If your in the market for a Lexus go see Andrew seibert! He’s so polite willing to try to give you best deal and the minute I called he helped me non stop! He agreed on a UX250H regular and then it was nice of him he was able to give an F sport for same price as he quoted us a base model if your in the market definitely go to Lexus of Monmouth and ask for Andrew best sales man ever!

When I went to Ray Catena in Oakhurst for service I was shocked at the treatment I received from my salesperson, Gretzky Fleurant, and the service rep Michael Farrell. They treated me as if I was just as valuable to them as a brand new customer coming in to buy a car. To receive the customer service I did after buying a car there was really refreshing. Those things don't happen very often, if ever. Would definitely go back there to purchase as well as refer friends and family. Much respect for a business run that way.

Steve Morfino walked me through the various monthly leasing options, worked with me on finding a car that would work best for my needs, handled all of the outside hassle associated with switching insurance and registration and was willing to take as much time as necessary to show me the various features available in the car I selected to lease. When I dropped in unexpectedly to finish up the final paperwork between work appointments, Steve was momentarily detained with other clients and, at my request, he had a colleague, Gretzky Fleurant, walk me through the paperwork in order to expedite. Gretzky was helpful and informative in the few minutes before Steve was able to join us and finish up the process. All in all, the entire experience was courteous, professional and informative. As a matter of fact, when I left, I drove to the destination on the car's GPS that Steve showed me how to use. Steve Morfino is good at his job. Definitely recommend.

We loved our Acura RDX and were ready to buy another Acura but we thought we would stop by the Lexus dealership first. Steve Morfino of Ray Catena Lexus was recommended to us by a good friend so we met with him to go over the Lexus RX and what it could do. Steve was by far the best sales rep we have dealt with over all our years of buying cars. Steve took his time in walking us through all the attributes of the Lexus RX and gave us a price that we knew was unbeatable. This is the fifteenth car we have purchased from various dealers and we were impressed with Steve's knowledge, professionalism, and no pressure approach in working with us on trying to complete our decision. This is the most we have ever paid for a car, but we are very comfortable with our decision. He is the best.

We have bought our third Lexus from Ray Catena. They all were high quality cars that provided great value, style & comfort. The 2016 model is one of the best SUV's I have driven at any price. Travelled 1 1/2 hours to get to this dealership and it was worth every minute! The pre-owned car was exactly as described and expected... So we drove away with it. No nonsense, pure professionalism from Ryan Herzenberg. A relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. We recommend this dealership and Ryan to all, with the highest of ratings. Oh, and the 2013 Lexus RX 350 is awesome!

This was my first experience with Lexus and let me tell you it was amazing, it makes me never want to go to another dealership again! From the second I walked in everyone was friendly and was greeted promptly by the receptionist. I liked that you weren't attacked by sales consultants the second you walked in. I was put with Ryan Herzenberg and I am so happy that I was! He was completely thorough, friendly, down to earth, reasonable and real from the second we started talking. I told him what I wanted and he made sure he did everything he could to get me the car that I wanted. He kept me informed with everything throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on. Dealing with Ryan, I had the most pleasant car buying experience ever and it was so easy and relaxed, not stressful at all!!! We just bought a Lexus RX350 from Ryan Herzenberg at this dealership. It was an amazing experience all thru the process, from test drive, product demonstration, arranging the financing, delivery, and post sales. Ryan was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything in his power to make our experience as pleasant as he could. There were none of those back and forth haggling between a faceless "manager" in the back office somewhere. Ryan came in earlier than his usal tome on the delivery day to accommodate our schedule.We will recommend Ryan at the Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth to any buyers considering Lexus Vehicles.

What an amazing and pleasant experience working with Chad. The entire process of test drive to signed deal took around 75 minutes! I did not get to drive the car home that night as it had to be detailed. This is my first luxury car purchase and what a difference! I don't rate my value as a person on material things, and this was a MAJOR purchase for me. But Chad got me into a beautiful 2013 RX350 L Certified for what I was comfortable paying. As a single mother of 2 teenage daughters, I often feel I get talked down to or taken advantage of at car dealers. Not this time. I realized the next morning that there was a significant ding in the passenger side door. When I called Chad, he told me that when I brought my car in to have the new plates put on, that they would repair the cosmetic damage, free of charge. Hopefully this is my first of many Lexus purchases. The car itself is perfect and the delivery tech explained everything well. He really took the time with my daughter and I. I even had to call the next day with questions about my navigator and the service tech was so patient on the phone. Unbelievable experience working with Ray Catena dealership. Thanks again Chad!

This was my first purchase at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth, and I will never go anywhere else! Now the proud owner of an IS250, I was thrilled with the entire process! Frank the GM is personable, thorough and made sure through out the entire process I was being taken care of. He set me up with Alex M. to get me into the car that was perfect for me! Alex was wonderful and genuine. He had a lot of patience (I had lots of questions) and taught me everything I needed to know about my new car! I couldn't have asked for a better price too! The place was beautiful and the coffee was delicious. I almost can't wait to take the car in for its first service, so I can hang out in the lounge! I love my Lexus (all three). I keep coming back to this dealership because of the service department. Brian, Greg and Jim have shown great knowledge , consideration of the situation and just plain kindness and always professional. BUT, I have never had a more caring salesperson as Bob Mongiello. My difficult situation was my main concern and it became Bob's as well. My 2014 IS was getting very difficult for my husband to get and out of because it was very low to the ground. My husband came out of brain surgery and needed a vehicle with ease of entry. Bob realized he had more options to offer. His guidance was fabulous. This is my third car from Ray Catena and it is my first salesperson I admire and respect as much as my friends from the service department. Nothing is better than a Lexus, and this NX 200 is more than I had considered. My husband is great (he loves this vehicle) my salesperson Bob is great and I look forward to, as usual, great service. I thank you all, especially Bob Mongiello. Thrilled.

A million 'Thank Yous!!!' to Ryan Herzenburg and Fran McGowan for providing me with a best deal one could ever ask for from a dealership. I've officially been devirginized by a car dealership and it didn't hurt!!! Haha. I've never bought a car from a dealership nor financed a car in the past 20 years, this is my 1st. They all went above and beyond to provide me exactly what I wanted and needed.....a semi-used car with low mileage and not too pricey. No one could beat buying a Certified 2011 ES350 with 33k miles for $351 per month. And turnaround time was 15 hours....it was ready on Saturday morning, as promised. I'm eternally grateful!!!I test drove every single foreign luxury brand over a 6 month period. 2nd choices were going to be Infiniti or Nissan. German and American cars are a waste of money. Time consuming and energy draning listening to all the blah blah blah from car salesman. Lexus takes the cake with the best friendly service, quality of cars, warranty, and ease of doing business. I'm very glad I supported a local Ocean Spartan graduate, Ryan, and because of the restaurant business have the pleasure of meeting the very lovable, 'awesomely crazy' and funny Fran!

This is the second Lexus bought from Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. It was a pleasure dealing with Brendan Hynes, our sales consultant. He was very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and there was no hard sell which I appreciated (and one of the reasons I deal with Ray Catena). I always say that buying a new car especially a higher end vehicle should be a fun and pleasant experience. I would say this is the first time I can say it finally was. I was treated well from when I walked in the door...How are you - Welcome - Bottled water - something to drink...WOW that was just the greeting. I dealt with Luke who succeeded in continuing with the great customer service. I did not feel pressured and I certainly did not feel taken advantage of. I did feel that way at other dealers. Luke did a great job and so did your entire staff that I dealt with. This was my second Lexus purchase and you don't have to worry, I think you made me a loyal customer...Thank you! This is my 5th Lexus and all purchased with Ray Catena. The service is outstanding and always feel I am getting fair deal, no haggling and always a call back. I have been dealing with Andrew Seibert for years and my most recent purchase was to a 2016 Lexus RX 350. I went back and forth for about a week because my wife was very specific of her needs. He was very accommodating, patient, and was a pleasure to work with. The day I wanted to pick up the car the dealership was very busy and Andrew did not want me to wait. Instead he called me up and offered to drive the car to my house after I got home from work at 7pm and showed us how to work the car in the comfort of my own driveway!!! This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ray you should be very proud of this member of your team!

This is the second car I have leased from this dealership. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with Steve Morfino. The experience was actually pleasurable! How many car dealers can you say that about? I drive over 90 minutes each way - past other Lexus dealers - to work with Steve at Lexus of Monmouth. Courteous, professional, honest, and not pushy in any way. Never felt like I was being pressured...and never felt like I was being rushed into deal. Just a great overall experience.

I want to say this is my second purcahse of a Lexus RX350 at Ray Catena Oakhurst .Just a week ago i was visiting the dealership to have my 2015 RX serviced and met Gary the sales manger . He suggested I look at the new 2016 models just to get an idea how they changed which I did then we started talking about my vehicle and i told him i purchased it in August of 2014 from Ryan who i found to be a really wonderful salesperson . Personally the Best I ever dealt with during the search for a vechile . Well to keep this review short . I ended up trading in my 2015 RX350 for a new 2015 RX350 and ended up paying $70.00 per month on the finace deal i made . So i am very happy and would highly recommend Ray Catena of Oakhurst .

I do not find car shopping fun, salesmen tend to be pushy and aggressive and even rude. Prior to my visit to Ray Catena Lexus in Monmouth I had visited a few other dealerships which confirmed my feelings. HOWEVER dealing with Luke Albrink was completely different and refreshing. Luke was very helpful, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and NOT pushy or aggressive. Thanks Luke!!! Joe Marino was also very helpful in explaining the Tire & Wheel Protection program, again not pushing me into purchasing in it but help explain how it works and how it would be beneficial. Overall wonderful experience at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth!

As we have come to expect , when we have questions or need expert guidance on what serves our needs best, we can count on Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth to be available. We have always dealt with Greg Webb , and he responds immediately to queries , and these responses are to OUR benefit . His title is "Master Certified Sales Consultant" , and he is certainly that in our case. My wife and I have leased and purchased vehicles with Greg's help in the past, and this most recent transaction was a bit complicated. No problem for Greg. We are very happy. And besides handling the vehicle transaction expertly, he researched some "special needs" issues we had that would require modifying the vehicle.He found the solution , and provided details on the supplier and the solution so we could proceed with confidence.

Quick and easy. Very knowledgeable. Traded in a gx460 and drove away with a 2016 gx460. Zak Gruber setup all the devices in the vehicle and showed how all the accessories worked. Luke was very honest and didn't push anything that was unnecessary. Great service and experience all around. Will be doing business with them again

I've been leasing cars for many years. I'm not the kind of person that enjoys shopping for a new car every three years. I find the numerous choices of vehicles/modelsl/options and prices daunting to say the least. It was particularly hard for me this year because I was considering to switch from my usual car brand to a Lexus. Fortunately, my experience at Lexus made my transition to a new vehicle virtually painless. I want to thank especially, Mr.Alexander Maslennikov for his excellent service. He spent a lot of time with me going over the details of the vehicles and was very transparent about the costs. I felt reassured about getting a good deal from him and drove away with a new car the same day.. I HATE car shopping and dreaded my first experience of leasing a car. I visited a few other dealerships prior to this one and they only confirmed my feelings. Then I went to Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth County. To my surprise, I had the most wonderful experience! My salesperson, Ryan Herzenberg, was so knowledgeable and patient. You would think this would be a given, but I did not experience this at other dealerships. I spoke over the phone with Carlos Pincaro regarding leasing a Lexus GX. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he handled everything for me. I told him what I needed and obviously that price was a huge factor. He made some suggestions to get me in the vehicle I wanted with the options I needed and the price I wanted. When I showed up at the dealer he let me know he was able to structure the deal to save me a few more dollars.All the paperwork was setup and ready to go. It was a breeze. He also had their tech guy ready for us to pair our phones to the car and show us how to use everything in the car. Very professional.He was very cognizant that ever dollar mattered and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Cant say that I have ever had that type of experience at a car dealership. That's how you build long lasting relationships!

Gretzky was my sales associate. He was fantastic. I recently purchased the GX460 from them. Gretzky listened to what color and type of car I wanted and worked with me to get me a deal that made sense for me. He offered me a few options to choose from and got his manager involved early so as not to waste any time. They are a great dealer and don't just sell you the car and let you worry about it. They had a specialist teach me about the tech features in the car prior to leaving the lot.

We recently purchased a pre-owned GS350. We worked with Joe Marino for the sale. Despite a good amount of negotiations which spanned several weeks (as we were narrowing down our choices among various dealers), Joe handled the process with courtesy and professionalism. He listened to our interests and reviewed all the options. When we asked for additional info, Joe followed through with the answers in a prompt fashion. Also, the Ray Catena dealership is very well run. For anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Lexus, we would highly recommend the Ray Catena dealership and for Joe to handle the sale.

There are people; who look forward to shopping for a vehicle, and enjoy everything about it, however my husband and I are NOT those people. We also have acquaintances who are automobile salesmen but always associated them with the unfortunate joking references to attorneys...until NOW! From the moment we entered Ray Catena"s Lexus dealership (Monmouth) and was introduced to our salesman, Luke Albrink, any and all stereotypes were totally eroded. He was intelligent, informative, pleasant and charming. He explained all options available to us, then, allowed US to choose which WE needed and wanted. How refreshing! I am really not one who "refers or "recommends" haphazardly or often, because I take matters of my word most seriously! However, I was SO impressed by Luke Albrink and my Ray Catena experience, I felt compelled to compose and post this! Our sales person Luke Albrink was excellent - attentive but respectful of my need for time to make a decision. Lets get rid of the obvious stuff.Its not hard to sell a Lexus. It's a beautiful car.It is hard to find a salesperson who takes excellent care of a customer.Here's what happened:I sent an email to all the dealers in NJ on a Saturday.Time of email? After all of them were closed.Ryan responded in 10 minutes.And Ryan answered all my emailed questions until 10pm Saturday night.To be fair, one other dealer did respond on Saturday...to say he couldn't respond until Monday.Now on Monday, the other dealers finally got around to replying.I wanted a Lexus with some special features.Ryan said it would be hard to find in the model I wanted but he'd look.In the meantime, he made a great offer on a vehicle that was in inventory in case he couldn't find the one I was after. Every single dealership I talked to said the special model I wanted wasn't available on the East Coast. That's it. They didn't say they'd try to look for me. Or even make one single phone call.We can't get it, have a nice day. Unless you want to buy something else.Ryan kept digging. He made calls and didn't give up.He couldn't find 1 of the special model I wanted.He actually found 3 of them.Other dealers - "We can't get it"Ryan - "I'll do whatever I can to track it down."See a theme here? :)Let's talk money.Ryan's dealership doesn't have a finance department. So Ryan took my information over the phone and that was it.I didn't have to sit with a mountain of forms to fill out.The deal he promised me was the deal I got.The very next day they he secured one of the 3 vehicles that all the other dealers said weren't available. And he had it delivered from another state.Time of delivery? 24 hours overnight.You can guess how expensive mailing a 10 pound package overnight would be.Try sending a car overnight.So what did it cost me to get my Lexus special ordered from a dealer and delivered from out of state overnight? Zero. No charge.They weren't having a special that day - it's just what Ryan considered doing his job.He also gave me the best price and terms of any other dealer.After the sale, he kept being great.What does that mean?It's common for salespeople to lose their interest once they've got the sale.They don't return calls as fast, they try to push you onto someone else for questions or they vanish altogether. Ryan personally drove my new Lexus off the flatbed truck that drove across states to deliver it. He helped me through all the final paperwork.and personally drove the car to the exit at the very end. Andy Seibert's (Sales Ray Catena Lexus) presentations, explanations and focusing on the customer were excellent. As a contrarian, I anticipated sales pressure to close the deal. Andy Seibert's skill is NOT that style. On a scale of 1 to 10 with the lower numeral being poor; and, the higher number being excellent----Andy style easily qualifies as very excellent. I throughly enjoyed my experience at Catena in Oakhurst, NJ.

This is our 3rd Lexus RX we bought from Harvey Katz at this dealership. Always professional, helpful and friendly, Helped us get through mountains of options, colors and accessories to get the car I wanted. Steve Morfino also helped us when we popped in to the dealership unexpectedly and Harvery was helping another customer. He worked VERY hard as well to make the sale happen for me. I saw teamwork throughout the entire process. This is important because buying a car is not like buying an iron. It takes hours of hard work from selection to purchase and paperwork to pickup and understanding the new vehicle controls.

Met with an "interim" salesperson Luke, and manager Carlos because our salesperson Gretzsky was unavailable. They reviewed a number of applicable options with us in anticipation of our return on the weekend to see the car(s) in person. Started giving us parameters on a lease deal. We returned met Gretzsky, who worked with us to structure an almost no money down customer loyalty lease with a monthly rate lower then originally quoted. He made everything painless. The car prep people were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Because of the nature of the F Sport, they explained the tire, rim, dent and windshield protection plan and gave me 24 hours to think about it, which I did purchase. The only thing I found insulting was our 2013 IS 250 AWD with only 5728 miles had no value - really? I bet you its on the lot right now for $32,000.

Buying a car from Ray Catena is a "no brainer". We needed another car for our son, we had purchased 14 other cars from Ray, why not try again. They make it so simple. From the trade in value to the financing to the loaner cars when we need service. It's all good. Steve Ampster was the best salesperson, with incredible knowledge about the cars, the financing and willingness to make sure we were happy with the purchase.

i have multiple cars and have dealt with numerous dealerships over the years. i would rate the overall experience at ray catena lexus as unbeatable. i just leased my second car from Steven Morfino. An excellent sales executive. the entire process was a pleasure because of him. he worked to get me a car that he thought would be best. I was basically taking a black on black on the lot but he knew from some of my comments that i might be happier with a different color, he slowed the process to give me options. he found a different similarly equipped car on another lot. he was correct. he even suggested i go home and think about it, something rarely heard at a car dealership. after i said yes, he had all the paperwork done and the car ready for delivery in a very short time. the five star treatment doesn't end at the sale. it continues all during ownership. superb service center. apparently Ray Catena has extremely high standards for employment.....every level of employment .. thanks again, Steven Morfino, looking forward to number 3 already.

I have had 2 encounters with Mini of Monmouth, both have been terrific, I purchased my Mini from a different New Jersey dealer, and was not happy with them. I switched to Mini of Monmouth and I'am So glad I did, they welcomed me with open arms, My second experience I had the vehicle towed to them late on a Monday afternoon, and I received a call by 9:30 Tuesday and was advised they found they problem, and it was fixed and ready for pick up by 11:00 that day. They are very courteous and professional!

Alex Maslennikov was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. He helped us find the best car at the best price for us. He was very helpful and friendly and asked questions that helped narrow down the selections of cars based on our needs and wants. Very bad exp in buying a RX and no recommendation to anybody. Two sales people have two different stories. The second one doesn't care if I was working with other already. He booked time for my visit to see the RX which the first told me the previous day that it was sold same day. The second salesman was rude in asking me that I should have told him for I was working with someone else already which is weird. Can't he find out from the internal system if someone else has helped me already previous day.

Very surprised how this dealership has changed. Lots of promises made with little results. This is our second new car from them. We had planned to buy a third when the new LS comes out, but will buy elsewhere.The process of explaining the new car features was a joke. Luckily we own a similar RX -or I would never know how to work anything. The iphone set up from the tech did not work nor did the garage door opener. I figured it out on my own.When the salesman called us while we just happened to be in the car -in trying out the new phone connections, I unfortunately pressed the wrong button & disconnected us. When he called back, instead of wondering how we got disconnected, he actually yelled at us for hanging up on him! I tried to explain we were trying out the new phone connection, but his yelling took over the conversation.Our personalized license plate process was also not achieved. No matter how many times I said I wanted to use an older set of personalized plates -they just did the minimum & stated it couldn't be done. Just another project I'll have to fix on my own.The head restraints on the new RX are also a huge problem that we asked for assistance is trying to fix. At 5'3, as I sit in the seat, my head is tilted forward with my chin down. Try riding in a car for any length of time without your neck hurting. We explained how this is a very bad problem & asked for assistance from a Lexus expert on trying to fix the problem -only to be told the restraints are made for our safety. Period. No one bothered to try & find a solution. Another problem I will have to work on myself.Although the employees while buying are very polite -the follow up after the purchase was seriously lacking this time around. If this experience is a sign to things to come, I won't buy another car from them. Although I tried to enter this review without mentioning the particular salesmen, the site wouldn't let me. I would like to state upfront that Ryan Herzenberg was a great person to work with for the initial purchase. I have no complaints regarding Ryan, and he was not involved with the complaints in this review.

Yesterday I leased my 4th RX350 from Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. While I have another Lexus dealership about 6 miles from my home, I choose to drive 70 miles farther - why? Several reasons. Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth is a pleasure to deal with. They will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. No high pressure tactics. And, most importantly, their prices can't be beat. We were shopping the dealerships in NJ.When I outlined car and price to all dealership.This seemed too difficult for all the salesmen except for Gretsky Fluerant who found us the car and put a fair deal together the first time I sat down with him.We left and came back that weekend to pick up the car. One hour later we were done...seriously thats what car buyers expect ...No haggling no sitting all day two hrs to pick out the car and do the deal then one hour to sign papers, go through a tech run, and go home!!!! I recently had the experience of leasing my first Lexus at Ray Catena Lexus in Oakhurst. The entire leasing experience was so relaxed and inviting, it's difficult to leave without buying on the spot. I did leave but I came back and I leased the 2015 CT200, I didn't come back because it was the best deal, I came back because it was the best customer service I have ever encountered and in the end if I get that level of service in the buying process, I would expect an even greater service from the Service Department. I am completely satisfied with all of the service received at Ray Catena and especially the knowledgeable manner in which Chad helps his customers. It is always a pleasure to visit Ray Catena. I recently purchased a CPO Lexus from Ray Catena of Monmouth and am pleased to report that I truly had a great experience. Staff was excellent - addressed all my concerns and went out of their way to meet and exceed my expectations. Days after the purchase, Salesperson Dan followed up with me to make sure everything was in order and that I did not have any concerns. Even though I reside in Brooklyn, I plan to drive to Ray Catena NJ for auto service because I have a good feeling the dealership will perform honest and quality work.

I just leased a new GX460 for my wife. Ryan Herzenberg, my salesman and Frank McLaughlin, the General Manager both made this the most pleasurable and easiest transaction I have ever had at any car dealership. We were catered to from the minute we walked through the door until the minute we drove off with the new truck. Our daughter was with us and they even brought out coloring books and crayons for her! We got the deal we were looking for and were given an excellent amount for our older GX470. My wife absolutely loves her new truck and we have already recommended them to other friends and family. Staff, atmosphere, pricing, and inventory are beyond reproach. I have trust in everyone I have dealt with at this dealership. I would only purchase or lease a vehicle from Ray Catena as I know that all transactions are approached as if I were a member of the family. Thus far this is my 12th car through the Catena corporate structure. I am very pleased with all aspects of my dealings. It would be extremely difficult to even consider going elsewhere as it is hard to beat perfection!!

I have purchased/leased several cars over the last 20 years and the dealership and sales people can't even come close to the experience I had at this dealership with Luke Albrink. He was by far the best Sales Consultant. I never once felt like he was just trying to push me into buying a car. He understood my needs and concerns. Everything went so smooth that I was waiting for him to tell me there was a "catch". There was no catch, just a great deal with a great dealership thanks to Luke. I didn't want to deal with dealerships in North Jersey/ NYC so we drove to Ray Catena in Oakhurst. It was my first time buying a luxury vehicle and my first new car in over a decade. WHAT A PLEASURE it was to work with Gretzky Fleurant. He was calm, friendly and guided me through the whole process. He pointed out the benefits of the car without the high pressure I am use to. From the people who answer the phone to Jim who programmed the car and Carlos Pincaro (Gretxky's manager) all the employees at the store are a 10.

Second visit to this dealership - each time for a newer car. Didn't have an "easy" button on Gregg's desk, but there should have been one. My husband finds no problem with my independent car shopping, knowing this dealership will always take best care of me. The work ethic, the reliability to follow through on promises, the honesty and serious approach when it comes time to fine-tune pricing, the thrill to drive away in my new car knowing it "all came down" the way it should. Alex presented himself as professional and personable. His no pressue style was certainly welcomed. He began with getting to know me and asked what I was looking for in a Lexus, He presented serveal options and was open to negotiate price on not ony the new vehicle but on my trade in. I can say wth certainly that after 36 months of this lease is up, I will be returing to this dealership for my next Lexus. I love my new RX350 that we bought from Greg Webb at Ray Catena Lexus. We just stopped in on a Friday afternoon on our way to our shore house to look at colors. We usually buy our Lexus up North at our full time residence. After meeting Greg Webb and the Ray Catena staff, we picked out a car that fit me just right! We proceeded to our shore house and Greg contacted us with the numbers and we finished the transaction. On Monday morning on our way back home, we picked up our beautiful new RX350 and was finished within an hour or less. The delivery consultant Jim was excellent as he paired my phone, set my navigation and showed me features which I never knew I had in my past Lexus. I am now a Ray Catena and Greg Webb customer for life!!

This is the fourth time I have done business with this dealership. Each time has been a great experience however this particular time was above and beyond. I worked with Joe Marino and Luke. Without question I have never had better service... I mean ever. Joe was on top of every detail and while Joe was out, Luke had his back through the processes. The follow up, professionalism and knowledge truly made this fourth transaction without question the best i'v had. I came into Ray Catena today and purchased an RX 350, and had the pleasure of working with Ryan Herzenberg as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, polite, and offered me their rock bottom price from the beginning without the back and forth nonsense. The Ray Catena dealership hires honest salespeople; their great cars and amazing prices sell themselves and they see no need to apply any pressure to the customer. The dealership is luxurious, meticulously clean, and they even offer food and refreshments! I will definitely return to Ryan at Ray Catena for my next car purchase, and will be referring friends and family there as well!Also of note, Chris Russo the manager was very helpful as well!

I've been going to the service dept with my 07 LS460L since it was new. Catena offers the BEST service dept in the industry. All the people are friendly (Mindy), the immaculate waiting room they have WiFi-TV-free food and I mean real food, Star Bucks espresso and an arcade for the kids...who does that. I mostly get a loaner when I go there. They also wash your car for free anytime you ride by the dealership they will wash your car. My car have always been dealer serviced and I've has my share of problems with this car like the wind noise on the earlier models....they took care of all issues. They have a shop Forman Ron who's job it is just to walk around and see if anyone needs help or to trouble shoot.This is a first class operation hands down. I know a lot about cars and they impress me. Chuck Luciano in MB sales is a straight shooter and I buy all my cars from him in the Catena dealerships. I wouldn't steer anyone wrong, they are the best.

After a long journey of car shopping, I came back home. I was looking for an upgrade in options from my base12RX due to loaded one. My current lease was ending and I was not sure what I wanted. After spending over 2 days going from auto manufacture to another, nothing was fitting like a Lexus. I was in talks with another Lexus dealer but I knew I was not going to get the family treatment like I am used to from Ray Catena Lexus. I spoke to Harvey Katz late at night looking for a very specific option packages in a RX or ES. The next morning I wanted to test-drive both before all the holiday shopping traffic started. Frank McLaughlin was in early on Saturday and took an hour out of his morning routine to understand my unique situation. By now Harvey Katz was in and was shocked that we (my son and I) were here so early. After debating over the ES, I stayed with a RX. Working with Frank and Harvey, they had such a welcoming, warm, family attitude with both of us I came home with a 15RX. My sons Lexus lease is also up in a few months and he even commented how well we were treated and told Frank and Harvey to be expecting to see him soon. With this purchase and soon my sons, we are a true Lexus family (this is now our 8th) If you are looking for a true luxury experience for you Lexus purchase, Frank and Harvey will take care of you.

Steven Amster is not your typical car salesman. He fits none of the draconian descriptions. He was extremely courteous, honest and helpful in our decision to lease our vehicle. I returned to Lexus after having had a Mercedes for two years and he took care of the return, easing our minds and making the purchase pleasant. We got all the paper work done very quickly and when I came to pick up my car I got to drive off with it faster than I expected. Andrew Seibert is a consummate professional and a gentleman. Thoroughly knowledgeable of his craft. We came in on our first look around after doing some homework. Within 10 minutes of meeting Andy we were sitting in a car, within the next 10 we were test driving yet another. 10 minutes after returning from the test drive, having listened to our concerns and comments, he gave us two other cars to consider, pointed out the pros and cons of all three vehicles and, then left us alone to discuss them. After making our decision and explaining the reasons for our offer, Andy took it to his manager and we got the car we wanted for the price we offered. He had the car ready for us to pick up the next evening, spent the needed time to explain all the features and made sure they were set up to our liking. He called the next evening to make sure we were happy with our purchase and to see if we had any further questions. All and all, we are thrilled with our experience and would buy another car from him tomorrow.

I started off my day by calling around to several Lexus dealers in NJ to ask some questions. Most just wanted me to come in or said they would call me back but never did. Rich Wenger within 10 minutes called me back with all the answers to my questions and invited me in for a test drive. From the moment I got there everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Rich set me up on test drives with 3 different models, explaining the differences and features on each one. I never felt rushed or pressured and he took his time to make sure I found the Lexus that suited all my needs. I know buying a new car is a big deal and sometimes you look back and second guess if you did the right thing or not. The whole process was so relaxed that I walked away very happy knowing I got a good deal on a great car! Being a prior owner of new BMW and Mercedes vehicles in the past you always get nice service in the beginning but after they feel you will buy the car you turn into just another sale and number. It has been just over a week since I bought my Lexus (which I love!) and Rich has checked in with me several times to see if I had any questions about my car etc. One thing that Rich said and stuck with me was that they treat their customers like family and I really believe everyone there, especially Rich, truly practices that. I had always heard nothing but good things about this dealership from many friends and family and they definitely stand up to their reputation. I now join the many that will recommend this dealership and Rich to everyone interested in a Lexus!

This is the 1st Lexus I have purchased. My salesperson Ryan Herzenberg made this an easy choice. Ryan was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Ryan made my wife and I feel very comfortable and never pressured us. Ryan is an Asset to the Ray Catena Dealership and stands as Role Model for all other Sales Representatives. I had an option to purchase the same vehicle for slightly less money at another dealership but it is because of Ryan I choose to purchase my vehicle from the Ray Catena Dealership. After many negative experiences purchasing vehicles in the past, I walked into Lexus of Monmouth with my guard up. After just a few seconds, I was approached by a lovely lady and asked if I needed assistance. She introduced me to Alex Maslennikov. This gentleman was as nice and helpful as humanly possible...not only to me, but my wife and daughter as well. After just a few minutes, it felt like we had known eachother for a long time. He made the entire car buying experience as easy as possible. My wife and I are very busy and do not have endless hours to waste at dealerships. He had us test driving the vehicle in about 5-10 minutes, and the rest of the process was handled by a couple of phone calls. He kept his word on all his promises and delivered a great car and a one of a kind customer experience.

Mike Farrell is an "outstanding" Service Consultant who is excellent - and my preferred go to person. In late June and early July we purchased two Certified Lexus (ES350, LS460L) from Ray Catena in Monmouth. The first was "tricky' in that we were leasing it , and we wanted to buy as a Certified vehicle, and add Platinum Warranty to that. No problem for Greg Webb-he figured it all out and the process worked seamlessly. In the second case, we wanted to trade our 2004 LS430, and purchase a Certified LS460L, also adding Platinum Warranty (six years total and up to 125,000 miles). Greg found the right car , and he and the Service Manager Ron Hauser made sure the car was in top condition . This is not the first time we've dealt with these gentlemen , and we have NEVER been disappointed. The sales and service staff at Ray Catena Lexus in Monmouth are why we return , and why we strongly recommend the dealership to others. Four of our neighbors, on our seven house block, have a Lexus, from Ray Catena. No surprise.

I just got my third Lexus RX, and the second one from Ray Catena, the only sad part is that I didn't get all 3 of them from there. I'm in New York, and I gave an opportunity to a local dealer in Long Island, but wasn't very happy with the experience, and I came back to where I bought my first one. After dealing with Ryan Herzenberg, I can tell you definitively, that I will always return to Ray Catena and specifically to Ryan. He made my trip from the city worth while and the time it took to get there which wasn't very long at all. I did the whole transaction in one day, I am very happy with my new 2015 RX350, the price that I got was unbelievable and Ryan was very helpful through out the whole process, by the way, I had a trade in, and needless to say I'm very happy with my entire deal. Lastly, as a New Yorker I priced out my deal, and nobody could beat it. Just for that Ryan gets 5 STARS *****. Thank you so much. See you again soon!!!!!!

He was very professional, very fair with pricing, and honest at all times. Had a great experience at the dealership on Tuesday July 29th. There were no tricks, no issues at all, very reputable and honest dealership, and very helpful salesman in Alex. From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about Andrew and the Ray Catena Lexus experience. I had called Andy about the gx460. He explained that they didn't have what we wanted in the showroom but one was coming in soon. We talked about the price I wanted to pay for the suv and what I wanted for my trade in over the phone; and the deal was made. No pressure, no hassle. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Andy was very prompt with phone calls, and gave us updates on when the suv would be at the dealership. He took care of the insurance and prep work before we came to pick up the suv to speed the process up. That was wonderful. The gx460 was immaculate. Andy's OCD really makes him a great salesman and I'm very happy we did business with him. I would recommend Andy to any of my friends or family. Once in a while you find a true gem - the kind of place that you want to go back to. Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth is just such a place. I had been looking for a CPO RX-350 and found exactly what I wanted here. It had every option I had been looking for, was the exact color combination I wanted, and the price was almost too good to be true. Recently purchased a new Maserati from Ray Catena in Oakhurst and in a simple sentence, the experience was great. It was sooth, easy, informative, no sales pressure or any other gimmicks. Gene Bonnell, the sales associate was excellent. He answered all the quetions in a professional yet simple manner. When the time came to close the deeal, manager Michael Bellina was terrific to do business with. Very professional, yet very pleasant to do business with. I would strongly recomend this dealership. If you need some answers then Gene Bonnell is a Maserati person you want to get in touch with. When the time comes to close the deal, make sure at the very least you want to know Michael Bellina, at the very least shake his hand and you won't regrett. I should add that this was the first time for me to buy a Maserati but not the first time to deal with a luxory car brand. After having owned a BMW, an MB 500 and a Lexus, I will admit that I, overall, was very pleased with the overarll experience with Maserati, Ray Catena, Gene Bonnell and Michael Bellina. Even though I did everything over the phone and was from far away , he patiently walked me through every step and detail throughout the entire sale-which took almost 5 days to put everything together , between banks and insurance check that i was getting and more. He paid attention to all my requests and made everything comfortable and easy as i could havde hoped for, and when we got there everything was and went just as he said!! James was awesome!! James at Ray Catena Pre-Owned made evrything easy as could be. The negotiations were completed over the phone and everything James said , he stuck to!! It is refreshing to see that from a car dealer now a days. When I got there to pick up the vehicle, it had a full tank of gas and look beautiful and all the paperwork along with a nice gift bag were all ready for me. James was freindly and nice. After purchasing the vehicle, I had realized that the vehicle needed an attatchment for the bluetooth to work and the vehicle did not come with it!! James told me no problem and got me one within a week !! Aside from all the great and freindly help, James even suggested a nearby Steak House for dinner since we had traveled 2 and a half hours to get there. I still dont know which one was better, the steak house or James help!! Thank You Ray Catena Pre-Owned!!

From the moment I walked in it was clear I was in a quality place. I had been searching for my new BMW for almost 30 days and I am happy I did not settle. On Friday , by chance , and only because I had a meeting right up the road and stopped in when I saw a 2005 XK8 on the lot. I got exactly what I was looking for! I was giving my name at the front desk to the secratary to have someone call me if they got in a 2009-2011 Jaguar XK8 or XKR and James over heard the conversation and the rest is history. I picked up my 2010 Jaguar XKR fully fully loaded with only 22,000 miles on it the following monday!! Everything was great!! All my paperwork was ready when I got there and the entire process was wonderfully. This isnt my first car from Ray Catena and it won't be my last!! A great place to do business!!

I travelled almost 8 hours from Buffalo New York to pick up my very first car, a 2007 white BMW which was more than fairly priced, and in excellent condition. The salesman had been working with me for almost a week with working out financing deals with different companies, he was very polite and extremely professional. When planning a trip to pick up my BMW, he helped me plan my trip and even picked me up from the train station!!!! Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by very friendly individuals, and IMMEDIATELY I felt comfortable, and like I was family. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this location to any and everyone looking to buy a luxury vehicle. The BMW was immaculate! They were knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I love Ray Catena. I had such a great experience buying my 2010 Mercedes C300 from Ray Catena PreOwned Certified in Oakhurst, NJ. I was treated with the utmost resepct and had no pressure in purchasing my vehicle. I was lucky enough to find my C300 fully loaded with low mileage at a VERY competitive price. Jim Florio and the sales manager were able to to make my purchase happen with little to no stress involved. I've had my C300 for almost a month now and I absolutely love driving it. Chad from Ray Catena of Monmouth reached out via email in response to my inquiry on internet. Chad responded to my query with straight quote for CAR i was looking for. Surprisingly, his first quote out of the gate was best quote I had after few days of reaching out to other dealerships. Due to my work schedule and dealership distance, I was not able to make it to dealership sooner for test drive. Chad was understanding and never pressurized me into rushing the process. When finally, I had time to go, Chad was on vacation, but had arranged Steven to take care of me. Steven showed me different cars available and provided good consultation to understand difference between various packages.Due to distance of dealership, I did decide to buy my CAR from dealership nearer to my home. As a Lexus owner I was ready for the new 2013 ES. Rep Evan Quinones was tracking the arrival of a silver ES350.We never met, but communicated via email. When car arrived .at Oakhurst Evan suggested I come in and drive one. I said not necessary,I have been "driving" the car on YouTube.He offered a good price for a very new arrival and I replied with a reasonable number saying - if you will consider it, I'll come inAnd buy it before you go home.Evan invited me in and in 2 hours I was sitting at his desk. Again, first time we met. In 1 hour and 2 minutes I left for home.In that time Evan did all paperwork, plates, contacted my insurance agent for next morning pickup.How simple and stress less can life be? This past summer I started shopping for a new car as my current lease was up in October 2012. I had a Lexus in mind but wasn't sure I could afford it. I had contacted a few dealerships and even went into one and test drove the RX. I had a negative experience with one particular dealership and was sort of put off by the experience. But then I contacted Lexus of Oakhurst via email and received a note back from Evan Quinones. I'm an email person being I work full time and have two young children to deal with so this was the preferred method of communication or me. Perhaps the other dealerships didn't like that or saw that I didn't have a boat load of money behind me, but Evan didn't seem to mind. I had a SLEW of questions and he took the time to answer everything and then some. I ended up being between the Lexus and one other car. I can honestly say it was Evan's determination to get help me get behind the wheel of the Lexus at a respectable price per month and explained every penny of the upfront costs that made me decide to go with them. He spent so much time going over everything with me that I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. The dealership itself was extremely clean, nice and with the friendliest people that I was so happy to be there. My daughter was thrilled to be able to eat a bagel!! :) The first time there I selected the car I wanted and signed most of the paperwork. The next week I came back to pick it up and Evan was again friendly and accommodating and everything was ready for me. The RX was a shining gorgeous white...the detailing was fantastic. I met with two other gentlemen who also were very nice (one to go over the warranties and the other who spent a LOT of time going over all of the bells and whistles in the car). I was almost sad to leave. I would highly highly recommend this dealership...regardless of where you live. I came down from North Jersey just for their spectacular service.

He was super honest in helping us select options that were right for our family and pointing out those that we might not need. He was also quite competitive price wise and not pushy at all. We got the impression that he had our best intentions in mind rather than just another sale on the board.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing or leasing a new car.Professional, knowledgeable salesmen. Best price for a Lexus in the area. I drove down from Summit, because they gave me the best deal. Didn't try to push me into the usual extras, and I walked in on a Saturday "just looking", and by lunchtime, drove out in my new Lexus GX 460. They also gave me a fair price for my old Nissan trade-in.Can't say enough good things about this dealership.Other car dealers in my area could take some lessons from this group.Thank you.

Our experience at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Upon arrival at the dealership, my husband and I were immediately greated and offered coffee and water. We were then introduced to our sales associate, Brendan Hynes. Brendan listened carefully to our needs and answered all of our questions. At the time, we were deciding between BMW and Lexus. Our major car search requirements were sportiness, navigation, bluetooth, leather seats, and a black or gray exterior. We were indifferent between new or certified pre-owned, but needed to stick to a budget. After test driving the IS250 and ES350, we liked the sportiness of the IS250 over the ES350. However, the BMW was still in the lead. That was when Brendan suggested looking at a pre-owned 2011 IS350 with only 7k miles; the car had everything we wanted and was within our budget. In addition, Brendan took the time to explain the entire navigation system and even loaded all of the contacts from my iPhone to demonstrate how the technology worked. Brendan also mentioned that we could have the car washed at the service station once a week for free. After test-driving the car in the sun, rain, and on the highway (Brendan has the patience of a saint), we decided to make an offer. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would be happy to recommend Brendan and Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth to our friends and family.

For several months I had been looking for a certified pre owned Cadillac SRX SUV and had identified exactly what I thought I wanted at the Cadillac dealership next door to Ray Catena Lexus in Oak Hurst NJ. As I was about to drive away from the Cadillac dealership I saw the Lexus dealer out of the corner of my eye and for curiosity sake I stopped in to check out their SUVs. Due to outstanding attention to detail and extraordinary patience, Tony Trocchia slowly convinced me to purchase a loaded pre-owned Lexus ES 350 which was absolutely in perfect shape. He was not pushy. He listened to my needs. He took me to multiple Lexus pre-owned SUVs that were in excellent condition. He allowed me to drive several vehicles without peppering me with questions as almost every other test drive salesperson I experienced in the past. I was actually able to test drive the vehicle and concentrate while I got something out of the test. In a very nonintrusive way he persuaded me to provide my budget, which is something I had never done in the past. He was genuine throughout the entire process. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being worked as had been the case at many other dealerships. When we surpassed the ceiling on my budget Tony found a way to meet my needs with an agreeable price. And then he followed up with me in ways that no other salesman at an auto dealership has ever done. He personally took into the service facility (which is about mile away from the dealer showroom) and introduced me to all the people who would keep my certified pre-owned Lexus in tip top shape for the duration of my ownership. He also spent a 30 minutes sitting in the vehicle with me to review every option the vehicle offered. Also, my new vehicle runs 91 plus octane and with fuel prices over $4 per gallon my Lexus dealership filled my tank for me when bought. In the days and weeks that followed Tony contacted me several times to make sure everything was running properly and to gauge my level of satisfaction. The service manager sent me an email reminding me that my first/next oil change and filter would be at NO CHARGE. And Tony told me I was entitled to a free car wash once a week for as long as I owned the vehicle. Im not talking a about an external only wash and drip dry. This is an Interior and exterior towel dried and vacuumed car wash practically with valet service. I bought this vehicle almost 4 months ago, and I am completely satisfied with my experience. I am so satisfied that my wife who drives a 2010 Audi SUV, and is currently extremely irritated over a performance problem with the central locking system and more importantly with the lack of customer service she has received from her Audi dealership, so much so that she recently said to me, why dont we talk to Tony about a pre-owned Lexus SUV and get rid of the Audi service department. I am in my early 50s and my wife and I have owned multiple high end luxury vehicles. This is our first Lexus. At the end of the day it is 50% about the car maker and 150% about the dealerships commitment to service. Ray Cantena Lexus in Oak Hurst gets it and gets it done. If you dont believe me, go in and talk to Tony Trocchia. By the way, I was not referred to Tony, and met him for the first time on Friday, February 11th but plan to look him up every time my family has auto need.

When I stopped in one day after having already picked up my new car, Ryan told me that he has some free time if I had any questions about anything on the car. That blew me away! I went to a different dealer prior to buying from ray catena. I had seen a pretty good price on a "certified pre-owned" lexus rx350. Turns out it was a "finance price", they wanted me to give them an extra $3500 on top of the advertised price and on top of that, it wasn't even certified, they wanted another $2500 for the warranty! that kind of advertising shoudl be ilegal. needless to say i walked out without buying anything.With ray catena, I negotiated a fair price on a lexus certified pre-owned car with the 3 year warranty, with no if's, and's or but's about it. i got the special financing that came with the certified car with no haggling and they were nice enough to show me the service history on the car so i know i wasnt' buying a car that was never maintained.since i live close enough i've had it serviced on 2 occasions for regular maintenance. i've had fords, toyotas, and even mercedes and bmws. at none of those places was i treated as well as i was over at this dealers service department. its nice to see that some people still do it right and care about their reputation.

My family travels 45 minutes out of our way to purchase and lease our cars at Ray Catena, Oakhurst, N.J. The one reason we only go to this dealership is because of salesman, Steven Amster. He is so knowledgeable, and always has our best interest in mind. We have been dealing with Ray Catena, Oakhurst for many years and will continue to do so as long as Steven Amster is a part of their team. Our daughter is also now driving a Lexus thanks to Steven.

I've owned several different cars and could never say I enjoyed the purchasing process until my first time with Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth in NJ, and my salesman Bob Mongiello. A year ago I went there knowing what I wanted, but they didn't have it on the lot. Bob did some magical work and in a couple weeks I purchased a new 2010 ES350 Ultra Luxury model loaded with Navigation/Mark Levinson, Parking Assist, etc. This entire experience and process from start to finish was exceptional and after having the car a year, I am still extremely happy with the car and completely satisfied with the exceptional service department. We had just wanted to trade my wife's Acura MDX in for another Lexus. I exchanged some emails with Bob and we went in to look at a pre-owned vehicle for her. Again, the entire process from what we were offered for our trade, to the easily agreed upon deal was fantastic. However after further realization on our part by the next day, the vehicle just did not work for our family with small children...a great car, but was just simply too small. After worrying we were now in for the worse and stuck, we hesitantly went back to the dealer to talk to Bob...once again, amazing! Completely helpful and understanding. Bob had introduced us to the sales manager Frank McLaughlin, and I couldn't help to think this is where the pressure starts. I couldn't have been more wrong...and after my dealings so far there and with my previous purchase, I should have known better. Frank too was a complete pleasure to meet and speak too, and again no pressure in the slightest. The fact is that they want your business and want you to be completely happy and be a lifelong customer...no surprises, no pressure, no hassles. I am sure every Ray Catena dealership is just as great, but I can only vouch for Ray Catena of Monmouth in saying if you want a beautiful reliable luxury vehicle, you must go with a Lexus, and if you want the absolute best buying experience and continued high level of service experience you will get anywhere - you've got to deal with Ray Catena Monmouth. This is a true class act dealership all around including the service department. I must give my extremely high recommendation of dealing with Bob Mongiello who will go out of his way, up and beyond to make sure you are happy...and pain-free. They do it right there all around which is a rarity. Not looking to sell one quick car for the short term no matter what it takes, they want a happy repeat customer long term. I've become a life long customer, and we will be back a bit later this year to purchase another new Lexus with Bob - and you should go see him too.

My experience at Ray Catens Lexus in Oakhurst NJ was outstanding. I just leased a 2011 RX350 in matadore red - gorgeous! Or as I like to say, "Lexalicious". My salesman was Tom Conzo. Tom was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. Friendly, very down to earth. No nonsense. The deal we discussed was the deal he prepared and had ready when I came to pick up the car. There were no unpleasant surprises like I have experienced SO many other times at other dealerships. There were only pleasant surprises, such as the whole process being very fast and straight forward, as well as a Ray Catena Lexus gift bag filled with coffee mug, key rings, ez pass holder, hat, and other goodies. After everything was signed off with Tom (there was no series of managers to see - Tom handled everything), he brought me to the delivery area and showed me my car. It was perfect. He explained everything about the car and was very patient and kind as he helped me to set up my bluetooth phone, ipod, audio presets, etc. In addition to his clear explanations of the features of the RX, Tom advised me to watch the DVD that came with the owners manual. That was also very helpful and so it took only a day for my new car to feel very familiar and comfortable.The service area at Ray Catena Lexus is also wonderful. It is located a short distance from the dealership. Today I had bodyside moldings installed on my RX. The service was fast and efficient. The waiting area is very pleasant and spacious with a variety of complimentary food and drinks. There is TV with comfortable chairs and also many tables and computers available in a separate area away from the TV. I did some paper work and had a cup of coffee and before I knew it, my service advisor Joe Miller said the car was ready. They even washed it. It looked beautiful.I enthusiastically recommend Ray Catena Lexus for purchase and service.

I leased a new LS 460 from this dealership mostly because these gentlemen went the extra mile to find a car that met my optional equipment and color needs as well as price range. Their patience, understanding and great customer service was second to none among all the dealerships I visited. Every question I asked was answered quickly and satisfactorily during the sale process. There is no question in my mind that they treat others the same as me. Not only would I recommend this dealership to others, but I expect to return there when my lease is up.

This is the second car I have purchased from Steve Amster at Ray Catena. The sales experience was fine, and the price was reasonable when compared to the same 2008 GS350, similarly equipped, at other dealers in the area.The car is Lexus Certified Pre-Owned, and a reason for using the Ray Catena dealership again is the convenience and excellent work of the service department, which is absolutely first rate.

I have just bought my fifth vehicle from Ray Catena Lexus and the reason is simple, they continue to earn my business. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the training it takes to make that possible. I have learned that cost is not always measurable based on invoice price alone, although their pricing is always competitive. My sales representative Steven Morfino has always made sure that I was well informed and confident before completing my purchase. He has always been available to answer my questions or assist in any post sale request. The service department is clean and well equipped. I am always greeted by name, a warm smile, and leave with a clean loaner car. My compliments to Mr. Tim Horn, it is a pleasure to do business with a professional organization with full accountability that is firing on all cylinders.

But then I found Bob Mongiello at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth and was astonished at the professionalism and customer service that they afforded my husband and me. From the initial contact, which in my case was email, throughout the entire process, the experience was great. The price he quoted was the price he gave us, no gimmicks no secret add ons.Bob never tried to "sell me" anything. He asked pertinent questions and then listened to what I wanted to buy, he seemed genuinely concerned that I should get the best fit for me. That never happened to me before and we've purchased appx. 17 cars before this one. We drove away in our beautiful new Lexus feeling that we are part of something fantastic, and we are!

I did my homework before purchasing at this dealership. Price is important, of course. But, equally important is how you are treated. Do you feel comfortable? Mr. Conzo greeted me with a strong handshake while looking me in the eye. He was able to answer all my questions whether it was about the car itself or financing. Whenever I brought my car in for service, Mr Conzo always said hello and shoke my hand. The service dept waiting area was always clean and comfortable. I was able to get some work done while I waited. The service staff was courteous and efficient. I was never surprised when the time came to pay the bill. And, my car was returned spotless.

I first visited a Lexus dealer just 5 mins from my home in Northern NJ. I was interested in finding out the availability of the "Satin Cashmere" color for the new RX350. The salesperson at that dealership seemed as though I was bothering him with my inquiry. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Ray Catena Lexus in Oakhurst. I spoke to Lee Dellolio in the sales department on the phone. He informed me that the color I wanted would be available in just a few days and he would reserve it for me. Lee constantly kept me updated on the expected arrival time of my new RX350. He was extremely patient and helpful with me each time I called with a question (which he always had the answer to). At no time during the entire process did I feel pressured or as though he was trying to "get one over" on me. The price I was offered right from the start was a very fair price. I was very happy I didnt have to play the typical back and forth "negotiation game". When my new RX350 arrived Lee, sent a driver to pick me up from my office over an hour away which turned out to be very convenient for me and, in my opinion, was above and beyond what any other dealer would do. Much to my surprise, the salesperson handled the entire transaction from start to finish. He even did the paperwork with me and spent over an hour going over every detail of the car until he was confident I was comfortable operating all the new features. I've bought cars in the past at other dealerships where the salesman just gave me the keys and told me to read the manuals. It is clear to me now why Ray Catena and his dealerships have such an outstanding reputation. I absolutely love my new RX350 and recommend anyone in the market for a Lexus to go to Ray Catena Lexus in Oakhurst and make sure you ask for Lee Dellolio! You will not be disappointed!

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and can state unequivocally state that this is best experience I have ever had. My sales representative, Harvey Katz, outlined the sale to the smallest detail and explained every option that was available to me. Those who have rated the price as less than stellar have to understand what it is they are purchasing. The general manager, Steve Chanis, also assisted in the purchase process and made this the most enjoyable of purchases. I cannot praise this dealership and their personnel higher. When taking delivery of the vehicle, everything is explained in detail and if questions still remain, it's been a pleasure just to call them to get my answers.The service has also been spectacular with personable and knowledgeable technicians and representatives. My recommendation, if you want an excellent car purchasing experience, are looking for luxury, and want to experience a first class organization, Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth is your choice.

Great experience with dealership! When my local dealer refused to provide any information over phone, Ray Catena Lexus arranged everything over the phone and Internet. Even when my salesperson, Alex Maslennkov was busy with the client,his manager, Steve Chanis took my call and answer all my questions.I came to dealer, car was ready, same person who sold me car complete my paperwork and I was on my way in less then 1 hour! What a great experience buying a car from Michael Loff at Ray Catena Lexus. No hard sell, really helped me find the car and deal I could be comfortable with. Very honest and the whole process was transparent. I have had other decent experiences buying a car but nothing at this level. The deal was fantastic and the car is a true pleasure to drive.

Truly, Truly, Truly Happy with the care and courtesy that I received from Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. This is the 2nd car that Bob Mongiello has put me in and it is a True Pleasure dealing with him and the team there at the dealership. As long as I drive a Lexus - I will NEVER deal with another dealership. Truly Outstanding Service!

This is my sixth new purchase from Ray Catena and the experience is always the same - great!! The professionalism and knowledge of the sales department exceeds all expectations. The whole process from when you enter the front door to when you leave with your car/SUV is nothing less than amazing. I trust this dealership and highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in Lexus as their next vehicle.

My Wife and I decided on purchasing a new Lexus. This was the biggest and scariest auto purchase in our lives. The folks at Ray Catena in Oakhurst, NJ (especially John Farrell, our sales person) couldn't have been more helpful, nicer, or make for a more calm buying experience. Never once did we feel any pressure or were exposed to typical car dealership sales tactics. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend Ray Catena in general and John Farrell specifically if you are interested in a Lexus.

This is the best buying experience I have had on a car. From first appointment, to showroom visit, to delivery of my car- Andrew and his manager ( Steve) were totally attentive to every detail. They were very responsive on price- both for my trade-in, and the new purchase. I drove all the way from Sparta (Northwest New Jersey) to Oakhurst to get this car from them and will do it again. I had shopped two other dealers- no one made the personal and cordial efforts this location made to really make this a positive experience. If you are buying a Lexus, they have a very large showroom and a large inventory- I saw every color combination I was considering on the lot. Very impressive- an enjoyable experience at every step.

Frank was very helpful with scheduling and getting us a rental car on the day of our service. Our service went very smooth. They put new tires on, changed my oil, and performed an alignment. Our overall experience was very convienant, worthwhile, and stress free! I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Ray Catena of Monmouth!

Purchasing my second car from Ray Catena and wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service in the service department exceeds all expectations. They do what they say they're going to do, in the time frame stated. The waiting is very comfortable. The salesman made me feel like he cared, and wanted me satisfied. I trust this dealership, and I can't say that for others I've dealt with.

This dealership is about 40 minutes away from my house. I went to the location to buy a used RX 350 and the car we wanted was a bit out the price range. They called us back the next week to make a deal and so I traveled down there again. The trip proved to be a waste of time because they never intended to come down to my price range and had me walk out with a $1,000 disagreement on the table after discussing the cost for 1 hour. It seems rather obvious that this dealership has no problem putting their ego above making a sale, which is beyond me in this economy. So we bought our car (exactly comparable w/ even less mileage) from a different dealership for the cost we wanted.

Best dealership EVER! Bob Mongiello is definitely an asset for the Ray Catena organization. He jumped through many hoops and hurdles for us and gave us the best car buying experience we've ever had - we've purchased cars for over 30 years! I also dealt with Joel Cohen. From start to finish my enitre experience was great. I live in NJ, about 75 miles from the Ray Catena location in Oakhurst. My local dealer just played games and I got tired of the BS. Joel gave me a great deal.. I did work him a little bit but he made me feel like I got a great deal.Jim

I did not see any ratings/comments on Ray Catena and hence wanted to share my experience. I am looking for customer experiences with service for Lexus since we moved to a different township and wanted to share my experiences with Ray Catena's service (frankly I was appalled by the experiences of some of the customers with Lawernce Lexus, but I do not find it hard to believe since I had visited them twice for purchase. Finally took my purchase to Ray Catena. Now onto service at Ray Catena).Service is ok, I reckon. I have to admit that in '05 to '06 I had much better experience. In '07, there have been some changes in the service personnel and their attitude is not the best. For example, Lexus has now come out with an extended warranty (upto 100k miles) and you have the option to purchase it. This guy was pushing it so hard and more than that, he said statements along the lines of "some people break their lease because they can't afford to own a Lexus". In short, it left you with a feeling that if you did not purchase it, you are a pauper! (which is why I rated them 3!) It was similar story the last 2 times that I visited (not the same rep...mind you).On the service side, they are generally ok. Though the last time I went in April, they said they did not "hear" a noise coming from the body which I had no trouble hearing! I reported this to them the last 2 times and it is still pending. But I have to admit that the service that they perform is pretty good. For example, I had moisture in my head lamp, which they readily replaced (a faulty part as acknowledged by Lexus) at no cost and no hastle. In short, when I drive out of the service area, I do find a difference in the RX330 (for the better).

I live about 90 miles from the dealer so I wanted to get a quote before I go. Surprisingly I got a very attractive quote over the phone which is a lot less than my local dealer had given me. The 90 miniute drive was all worth it. I definitely recommend this dealer to any one who is looking for a Lexus.
