The sales floor is always clean. But they book too many people for morning service at one time. They open service at 8 am and there are usually 5 or more people already waiting by 830 when we arrive. It is hard to schedule an appointment. The warranty they have us under doesn't cover general maintenance. The main sales building is easy to get to, but..if you just walk to look at vehicles while waiting for service, they all come asking if they can get you a new car. The payment clerks for service are nice and very helpful. The service repair team checks what you ask for. But if you don't tell them they won't double check but charge you for a quick inspection. They are better about cars than Cole. But when buying a used one they don't check everything. We recently bought a used chevy from them 2 years ago. We needed major service twice since then and not all of it was covered by warranty that costs 170 dollars a month. The public restrooms are clean and that woman is a hard worker for cleaning the place and needs a raise.

Ramey is honest and goes above and beyond I would recommend them to anyone. Now Chevy on other hand when u order a vehicle and wait for months raising the price on me you raised msrp and took away the military discount I know I'm not obligated to get one and don't expect one but don't offer I order wait 8 months and you take it away would cost me about 3500 more about lost a long time gm customer lucky got a good dealer like Ramey that took care of me. Thanks Ramey I love my Tahoe and will definitely be back in the future when I need a replacement.

Traveling with my family home from vacation and our check engine light came on while stopped for lunch in Princeton, W Va. We found the Ramey dealership just two mile away and went there to have the matter checked. My wife dropped the car off at Remy motors she was given a ride to work. When the repairs are complete Remy's notified her and she would pick the car up. We could tell the difference as soon as she drove the car.

5 months ago I took a 2004 Tahoe into Ramey in Princeton WV to have breaks put on the vehicle. The Tahoe has 85 K actual miles on it and needed some rust removed. They offered me $7,500 dollars for the vehicle as is. I declined from their offer and invested $3,100 more into the vehicle; and it looked and was basically like new. Two months later I took it back to Ramey in Princeton and thought I would see what they would offer for the vehicle considering selling it to them or maybe trading for a good or new convertible. They offered $5,600 dollars. Now; I have purchased five vehicles from them in the past; and had them service all of them; but now; if this happened to you; would you deal with them again ? I took my vehicle for an oil consumption test, and told them I noticed a loud sound from my exhaust. I left the car, and went for breakfast with friends. When I returned I was told that my oil level was good, but they noticed I needed a new exhaust manifold. They informed me that it was covered under my warranty, so they went ahead and fixed it. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Traded for used 2015 SS Camaro convertible I thought I had received a great deal. However, after arriving back home I discovered there was no tonneau cover for the top while down. I returned to the dealership and ask about the cover. There was no concern about it from the dealer. I was told that it was an option and also a used car. They did not seem to want to cooperate with my request. I then called GM customer service and was told the car definitely came with a cover. I will now have to spend approximately $400.00 for a replacement. I think the dealer should be responsible for assuring all accessories are with this vehicle and replacing the cover. Good deal not so good now!

i had a 9am appointment for an brake repair a recall on my truck. I arrived at the shop at 8:30 am. I was told that this would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. When I returned at 11:30 I asked if the truck was ready. I was told that it was being worked on at that time. I could clearly see that it was not. I waited and asked about the truck at 1:20pm. I was told then that the truck was being worked on again. Could clearly see that it was not moved again. I told them not to touch it to bring the truck outside. They put the truck on the lift and pulled the back left tire off. I told them that I had to get my grandson at 3 pm. I received the truck at 2:15pm. Luckily a family member was close to get my grandson.Thank you for your time.

I drove 290 miles (one way) to see a 2012 Ram that I was told was a beautiful 6k "babied, one-owner creampuff" (<---taken from their autotrader.com page) truck that was in great shape with no concerning issues. Given the distance of the drive, I made sure to ask all the obvious questions prior to my trip. I was told was in excellent condition, no damage, nothing notable to be warned, good paint, good tires, etc. After I asked "is there anything I should know prior to the drive"...I was told with a confient tone, not at all.Upon arriving after a 5 hr drive, I was presented with a vehicle that was clearly either IN A FLOOD or had been severly off-road driven. The front tire had a massive chunk taken out of the sidewall. Mud, dirt, debri was caked on the lower half of the engine and on top of the k-frame, hidden under the heavily tire-shined engine cover. Not dust, not a sprinkling of dirt, everything had a fine silt covering to it. The wheel wells had been spray painted black (to hide rust?), and the exhaust had even been painted with overspray (as stated by the salesman when he noticed me smelling the burt paint smell). The interior was filthy, dirt and dust in all the dash cracks and vents, the white panels speckled with what I believe was chew spit, the black carpet had a brown hue or dirt, and the kick panels and door panels were scratched severly. The exterior had severe scratches and rub/wear spots in the clear coat. THIS WAS NOT A "BABIED ONE OWNER CREAMPUFF"!!!!Thats when I saw what ticked me over the edge; mud and dirt up under the dashboard where the pedals attach and up under the dash board. DIRT DOESN"T CAKE WIRES AND FLOOR VENTS unless the vehicle had been under water. There was dirt behind the carpet, behind the panels, up to the steering column (that had rust spots on it from splashing). I'm not a detective, this is stuff that should have been seen by the sales team.I've been completely insulted by the lack of awareness of this vehicle. If you have a customer making a 500 mile trip, you make sure that vehicle is spotless and "as described". Management was clueless. I wouldn't buy windsheild wipers off of Ramey let alone a vehicle. 95% of those reading this may call me a liar, or exaggerator, or claim this isn't true. I too thought I was park of a prank show. However, wasting a vacation day on a 500 mile trip to see a misrepresented flooded truck can now be checked off my bucket list.
