Everyone smiles and shakes your hand when they know you are there to finance a car. They even offer you some nice cold water. Just wait till you drive those four wheel off their lot. Everything changes. My salesman was great, no complains about him. The Parts Manager John also takes pride in his work and he truly understands what customer service is all about. Finance Manager not so great... just like every other dealer I guess. Director of Customer Relations is the worst one their. Apparently this dealership does not have a GM. First time I've heard that. Most of Service Department Service Advisers look like they don't want to be there. I did speak to one Service adviser and he was pretty cool. Didn't get his name though.

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new car. Peter Beltran was a fantastic sales associate to work with and was thorough in his explanation of the vehicle we were interested. He took us on a test drive that gave us an adequate opportunity to test out the features and feel of the car. Peter kept in contact with us periodically over the next few weeks as we did research and test drove other comparable options. Ultimately we decided the Hyundai Tucson was the car for us and peter helped make the buying process smooth and painless. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating as we waited to be pre-qualified and sign all the final purchase paperwork with the finance department. The fresh popped popcorn and cold bottled water was a bonus!

The dealership is similar to all of them in terms of selling you a vehicle you want and need. The True Car person was very personable. But once they have your cheque (if they can find it...they lost the one the credit union sent them by fedex even though it was signed for!) they couldn't care less for any concerns and needs. In our case we needed them to send something to DMV so we could get it licensed. A week and a half later they still wouldn't return our calls, let alone supply us with the necessary information. Don't expect service once you've signed the papers...you're dead to them then:) Like the car though....Hyundai Sonata....shop around for a good dealer:)

About a week ago I stopped at the Puente Hills Hyundai, not thinking I was going to drive off the lot with car, I was originally only going to look. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for from Joseph Chahine. He showed me a few cars that I wasn't interested in at first, but still insisted to show me more till I found one I liked and sure enough I found a car that I absolutely love! Joseph showed me everything there was to know about the car, inside and out. He was really a big help and I wasn't there for a long time at all. I was very satisfied with the service I got from the employees!

The representatives listened to what I wanted and tried working with what I wanted, but were open and honest about what they could and could not do. They did suggest another vehicle which was the same vehicle in a non hybrid version. They tool the time to go over what they could do and what cost difference would be between the two versions and overall the vehicle they presented made me sense to go with.

I went in there with a difficult situation. A 2 door car that was very deep in negative equity, as I had only had it for a year and a half. I didn't think I was going to be able to get into a 4 door car, which I need because I'm expecting my first child. Everyone went out of their way to not only overcome my objections and obstacles, but they made sure I didn't downgrade when purchasing. They listened to my needs and gave me that and then some. This was the fourth car I have purchased in my life and by far the best EXPERIANCE I have had. The staff was very helpful and well inform and made the process very quick (surprisingly) and easy. I was able to walk out of the dealership with a lower interest rate loan then what I walk in with, the car I was interested in, price I was looking for and i did not have to spend hours to complete the purchase.

Cesar Rocha is an exceptional salesperson, in that he is straightforward, polite, and very customer oriented. By that I mean he actually cares more about giving the customer what she/her wants, rather than getting one more sale figure to bring home the bacon/commission. I cannot say the same for his supervisor though. Ask for Cesar Rocha, but watch out for his supervisor.

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. We had an appointment scheduled for 10/15/2015 at 7:30 PM with the fleet manager. We had a confirmation email with the details of the purchase with the amount of the vehicle already agreed upon. When we arrived at the dealership, Ferry was not there. The incredibly rude and completely unprofessional desk man blew us out like we were walk-ins off the street. We were told it was impossible to sell the vehicle at the agreed upon price of $17900 and the car would be $19500 at the lowest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. The dealer actually did me a favor as I purchased the same vehicle at another dealer for a better price with the customer service experience that Hyundai expects from their dealerships.

I initially went to WIN Hyundai but was not impressed by the pressure so I ended up going to Puente Hills Hyundai. It took me longer than I expected because the guy (Yasser Soliman) who was helping me was helping too many clients at the same time. It should have only lasted 2 hours because I knew what I wanted, did the True Car deal, and didn't even do the test drive BUT it took me almost 5 hours.

I rated this Dealership with 1 star in each category to show poor because there isn't any other option to rate it with a negative score. My entire purchase experience at Puente Hills Hyundai was extremely dissatisfying. The fleet & finance teams at Puente Hills Hyundai were unprofessional, misleading and unethical. I was conned into leasing the car by the fleet manager (Yasser Soliman) when I clearly stated my intended purpose was to purchase the vehicle. When the negotiated price did not translate into the final contract, I asked the finance manager (Alan Zheng) to answer my questions concerning the final lease price. Zheng summoned Soliman to reassure me that the numbers were correct and that I was getting a good deal. I was told the non-discussed higher price shown on the contract was for DMV reporting only. I was deceived into leasing the vehicle at a much-higher-never-discussed price and with unreasonable lease mileage. There are also other charged items on this contract that are not explained. I am a heavy commuter at around 20K miles annually; I was in shock to be treated in such manner and unfairly at this dealership. I revisited the dealership to express my dissatisfaction of this unfair contract. I was only offered a 4 year maintenance package, changed the leasing mileage from 10K to 15K & $1K reduction in the residual value by Soliman. I do not wish to have another person to be treated unethically by Puente Hills Hyundai. I will be sure to share my horrifying car purchasing experience at Puente Hills Hyundai with my friends, family, church communities and social media.

After calling/visiting several other Hyundai dealerships looking for my Veloster, I finally found one that was willing to get it for me. There weren't too many Vitamin C colored Velosters left in Southern California, so you can imagine it was hard to find. Every dealership I spoke to was either desperate or indifferent to my situation. Some salespeople (not at Puente Hills) would badmouth other Hyundai dealerships so that I wouldn't bother calling them. Others would tell me to wait while they were supposedly making phone calls. I walked up to one of the salespeople and caught him browsing the web, and when I asked him about the car, he said "oh yeah", and got up to supposedly make a call. They all made it clear that the only Veloster left with the specifications I wanted was very far (over a hundred miles away). Enter Sonny at Puente Hills Hyundai. Not only did Sonny call me to make sure I wanted the car, but he negotiated with the dealership that had it to get it over to Puente Hills for me. This was done in a matter of 24 hours. I was very pleased with the experience. Oh, not to mention that Sonny rode in the car with me to get the papers to my cosigner (40 minutes away), who was unable to make it to the dealership. Reasons why I awarded the start as such:Customer Service: 5-Self explanatoryQuality of Work: 4-The car was delivered with a very rushed car wash, but still relatively cleanFriendliness: 4-Although Sonny, Hanzel, and the receptionist were all nice and cool to me, there were two salespeople on the floor that were giving me funny looks while looking at one of the cars inside. I didn't feel too comfortable. Didn't feel too good. Price: 4-The dealer knew it was the only car of its kind, and that I was set on it, so they named their price and didn't budge at all. However, the price was decent considering the perks, such as the Car washes for life and unlimited nitrogen for my tires. Overall Experience: 4-Just an average of the stars!I'd go here if I was you

They botched the financing, and then had to send someone out to have me resign the papers. They actually wanted to send someone out to me to pick me up in a car and then drive me to Puente Hills and then drive me back. The original price that I had settled on with the dealer over the phone was manipulated when I came to this dealership, and I was not permitted to sign a contract with the dealership that I had in writing prior to coming in.

We had a good experience working with Yasser Soliman and Ceasar Rocha on Saturday, July 25th. It was unfortunate that I had to bring the car back in on Monday, July 27th due to an extreme case of fallout effecting the quality of the exterior paint and glass. However, Levit Perez, in the Service Department, was very helpful in trying to clean the fallout/residue/dirt from the exterior paint and glass. Hopefully there will no further issues, in particular to the exterior paint and windows, due to this issue.

I really like the no haggle pricing. What i didn't like was they did not have a turbo veloster on the lot for me to test drive. Even though i made an appointment to buy the vehicle. I test drove the non turbo one which was not the one i was purchasing. They had to deliver the turbo one from long beach. Was at the dealer for like 4 hours, longer than what i wanted to stay. There was a young guy there name Cesar that went with me to test drive the vehicle and showed me some of the features of the car, he did an excellent job. I liked the dealer, everyone was really friendly.

Good luck test driving here when you tell the sales man that you are not buying today!That is what happened to us when we visited PH Hyuday on Jan. 31, 2015.We wanted to test drive Santa Fe GLS Premium. We were greeted by Manny or Ronnie. I couldn't make his name clearly.He showed us Santa Fe we wanted. We asked if we can test drive. He asked "are you buying today?" We said in couple of months. He answer "I am waiting for a customer" I asked can someone else help with test drive?" Manny says "I will get someone else" and walks away. No one shows for next 20 minutes. We are pissed and started to walk toward our car to drive away. Our car was parked in front of the dealer. We see several sales man just laughing but did not care about us leaving. We didn't even get a look from them. Obviously, they were told by Manny to not waste a breath since we are not buying today. DO NOT TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT BUYING!!!!.They will treat you like a..ummm... "NOTHING"I won't be getting a car from MANNY or any other PH Hyudai sales person.

I live out of state and sent an inquiry via email, i was sent an email that was common to everyone. After explaining that I have purchased several cars online in the last couple of years, including 3 in S, CA, and if we agreed on numbers I would be out for delivery in 2 days. I received multiple emails about everything thing except the answers to my questions, I don"t believe that I have ever encountered such a nonresponsive dealership. If I were the dealer I would be embarrassed by these employees. I am glad that i stopped the brain damage before i bought. Save yourself the damage and go somewhere else.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

I was greeted by a really up beat, very friendly young man by the name he said was Jr. I really didn't think my chances were that great to actually drive away with a very good used 2011 Chevrolet, but this guy showed me love, respect and a real concern for my immediate need for transportation. He pulled his sale team together to work with and me and made it happen. I was really impressed with Lonnie Jr I got what I wanted because of his hard work and positive personality. I was so happy with him and his sales team that I will definately buy there again and recommend him to all of my friends and family. Unfortunately, I have to pick at least one star otherwise I would have gave them zero!Horrible, Horrible, and just Horrible customer sales experience ever!This dealer is only 3 miles away from my house but after today's experience I will drive 50 miles away and will pay even more to others but will not be coming or calling or recommending this dealer to anyone including my enemies!Please note that my experience is based upon one SALES individual name JUSTIN on the phone. Please also note that this was my first time ever to call this dealer.Ok, so I called this dealer today because I am shopping for a car and need to buy it either this weekend or the next one. I had the quote from the other dealer and wanted to shop around to see if someone else might even have a better deal for me. So after giving all the necessary information to this guy, I right away noticed a big attitude and rudeness problem. I was so right about this because this guy turned out to be a real jerk!He asked me if I already have a quote and I said yes. He then told me that what ever lowest price I have from others, he can either match or beat that price as long as its documented and I can show it to him. At that point, I told him that I do not need to produce any document because the lowest price is already listed on one of the dealer website. He then said that there will not be a problem for him to match or beat that as long as he can verify that online. This is where the real problem started.Please also note that from this point, this idiot started yelling and shouting at me and proved that he is very unfriendly.At this moment, I didn't feel comfortable with his "too good to be true" answer in terms of price matching answers and told him if he can go online and verify this low price that I am talking about. Keep in mind that until this moment he has never bothered to ask me about the low price that I already have.OMG he started to argue with me that he can trust me and will match the price or beat it and no need for him to look at online! I then told him again to not trust or believe me and instead just go online and verify this low price while I hold on the phone. Simple thing that I ask him to do that doesn't even take more than 2 minutes and yet he was arguing and shouting at me who was a brand new serious customer that needs a car right away!I also told him that the reason I want him to do that is because this is what the dealers say on the phone just to get the customer come in to the dealer and then started to make excuses on how they cannot match the price because of some fine prints or other crappy reasons etc.He continued with his loudness and kept going as far as telling me "What did I tell you earlier..." "Didn't I tell you more than 3 times already......"At one point he then lied to me that he is already looking at the price online to which I told him that I didn't even give him the dealer name so where online is he looking at? Since he was busted at the spot with his lies, right away he became much more aggressive and instead told me that I am lying to him :)Trust me guys and gals, I am telling you exactly what happened as it is still fresh in my mind. Some of you might not believe but what ever I have said so far is all true and honest comments.BTW, did I already mention that pretty much the whole time this guy was keep interrupting and would not let me finish?Things just didn't end here. At this moment I had enough of this ridiculous guy and told him that I want to speak with someone else. You would not believe what he said to me. Here is his exact words;"Absolutely not! I am the manager here!" WOW! Just WoW! I did not believe my ears when I heard that. I hung up right away after his answer!This guy definitely needs to be demoted if not fired. Also, a full basic customer service course is what he needed as well!Just amazing to see on what kind of staff, who claim to be a manager, this dealer has who has no respect, courtesy, or friendliness to a brand new first time customer like me! How can I think about this dealer for any future purchase or for recommending it to others? Looks like I am not alone in terms of their horrible customer service after reading reviews from other Yelpers.Like I said, my experience was based on a guy name JUSTIN at SALES department who claim to be a manager. This dealer may have other good people working in there but needless to say that this dealer will not get any of my business for sure regardless!One thing for sure I want to say is that if you get this guy on the phone or at the location for anything, just run as fast as you can unless you want to ruin your day or want to have problem later!

Two phone calls to this dealer and i knew i would never do business with them. The first salesman i spoke with was outrageously unprofessional and never did call me back with an answer to my question. 2nd call I asked for sales manager and got the same unprofesional attitude (it starts at the top!), as well as the opportunity to hear a vulgar conversation between a disgruntled employee and his colleague in the background. When i commented on the language being used the sales manager simply screamed to his employees "I'm on the phone" When there are so many good people out there looking for jobs, what does it say about this dealership when they put up with this??!

We were in and out of the dealership in 1 1/2 hours after paperwork and all done. Frank (financial guy) is REALLY great too. thank you for a good experience. It was a big mistake to do any kind of business with people who have never been honest, truthful or kept their word during and after the whole process of purchasing this car. I was promised a navigation and rear view camera to be installed in car. A week later, I call into the service department the day before my appointment. I wanted to confirm my appointment only to find out that Fred had never set up the appointment in the first place. To make matters worse, the service guy tells me that the Eclipse Navigation isn't compatible with my vehicle. At that point, I was unhappy to hear that not only did Fred fail to make the appointment but also promised me a product that was not even compatible with my car. As a consumer, I have never pre paid for a product only to be told multiple times that I would be getting a different product from the original that was promised. Nor have I agreed to receive a product without any knowledge of what I'm about to get. I felt that Fred getting frustrated and raising his voice at me was extremely unfair when all I wanted was to know what kind of product he was about to deliver. He made me wait half a day in great anxiety to finally disclose the products brand name and model number. Once again, when I did my own research, this navigation called U-Navi was cheaper than the original product. Despite the price difference, it didn't seem like I had any other choice but to agree and get this navigation installed. When asked about the rear view camera, Fred again starts to yell at me in great frustration about how that was never part of the deal. At this point, I was done dealing with Fred. I was constantly getting yelled out by the salesman who sold me the car and it was not right in any business sense to receive such treatment. All I wanted was to get the two products I had previously paid during the initial signing of the contract. Now I'm being treated poorly by getting yelled at just because of Fred's incompetence and lack of knowledge about the navigation. Who does business this way? When I tried for 2 weeks to get a hold of the GM, I would keep getting my calls transferred to different people who are just in sales. I tried leaving a message with the GM's assistant Sherice who also promised to call me back within an hour to set up the appointment. I have never heard back from Sherice that afternoon. I tried calling back only to get Sherice's voicemail. I left 3 messages in her voicemail box but have never heard back from her. I was never able to get a hold of the GM no matter how desperately I tried for two weeks.My issue was finally handed over to Kelly who was the Product Specialist. Before going into the dealership, she had promised some monetary compensation if I had decided NOT to unwind the whole deal. Because she gave me this option of unwinding the deal, I went into the dealership to speak with her. She told a completely different story once I was IN the dealership and gave a very clear cut decision of not giving me any monetary compensation. She said that because I'm getting the rear view camera and the navigation, there was no other room to give me back any other compensation. She then made a inappropriate comment..."Do you want that to come out of my paycheck?" and proceeded to walk out out of the office to go home complaining how tired she was after working so much that day. Even though I continued to sit there because I was extremely unhappy with the whole situation, she wouldn't try and resolve anything with me. All she did was show me a Youtube video of how my Navigation would look like and in the end tried to push me out of her office. The way I was mistreated by Kelly was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. When I tried to explain to her about the way I was yelled at by Fred and lied about the test drive, she calmly said that these things happen and it was very acceptable. She even stated that sales people don't always know what kind of cars are out in the lot when they first come into work so they end up telling customers that those vehicles are not available. Whether this is true or not, it still doesn't justify why I was lied and denied to test drive while another family was given that opportunity. She also stated that sales people are there to just sell cars. Both Kelly and Fred admitted to having no knowledge about Navigations. How can you attempt to sell the Navigation and promise the customer to deliver a certain product if you don't even know what you're selling? Why did Fred sell and promise me a product when he knew nothing about what he wa selling? It was not right for Fred to lie and promise just to earn his commission. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, immature and rude people who think that this kind of business practice is acceptable. All they care is selling and making commission off the customers and turning their backs on you after the deal is over. In my case, the deal was not over because they had no clue which product to install and even refused to give me the rear view camera saying that this was never part of the deal! Dealing with Kelly and Fred was completely frustrating and outrageous. I would give them a negative rating for their nonexistent customer service, lack of knowledge over the product they sold and having to lie and yell at a paying customer just because they didn't know how to do their jobs correctly.

I purchased a CPO 2009 Genesis from this dealer. I found the vehicle on Cars.com. I talked with Sheri on the phone and she introduced me to Ralph when I arrived at the dealership. Ralph handled the sales negotiations which included a trade-in. I also met with Vincent regarding some of the details on this CPO purchase. Justin handled the finance paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. We arrived at an agreed on final price quickly without drawn-out negotiation. I would say, I am not the easiest person to please in this regard, but feel good about the experience that I had to the point that I am writing my first "social media" contribution with this post!

Found a used vehicle on CARS.com that I was interested in. I talked with Sheri on the phone and when I visited the dealership she introduced me to Ralph. He handled the negotiations and sale. Great straigh-up honest experiece. I worked with Vince to iron out some details as I was buying a CPO vehicle. Justin handled the DMV/Financial paperwork. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, courteous and professional. I wouldn't say I am the easiest person to please in this regards, but I was impressed. Enough, that I am contributing my first "social media" comments with this post!!!
