Up until time to pick up vehicle everything was good. I was called at 10am car was ready. I went at 3pm waited over an hour at one point told cant seem to find car. Finally car arrived, they must have just given it a quick clean up when I arrived. Tires were dirty looks like someone just gave them a quick Armor All painting. Dash had fingerprints and front windshield still had the marks where they had there Information stickers. Went back to pick up plates and found that no transfer was done just new plates. Oh and by the way when dealing with this Dealer... check everything. The sales associate actually added my $5000.00 deposit to the amount due instead of subtracting it.

I had a five star experience at Quality Auto Mall, thanks to Carlos. From start to finish, he was attentive and let me know what was happening with the car. Initially, the car was expected to be serviced for five hours. Carlos had one of his crew members give me a shuttle ride home and I was also picked up once the car was completed. I received my car back within two hours. I highly recommend.

Just got a new lease I'm happy very reasonable salesman and they work with you to give a good price that you can handle. Well, on 6/12 I needed a moulding pc. from parts because it was damaged during a rain storm. The part goes between passenger side door window and the front windshield. Expecting an expensive part and install but to my surprise it came out very affordable. For the part and install the payment Invoice came out to be $170.00 and I was thinking more like $300 to $400. I'm very happy about that and the service there. ☺👍

This is by far the best place for Ford service. Quick and easy. I brought my car in for a 10k oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning without an appointment and I was out of there in less than an hour. Plus they gave me a $10 rebate. Awesome service!!

I have a 2016 Ford Escape and I took it in for an oil change and for all the fluids to be checked as well. I explained to the customer service person that I'm taking a long trip by myself over Thanksgiving and I want to make sure my car will be running smoothly and that I don't run into any issues with it. They were great - checked everything out and I was out with 45 minutes of getting there!Thank you Quality Ford!

My car (a 2013 Ford Fiesta) has been consistently horrible since I bought it new here. I thought it was just the car as I had asked during my oil changes in the past but was told all the stalling and poor acceleration was just how it worked. finally met with Carlos when bring the car in to do the breaks that I was told I needed when I last brought it inn (just after than 25000 miles) and asked about a recall for a door latch when I mentioned the stalling at lights and shuttering whenever I accelerated.It was a Thursday and he said nothing would be done until Tuesday because they were so backed up. I appreciated the honesty but was frustrated. After chatting a bit longer, Carlos fit me in and even though it took a few extra days due to the mass of issues and how busy they were, the car seems to be finally running as it was intended to.Too bad it took 3 years to get to that point. I already have tell every I know not to buy a Ford, especially a Fiesta. So 5 stars for Carlos, a 2 for the car and a 3 for the dealership.

I started using Quality Ford when they were known as Stadium Ford, I bought my first new car a 1995 Contour and then I bought a 2000 Fusion, and since then I have leased two Fusions, I also had my mother in law lease a car from them. Since 1995 no one else has serviced my vehicles but Quality Ford. There are no hidden agendas and it's serviced in a timely manner. The staff who some of them I know since 1995 couldn't be more helpful

Went in to view options for early lease return over Memorial Day weekend. The showroom was busy as was our saleman Tim, but all very helpful. After 4 1/2 hours of waiting we drove off with a new Ford Edge. Tim worked hard to work with 4 customers at one time. If the wait is expected to be this long free snacks or bottled water should be available. The vending machine wasn't working properly. Overall always pleasant to work with Tim. This is our third lease.

The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because I have to. I suggest everyone do their research on Yelp as well before they even THINK about taking a trip here. Their customer service is horrible and every single person who works there is an idiot. I've have to take my truck there 5 times within an 8 month period to get "fixed". Every time they told me something was wrong, they were WRONG and I had to look under my hood myself to identify the problem. It wasn't until then that my truck got "fixed". Even AFTER THAT, it was still making noises, so I had to take it back (AGAIN) and they admitted to me that they DID IT WRONG THE FIRST TIME so I was without a car for THIRTEEN DAYS with no update whatsoever on the status of my car. I happened to stop by there on day thirteen to see what was taking so long since no one every picks up the phone and suddenly, "hey, your truck is done." Was ANYONE going to tell me?????? Also, they tried to make me pay $500 for a rental while it was getting "fixed" for the FIFTH time for THIRTEEN DAYS. When I tried to dispute this charge, the GENERAL MANAGER (JORDAN) HUNG UP ON ME. This place is a disgrace and Ford will hear about this for sure. They are crooks. Even though it's 2 miles from my house, I would drive 50 miles to avoid going there ever again.

The service was excellent. I went to the dealer service center with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait for the car and because of the free wifi I was able to work from the customer lounge. They began working on the car almost immediately and I was out in about an hour.

I went to the dealership with a specific car model/color/year in mind, and two days later I drove my dream car off the lot. I felt very comfortable with our sales rep, Eliud. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns confidently, which made us feel more comfortable about the whole process. Once the papers were all signed he came in the car and taught me how to use all of the features of the car, which was wonderful. I also appreciate that John took the time on his day off to research an offer for me, that was not going through at the dealership. I have been dealing with Danny Dindial for over 20 years and I have to say with all honesty that he is the best car salesman that I have ever had the experience in dealing with. He is the most honest,experienced and respectful salesman that I have ever met. I have highly recommended Quality Auto Mall to all my friends and family members and most of all Danny. Danny has become not just my personal salesman but a friend and family member. Every 3 years when my lease is up all I had to do is go to see Danny ,tell him exactly what I want since my orders are usually "special orders" and once the order has been placed all I have to do is wait for the car to be delivered and that's when Danny calls me to let me know that the car is there and I just go as I have done with so many years to meet my friend and finalized the deal. 2016 Explorer. Ross was very helpful with our purchase and spent the time necessary to get the deal done and to leave us feeling good about our decision. THe only thing that left something to be desired were the bathrooms. We were there for most of the day (as you usually are when buying a car) and the bathroom was horribly disgusting. The rest of the dealership was nice and well kept, but when you end up there all day, you use the bathroom quite a few times.

Couldn't get my phone contacts synced by my other dealer, and when I stopped by, the salesmen,(I believe his name was John), put all of my contacts in, within 2 to 3 minutes. He was professional and courteous. Likewise, he directed me to Ed the Sync Guy, and Ed got my music playing with bluetooth, no problem. Carlos and the guys are always helpful with scheduling and explaining, and contacting you about your car. This is the next place I'm buying a car.

Hans was superb in keeping me posted and explained what the car needed. Thought the ride and offer of pickup from the Rutherford train station was a nice touch as was the offer to "stay a bit late" if I got back after 7 (which I did not.)I was fairly impressed - and the car did need work with a year under the charge of a Jersey City non dealer affiliated mechanic.The only downside was the $1995 expense - could have been discounted a bit it would seem.In any event, I will be back regularly and I thank your service staff.

I came for a regular oil change and they did the oil change only because they had already taken out the old oil. After they took it out, they saw it was quite clean. They recommended that I don't come in for oil changes so often as I don't need them that quickly. They were honest and actually could have just done it and I would not have been the wiser. So; they were looking out for me. I do appreciate what they do. I have two Ford Focuses (Foci, plural?), I got them both at this dealer and am quite happy with them. Thanks.

Had a Recall on my 2013 Escape. It was for a sensor. 4 days later I have electrical problems. They deny its THEIR workmanship and blamed the battery. The car is two years old and 41k miles, Alan said that the weather can affect the battery. It's early October and we had the best weather of the year. PS the car is garage kept. OK, so we go to another Ford and get the battery checked. THE BATTERY IS OK, no issues with the battery. We return to Quality, they want to charge for the diagnostic and the repair work. This is BS! They wouldn't even set up an appointment and provide a loaner even if I would agree to pay. The case is strong that they caused the electric issues but they WON'T STAND HONOR THEIR WORKMANSHIP! And niether would FORD COMPANY, I called them and they will not stand by their products!

I came into Quality Auto Mall in need of an SUV for my wife. I had previously gone to another Ford dealer and decided on a new Ford Escape. The other dealer was unable to provide me with the vehicle they had promised after 10 days. I met with a salesman at Quality late on a Wednesday night, the staff was able to appraise my trade while we negotiated. I ended up receiving a great deal on a 2016 Escape and was able to pick up the car the following day. Alan is the best. He knows you by name making you feel right at home. Is honest when asked how long will it take for the job to be done. I have a new Ford Fiesta Titanium 2015. I forwent the free oil changes that I was given to bring my car to Alan. I know all my Fords are in good hands with him and the mechanics that do a great job. I am a huge fan of the wonderful customer service he gives to everyone equally, we're all important. I believe that not only should he be Employee of the month but that he should be Employee of the year. I doubt you'll find many customers who wouldn't agree with me.

I will not give any stars. They should remove the word "Quality" from their logo. In December 2013 I had new brakes installed on my car. 4 brakes, 4 rotors, 4 pads. That is what Allen told me. In August 2015 I called because I felt there was a problem with my front brake. I asked Allen to fax me a copy of my paperwork and he never did. I called back and spoke to Hans, who did fax the paperwork to me. While reviewing the paperwork I could not find the warrant information. I called and again spoke to Allen who advised me that the warranty was good for 2 years, no mileage limit and that I could bring it to any Ford Dealership for repairs. I called back again to ascertain what time Service opened and Hans advised me 7:00 AM. I arrived at Service and told the tech I wanted my brakes checked. He asked me where I had them done. I was surprised as I told him I had them done in Quality. Apparently, the service door on the right is not part of the Service Dept on the left, where Allen works. I've never experienced this before. I went in and started to explain the situation and another tech, Carlos Santana, came in and said he "would handle this customer personally". At which point I became suspicious. Oh, another thing. On the Service Dept on the left - service hours start at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday. The Service Dept on the right - service hours start at 7:30 A.M. I still can't figure this out. I explained the issue and he took my keys. I saw my car drive pass me and I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I finally saw my car in one of the bays. I waited some more. Meanwhile, other customers were coming in and leaving while I still waited. Finally, I went to the desk and spoke to Allen. He told me to go back to the other Service Dept and speak to Carlos. I was then advised that brake service does not open until 8:00 A.M.! Finally, Carlos came and started with the "DRILL" . Let me show you what's wrong with your brakes, blah blah blah. I don't know anything about cars, but I do know when I am being taking over the coals. This whole scenario, as far as I'm concerned, was all set up before I got there. Allen lied and said he had told me only pads were covered. Also, I only have 22,000 on the brakes. Then, get this. They took me to the "Credit Manager" so he could explain the situation. Seriously? Only this is covered and you have to pay for labor, blah blah blah and it will only cost you $1,000 plus. Are you kidding me! I paid you jerks $1,000 in 2013 do you really think I'm going to pay it again. So all in all, they lie, cheat and steal and I am in the process of having my attorney start suit.

When I brought my car in for maintenance, Allan was professional and kind, as were all the other people I encountered. I have a leased 2014 Ford Edge.I have the car serviced as recommended at Quality Auto Mall.The service there is timely and the people are courteous. There is a Ford dealership 10 minutes away from my home and it's nowhere near as good as Quality Auto Mall in Clifton, NJ. I would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes not to deal with the chaos of the other dealership. My wait is never too long, even when it's busy. I recommended them to my sister and she leases a car too. She comes from Brooklyn, NY for service just because it hassle-free and the wait is never too long or stressful. rhis is he place you want to go when you want to get it done without the stress.

We recently leased a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport from Quality Auto Mall and had a really great experience. Diego was our salesperson and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make the process as smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable about the different makes of the car type we were looking at and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We love the car that we got in the end and would definitely go back to Quality for our next car.

I was approached by Dan Dindial as soon as I walked in the door. I told him right away what I wanted to spend, and he proceeded to show me vehicles out of my price range. He made inappropriate comments about the fact that I was a woman, made a comment about the price of my bag and told me that I should "open up my purse" a little more. We made an appointment for a later time that day and when I got there he was helping another customer. He finally approached me and continued to answer the phone while I was trying to have a conversation with him. When I told him that I wanted to shop around a bit more because I could not afford the offer he was giving me, he became angry and said "maybe you're looking at a car that is out of your price range!!" His phone started to ring and he answered it before I could respond.. he then said that the deal was off. When I went to respond, he put his hand up in my face and waved me away. HE DID THIS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. I won't even get into how rude he was to my mother. The best part about this whole experience is that I immediately went to All American Ford in Paramus where I managed to get an even BETTER deal on the same exact vehicle. (I saved hundreds.) Dan called my cell phone the following day (NOT to apologize, ((shocking)), but to say that he spoke to the owner of Quality and he had a "better" deal for me.) NO THANK YOU.

I recently bought a used GMC Yukon from Dan at Quality Automall. Can't say enough about Dan's patience and professionalism. I'm a new father and needed a larger vehicle to support my growing family. First I emailed Dan for info on the truck, he promptly replied to all my questions. We scheduled a test drive, truck was ready and waiting when I arrived. I inspected this truck up and down, Dan never pressured me and allowed me all the time I needed. I have owned many cars in my lifetime. And have avoided service departments like sin. I had a major problem with may car and was forced to go to a dealer. I went to Quality Auto Mall in Rutherford NJ for the repairs. I met with Alan Kologrivov, who assured me that it would be taken care of. IT WAS!The service department took care of everything. Repairs were made within a 48 hour time period, which for what was needed, I thought was fantastic. Also, I was advised that the repairs were under warranty, so it cost me nothing. I was advised along the way of what was going on with my car. Which, any other service department would not be bothered doing.I highly recommend the Quality Auto Mall Service Department for their kindness, professionalism, speed and courtesy in which they handled my situation, making un upsetting time for me very easy.I will go back to them for any work on my car and will consider my next car purchase from them. I was in the market for a new or used explorer and found what I was looking for at Quality. I was trading in my old Nisssan as we needed more room for our baby and dogs. I called and spoke to Diego. I gave him my pride and payment parameters, information on my existing car, etc. asked him to do some homework on vehicles and options that I was looking for. He got back to me quickly and we settled on a vehicle for me to come in and test drive. I test drive the vehicle which was nice and there was a little shimmy in the brakes. I came back to the dealership and spoke to Mike in used car sales. He ran the numbers on my car right there and gave me the payments. "You hand me your keys and I will hand you mine and the payment is X". Left the dealership and after talking to my wife went to Jersey City Ford to compare. I wasted 3 hours of my life there with them playing games with numbers, not being able to tell me the cost of cars, me getting up to leave multiple times only for them to ask me to sit down, etc. Bottom line is they were trying to sell me the exact same car in color I preferred for $6k more.I called Mike back up and went back to Quality for the car. The shimmying issue was addressed and the paperwork process with Mike and Diego was easy. No games, no hidden fees, etc. My payments ended up being $4 less a month than what Mike quoted me the day before. When does that ever happen???? That NEVER happens. Bottom line is if you are looking to be respected and treated fairly this is e place to go. They make the annoying process of buying a car painless. Isn't that how it should be???

Our F-150 was brought in for an oil change and after parked in the driveway there was an oil puddle under the truck. We brought the truck in and they told us there was nothing wrong. I had the driveway fixed over the holiday and after returning back and removing the truck again, another stain in our brand new paver stone driveway. We had the dealer pick up the truck again and now there is a problem they found. The same truck was also there in the first year 4 times for the brakes

I would like to recommend this dealership and Certified Pre-Owned Salesman Daniel J. Sangirardi; we found a car online that we were interested in and contacted the dealership; Dan called us to discuss the Flex we were interested in and discussed the price and options. We went down to view the car and take it for a ride; Dan was no nonsense and different from the hard sell approach we had experienced before with other dealerships. He was friendly in a sincere way and not pushy; more matter of fact and knowledgeable about the Flex. We ended up making the deal that very first night and had the car within a week. Since we had a lengthy drive there, we called to see if he could meet up with us closer to home when the plates came in and he readily agreed. All in all it was a seamless transaction and Dan made us feel confident and comfortable with the entire process and I would definitely recommend Dan and Quality AutoMall to anyone of my friends.

I have been there at Quality Ford two times so far. I always had gone to All American Ford for my recalls in the past for my Ford Windstar. Now i have a Mercury Sable and going to Quality Ford i will never go back to them. Your staff is so much nicer and they care about you as a customer. I had a bad experience with All American. They gave me my car back after 6months dirty, dead battery and my van was damaged upon there possesion for having it 6 months never starting it in the winter and the head gasket blew. I was out of a vehicle!!!! I took my new car which is used for an oil change and was told the tires were old. So i bought 4 new pirelli tires. Now i never new the code and was having problems with the locks. Carlos Santana was a real gentlemen and was so nice and kind to help me out. The people atthis establishment are 100 times kinder and polite and treat you with care!!!! Thanks Quality Ford

So I browsed the Ford website and found that Quality Auto has the exact configuration that I want for the Ford Explorer. In fact, they are the only dealership that has that configuration. I requested a quote through the Ford website and got an automated response from Catherine Cordes immediately and got a few follow up emails after that. What I noticed, however, was that she kept on referring to the wrong vehicle than the one that I was interested in. I was looking at a 2014 Explorer, she mentioned 2013 Explorer, Escape, 2013 Explorer again in separate emails. That tells me that all of them are automated email templates that she never changed.So after I inquired about a quote on the phone with her. She got Danny calling me back. I had a brief conversation with Danny and ask him for a quote. After saying that he'll get back to me, I never heard from him again. Ok, fine. So Catherine proceed to spam my emails and call me a few more times asking if I got my questions answered. When I said no, I'm still waiting on Danny, she assign me to Bill Brawer. He called me back and basically unwilling to provide a price after we talked. He says something to effect of "if I give you a price now, does that mean we have a deal at that price?" Are you kidding me? Yea, sure I'll pay you a million bucks for a car. After some pushing, he basically gave me a price that is above the MSRP and asked when I'll be in since they are geographically desirable. What does that really mean? I basically took it as that he's not interested in doing business as no sane person would bother negotiating with the price he started with. Even Ford's website was listing a price lower than his price. I went ahead and unsubscribed from all future communications from this dealership. Even though I unsubscribed, I continue to get these template emails from Catherine asking whether I got my answers, how's my shopping process, blah blah blah. The addition spam messages are what prompted this review.Seeing my experience on the phone and over email, I didn't even bother going in and decided to shop with Jersey City Ford, who is further away but much much nicer attitude and up front pricing.

When I pulled into the lot I was greeted by a superior saleman named Dan S. We briefly discussed the car and he took me to look at it.The car was exactly as I had seen it online, very clean and no dings and dents. I went for a test drive with Dan and I was hooked. We discussed price and I purchased it for much less than the sticker/adverised price. Dan was honest and forthright about the costs (no hidden fees when it was all said and done) and kept his word on everything he promised. A few weeks later upon returning to Quality Automall to pick up my new plates, I was given a check for the overage amount between the estimate of what I paid for registration and what it actually cost. It made my day because I just wasn't expecting it, that's all. I would gladly buy 10 more cars from Quality Automall because of the honesty and integrity of Dan S --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I visited the Quality Automall twice in the past couple of days and both experiences were not at all good. I went in with my daughter on both occasions and I was not acknowledged at all, maybe because it was late on a Saturday and thought it was too close to closing time so I would come back early the following week. I went tonight and spoke to the manager who refused to offer me a test drive. He said to me "don't you think you should test drive when your husband is here" I explained it was a lease through by business and I didn't need my husband to make this decision. He actually refused to offer me a test drive. What can I say, I was floored. Don't work with this dealership! In today's day and age to say something like that is ridiculous! Not at all a good representation of the brand and shame on them. It will be a long time before I consider purchasing any Ford product again.

In 2011 I leased a ford escape from this dealer and dealt with Frank, he was wonderful but he is the only reason that I signed with Quality Auto Mall. While going in to finalize my deal, pick up my car and sign all of the paperwork...there was an issue and I was unable to pick up the car that night. One of the finance managers said that the person who needs to sign off had to leave and since I came in late (after work) and that I should have tried to come in earlier. I was clearly upset since no one had called me to let me know what was going on, I left work early for a deal that should have gone through easily. Once the finance manager saw that I was not happy, he proceeded to tell me that "buying a car isn't like buying a new pair of shoes." After this xxxxxx comment I was ready to leave, Frank knew that the deal was falling through and ended up offering me a remote starter for the car for free. Frank is the ONLY reason that I completed this deal.I should have known that I should not return to Quality Auto Mall based on my original experience with my signing my lease paperwork, but did want to give them another chance...they proved that my business was not appreciated there and I went elsewhere.My lease was ending soon so I wanted to go back to Quality Auto Mall for my options since this is where I originally bought my lease from. My original salesman Frank had retired so I was unable to see him. I met with Danny about what I was interested in and tried to find out a little bit of what my options were. From the moment I sat down, I did not feel settled with where this deal was going. Danny immediately tried to put me in a car that I did not want and was not forth coming with what the best option for me was. All he was concerned about was the sale and getting my business. There was so much back and forth with the finance office that most of my visit I was sitting alone at the desk waiting for him to come back with numbers. Once Danny realized that he hadn't sold me on what he had offered, he started talking to my boyfriend sitting next to me-probably thinking that maybe he could convince me to buy. As a young woman walking into a dealership, this is not the customer service that I expect. As the person buying the car, the salesman should talk directly to me about my options, not the man sitting next to me. Needless to say, once I felt disrespected I left the dealer and vow to never return there. In a separate experience about 6 months ago, my boyfriend was looking for a car and decided to stop at Quality Auto Mall. I am not sure who we spoke with, but once my boyfriend said that he was just trying to get numbers and see what was affordable to him, the salesman told him that he should not go car hunting on a Saturday and that most car dealers won't take him seriously since he is not ready to settle on a deal. The salesman then started asking me about my car to try and salvage any sort of deal possible...we proceeded to leave immediately. Perhaps there are some salesman at this dealer that do not operate like the men that I encountered, but I would highly suggest staying far away from Quality Auto Mall. After going to another local Ford dealer and seeing how a customer should actually be treated, it was a completely opposite experience and truly eye opening as to how poor customer service I had received MULTIPLE times at Quality Auto Mall.

I purchased my 2012 Ford Focus at this dealership. My first Ford product. Have owned 5 other brand cars. I have never received the quality of service from any other dealership. The service department is truly, in my opinion, unique. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and most of all courteous, no matter how small the request or question. They make me feel that I am the only customer. I must especially commend Mr. Thomas Dickman and the way I see that he works and treats with his staff, also the technicians Andy and Doug, and a special thank you to Darlene in the Reception Cashier department, she is truly a "Jack of all Trades"

I have never experienced the exceptional level of professional service that I have received from Quality Auto Mall, especiall from Mr. Thomas Dickman in the Service Department. This is my first Ford. I have owned 10 cars before my Ford Focus. None of the previous dealers either in Sales or for Service have been this professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and caring. I am not a technical person, and Mr. Dickman has the patcience of a saint, even to answer my most unknowing questions about my car. After all the hoopla of the sales experience of buying a car, and I have had many, it all really comes down to the AFTER, the SERVICE of the vehicle. Tihis has been the best especially due to the professionalism of Mr. Thomas Dickman and his service staff. They do know their customers needs and make sure they are satisfied. Believe me, I am usually not the type o individual to give out praise, but in my experience with Quality Auto Mall and Mr. Dickman, I feel I must.Keep up the good work, and PLEASE, do not leave, any of you. I went to get my oil changed and some issues looked at. I needed a couple things changed because o defects and they would be covered under warranty. They told to bring it back another day, so they changed the things but scratced my truck in th process of doing both changes and they misaligned my emblem, so now i have to go in for the third time to get the pieces that were scratched fixed. And there is never anyone in their office that can help you right away and when someone finally does come they are always doing something else and not focusing on their customers.

Service is horrible, my wife had her SUV with them for over 3 weeks, for two issues. They corrected the radio issue but the major concern was not seen, we picked the car back up and a day later (ofcourse on Sunday), the issues reappears. I called them back, left messages for the next few days. The service department manager Tom Dickman, assured me he would call me back as soon as he got a time slot for me. It's been 10 days...
