The excellent customer service provided by Sal. While waiting for the work on our car to be done, we wanted to get some food. Sal was kind enough to offer us a ride back and forth. Jason got us to and from the restaurant safely and with a smile. We also loved the fact that the service for our car was done within estimated time.

I liked that I was acknowledged when I pulled up for service. I was helped right away. Sal set up my appointment for me and had my information ready to write the order. He offered me coffee. He was on top of everything. Communicated well to me. And was very helpful. Everything seemed to run smoothly from start to finish.

Sal in the Service Department always asks about concerns I might have about my vehicle. He always goes far and beyond to regarding the care of my car, he always makes me feel good and secure when I'm driving my car. He always makes sure to let me know what was the car serviced on. He also reminds me to check my car on time so I don't have major problems on the car.

Jeffery Kou is a great asset to your dealership. I chose to deal with your dealership because Jeffery was able to communicate with me via email weeks in advance before even stepping into the dealership for a test drive. To be honest, I went to the Mitsubishi Global website and just submitted a request for a quote from 5 different dealerships and out of the 5, only 1 was able to answer all my questions. That one was Puente Hills Mitsubishi. And that one person is Jeffery. Jeffery responded to me with answers to my questions, whereas, the other 4 dealships kept on trying to call me (while i was too busy working, myself, to even answer a call from an unknown party, but i also requested that I'd be contacted via email only) or send me generic emails telling me how i should call them and they can tell me about the new incentives and so on. Jeffery from Puente Hills Mitsubishi was different. No matter what time it was, when I wrote him an email by the end of the day, he'd write back answering my every question and also inform me about other matters concerning the can in question. So just via email, I developed a good relationship with Jefferey for about two weeks even before I even stepped into the dealership to meet him for the first time and test drive my future car.So on that day, surprisingly when we met it was really easy to talk to him because it was like meeting any other friend. And being friends just made it so easy for me to explain my concerns and listen to what he had to say when we closed the deal on the same day.

I initially spoke to Paul to schedule an appointment but Sal (Saler) were the one that ended up helping me. I like the fact that both Sal and Paul were very professional and friendly, and most importantly, provided me with an explanation of services that my auto needed without giving me the craps (pardon my language) that i usualy get because of my female gender. I also liked the fact that Sal followed though with a call to let me know that a replacement part was available.

Sal was courteous, helpful and considerate during my visit. It was a drop-in to see if my motor vehicle could received routine maintenance and he accommodated my request. Sal demonstrates superior customer service and this is something that I appreciate. Additionally, the lady working at the cash register was polite and cordial.

Whenever I visit the dealership for service, I am always met by Sal, service manager, who, without fail, diligently diagnoses the issue or writes down my personal request (synthetic oil change, air filter, etc). The service is then performed by their top technicians; this time it was Bill, whodid an exceptionally clean job in expeditiously completing the task. This is exactly why I have brought all my cars to this dealership since 1994. (20 years) I have owned Mitsubishi cars & SUVs since 1987, and there is simply nothing better out there in both appearance and mechanics.

After submitting my interest in a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, I was contacted by the dealer within 15 minutes. I went down to Puente Hills Mitsubishi after I got off the phone with them. The truck I was looking at was not able to be financed, but they had a 2005 Dodge Ram that I also looked at and test drove. After about 3 hours, I drove off with the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 after trading in my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. The people at Puente Hills Mitsubishi were very professional, and made things very easy for me in trading my truck for the one I drove off with. It was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my adult life. Thanks to those at Puente Hills Mitsubishi for making this a smooth transaction, and thanks to Cars.com for providing an excellent service to find great vecles for sale.

I guess everyone has their own opinion as to what is or is not great service but I found the sales person, Terry, to be very honest and up front before deciding to purchase the car. Never was there any pressure to buy the car and Terry went above and beyond what I have experienced before while purchasing a car. All numbers were explained in detail and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes.

My experience at mitsubishi puente hills was far from satisfactory. First off they advertised a car as a different trim then what it really was and refused to go down on the price after i pointed it out. and even after talking to the manager and getting the price dropped a little the finance manager tried to sell me the car at regular price while playing it off that he was giving me the deal. if it wasn't for me asking a lot of questions, seriously a lot of questions they kept trying to stray away from the issue but after a lot of arguing he finally came back with the papers that proved he was lying. I would have never found out that the vehicle was still being sold to me at the same price if i were to just have believed what they where saying.(very sneaky people!) and after telling the finance manager that the manager of the dealership agreed to the lower price he still refused to change the price and the other manager was no were to be found. bottom line there sneakiness forced me to walk out on them but i suggest you don't even waste your time unless you wanna cheated out of your money.

Everyone there was very nice but watch for excessive dealer prep chargers when you are doing the paperwork. They got us don't let them get you. refuse to pay
