Where do I start... first off I was on a lonely road to Yosemite national park with my best friend (Fred he's a dog). While making a quick pite stop, I noticed a unusual fiuld coming from the bottom of my car. I used the World Wide Web to find Razzari Nissan. So I grab my phone and dialed the number and Jessica Martinez answered the phone like a champ!! I actually nicknamed her VIP because she is! I put the address in the gps and Fred and I were on our way!!! Jessica greeted us like we were long lost friends and she even had some water for Fred! They did the diagnose on the car and found that it was a lower radiator hose was leaking Chris slapped a new one in there and bob is your uncle. In and out of there in a hour and half with no appointment and a happy dog. Jessica "the VIP" Martinez is the best and if I lived closer she would maintain my car every time. Thank you again and Yosemite was a great trip - the lonely driver and Fred

My experience at razzari was good, friendly sales person, and there was no hidden fees. However, compared to some other dealerships I think they can do better when explaining the finance charge, bank the down payment.

My sister and I revived excellent customer service from William Ayala at Merced Razzari Nissan. I only asked a simple question and he went above and beyond to try to help us. We went with the intention to buy a Toyota and thanks to his excellent service we left with a beautiful Nissan. The process was simple and fast. If I could give this group a negative rating I would. Do not waste your time with Razzari. I purchased a car from them in 2013 and they promised to have a free rental car ready for my 6 month pregnant wife when she came in on Monday to get the new car's windows tinted. Upon arriving there was no car ready and they tried to charge us for rental car. My wife is a primary care provider and was late to work. I had to leave work and take my wife to work because of this. We purchased an extended warranty and I had dropped off my car to be serviced. I came at lunch to pick up the car and there was only one attendant who was busy. I saw the attendant that I had dropped the car off as he was coming back into the office. I informed him that I was called and my car was ready and I just needed my keys. He look at me and said "Can't you see I'm on my lunch break, and that he'd get help for me after he finished his lunch, he then laughed and opened the door to maintenance." Informed him that he was being rude and he didn't need to be. I also let him know that i didn't know he was on his lunch break. I lodged a complaint with his superior who said sorry but also informed me that "This was his best worker!" That made zero sense. When I questioned the busy attendant he mentioned that specific attendant was difficult to work with. I recently had a rodent problem in my car that they said was not covered and they would have to charge me hourly to figure out. They said they would need the car for several hours / days. I called Selma Nissan (who I do recommend to everyone in Merced) and they charged me a flat rate of 150 to get rid of all the rodent issues. Another problem I've had is that Razzari keeps sending me junk mail about trading in cars I take for maintenance. I've asked service to stop the mailings and the Razzari group multiple times over the past 2 years to no avail. Do not buy from or do any business with this dealership.

I have always been pleased with service from Razzari Nissan, however this past week when I left my vehicle for service at 8:25 (appt time 8:30am) was shuttled to Atwater w/request to be picked up before 11:30a.m (lunchtime for driver). Left phone number w/service agent to alert shuttle driver. No pick up so needed to find a ride to Merced (not easy) arrived at 12:55pm only to find that EVERYONE was at lunch til 1pm. Then to find that my car was not ready (did they work on it in the AM?) I finally received my car at 1:55 pm. My time is valuable too and am not sure I appreciate the "Stall". Hopefully the next service won't be as inconvenient. Kaye Greeley

After looking at many used trucks my husband said lets just go to Merced and look at a new one. We stopped at another dealer and felt that they could care less if we bought or not and was not very interested in even talking to us. My husband said well lets just stop here (Razzari) and see what they have. Rene Ortegon came and greeted us and was very friendly and answered all our questions and showed us the trucks that were what we wanted. We then test drove it and my husband decided that was what he wanted so we bought it that night and was very happy with our purchase and with Rene and would send a friend to him anytime.

Started off looking to replace our 2005 Pathfinder with a new Nissan product. We met sales rep Joseph Vongdara on our initial visit; test drove several cars and settled on a 2014 Rogue. We decided upon the exact car we wanted and elected to special order it. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Vongdara, he was low key and easy going, not pushy, yet very competent and made sure we accessorized the car exactly how we wanted it. He was very knowledgeable about the Nissan line and made several helpful suggestions so we ended up with our perfect car at an excellent price. We had our old Pathfinder serviced at Razzari and have been very happy with their service department, so our buying decision was easy - great sales rep in Joseph Vongdara, excellent price on the new Rogue and also for our trade in, and a service department that has previously given us excellent service.

I have been to this service department before in the past and was unwilling to go back, I received a coupon to have my vehicle serviced in the mail and figured I would try it again. When I arrived I was greeted and attended to promptly by the new Service Manager, Darren. He got my serviced and washed quickly while I waited. This dept. does not look the same at all since I was in the last time. The service here has turned around completely and I will definitely be back!

After a lunch date together, we decided to look at the vehicles at the Nissan dealership in Merced. We hadn't intended to buy a car since we were only "window shopping". We had been looking at different vehicles for the past 6 months. Rene Ortegon greeted us upon arrival with a friendly handshake and a smile. He was knowledgeable about the cars that we were looking at. Rene mentioned that it was "March Madness" and showed us the dealer specials. I was looking for a particular body style, a comfortable seat for my bad back, and good visibility because I'm only 5'2". I sat in the 2014 Nissan Altima S and the seats were extremely comfortable. Rene invited me to take it for a test drive. The vehicle has a lot of power and I was able to merge onto highway traffic with ease. I was able to look over my shoulders to check blind spots and found that there was plenty of good visibility. I knew that this was the perfect car for me. I told my husband, "I want that car." Since he likes to make me happy we bought it. We got terrific 0% financing. Rene went over all of the features of the Altima making sure that I was comfortable with it before I drove it off the lot and to our home. My family and friends agree that it's a beautiful car. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyable cruising with my Nissan Altima S. My husband says that the "S" stands for "Senior" since I was looking for a "Grandma" car. Everyone at the dealership who helped us buy the car were very friendly. Rene called today to see how things are going with the car. He said to call him anytime if I have any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful car buying experience.

We recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra and we were originally looking for a Ford Focus, but did not find the color we wanted. The salesperson: Andrew stated we should look at the Nissans since they did not have the color of choice, and he referred us to the other Andrew. Bought a truck, had a dent in the bumper and took it back as soon as i noticed it. They claimed I did it, one of the sales guys (dont remember his name) claimed "he's the most honest one on the lot" basically insinuating that other sales employees are liars. Then one employee had the nerve to call and request to give them a 5 star rating on everything. Another lovely issue was my plates registration etc. got mailed to them and they never called to let me know. Defiantly will not be a returning customer and will let my friends know to make the drive to Turlock or Modesto for better service.

We came in looking for a new car and had never dealt with this dealership before. They were very friendly from the get go. They LISTENED to what we were interested in and what we were looking for price wise-- something not all car salesman do as we learned during our car search. We were car comparison shopping between several different makes of vehicles. After driving the Nissan we were very impressed with the vehicle, but we were also very impressed with the way they treated us. We are not impulsive buyers and we wanted the night to think on it. They were not pushy about it. They treated us right, with integrity and respect, and they gave us a great deal on the car. The car is awesome, but Mike and George sealed the deal in the manner in which they treated to us, and most importantly by listening to our wants and needs. Many of the other dealerships we visted in our car search, the people acted like the typical "slick car salesman". We were so turned off by that! Mike George were gentlemen throughout the whole deal. They were very easy to work with and worked to make the deal the right one for us. I also would like to give a shout out to Paul, the gentleman who did the paperwork with us. He was very courteous and professional! We will be repeat customers!

They were aware we were traveling from far away. About one hour since they stated they had a car for 18,500. On sale. As they say if it's to good to be true..... Well it was. we got there and of course they did not have one. They said well they start at that price. I clearly showed them the email that they sent me and of course it was some sort of mistake. We were able to ore look in hopes of doing business but it just got worse. We wait for about 1 hour before any one even offered to help us

i had an appointment sat there for 30 minutes no one help me at all. 2 persons came after me an they got help before me. the people that work there for nissan service on march 4, 2011 at 4:00pm to 4:30pm act like they didn't see me, feel discreminated i will never go there because the customer service is so bad that they needed more training and experience. they shouldn't judge and treat people the way they look.

My parents and I were looking for a quality, affordable vehicle that will save me gas since I commute to work and I'm planning to move out of state for graduate school. My dad purchased a Nissan Frontier in 2004 and since we were so impressed with the quality of service and the quality of the vehicle, we decided to return to Razzari Nissan. Roberto Gonzalez took the time to show us which vehicles would be more beneficial and ultimately we decided on a 2010 Versa. The biggest indicator for us of the customer service offered at Razzari Nissan is that Roberto made it a priority to show up on his day off to be there when we signed the contract and to give us an in-depth tour of the car. The two times we have dealt with Razzari Nissan we've been very satisfied so I would recommend to family and friends to shop with Nissan.

I HAD NO BUYERS REMORSE.WHAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME WAS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE, PAUL CALLED ME AT HOME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY CAR AND IF I NEED ANYTHING ELSE. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE WITH RAZZARI, BUT I APPRECIATED THAT HE CARED ENOUGH TO CALL AND ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. I FELT THAT I WASN'T JUST ANOTHER SALE TO HIM.I JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT WANTED TO PURCHASE A NEW NISSAN TO VISIT RAZZARI AND ASK FOR PAUL.

Paul Silveria and Razzari Nissan worked with me in purchasing the car. In testing driving the Nissan 2008 Altima car I bought. Picked me to buy car because I didn't have a ride - that's service. Working out the finance terms. Went above and beyond to help me get the best terms I could get. Followed up on my satisfaction with the car and service several times. Great experience. Would buy another car from Razzari in the future.

We walked into the dealership with a low credit score but in need of a car. David Nunes and George Freitas worked very hard to find us financing with a reputable company and a lower interest rate than our own bank was offering. We left with a very nice car and very happy.

The salesman was very helpful and friendly, he was very quick to answer all of my questions and help me out with anything i needed. I felt the prices were really affordable and his quality of work was superb! I was not looking for a new car, but I met Dave Nunes at a car show with the new Cube and now I am very interested. He knew his stuff and made looking at the car fun and comfortable. I have never found buying cars interesting but this guy really was impressive. I would recommend anyone in the market to contact him and I will deffently let everyone know he is the one to go to. This dealership (Rizzari) will see me soon.

My car recently broke down, and Im a single parent. So I thought buying a car would be a hassle. I was proven wrong Larry greeted me with a friendly smiling face. Larry was very helpful and seemed honest and I really appreciated that in a dealer. I would recommend him to a friend. I stopped in by myself and when my husband is back in town I want to go back when we're ready to buy. I was really interested in the Nissan Maxima.

Went in to look at getting a 350z. David treated me well and did everything he could to get me a good deal. The only reason I did not buy from his was because i could not get the payment low enough to fit my budget. Will return to him when I'm ready.

Paul Silveira was very courteous and helpful. My case was not an easy one. I wanted to trade in my truck for a smaller vehicle. We looked around the lots and finally found a vehicle I liked. It turned out that the vehicle was a little over the price I could afford. Paul gave me various options and was thorough with every aspect. Personally, I dislike shopping for vehicles, car salesman and me just don't get along. But, Paul was very patient and made the experience suprisilingly pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
