and weren't even given his name. Of course it isn't even on their website the receptionist didn't even want to give the managers name when I called. We left without so much as an apology! When I finally got in contact with the manager Kyvan Shaigi-Neik (kyvansatpuentehillsford.com) by email he replied "What do you want me to do?". I said, "Honor your promise." Not surprisingly I've never heard back! I took my business elsewhere and you should too. While we were there we heard an unhappy customer who sales contract was changed it was a more expensive monthly payment and she was putting more down!

Short version: Puente Hills Ford refuses to sell me a used car for the FULL PRICE listed $11,995 cash, unless I agree to buy a Limited 3 Year Paint and Interior Cloth Warranty for $500-2000 on top of listed vehicle price.Long Version: Puente Hills Ford listed a 2010 used Subaru Forester for $11,995 on autotrader. I called to check that the car listed was available for a test drive, I confirmed the price on the phone with one of the sales representatives of $11,995, and was told the car would be ready for me when I arrived. When I arrived I waited approximately 60 minutes for the staff to "find the car" they stated they had just received the car and they were unsure of where it was on their lot. I was a bit hard on the initial sales guys, giving him crap for making me wait so long because I had called an hour ahead of time to confirm and the car was ready. Well eventually they found the car, and our initial sales guy decided he didn't want to deal with me anymore so he had a younger newer sales guy help us out. So me and the young sales guy went on a test drive. Car was fine, price was fine, happy with the test drive. We now go back inside and sit down and start filling out paperwork with the younger sales guy, he offers us some "Platinum Warranty" type thing that covers paint and fabics of the car. I decline, he says that's okay he just "has to ask" because his job requires it. He then says he needs to quickly grab his boss so we can continue with the deal. So about 15 minutes later his boss comes in and again tries to sell us this "Platinum Warranty" for paint and fabric for $2000, I decline again. He states "what if we can lower to $1000 extra and your walking out the door with a warranty and the car for $13,000?". I decline again. He then gets into a long explanation on how their pricing works and that they sell cars lower price than 97% of their competition and that they make no money off the sale of a used car trying to explain that the reason its important for them to sell this "Platinum Warranty" is that without it they are losing money on the sale. I decline again. So the "boss" leaves to "talk to his manager", I sit around for another 30 or so minutes while I watch the "boss" takes a coffee break and wait for papers to print". When the "boss" comes back he brings papers showing other Subaru Foresters selling for $14,000 and that we are getting a deal for $13,000 with the warranty. I decline again to purchase the warranty. At this point I state that I will either be purchasing the car for the listed price of $11,995 or I will be walking away. The "boss" lowers the price of the "platinum warranty" again to only $500 on top of the $11,995. I state once again I will not pay a dime over $11,995 for the car, and then I ask where he is going to sale me the car for advertised price or not? He states "I am going to sell you the car for the listed price, but not without the "platinum warranty". He then states "I have the right to refuse service to anybody" and says that if he doesn't want to sell me the car for the listed price he doesn't have to. Not only was he rude but he was extremely threatening. When I tried to tell him that "I don't care how much other Foresters sell for I want it for the price its listed for on their website and on autotrader", he tells me "you need to stop talking". He became progressively more angry anytime I declined the warranty or told him I wouldnt pay more for the car.Keep in mind I am trying to pay this dealership FULL ASKING PRICE, IN CASH. But because I wont add on a "platinum warranty" they wont sell me the car. After dealing with his built up rage for roughly 30-45 minutes I eventually left without the car.

I brought my 2007 Ford Focus to the Super Ford dealership for regular maintenance; I also wanted the car checked thoroughly because my daughter will be driving it to college soon. Oscar came to help. He is one of the most professional service advisors I have met! He got everything done so quickly and made sure that I did not wait longer than necessary. He saw me standing outside waiting (by choice), and he ran to check on my vehicle inside. I told him that there was no hurry because I was enjoying being outside (the waiting room was too cold and too loud with the TV), and he said that he would check anyway. I really appreciated Oscar's thoughtfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership for service and will take in my car again when my daughter returns to visit.

I have a 2013 Ford Edge. I brought it in for oil change and check engine light. There are no ford service centers in Whittier, which is where I live. So Puente Hills was best option. There was a bit of a problem with communications between corporate and the Super Ford Dealer about the installation price i had already paid for online. I don't understand how I, the customer, had to wait an extra week for them to resolve the issue. However, my service advisor, Gerald Sanchez was a lot of help. He kept me updated with everything and tried hard to resolve the issue in the customer's favor. The dealer did a good job on the installation and even gave a complementary car wash. I would just recommend the dealer and corporate to have better communication with each other because there were problems when i bought the item and also about the pricing. Another communication problem is the fact it took a week. Why couldn't it be resolved over a phone call rather than going back and forth on email.

I have no problem with the service rendered at the dealership. I do have a problem with the pressure sensing valve stems. I have had several fail in the last year. They would leak air when I was cleaning the rims. Moving the valve stem would allow air to leak out. I was told the old method was to have the pressure sensor strapped to the rim center and it would cost over $200 to replace the sensor. I now have a $99 valve stem and pressure sensor instead of a $5 valve stem. My son's Nissan has a valve stem that is steel with O-ring seals and a nut on the outside to hold it in place a lot better solution to the problem. Too bad the Nissan steel valve stem and pressure transducers would not work on my Fords.

Took the car in at 715am on March 31st for routine service, tire rotation, and had them look at what was causing a message to come on about changing the oil. Oscar, who was familiar with the car said they would take care of everything for me. I expected that the car wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. Oscar called me at 1030am telling me that the car was ready to be picked up and that everything was completed. When I arrived to pick up the car, the cashier had everything ready for me and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. They had even washed the car for me.Excellent Customer Service!!!!

And was convinced by their friendly staff to make this my service center, even though I drive a Toyota camry. Gerald was polite and very courteous. He was overly careful about the completion of service because he told me it would take 2-3 hrs to complete the service. instead it only took 30 minutes. I had to take the shuttle instead of waiting and by the time I got home he called me that the service was done. so he had to send the shuttle back to pick me up. Not a complain.

They explained everything that needed to be done and reccommended getting new tires as mine were the original, also stated the battery was low and could use a new one. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. What I don't like is they have to try to sell me on paying more for your services that I don't think I need. I went in for a oil change, and then I was told I need a 40,000 mile check up and it's going to cost me $298, which I don't have. Then I was told that I will need a50,000 mile check up and it will cost me almost $500 to do that. I don't know if I want to come back, as I can go elsewhere and get it done much cheaper.

The control module for the blind spot indicator developed a malfunction. It took a few weeks to get the part, but when it came in I was notified and the work was done quickly. I try to stay with ford dealers, my truck stopped working about 6 or 7 miles from your location, so that is where I took it, I would have taken it to where I had purchased it if I was near there, because they have all the service history. I guess it was repaired properly, It would have been nice if they had let me know that they were going to look at my truck on that day, but they said," Friday is the earliest they could look at it" also it would have been nice if they could give me a ride home so that I could avoid a rental fee, but they said that they could not take me, because I was traveling with a shotgun, you see I was coming back from hunting in the desert. I came in with no appointment for an oil change....knowing that my tires were almost ready for the graveyard. My service advisor, Gerald Sanchez, came to deliver the sad news. He answered all my questions re price, value, wear, road noise etc and I opted for the Michelins. I ended up getting one tire for free and a $70.00 rebate thanks to Gerald's help and expertise. I went in for the maintenance service, just routine, which I do every 5000 miles, going back for 2 consecutive Explorers ('93 and 2003) and my current 2008 Edge. This service is oil change, tire rotation, inspections, etc. I was promised 1-1/2 to 2 hours, but I was told, after 2 hours, that they were just getting to it. I was there when they first opened and did not see a line of cars ahead of me. I guess they don't think that I'm that important even though I went to them from another dealer's service department went south, and I've bought 2 cars from them and done all my service there.

Excellent service. Jorge was very professional.Wifi was very fast in waiting room.Only thing was that the waiting room was Adjacent to tire shop and the smell of tires gave me headache. Possibly close the door between the tire store and the waiting room. Although, it may not help much because there were a lot of employee's foot traffic through that door.

So far so good!but waiting time too long for minor repair,even i have to wait form 9;45 am to 1;30 pm with a empty stomach since reception told me only need half an hour,hope to improve that let customer save time

After going to several Ford dealerships and on countless test drives on the Explorer i finally signed a deal on a lease.
