This is our 2nd purchase in the past 2 years. Both our sons have also purchased their vehicles here.Both my husband and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Mitsubishi. We just happened to get an extra bonus when carl approached us. Carl did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with our purchase, but that it was EXACTLY what we wanted. No pressure to buy, just simple and to the point. Carl was professional and patient with us. he nerve acted like a "salesman", just a well informed expert at his job... We would recommend carl and the whole team to our friends and family.. Thanks Quakertown Mitsubishi, you've done it AGAIN!!!! See you in 4 years for our next adventure, hope your still there carl!!!

I went to this dealership just looking around to find a car for my daughter. I was so impressed with the Outlander I ended up leasing one for myself. Brad was my salesman. He was educated about the car and the improvements on the 2016 model. He listened to my needs and fit me into the right car. The Manager, Gabriel was easy to work with as well and was willing to listen to my concerns. This was my first lease and Gabriel was willing to walk me through all of my questions. The Finance Manager Allan was also a pleasure to work with and not pushy at all. All three of the employees I dealt with did not give me the feeling of being taken advantage of and never made me feel like I was being duped. I LOVE my Outlander, I could not be happier with the way it handles, ease of use and the mileage is fantastic. I would recommend this Dealership and Brad to anyone that is looking for a car.

I found my dream car here a 2010 Chevy Malibu. Found the car on a used car website and went to check it out. Price at used car website was for slightly less than their website and they honored the lower price. No fault of Quakertown Mitsubishi for the price glich. My sales consultant James Hagar was very helpful in the transaction and helped the process run smoothly. Allen Petchonka was a great help as well. Everyone was very nice and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a cars and prices in mind, and they quickly narrowed my choices down to the final result. Dan Lawrence was great to work with; up front, honest and good communication. I traveled further than three other Mitsubishi dealers closer to my home. Quakertown Mitsubishi had the best stock available. I have purchased 3 cars from Quakertown Mitsubishi. I am on my second Outlander and love it. I shopped around for other SUV's but found the Outlander offered more, had a much nicer interior and drove great and it had a better price for all that you get with it than any other SUV I looked at. The upgrades are impressive for the news 2016 model. I have worked with Carl Vorhauer for every car I have purchased there and recommend him as well. He is very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and he always goes out of his way for you. I've also worked with Gaberial C and he is the same way. They ensured I got the best deal possible. The service staff here is extremely knowledgeable, they are willing to do whatever you need and are always available. The entire Quakertown team provides excellent support. I bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport back in April 2013 and loved the car and had the greatest experience with Carl Vorhauer and company. Of all the dealerships I dealt with during the few months I was car shopping they definitely were the best. They didn't harass me or bug me when I first pulled into the lot like most dealerships do. Carl simply said take a look around and let me know if you have any questions and he let me do my thing. So I walked into Quakertown Mitsubishi last week to get a routine oil change and they offered me such a great deal on my car with a trade in that I just couldn't resist. The process was quick and painless and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. So if you're in the market for a new vehicle go visit Carl and their team and they will take real good care of you.

****Edited based on contact with the dealer. They resolved the issue and ordered me the part on the "we owe". I have updated the review to reflect the interactions with the service manager who was extremely helpful. I have also taken into consideration the help provided on initially leasing the car. If they would have followed up immediately they would have a 5 star review.****I leased a 2015 Mitsubishi Evo in late July. They didn't have the second key at the time and created a "we owe" document that clearly stated that they owe me a key. Since then I have emailed and called many times and have had no contact from the sales person Lou. I am not sure if they have it, need to order one, or even care that I don't have a key.Do yourself a favor, if you value service go to another dealer because once the sale is made they will not contact you about issues. I will say that the service manager did get back to me right away with a question about the trans.

This dealership says that they have a good approval rate. I don't see how that is when the sales manager wouldn't even do an appraisal on my trade in nor even try 2 help me get in2 a used car. He actually had the nerve 2 say 2 me that they can't help me unless I come up with a substantial amount of money 4 the down payment. I will give all bad reviews about the whole peruzzi company since I also had a bad experience at peruzzi toyota also. So I went 2 Bennett Toyota on Lehigh St in Allentown. My experience was the best that I ever had with any dealership. If anyone decides 2 read this n is looking 4 a cat go there and ask for Tom Robinson. He is great. He will listen 2 what u r looking 4 n line up a few cars 4 u 2 look at. No pressure. So since peruzzi didn't want to help me I now have a 2012 toyota corolla s n a 2012 toyota rav 4 from Bennett. I visited this dealership in September after seeing an ad online about getting a new Mitsubishi SUV here for $99 a month. I have had some horrible experiences with some other Mitsubishi dealerships in the area so this was a last ditch attempt. I am SO GLAD I came! Everyone there was really friendly, very very nice, very welcoming and very interested to help me with the many questions I had about buying a new 2015 Outlander! They were not pushy at all. I was made to feel like someone very special! The Manager even offered me Pizza and Coffee! and they were very kind, patient with my 3 rammy kids!! This is the first car dealership and first car buying experience where I have ever felt this way! I have picked out my new Outlander after much patient and expert advice from Derek and Mark. Everything, even down to that last detail was handled quickly, professionally and politely! Mark and Derek searched through 3 states for the specific Outlander I wanted and in the end Mark gave me his personal 2015 Mitsubishi Dealer demo Outlander which had the specifications I wanted!!! Originally I was going out to buy a 4 door sedan and was looking for a Suburu Impreza because I wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Can you believe I couldn't find one in Allentown or Telford. As I was going through Quakertown, I remembered the Lancer we bought for our daughter was also available with 4 wheel drive. I pulled in to Peruzzi Mitsubishi and met the salesman Chuck. At first the only Lancers we saw on the lot were white and black - of which I didn't want either color. Chuck went outside and found a silver Lancer loaded with more equipment than I was looking for; heated seats, rear view camera, serious xm! I drove the vehicle and was very pleased. We went back inside and Chuck had my 2006 Nissan evaluated for it's value and came back with an offer. I made a counter offer which Chuck accepted. I have had the Lancer for about 4 months now and am very pleased with the car and the car buying experience with Chuck and Peruzzi! Great dealership and salesman!

I bought a car that I found on the internet from this dealership. I have done this 4 other times. This dealership lies, doesn't return calls, and are inept!!! I tried to work with the Sales Manager after the sales man and the finance manager did not respond to my questions and phone calls. He is just as bad. It took me 6 weeks to get my car!

Bought a used jeep from Joe Barder, excellent salesman, who tried very hard to uphold the terms of the sale. Joe called us and said the car would be ready by day agreed, but could not find the radio that someone had stole it and they were ordering one and would have it in a few days. When we hadn't got a call that it was ready, we called Joe and he said that his manager Carl Vorhauer and General Sales Mgr Mark Ferguson wouldn't sell the car on the negotiated price with a radio. Joe Barder quit over the transaction. When we went to the dealership, they told us that they called us several times, which is untrue as we have a cell and house phone with answering capabilities. They also had the jeep back on the lot for sale at a $1500.00 price increase before we had even negated the sale. When confronted both managers got hostile and, arrogant .

After a rough start with this dealership, they have come up in their standards and have improved in customer satisfaction. Especially this customer. I always give the benefit of the doubt and they really have tried to make me feel at home and fix all and any issues that I have experienced. Which were not many. These guys blew my mind from the moment I walked in the door!!! Being a young driver just starting out with poor credit usually makes it hard to purchase a good car at a dealership for a reasonable price, but these guys made it happen! I am absolutely in love with my Mazda 6 and these guys and they took good care of it for me, new tires, brakes, inspection, and they cleaned it up so great its still shiny and smells like soap. I was greeted with huge smiles from every person I saw, and they were as excited as I was. These guys are magicians and worked around every issue that came up, banks, loans, insurance, everything no one wants to deal with, and got my payments down to what I could afford on a low budget. Sean is an extremely professional salesperson, and John, Dave, and Ricardo were helping the entire time even though I wasn't there designated customer. John, one of the managers, gave me a gift with my purchase. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and as I show off my shiny new (used) car purchase to everyone I see, I tell them all about my awesome experience at my one and only dealership! You just don't easily find people that are that excited about selling cars, and working with customers to make sure they can afford it. You guys just made a customer for life 5 stars to everyone!!!!! Carl the Sales Manager is not truthful and a total NON_PROFESSIONAL.I called the dealership to confirm a vehicle listed on the web was still available and was transferred to Carl. Asked him directly is the Honda was still there and he replied absolutely. I informed him I had a 30 mile to his site and he again stated no problem and expected to see mein less than 1 hour. After arrival at the site--met with Carl and stated I wanted to see the Honda. He stated he had to make a phone call to check and came back and said the vehicle had been sold at another site!!!!I questioned how could that be based on our conversation of less than 1 hour. His reply was --you know how many calls we get saying customers will be right down. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL.!!! I continued to ask if that is how they treat their customers and his reply wasGET OUTTA HERE!!!I was amazed at the experience and contacted the General Manger to complain about the POOR Customer Interaction but NO REPLY form the Management. That reinforces the culture of Peruzzi--they don't care about customers.There are many reputable Professional car people around whose word can be relied upon.

From the moment I got there I was shown great customer service. Tom greeted me at the door. I came because I got a card in the mail from John Little regarding my car and John asked Tom to assist me. He was really pleasant and explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was really friendly in there not what I was expecting from a car dealership. I thought all the car dealership wanted to do was push cars and not care about the customers but this is certainly not true about this place. He even followed up with me to see if everything was going okay with the car and was I satisfied. I never had that when I purchased a car before I was really pleased with the customer service I received.

The truck I brought was not a bad price it was a great price but they did not want to do any of their warranty work so I had to pay to get all the work done from another shop and had to pay 900 out of my pocket the truck was complete rusted witch is my fault if I would have saw I would have not have brought it that cost 1500 to get fix at after three months the transmission went that was another 2000 the truck was a money pit

These guys are fantastic!! I purchased an Outlander Sport 2011 AWD SE. I used Truecar.com and they totally worked with me on everything I needed. I travelled from New York to buy from this dealer. They were willing to work with me on the phone before I drove to them. Jason the manager is the one who picks up the phone 80% of the time, this makes a difference compared to other dealers (the manager actually cares!) . The managers at Route 44 Mitsubishi, and Paramus Mitsubishi were useless compared to Jason at Peruzzi.Jason was straight on the phone and understood that I did not want to make the 2 hour drive unless a deal could be made. Rob my salesman was very professional and knowledgeable and knew virtually all the features of the car. The whole process was done in a very pleasant and clear manner with no pushing by Rob. They will work with you on what you need. The finance manager Jay was great and wanted to work with my budget. I wasted so much time working with all the other New York/ New Jersey dealers. I will work with them again for my next car purchase. Overall, best price, trade in, customer service, straight forward and not pushy. Of all the 7 dealers I spoke with they earned my service. Well done guys this is what car buying should be like!!

I took my car there to have my a/c checked as it was blowing hot air. I was told the freon was low and need to have it refilled. I believe they also added some dye to check for leaks. I was charged about 200 dollars for this. Now 2 weeks later the a/c was blowing warm air again! I took it back to them and after all the diagnostics they told me they did not find any leaks and were not sure what happened. There recommendation was the a/c system itself was old (the car's only 5 yrs old!) and that it had to be replaced. Their quote was $3500! So I took it to another service center for a second opinion. They told me the freon was low but no major leaks. They refilled it for about $100. And I did not see the freon problem again and its been over 2 months now. Now, I called back Peruzzi Mitsubishi to complain about their service. They refused to acknowledge their fault. All they had to say was, "We are not sure what the other dealer did different". If all they know is recommend replacing the entire system (a/c in this case) to their customers, then they shouldn't be doing business! I am definitely not going back there!

I was very impressed by my experience at this dealership. Coming from NJ, I had limited options. The local NJ Mitsubishi dealerships were rated very poorly. I decided to try Peruzzi Mitsubishi near Oxford Valley Mall. I could not have hoped for a better experience!I have had great relationships with past dealers, namely Hamilton Imports with Mazda. However, I was disappointed in the recent Mazda offerings. I had decided on a Lancer, but hadn't chosen a dealer. While the quality of the car is important, the quality of dealer is even more so. This is especially the case when you have an extensive warranty. I want to trust the people who will be working on my car for 5 years +. I was greeted by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesperson named Will. He didnt try to pressure me, or overtly try to sell me. We shared an automotive enthusiast perspective. He was prepared and receptive. Honestly though, the car sold itself. I have purchased many Mazdas. However, this generation of Lancers provides a more satisfying experience while offering distinctive styling and options. I was equally impressed by the vehicle's traits and the dealerships commitment. Purchasing a new vehicle is a long term commitment. While not as involved as a home, its an equally involved and important purchase. Making sure you have selected the best vehicle and dealer can be frustrating. Your long term commitments are closely tied with your dealer. Ensuring an optimum experience, both personally and financially, is extremely important. If you require an attentive and dedicated organization when choosing a new vehicle, look no further than Peruzzi dealerships. They only stand by the best cars. Thats why I love my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS!

This was a great used car experience. They listened to my needs and helped me find the right car. It was a new car expereince at a used car lot. I got Free lifetime state inspection as well as other perks and Derek, my salesperson, did a great job. Also, Ray, the finance guy, got me a good rate and the payment I was looking for. Price was good, but I alway feel like I could do a little better, but they were very fair. No regrets. Great people, great car, good price.

They have done a great job with the new building and the people are great. I got a good deal on a very nice Honda Pilot and a great interest rate. They even beat my credit union. I look forward to their service department opening and hope that it is as good as their sales department. My slaesperson, Ben, was very helpful and knew a lot about the Pilot. I would absolutly buy from them again. I think the earlier negative reviews were before the new management and staff took over. You should stop in and give them a try.

It has been almost two months since I purchased the car, but I still didn't get the title and the registration form. I called several times, they either told me that they will call me back and didn't call back OR they said that I should get the forms within a few days and I didn't get. Recently, I talked to the police department and Penndot to ask if the registration is being processed, they told me that it is not. So I don't know how many more times I should call them.

Bought an Xterra from there. They were willing to work with me every way possible. Pricing, Trade, Financing, and so on. They followed up after the sale and was always there after the sale. I needed a 2nd key for the car and they got one cut for me and the salesmen even paid for it.

Do not let service building appearance set your mood. Service personnel is knowledgeable and HONEST. John does not peddle not needed service to the less technical customers. All work completed as promised. This dealership does care about it's customers. They sell a lot of brands, and I heard that this is true for the most departments
