Bought the car online, they picked me up from the airport and presented a beautiful GL350 Mercedes Benz. However the best part was when my hard tags were delayed, Chad went out of his way to ensure I was not compromised.Exceptional customer service.

We came in from Rochester, New York to buy a used car. Spoke to Dick on Thursday and told him we would be there the following Wednesday. He promised to hold the car and, when we arrived, he told us he had received two other offers between when we called and when we got to the dealership. He's a man of his word. The car was as good as advertised. The whole experience went very smoothly. We definitely recommend R.E. Jahn's.

Bought a car from them, the process was a pleasure from start to finish. They make you feel like an old friend there, fair price, great quality vehicle. This dealer goes the extra mile to treat the customer with dignity and respect, and to make them feel at ease. Night/ day difference between these guys and big volume dealerships. Would recommend to anyone for sure.

I drove from West Tennessee to purchase a Honda S2000 roadster which was advertised to be low mileage and in new condition. It was exactly as Mike and Todd said, perfect ! I had no experience in loading an auto on a Uhaul car carrier. They jumped right in making sure everything was secured properly, and safely. It was a long, tiring drive from West Tennessee to Wexford Pa.,but definitely worth the trip.

I can say that dealing with R.E. Jahn Auto was excellent, without a doubt the easiest automobile purchase I've ever made. The owner worked with me concerning financing, no hassles or issues during the transaction, I'm more than satisfied and it couldn't have been easier. Upon purchasing my car the check engine light on the dashboard lit up, this was taken care of promptly with no charge to me and with minimal waiting time. Try to get that kind of service from a dealer! The best customer service I have ever had. If you need transportation, this is the place to go.

The vehicle I purchased here was as-advertised and in pristine condition---clean, fully serviced, and no latent flaws were found upon a 3rd party pre-purchase mechanical inspection. I was ready to drive out there from Columbus just based on the sticker price---little did I know, it was an even better value than I realized---the car had even more options than were listed online! Purchasing was a breeze--my first offer was accepted, and it probably only took 15 minutes in all to process, counting the time it took to install the license plates. This was a terrific first car-buying experience. The whole staff was friendly and helpful---I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I've bought a few dozen cars over the years. These people were the best I've dealt with. I had done a country wide internet search for my crew cab Tacoma and found a few. The deal from J.E. Jahn looked pretty good. I called and they emailed me more pictures of the underneath right away. I called and bought it over the phone. Five hours later I had driven the 300 miles to the dealership. The truck was clean and ready for me. All paperwork was in order. The truck was in better than advertised shape- pristine actually. Plus they had the clean Carfax printed out. They assisted me in getting a UHaul car dolly so I could tow my car back home with my new truck. They stayed open late to make sure I was 100% set for the long drive back. They even put bottled water and fruit juice, plus some candy together and had it waiting in the center console. They treated me like an old friend. The next morning when I went over the truck even closer I was all the more impressed with it. The facilities, and vehicles inside and on the lot were extremely clean. The three men that helped me to be on my way were clean cut and extremely helpful. This is a great place to buy a nice used car or truck.

I have been impressed with the overall buying process from R.E. Jahn. It is always good to buy from a family-own dealer. I dealt with Todd and he really helped me get my 2006 Lexus GS 300. When it seemed like it was impossible to purchase the car, he assured me that he will help me. Surely he did work with me to obtain the car. He even went beyond normal working days and hours to accommodate me. I was very impressed. Will reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality car and a reasonable price. Thanks R.E. Jahn.
