I was totally blown away. Still collecting parts, lol. I was so so satisfied with the whole experience of car-buying! The people that work atQuality ARE QUALITY folk! I was a tad bummed that Derek wouldn't be my salesman that day as he was sick, I SHOULDN't have been! Was in great hands with Lukas & Michael & Samantha. When Michael stood up, held out his hand I thought I might have been falling but he said "Congratulations! You are now....." Mind blanked, I cried, I laughed, but most importantly I DIDN'T fall. :D Also I & we signed the TRIPLE DIAMOND DELIVERY CHECK SHEET. I can't wait to get the car both undercoated & winter tires on. I live in an apartment building with just a yard, I truly would like to build an awning or such to protect the car, ha ha. Landlord would love that! I've never felt as comfortable with people I didn't know, than I felt that day. If 20 was on the scale being the highest, I would pick it. thank you. thank you!

Bob was very pleasant, and worked hard to make sure I understood everything and was getting the car and everything I wanted. He was very communicative as well. Pat & Nick Pilotte in the Service Dept. 'went the extra mile' to troubleshoot a problem with my Grand Vitara regarding its failure to start (on-going over the past 1.5 yrs). They have never been able to replicate the issue until now. Pat offered to give me a loaner car, pick mine up, keep it overnight, & have it at the dealership all the next day. They did their best to avoid my need for having a (pricey) new starter installed; checking out all connections & wiring, etc. My car was returned the next day to my workplace. After a week, the problem has (so far!) not occurred again; keeping my fingers crossed!! I truly appreciate the honesty & integrity of your employees; those attributes are in short supply these days. My thanks to all of you.

Derek followed through with an email 10 minutes after I left, I called and after talking a bit I left a deposit over the phone and picked the truck up the next day. There was no pressure, on day of pick up all paper work went very smoothly, everyone was very professional and worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. Great place to do business!

Service Dept was friendly, helpful. Appointment was on-time- not behind schedule. Service Dept did a full service inspection on my car, determined what was needed and recommended, and assisted in explaining what really should be done now and what could wait. No pressure at all to service all items today. Worked with my budget to select some, and put the others off till next oil change.

went in with a 2014 Toyota for an inspection sticker. Told me I had rust on my brake rotor. 40 k. they made me pay for sticker anyway.And told me to bring it back for a 300 dollar brake job.Then I would get sticker. Went another dealer and had no problems. Stay clear of these people.

I felt that the technicians at Quality Mitsubishi were exceptionally thorough and upfront regarding the problems with my car. Bought my car used with 34,000 miles. Excellent buying experience. I had brake issues that were taken care off twice. All rotors and brake pads. They took my car in immediatly without having an appointment and gave me a loaner vehicle both times so I was able to run some errands. Even if I didn't want a Mitsubishi for my next vehicle I would still buy one at Quality Mitsubishi.

I bought my 2011 Suzuki crossover from you and have had it serviced there ever since. I come up in the fall and in the spring for it to get serviced and to have my snow tires swapped out for regular tires. I drive up from Cornish, NH- which is about an hour and 15 minutes away because of your service. Yesterday, I had more routine work done than usual and Josh arranged for someone to take me into town so I could go to the bookstore, etc., and then he picked me up when I was ready so I wouldn't have to sit in the waiting room and wait for 2+ hours. It was great. My car runs great and I haven't had any problems (knock knock) so I attribute that to a great car, but also to the wonderful service I get in St. Johnsbury. There is a Suzuki service center closer to me, but I choose to make the longer trip. Thank you so much.

When we first got to Quality Mitsubishi we were just looking around for a car. This was the first stop since Mitsubishi is by far our first choice in a car. Bob Noyes came right out to greet us witch I liked some times you never see any one unless you go looking for them. We talked for a while then he asked us if we wanted to try one out, Ok so that was a plus, We did and really liked it. When we got back we told him Bob Noyes that we would talk about it and let him know. We shook hands and went on our way. The next day we drove back in and Mr. Noyes came right out we talked I told him just what I was looking for my Husband agreed, We filled out paper work every one in the office was so nice. We had our car before Christmas like they said we would. All in all it was by far a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I just last week became the proud owner of a Mitsubishi Lancer AWD. Derek did most of the work by phone and then brought the car right to our house to test drive! Then the papers to purchase were brought right to our house by Gary and then the car was brought right to our house when the purchase was finalized. We were also told that if the vehicle needs to be worked on that someone will come after it and leave me a car to use while it is in the service dept. In the late Fall we purchased our Copper Suzuki SX4 Tech Value Package from Quality Motors Suzuki. Derek handled our complete order, covering every detail of the process. We made most of the arrangements by phone, as we had already test driven an SX4 at another dealer location. Once we were ready, we met up with Derek and test drove our new car, and finalized the purchase. We had a roof rack and side molding installed hassle free right there at Quality Motors, and they delivered our vehicle to our doorstep. This blew us away to such a degree, that in the early Spring, we replaced our aging Hyundai Tucson with a 2nd Suzuki SX4, this one Blue with all of the same extras as the first one. We have driven both vehicles through a variety of harsh weather conditions, and have been more than impressed with their capabilities. Even more impressive, has been our savings at the gas pump. I wish we had made our purchases even sooner. These are 2 great little AWD cars, and Derek was terrific to us every step of the way.
