I'm from Maryland and yes I purchased a used 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel from Randall Dodge in Henderson, TX. From the first phone call when Jimi answered the phone I knew I had called the right dealership for this purchase. He was incredible helpful, knowable and professional. He treated me like a friend. It didn't stop there, before I completed my 1,100 mile drive home I knew I had a problem with the front end. It needed two tires and an alignment, very costly repair. I contacted the dealership with my concern, Mark Randall, the owner, contacted me and over a couple of conversation, as a professional he stepped up to help me with this issue. Would I purchase another vehicle from Randall Dodge, ABSOLUTELY! Thanks Jimi & Mark!

We needed a specific model used car to replace one totaled in an accident. In internet searches we found one at Randal and asked for an appointment to see it the next day. Everyone we talked with was extremely responsive and helpful. The vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived, and Jimi helped us with the test drive and a thorough inspection. We made a deal, and the entire process was smooth and easy. This was the easiest and least stressful car purchase I have ever made!
