Greatly disappointed. Called and e-mailed that I'd be visiting and wanted a test drive. Got there and the car was on top of the display racks. There was no offer to take it down, so no test drive. Car was equipped perfectly and priced well, but I'm not buying a car that I cant test drive. A second round trip of 75 miles was out of the question.

On July 1st 2016 I purchase a 2012 Honda Accord e^x from quality my 20 day temporary tags expired I gave them power of attorney to get my registration and tags as of this date July 21st 2016. My 20 day temporary tags expired I had to put my car in storage and I'm still waiting on my tags unbelievable!!!!!!!!!.Smh!!!!!!!

I called the prior week to confirm about a vehicle I saw here on Cars.com. Was contacted back by Harry Brooks on Friday to setup an appointment to see it. Monday he e-mails because he didn't take down my phone number correctly but we speak AT LENGTH about the vehicle. The he calls again on Tuesday to confirm again on the appt for Wednesday. I TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK and drive over an hour to be told by NOT harry that the car was sold on Saturday. After leaving the dealership obviously annoyed I receive yet another email from Harry again to confirm an appointment I had just LEFT because the car wasn't there. I reply explaining my displeasure and have not heard a thing since. Maybe this is not how everyone works there but seriously??? what a waste of time

I was very hopeful when visiting this dealership because of the good reviews I read and the advertisements of any credit application approved and low down payment. I filled out a credit application online and stopped in. My application was passed on to someone in the finance department and was reviewed for less than 2 minutes. All I was told is that I would need $2000. I expressed interest in a particular car and was told that the car was at another location. I was not shown any pictures or given any info as far as price or features. I feel that if you have cars located on another lot you should have pics and info or a website with inventory to show customers. I was not given any other options or shown any other vehicles I might like. I wasn't shown any numbers and I had no idea how much a monthly payment might be. There was no negotiating and the salesman did not have anyone appraise my trade in so I would know an exact amount that I would be working with. I was only asked when I would have $2000. My visit was very quick and I didn't feel that I was taken seriously. I've had much better experiences at other dealerships. I will not be returning to this dealership.

I cannot understate how incredibly inept and terrible this dealership is. First and foremost, Sam and I came to a price agreement on a car, and when I called later that day to put down a deposit (even though Sam is a sales manager), that the price that we had just negotiated was being overridden by the salespersons boss. I asked to speak to his boss, but my request was denied, as his boss does not speak to customers, even though his boss is a sales manager, with whom I imagine customers need to interface. Sam would not even tell me his name. In his defense, Sam said that we had nothing in writing, only a verbal agreement, which, if you want to do business with a dealership that puts so little value in their word, go right ahead. Furthermore, I asked to see the terms and conditions of the loan that I would be taking out before I drove to the dealership my request was again denied. I was told I would see the documents when I got there, but not to worry, because there were no additional fees. Please, do not ever go to this dealership for any car I promise you the headache and frustration is not worth it. Needless to say, I did not buy a car from this dealership and am very thankful.

I had been looking for about 3 weeks. I did not go with the same car. I was looking at the Audi 2008 Convertible, at Quality Auto Center, but I ended up leasing a 2015 Jetta from Jack Daniels in Fairlawn. A little closer to where I live. It really became about just getting into a car with no repair costs for the next few years. And getting rid of my old car quickly. Harry, at Quality Auto Center, was unbelievably helpful even after he knew I had made a deal. I truly appreciate that and will definitely consider buying a car in the future, from Quality Auto Center. I can't stress enough how great Harry was. Thank you, Theresa M.

I was shopping for a late model Honda Odyssey. I saw a listing, from Quality Auto Center, for a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L, with DVD, listed in their website. I visited their showroom, met with Sam, who showed me the van, reviewed all the features, and options in this van. And in a very short time I was driving home with my new Mini-Van, at a great price, and at an interest lower than I had hoped for.

Really enjoyed everyone at the dealership, especially the Loan Officer, Receptionist was a pure "jewel" and salesperson was wonderful!!!! I bought an extended warranty which I used right away and the company did not have my files, but Quality Auto stepped up to the plate and sent me a personal check for the repairs which the warranty company resolved the issue. Also, they were always reachable with any questions of other issues that I had when I called them. The only issue that I had with them, was the vehicle that I was sold had 4 different types of tires on it? So, the car did not drive smoothly, and I had to buy all brand new tires from BMW for the M3 I purchased from them. So, please make sure you check the tires when purchasing a used vehicle, which I learned from experience!!!

When I first spoke with Harry, on the phone, explained my situation, he assured me Quality Auto Center can accommodate my needs and situation. I was a bit skeptical, until I arrived at their showroom. Everything Harry told me Quality Auto Center can and will do for me, they did. My wife was shown a number of cars, which fit our needs and budget. She selected the one she liked best, a 2011 Audi A6, and she's very happy. My wife is happy, then I'm happy. When it's time for my next car, we're going back to Quality Auto Center

Very easy place to work with. I thought I could haggle on the internet price, but to be honest, after searching for 3 weeks, Quality had the cheapest priced car. They promised me 2 new front tires, and after buying the car, they immediately scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have them installed. Most honest people I have ever seen, hands down. Bought my S550 here...great team. Got the car three grand lower than any other dealer selling it. They sell their cars basically at cost....if u want to get the best deal come here. No stories. Got financed...my credit is not good. Love my new car...it was definitely worth the three hours trip that I took to come here. Honest dealer, they don't waste your time.

Very clean and sophisticated dealership. The entire staff was very welcoming, the sales man Sam was very understanding and compromised with me. I never liked the idea of a used car, but there is something about this dealer that is different and caused me to change my mind. My car was serviced and detailed just like they said, all paperwork was laid out in front of me too. Mark the finance manager was more than happy to answer my questions and clearly explained everything to me. He made sure I knew exactly what was happening. After going to different dealers and dealing with pushy salespersons, this was the PLACE TO BE. I highly recommend giving Quality a visit. For me, my entire family will be buying cars here from now on.

Best car dealership out there. I still cannot believe that there is still good dealers out there. Quality Auto Center is the only place that you should buy your next car. I purchased my 2012 BMW 750li over there last week and could not believe the deal they gave me. They had an unbelievable price with the best car in the market.....trust me I know. I have been shopping for this car for two months and all I found was beat up cars with rip off dealers trying to sell them to me. Not a quality Auto. They gave me a car that I was proud of. The service was second to none. They serviced the car for me and detailed the car. When I saw it for delivery my jaw dropped. I was speechless. They also got me an amazing financing deal even though my credit was horrible. I got declined by 12 other car dealers. Thank you Quality!!!! You will be referred to everybody I know! I will make sure that none of my entire friends buy cars from any other car dealership !!!!
