Mr. Johnson provided exceptional service and got me into the best used car on the lot. He listened and took care of me like a salesperson should. When you walk into this dealership you would think that everyone is giving you there personal attention.My experience today was with Mr Ray Johnson. I had not intended to purchase today but he took me out on the lot and showed me how I could save money on selected models. I didn't purchase the model that I had intended. Because of Mr Johnson I upgraded to another vehicle which was larger and better suited for my needs. After I decided, Mr Johnson did the rest. I sat back and watched friendly faces go by and within a couple of hours I was driving home smiling in my new Equinox.

So after 2.5 years of a safety issue GM finally issues a recall on a few safety features. We put the vehicle in the shop with reed lailler to have the repairs fixed. My elderly mother on a fixed income uses this vehicle, she was unable to pick the vehicle up until Wednesday... the vehicle was ready on Monday. The service dept says the vehicle can stay for 2 nights at $25 a night. After we've purchased several cars from this dealership, used them for repairs... and now we will go to the other GM dealer for future purchases and repairs. Great way to loose a lifelong customer!

Reed Lailler is consistent with shorty repairs and bad customer service. Monday we had a vehicle scheduled for a repair( a recall GM issued after years of safety issues). When the vehicle was ready my mother ( whose elderly and on a fixed income) explained to them it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before she could get there to pick the vehicle up, service department replies "for $25 a day" We are life long customers of Reed Lailler, 2 generations deep. We will not use this dealership for any thing ever again, there's too much competition to allow a "customer based business" to treat customers in anyway aside great!This is not the first problem I've had with this dealership, but certainally the last. Last Time I used this shop for a repair the vehicle went in for a body repair (Deer hit the car) and I expressed to them I'm very picky on body lines... make sure they line up and the paint is properly blended.... well it wasn't! we as consumers must put a stop to this type of treatment, we all made them who they are today and we shouldn't let them forget who's really boss! The consumer!

Purchased elsewhere and the other dealership blew my pregnant wife off and with a dying vehicle she stopped into Reed Lallier with our Equinox, Aaron Hodges checked under the hood and found the battery cable was loose and fixed it for her, also mentioned several services and pointed out the drive belt should be changed, we will definitely be coming back for our service and car purchases, glad someone took 10 minutes to save my wife from being stranded as I'm overseas, you've earned a great full customer and I'm sorry we didn't try you guys first . I warn anyone not to go to this dealership. First of all I learned not to go buy the rating or carfax now when puchasing a car. I thought less repairs on a car meant it would drive better. I was completely wrong. With this company it was less repairs because they did not fix anything on the vehicle. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Nitro for $16000. They promised to fix the repairs if I purchased(the employee by the name of Cameron). So to this day I have only had this vehicle for 3 months. From the first day owning it, I have had to ride around with multiple things not working and that still have yet to be repaired. This includes: washer fluid valve, A/C, bad tire, transmission fluid pipe cracked off, bad wheel barons, bad spark plugs, etc. They should be ashamed and I would not want someone riding around with a vehicle like that with my company name on the back. If anyone wants proof on why not to buy from this company, I will gladly email the repair quotes to you. And after all of this, they give me a slap in the face of $250 for repairs which I had no choice to take because I did not have the money for the repairs and would of not been able to drive the car I had bought a week earlier because it would never of passed inspection and it still has many problems.

What was suppose to be just a Sunday browsing of new cars at the Reed-Lallier Chevrolet dealership, turned into the purchase of a new Malibu. My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Ray Johnson as we approached the front door. He welcomed us to Reed-Lallier and then ask us what we had in mind. We told him we were just browsing around for a new midsize car. Ray directed us to the location we needed to look in and offered us a bottle of water due to the heat. through the years I have as well as several family members purchase new and used vehicles from Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. Most may ask why When there is an abundance of car dealerships throughout NC. To me personally as well as my family it comes to quality in customer service. That focus on the customer is what separates good companies from great ones in our society today. My most recent purchase was a 2012 silverado. I have found many silverado's within a 50 miles radius of my home, however tempting these deals are I simply couldn't purchase a truck if it wasn't from Redd-Lalliers lot in my mind those other dealers would basically treat me like a number for the profitable gains. Reed-Lallier remaining true to their convictions of a customer first and foremost attitude I waited and continued to see what would potentially arrive in their inventory. Once I saw this 2012 Silverado on their website I contacted the dealer to get more information. My wife and I went to Reed-Lallier on Sunday morning to have services completed on our other Chevy vehicles, yes they to have been purchased from Reed-Lallier. We met with Ray Johnson who lives the very spirit of customer services and went out of his way in showing us the Silverado we were interested in and purchased. Ray was absolutely great and ensured our visit and expectations were all met with the highest of standards, a true representative of the Reed-Lallier Dealership and an excellent sales rep, thank you Ray. If there is one thing that is most important to me and it should be to everyone looking to purchase a new or used car is first quality, but not only in the vehicles, more importantly in the team of folks at Reed-Lallier. Everything was great except for the finance portion. I specifically told Dave I didn't care about monthly payments and I wanted to talk interest rates before we started. When he called me into his office 15 min later he had already printed payment plans based off an insulting finance rate. When I asked about it, he said 'We'll get to that in a minute" as we discussed the package options. Then and only then, did he go back to to the computer to find me a better rate, by almost a whole point. I felt rushed and my request was ignored twice.

I had a bad experience years ago and decided then to never buy a car from reed Lallier. My husband convinced me to just look at cars there. We wound up buying a 2015 Chevy camaro. Our salesman Carlos Blizzard was very helpful and very adamant that service didn't stop with the sell. After the accident with the tire, I was very pleased with Shawn Watts and the service there. My only issue is that when I brought the car in to get the new rim (Shawn was out of work that day - he had called ahead and notified me of this so no issue there) I asked to have the old rim placed in the trunk. I paid $1000 of the bill and I was told "if the rim has a core, it has to be returned to the manufacturer or you could pay more and keep it". When the car was complete I was told it did indeed have a core and would have to be returned. I never heard of this before.I called a few people who worked with cars/tires and they told me this was not true. That rims do not have additional fees attached like batteries or appliances. Reed Lallier called to see how my service went and I asked about this. The person i spoke with said she didn't know but would have the service manager check and call me back. I have not heard from anyone yet.

I am generally very pleased with the service I received, as usual, however: I expect the car was test driven after the brakes, alignment and sensors were replaced. While I have dismissed a slight sound when coming to a stop as new brake sound, I believe my steering wheel may need lubrication, as it makes a slight rubbing sound when I turn the wheel, . I will make a note and have it looked at on my next service. You Guys always do a great job!

The only small ding is your parts department. When you go to the parts counter the employee's act is if you are not standing there. The staff has always been friendly here but they are terribly slow, even with an appointment. I have take my truck in for the standard oil change and tire rotation 3 times in the last year and have yet to get out of this dealership in less than two hours. It's hard to spend the time and money going to a dealership to have the oil changed when it takes this long, Jiffy Lube would be much faster (and cheaper). The previous time that I had my oil changed on my 6.6L Duramax, the technician put the wrong amount of oil in and the truck was two quarts low without me knowing until finally the oil low warning came on. When I took the truck in they said they must have hit the 6.0L instead of 6.6L (There are no 6.0L diesels so it makes me wonder if they even used 15W40.). Really is a nice dealership, they are just way too slow and careless.

Service is without a hitch. I was greeted immediately upon arrival at the service department. My adviser let me know exactly what I could expect and how long it will take. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. I received my vehicle approximately 10 minutes before the time promised. There is no hitch, hiccup or anything holding back the service at Reed Lallier Chevrolet. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Sliverado Midnight Edition, long story short macco put my spray on bed liner in and didn't cover my vehicle all the way and sprayed it on the hood and sides of my brand new truck. Macco didn't care to fix it of course. Finally the dealership was able to fix the issue. If it wasn't for macco messing it up there wouldn't have been any problems.

I had transmission issues with my 2015 Silverado. I had recently been at the dealer for scheduled maintenance, after which I noticed the issues with my transmission, so I found the Service Associate that had helped me previously, Brian Simmons. I pulled into the service bay without an appointment and just before closing time and Brian was able to help me out. He took me right in, had my truck looked at the next day, determined the issue and had it fixed within three days. The issue was determined to be quite extensive, so this turn around was great! Throughout the whole process, Brian ensured I was kept in the loop and knew what was happening at every step of the repair. When one makes such a large purchase, it's comforting to know that there are caring service managers who do everything within their power to get you back in your (fixed) vehicle as soon as possible and who genuinely care about their customers, like Brian Simmons. Once my bumper-to-bumper ends, I would continue to take my truck to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet for all of my service needs, specifically under Brian Simmons' care.

He was just the type of salesman that I appreciate. He was NOT pushy or hovering. He gave me the time I needed to think about what I wanted. JT was friendly and took care of me. Next, JT introduced me to Bob. Bob also took very good care of me. He followed up with me to check to make sure I was satisfied. Bob coordinated me getting the protection I wanted for my car. I was very satisfied with my experience. I would have liked a lower interest rate but I understand that was the bank and not Reed-Lallier. I would have also appreciated a bit more for my trade in since it was in such good shape and low mileage.

My check engine light came on while I was traveling back home from Tennessee over memorial day weekend. The service discovered two problems. One was a sensor and the other was a manifold problem. Both were repaired over a four day period.I drove the 2010 equinoxes four days and the check engine light came on again. I will be taking my car back to my dealer on Monday for them to recheck. I would have given 5 stars and a 10 except for I did not receive a call telling me that your service department would be keeping my car overnight. I called once at 4pm to see if it was ready and was told that he would check on the status and give me a call back. I did not get that call so I called again at 10 til 6 and was told that the person I had been dealing with had left for the day and that my car would not be ready until the next morning. Thankfully I had the day off the next day and only had to find a way to get my kid to school. I would recommend better communication to your customers form your service department.

I would recommend Randy and Davis to anyone. The issue I had was Teddy Trainor. When I came to the store David was the one to approach me. Teddy tried to take over and take the sale from David. I felt he was unprofessional and rude. He was my salesman at Honda and after my experience with him there, I refused to work with him. I would appreciate if he wouldn't talk about his Chrons. The other staff are amazing and I just brought my mother in law to buy her car there. I was hoping because I brought business to your company that you would have supported a local non profit more. I am thankful for $250 toward it don't get me wrong but I was hoping for a larger donation since it affects local wounded warriors in the USASOC community.

Our experience with Reed-Lallier was good. The salesman Ray Johnson who helped us was also good. Even though the truck we bought was a Ford and hadn't been on the lot but a few days Ray was able to help us. Thank You,Ray JohnsonThe only thing we didn't like was the finance person Ward kept calling about the which warrenty we wanted. My husband Ray had decided he didn't want eight of the three. He had told Ward he didn't want one. But he really presistant.

The reviews to the previous questions were on reference to our second salesman named Carlos Blizzard. He was great however we had came into the dealership a few days before and had a bad experience with a salesman named Randy. He would not provide me with the trade in value for my vehicles and was very persistent in getting only our credit scores. we have bought several times from this dealership and have never been treated in that manner. The only reason we ended up purchasing was because we demanded another salesperson and we were very happy with Carlos. I am writing this to inform you that had it not been for Carlos treating us well we would have bought elsewhere. Randy was even heard making the comment " how did you get them done"...referring to the negative equity associated with our trade. Me and my husband have good credit and the way Randy acted was as if the deal was impossible and he needed to know our credit score to determine if it was worth his time.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet in Fayetteville, North Carolina on 3-28-15 after seeing the Laguna Blue Z51 Corvette Coupe on their website. I called and spoke to V" and he invited me down on Saturday to look at the car. The entire dealership is so friendly and caring, from the breakfast items at the lounge and constantly asking you if you have been taken care of. V took the car from the showroom and we went for a ride. The car handled great and just what I wanted 8 speed transmission, Z51. The car was ordered as I would have done, no waste of money on items not really needed. I purchased two vehicles. A 2015 Malibu for my wife, and I ordered a 2015 Colorado with all the "goodies" on it that I wanted, that aren't normally installed on vehicles intended for off the lot purchase. My salesmen Randy Lineberry & "V" Vatsal Naik went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. They make buying a new vehicle one of the easiest things you can do. They take all of the leg work out of it. I showed "V" what I wanted on my new truck and he made sure the order was placed accurately and on time. It arrived about ten weeks later. They jumped on it and finished installing the rest of the options that were not installed at the factory. Randy took me on a tour of the dealership and I actually got to see some the option items being installed on my new Colorado. Phillip did and outstanding job on installing those options. The guys over in the detail shop put a "showroom" shine on it as well. Once all the paper work was finished on each vehicle, Bob Lanford walked us thru the delivery process and explained all the ins and outs of the On Star system and how to properly get that up and running. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, Reed Lallier is the place to go. They back up new vehicles with outstanding service after the sale. Thanks again to everyone we dealt with. We bought two new 2015 vehicles. A Malibu for my wife, and I placed an order for a new 2015 Colorado. I ordered several items not normally installed on standard assembly line trucks. It arrived about 10 weeks later. It's the nicest truck I've ever owned. My salesman, Randy Lineberry & Vatsal Naik were both very helpful. Vatsal actually placed the order for me and followed up with order status reports as the truck made it's way thru the assembly process all the way until in arrived at the dealership. That was very educational as it made it's way here. Randy handled the completed sales process without a hitch. Everyone was very nice each time I made a visit to the dealership. I look forward to dealing with them again soon.

It took the dealership almost 5 hours from test drive to being able to leave with the vehicle. with all this nasty weather we have had i haven't worked a lot in the past 2 weeks so i haven't been able to get my pay stub or w-2 to them. well just about every day ray hounded me about this and doesn't seem to understand that when i don't have something, that i don't have it and when i do get it, you will have it. finally David from finance called me and said he could send someone to me to sign the rest of the paperwork. that was the best part of this whole experience. this dealership (mostly Ray Johnson) shouldn't be recommended or even visited. Ray Johnson needs to understand that people have jobs and lives and not everything revolves around him or his commission!

After having a two very poor, beyond abhorrent experiences with Leman's Chevy city of Bloomington, Illinois, I was very dismayed with Chevrolet and not planning on ever purchasing another Chevy again. Fortunately for me, despite hesitation, I decided to contact Reed Lallier Chevrolet about an automobile advertised on autotrader. I was immediately contacted by a member of Reed Lallier staff about my inquiry. A gentleman by the name of Vatsal Naik, "V" for short, called me and was surprisingly accommodating to my many questions about the corvette z06 which I was inquiring and was very knowledgeable of his inventory. I felt He diligently listened to my concerns and criteria for trade in options, and was eager to help with all my points of interest. After relaying my concerns and requirements in a timely manner with Ward in financing, Vatsal called back and we were able to reach an fair and favorable agreement on trade in terms and purchase. I experienced NO hassle, undo stress, or false promises during my entire dealings with Reed Lallier Chevrolet, in vast contrast to my several poor experiences with Lemans Chevy city. V and his staff at reed lallier were exceptionally accommodating , especially when considering my proximity four states away in Florida. Pickup and purchase was a breeze; Ward in financing was thorough yet expedient, which was well appreciated considering my travel time restraints. From first contact, throughout negotiation, and even my correspondence after purchase have been 100 percent professional and I truly feel like I have been treated as a genuinely appreciated customer, which will definitely be remembered when it comes time for my next purchase or recommendations to friends.Exemplary service from V and his staff.

My salesman Brian LaFountain was awesome. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the trucks that we looked at. I observed the sales manager as Brian told him for the 4th time what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. I saw the gentleman roll his eyes, giggle, and make a snide comment. Ultimately, we agreed on a price. When I went back to finance, I believe his nave was David, I was continuously pressed to purchase additional warranties and protections for my truck. I told him "no" the first time he went over it and he continued to ask me several more times throughout the paperwork process. Brain will be the main reason that I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Chevy. The facilities are clean and very nice.

Went in not expecting much, only because it is a dealership in Fayetteville, NC. Was extremely surprised at how well they treated their customers, have Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate for you while you wait, which is awesome because of the cold weather. They worked extremely well with me on my trade in, giving me much more than what it is worth. Salesman worked really well at showing me what I wanted and what was in the price range I was looking for. I was very surprised when we entered the dealership on Sunday Jan 25, 2015, and found that it was open. We:" just wanted to look", as the weather was beautiful. Well we meet this wonderful man name Ray a sales person, who helped us explore our needs and likes for transportation. He was very friendly, as was his team mates. It has been awhile since, we have traded vehicles, truthfully we were very apprehensive, as the last couple of trades left "a bad taste in our mouth." Ray took us through the process step by step, helped us get a good price, which we were very happy about, do to our fixed income. He reassured us, "if there was anything, he could do to please call." Our vehicle was totaled and we needed a replacement fast. We figured we were going to have to compromise greatly with what we wanted in order to get something ASAP. I want you to pay very close to the title of this review because it sums up exactly how I feel about what happened. I received a message from Allison (sales consultant) on Black Friday about a credit inquiry I had submitted the night before. I set a time to come talk to her and told her what I was looking for and we test drove a 2015 Malibu. I liked the car and the price was good, but I am a "bells and whistles" kind of guy. When I told her this she showed me a certified pre-owned 2014 Malibu 2LT that had EVERYTHING I wanted. She had finance come up with some numbers and presented them to me. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. When I told her that I wanted to go home and talk with the "money lady" and sleep on it, she said sure and gave me her schedule for the next day. That was a first for me. I am accustomed to sales consultants pressuring me into things without giving me an opportunity to research on my own.The next day I came back and really started looking over the car and they took some more money off for little incidentals I found and then the dreaded finance stage took place. I hate the finance stage but I will say that Emanuel was the man and got me a great rate that I could live with. All in all I ended up with a GREAT car at a GREAT price with NO hassle involved. I will be sending everyone I know that needs a new or used vehicle up there because of the great service I received. To Allison and Emanuel.....THANK YOU. You are definitely at the top of your game and I appreciate everything you did for me to get me in the car I wanted!!

I worked with Ray Johnson today, after having a pleasant experience on my last vehicle purchase. I purchased a Silverado about 9 months ago from Ray, and the truck has been great, but I decided to spring for four wheel drive with the winter coming and an impending move north. I gave him a call about 15 minutes before we arrived, and he had the keys ready for the truck I was interested in when I arrived. Ray fought for me on trade in value and ran me through all the features of the truck. While I was completing the paperwork for my purchase, I had Ray show a buddy around a Malibu. He fell in love with the car and got the stellar service I knew Ray and the rest of the team at Reed-Lallier would provide. We both left in exactly the vehicles we came in looking at and nobody badgered us to purchase anything we weren't interested in. The team made sure we knew all of our options and the various services they could provide, but, unlike most of their competitors in Fayetteville, allowed us to continue our purchases without any shady dealership tricks or excessive time wasted on add-ons we declined. Call and ask for Ray, and he'll do whatever he needs to do to ensure you understand all the features of your vehicle and leave in the car, truck or SUV you're interested in.

I had been in the market for a Tahoe for a few weeks and contacted this dealership by email regarding one that they had on the lot. Within an hour Ray Johnson had responded to my email and we then talked by phone. I came from out of town (hour and a half away) and was greeted by Ray who took me on a test drive and went out of his way to show me all of the car's features. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show me a few things that sales associates at other dealerships I had visited shrugged their shoulders at when I asked about them. He also went out of his way to explain all of the OnStar features, manufacturer warranty, and answered other questions without hesitation. Ray is an all-around standup guy and personable. I didn't feel pressured into the sale or any extras I wasnt interested in and he didnt try to up sale me a different car. Ray was able to work on the price for me to a point where I was comfortable and I ended up buying the car that night. Cory Coe was also very helpful and helped me print out a copy of my proof of insurance while I was waiting on the initial paperwork to be finalized. The whole process went very smooth and I also enjoyed working with Kendrick Davis in the financing department when finalizing all of the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Ray Johnson and Reed-Lallier Chevrolet.

I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR A $99.95 BRAKE JOB. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON FOUND OUT I HAD A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA HE SAID I COULD NOT USE THE COUPON, IT WAS FOR GM CARS ONLY. Mr. Dwayne Patterson was very straighforward and honest with the vehicles. He was also very helpful with getting us the vehicle we came in to purchase. The exact vehicle was not available but he helped us get the accessories that we wanted put on a vehicle that was already in the lot. He sat down with us and tried to find other options online and he also took us around and showed us other vehicles that we might be interested in. All in all, we found the vehicle we wanted and were able to get the accessories we wanted ordered and installed by the dealership. The price was very reasonable and Mr. Patterson was able to get us the military discount which helped alot more.

The moment I stepped out of my car, an auto salesman by the name of Dwayne Patterson was already welcoming me to Reed-Lallier. Dwayne was very friendly and very willing to help me make my decision. I was there to test drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze I had previously seen on the website. Dwayne walked me through all the steps, made me feel valued as a customer and was very honest with me in terms of pricing, history of the car and the the next steps in purchasing the car. I went on a test drive and I fell in love with this car. it rode smoothly and I felt very comfortable driving it. I decided to purchase the car and Dwayne was able to help me get started on the process. Afterwards, I was able to meet with the Finance Dept. and Emmanuel Matthews helped me sign all the contracts and explained to me in detail what each meant. To say the least, it has been 3 days since I've had my Chevy Cruze and I love love my car, all thanks to Dwayne Patterson. The only bad experience I had at Reed-Lallier was that the guy who did a detailing job on my car did not clean it well. I understand that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but my car feels new to me and I did not appreciate that the guy did not take great care of it. Besides that, I am a very happy customer and I will be referring some friends to Dwayne Patterson at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet.

This is actually our second vehicle that we have purchased from Reed-Lallier and we were not disappointed this time either. I came in to take advantage of the big rebates on new Silverados so I'd break even on my trade. Even though I didn't qualify for a few of the rebates, Ray still found a way to get me in one of the two trucks I really liked. The dealership actually paid about $50 for me to drive the truck home. Once we had a deal worked out, everyone explained each document requiring a signature and were very thorough on delivery to make sure I knew how to use all the features of my first brand new truck.

Buying the CarWhen I went to Reed_Lallier I had been to the different dealerships in Lumberton. They promise so much on the Radio but once they have you in their dealerships it's a totally different story. I was burned out from the different Sales Consultants but I received a letter from Reed_Lallier and it asked me for the opportunity to get my business, no pressure just an honest attempt to put me in the car that I wanted. I called and spoke to a Mr. V. Naik and set up an appointment to meet with him. We sat down and talked in general at first, then he asked me what was I looking for and I gave him general things and we took a stroll over the lot and I immediately fell in love with the Chevy Cruse. I had seen a couple of cars that I liked earlier but the Cruse really caught my eye. We went for a test drive and we talkedand by the time we got back to the dealership I wanted the car so bad and he saw it in my eyes. He took the time to work things out so that it would be perfect for my budget. In selling me the car he got to know me and what I could and couldnt afford along with what I could and couldn't do. It was like a family friend moreso than a sales person. He is a wonderful person and I will reccommend him to friends when I know someone is looking to buy a car and as long as they are in business I will be a life long customer.My first Oil ChangeI scheduled my first oil change which was simple enough and when I arrived they were courteous to the utmost and professional. They got my car in ahead of time and shortly got it back out and to be honest I have never met a more friendlier group of people in my life. This is a well put together team.

I initially went there to price Camaro convertibles. I spoke with on sales person that I was not very impressed with. I came back a few days later and he was busy with someone else so I got to work with Ray Johnson. I work in the Army in a field that required not only interpersonal skills, but also the ability to recognize those skills in others. Ray was just a great guy. Yes, he is a salesperson and is there to make a profit, but the next time I go there, i will refuse to work with anyone else. He was very honest and straight forward. I felt that he felt obligated to be as transparent as possible and because of that I was happy for him to make some money off of my purchase. If you are looking to buy a car and you know you are going to need to go through a sales person, i strongly recommend that you work with Ray. I think most people with feel at peace with him and you wont feel like you need to take a shower after your done. Good job Ray, thanks for your help. My car was experiencing some whining noises when I drove it. I brought it into Reed-Lallier, the dealership we purchased this car from to find out what the issue was. Within an hour Bobby had the issue with the car and everything priced out for me, even got me into a rental(thanks Enterprise) since this was our only mode of transportation. Come to find out the issue with my car were a little more complicated, but Bobby kept us updated daily on the progress of the car. I am very happy to report when I picked up my car it drives and handles like a brand new car.

Buyer BEWARE!!by Ticked off victim of Reed Lallier scam from Fayetteville NC | December 13, 2013My husband bought a truck for 56,000 from reed lallier. After having it for less than 60 days we decided that the payment was to high and we couldn't afford it anymore. When my husband went back into the dealership his sales person VESTAL OR KNOWN AS V, acted as if he was a whipped pup. Hmm I wonder why? Probably because he knew he was taking HARD EARNED MONEY FROM A SOLDIER!! Anyway 56,000 for a 2013 silverado. He traded in a 2013 jeep wrangler that was lifted and tricked out. He gave my hubby 24 grand for the jeep. When we called back about the trade in we were shocked to hear that the truck had depreciated 26,000 dollars just within two months. So not only did they say that he wasn't talking Real Money the General Manager hung up the phone. Wow how unprofessional. I'm very mad that my husband spent one year overseas saving every dime he made to come home and trust reed lallier with his business for them to take his money and rip him off to this extent. I'm ashamed that they are located near a military base and have soldiers as customers. I'm trying to let everyone in Fayetteville know to PLEASE take your business to Powers Swain where they will treat you right and no way would they take a 24000 dollar jeep plus 26000 of your money and pretend it isn't real. Here's a message to vee and the general mangers. You guys need to get real. How about you put on the camo and dodge bullets for a year to come home and invest it in rip off artists such as yourself, then see who is asking who what's real!!!! I feel like this business doesn't even deserve one star. Not to mention that we reached out to the owner. Who has still yet to return our phone call. I feel like it's so wrong for this to be legal. Ray was indeed very friendly, professional yet down to earth and very knowledgeable. We ended up paying less for the vehicle thanks to incentives we hadn't known of, got more than anticipated for a trade in & ended up with a lower APR! WOW!!! Mr Ray Johnson our sales consultant was most helpful in negoiations he went the whole 9 yards for us!!!! hats off to him. He listened we listened and he made it happen although not by himself he has a great team working with him behind the scenes. After 22 years of marriage, I felt that it was time to get my wife a new car.This could have been a very stressful experience for me because I have never purchased a new car for myself and I come from a family who only drove used vehicles.I contacted Mr. Ray Johnson this week to discuss the purchase of my wife's first new car.I already had heard that Mr. Johnson was a man of integrity and I also knew the owner, Mike Lallier, to be a civic-minded person who cared about and gave back to the city of Fayetteville, where we live.Mr. Johnson met with me on Monday evening and showed me the vehicles on the lot that my wife was considering.He explained features, mileage, dependability and additional warranties that were optional.He sat down with me and showed me finance options and then worked diligently to get me every possible rebate that I was eligible for!After he showed me the financial figures, he introduced me to the sales manager, Eric Leyte, who answered more of my financial questions in a very friendly, open and honest way.On Tuesday morning, after sleeping on it, I met Mr. Johnson and Mr. Leyte, who were able to offer me a better deal, along with my trade in and paying some money down. Later that afternoon, Mr. Leyte called to say they were able to finance the loan at 1.24 percentage points lower than what we had agreed upon that morning! WOW! Will was extremely friendly and professional, after telling him it was my wife's vehicle he tailored the conversation towards her, took her for a test drive so she could explain the problems she was having and being with her he could understand. After checking the vehicle, called her to give her an estimate, before starting on the repairs. When completed, took her on another test drive to see if she was satisfied. Estimate was close to actual bill. We have put over 300 miles on it since then, vehicle drives like new.

I had researched several models and I was looking at the Chevy Cruze. All of that changed when I started working with Darrius Franklin at this dealership. He was professional from the start and I was very impressed with his integrity, conduct, and knowledge. I purchased the car from him that day and I am completely satisfied that I not only got the best car for the price, but that he advocated for a good deal for me. He cares about the clients who walk through the door. You can't fake that and his dedication shows. I cannot think of one thing that he could have done to make the experience a better one. This morning I brought my truck in for an appointment to the Reed Lalier Service Dept. Bobby Dwyer comes walking up. There was no hand shake or proper greeting from him. In fact, he was accompanied by a woman who asked me if I had moon shine in my cup because she said she needed a drink. I thought this to be wierd. But, at least her voice and demeanor was friendly in nature. Bobby Dwyer was very argumentative and disrespectful in his tone and completely lacked friendliness the whole time we discussed my truck. Instantly I felt more like a prisoner instead of a customer. and it seemed I could not even talk without him responding in a rude un-professional way. The guy acted like he was the smartest person on the planet but his people skills were very weak. He brought me inside the office with an attitude and never received the first smile from this "service" provider. I came in with a few things on my truck I wanted checked out. Basically I wanted a 24 point inspection and for the pros to tell me what they found. Well, He decides to try and get me to sign for $390 worth the diagnosis fees to check a window leak, brakes/ wheel hub and air conditioner. I came in with the intentions to possibly pay $100 for my extended warranty to cover some things on my truck. But, I must say it wasn't the price of his fees that bothered me as much as his attitude and demeanor. I probably would have paid it. He does not need to be interacting with people at a dealership in my opinion with his rude tone and lack of friendliness. I say put him in the back room and let him use his knowledge there. Either way this was a very rude and disrespectful morning where I was treated like a prisoner not a customer at The Reed Lallier Chevrolet Service Department. I hope to never see that man again. Please take your truck or car somewhere else.

Because we went to another dealership about a month and a half ago. We set and waited four over three hours just for them to tell us they could not help us. So this time I wanted to try a dealership closer to our home. As soon as we got there we was greeted by John Wyatt and right away he lead me to the truck we seen on the internet. This experience was a total disaster. I went in to purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for the night after completing the necessary paperwork with the understanding that everything was fine. The next day I was contacted by the Finance department and told that there was an issue with the paperwork and that the deal had not gone through. I was told that I would have to put down cash when the initial agreement was $0 down. I specifically told the FINANCE DEPARTMENT that I did not want to leave the dealership with the vehicle unless the deal was 100% final. I told the finance department that "I did not want to have to bring the vehicle back". Sam, my salesman was awesome, but the finance department was horrific. Being active duty military for over 20 years with a TIER 1 credit score, I find this experience totally unsatisfactory and will never ever be back again. Like I said, Sam was great, he did his job well. It was not his fault at all. I don't understand how the finance department can go from needing "$4,000", to "$2000" to even "$1000" down on a $60,000 vehicle. I can understand if I needed to put down $10,000, but to go from needing $4k down to $1K makes zero sense to me. I then went to Powers Swain Chevy and bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Tahoe LTZ for almost $4000 less with zero down. My advice to Reed Lallier is to send your guys over to Powers Swain and take notes on how to treat customers.I'm sure that would get you more business.I changed my mind. I will return to Reed Lallier. I want to show them my BRAND NEW 2013 Tahoe LTZ. Thanks to Sam, you did your job well, but your finance department screwed you over on your commission. On a scale from 0-10, I rate Reed Lallier a 1.

I have a 2010 Equinox and it neeeded a complete engine replacement due to internal engine warranty issues. the entire process was exceptional! Catherine and Robie (service techs)took care of evrything and all I had to do was show up and get my loaner vehicle.After the new engine replacement the vehicle was washed and cleaned. On a Friday I called Reed Lallier Chevrolet to make an appointment to have my car appraised and possibly trade it in for a 2004 Chevy Colorado crew cab. Gerard set me an appointment for the next morning at 10 am. I arrived and John Harris immediately got somebody working on evaluating my car while we looked for the truck I was considering. Took us about 10 minutes to find it. It was having new brake pads put on. It was on a lift so I could not see inside of it. But I knew right away that it wasn't what I wanted. On their website it showed a 4 door truck and this was a three door. John tried to tell my husband and I that it was a 4x4 and my husband got an attitude with him saying that "she's going to be driving on the road not in dirt, i doubt she needs a 4x4." I was kind of aggirvated at this point. The place seemed totally unorganized. John stayed with us while we looked around some more. I saw a Chevy Silverado that I liked but was way out of my price range. John took us inside to look on their website to see if they had any that were cheaper. We found one that I fell in love with. John immediately started searching for it 20 minutes later he comes back and says that he found it. So we walked all the way to the back of the lot to this beautiful truck. It was locked so my husband became Mr. Mechanic and started inspecting everything. Once it finally won his approval John went on another hunt for the keys. 10 minutes later he drives up in the truck for us to drive. When we got back they had finished with my car and gave me a price, which I wasnt to thrilled about. Granted my car was an 02 it was in really good condition. I voiced my opinion to John and once again he took off. We waited for about 5 minutes and he came back with a price of 2000 more than the first offer. At this point I was sold. Even though the place seemed a little discombobulated I was treated fairly and my opinions were taken into consideration. John Harris was very helpful and despite all the running around he had to do he never got flusterd and was always smiling. Thank you Reed Lallier and John Harris for putting me into my truck and making me one very happy girl.

I came in on a whim with a co-worker and my supervisor. We were in search of an ecofriendly vehicle, that also gets great gas mileage. The car was supposed to be for my supervisor. I told her we should visit Chevrolet because I had heard great things about the Volt. After visiting Toyota and Honda, I was bored... But upon arriving at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet, meeting Dwayne Patterson, I knew this was where I needed to purchase a car at!! I wasn't in the market for a new car, I've got an awesome BMW right now, but I was so excited by the Volt, the safety options, price, and overall look that was presented to me by Dwayne. I rushed home to tell my brother of my experience at the dealership, and brought him back that night, in the rain to get the "Dwayne experience" too!! We were both sold, so it just came down to my husband agreeing with me that this car was brilliant!! I've been waiting for his call from Afghanistan for over a week, and I finally heard from him on Wednesday!! He's doing great, and I had to gush about the car, the dealership, the excitement!!! He said yes, but had other news to share with me. We may be PCSing to Ft. Collins, CO very soon. Much, much sooner than had originally been anticipated. He was not able to disclose all the dates and such, due to security issues over the phone concerning his return from Afghanistan to Ft. Bragg, blah blah blah. So I don't know for sure when we are leaving NC. I hope to know more in the coming weeks. For now though the purchase is on hold, and that is NO FAULT of Dwayne or anyone else at Reed-Lallier. I'd go back there to get service on a vehicle, to purchse a vehicle, or just to say hello to the friendly staff. I do plan on getting that Chevy Volt...I'm just not sure of when at this moment. The life of the military...right? Today is one thing, and tomorrow it's a whole new world. Dwyane, thank you for all your superb customer service, your patience, and your friendly, courteous manner. I apprecaite all you did for me, my boss, and my brother. Your follow up and caring attitude spoke volumes, and I truly appreciated my experience, I never felt pressure or conned. Thank you so much!

I went in to buy a car they had posted on there website. When I got there come to find out they had sold it three weeks before. They said they had another car that was newer and less miles, but was a couple thousand more. It was acully 5 thousand more then the one I wanted. I went a head and got it. My wife then went in to get one they told her it would be around 12 thousand and it finnaly cost was 15 thousand. Then they call us and say that there is a thousand doolars missing. There was two employee there that counted the money and gave us a paid in full recipt.

We drove all the way from Georgetown, SC because of Terry Moore's customer service via online video. Once arrived the staff made us feel so welcome and they were very friendly. Once we got there the car they had reserved for us wasnt the right "one" so we asked to see others.. we found the perfect car and got the PERFECT deal. The drive was so worth the time. I made this purchase of a 2011 Avalanche after a (Not at Fault) traffic accident/head on collision that resulted in my 2009 Avalanche being totaled. The sales person (Josh) was fantastic. I could not even drive because of injuries sustained in the accident, and had someone drive me to the dealership, My Avalanche (2009) saved my life. Point of impact was over 120 MPH, but because of the air bags and the way the Avalanche is built, I should have never walked away. So I will always own a chev and will always purchase them from REED-LALLIER. Overall, I had a great experience with the service department. It was great to get my car back in about an hour. I do have to call them back though, tires were rotated on the car and now I am having problems with the tire pressure monitor system. This was my first time going to this dealer as I have just bought a used Chevrolet this year. We'll see how my experiences go as I continue to go to them for service.

My recent experience with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is quite an interesting tale. I had already bought two vehicles from them on the same day three years ago. I thought that I probably could have gotten a better deal than I did so I had no intention of buying another vehicle through them. My brother and I, came down to only look at diesel trucks. We actually had a plan to hit up multiple dealerships that day. Our salesman was Dwayne and I felt really bad at first because I had absolutely no intention of buying the Silverado 2500 that he was showing us. The truck was simply awesome and I had done all the research I could on Chevrolet diesel trucks. Quite simply it was my dream truck. When Dwayne showed us the price when we got back from the test drive, I thought that it was time to move on. I had found the truck that I wanted but there was no way that I was paying that price. After negotiating with Dwayne, we came to a very fair price for the truck. It was very comparable to the best deals that I had seen online around the country. Unfortunately for Dwayne, I still was not convinced so they let me test drive it to pick up my wife so she could help me make a decision. When my wife and I were seeing if we could finance the vehicle, my brother interrupted us to tell us that there was a Silverado 3500 on the lot that was cheaper. Dwayne told us that he would give us all the same discounts on that truck as he would on the more expensive truck. Plus my wife was a complete terror during the negotiating process and Dwayne was patient and understanding like a Saint. I cannot even be that patient with my own wife. Ultimately, even though I had no plans on buying a diesel that day, Dwayne helped us make it happen on buying my dream truck. Unfortunately, it was not all and good. The detail guy went home early and I brought a 60k truck home covered in bird crap. That really upset me and to make a long story short, my truck had a bad transmission module. I ended up having to get my truck towed to the dealership twice because of it. The first time before they figured it out even though my brother knew what it was, the service department said it was a loose wire and gave it back to me. I broke down again in my 60k truck at an IHOP. Truly embarrassing considering that this is suppose to be the most dependable truck in the world. I still believe it is but basically the service department there gave me a half-hearted effort the first time around. So who came to our rescue like a white knight? Our salesman Dwayne of course. He handed over another potential sale to another salesman in order to make things right with us. He did not just give us a cheap rental to drive around but another super nice truck to drive around until they got it right with my truck. I came in to talk to John Quin once my truck was finally fixed and ready to go because I thought I should be further compensated for all of my issues. John Quin compensated me appropriately. In that process of demanding compensation, I must have conveyed the wrong message. I got what I wanted but I got my salesman in trouble. Dwayne went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was satisfied. The things that went wrong were beyond his control but I guess he is left responsible for the poor performance of their service department. A lot of things went wrong when I bought my truck but the one thing that was never wrong was the performance of my salesman. He could not have been more helpful during the frustrating process. The only reason why I bought my 60k truck from Reed-Lallier specifically was because of Dwayne. He should be recognize with some kind of award for jumping through the hoops that he did for me. Instead he is on thin ice. I would recommend Reed-Lallier to my friends for one reason and one reason only and that is my salesman Dwayne. He did everything he could to make things right with me when everything went wrong. I had to go to the general manager though to get what I deserved for the issues with the truck. I guess I got Dwayne in trouble in that process which was not my intent. He was the only thing not broken during the whole process. Nonetheless I am now totally satisfied with my transaction. If you go to Reed-Lallier to buy a vehicle, ask for Dwayne and he will take care of you regardless of what may happen to him. He excels above all other salesman because he put the customer's needs above his own. Elias

We were overcharged for a vehicle with many mechanical problems and have had it in the shop 3 times so far and we've had it for about 2 weeks, there is still another problem that hasn't been fixed yet. They didn't let us test drive the vehicle instead they shoved us in it as soon as we were at our breaking point from frustration. Also they tried to short change us on our trade in and up-sell us from the original price we had already talked about on the vehicle.

Here's the feed back we left them on their survey we received:We traded in a paid-off vehicle and planned to finance the remaining difference of a new truck. Our jeep, which was registered in Canada was inspected by the mechanics and all information about it was disclosed to include the foreign title and registration. The sales documents were signed and hands were shaken, solidifying the deal. When the truck was brought back the next day to get air in the tires, it was revealed at this time that the Jeep would not be accepted in the deal due to the title and registration being foreign. This very basic and simple information caused the deal to be voided and the truck given back, setting back plans set for weeks that were hinged around having the truck. Plus, while trying to figure out what was happening, she was being pressured to settle the issue as quickly as possible because the appraisal on the Jeep would expire in three days. My wife was able to transfer the title over to North Carolina along with the registration in 48 hours by working with the DMV, which also stated that the information about this process provided by the dealership was incorrect. Overall, the experience was terrible and extremely inconvenient plus, once the problem was identified, my wife was essentially ambushed when she returned to the dealership with no warning or courtesy call to reinstate the insurance on her jeep or to bring the old license plate with her. By not knowing the proper procedures in which to take possession of a foreign car, you proved yourself to be incompetent in your chosen field and by not handling this matter with common decency, you proved yourself to be inconsiderate. These will be the two traits that I will relay to anyone who asks about your dealership, which includes a substantial portion of the Army Officer Corps at Fort Bragg, plus whoever else reads Facebook or any other site that will accept this story as a review of your service.

First I have mention that Reed Lallier is an exception Organization. I want express my sincere appreciation for the assistance from this dealership (and via GM) for providing warranty service and a "complementary first vehicle servicing" for my vehicle. I had a defective leather seat backing, service light/computer problem, a peeling interior silver door handle and a second time repair or replacement of the driver side front headlamp assembly. I am indebted to the dealership; they have earned my respect first through four new vehicle purchases within the past 24-months, but also with the First Class Customer Service after the sale.This is the best experience and customer service I have ever received from any vehicle dealership.Bobby was courteous, and continuously updated me with 1-2 phone calls updating me about what had to be done to repair the vehicle. He immediately put me into a rental but since parts had to be ordered, it was exceptionally well received that he phoned to keep me apprised of when to expect my Cobalt's return - Reed Lallier and Bobby actually exceeded their predictions of service time completion/return of the vehicle.Initially, Elaine took me to Bobby and she also followed up with me and made me feel welcomed and important (most dealership's have personnel that are just make you feel afraid/worried about what the cost is going to be or you don't trust them). At Reed Lallier, I now know I can trust their Service Department - this in addition to the trust I place in Mike Lallier who has actually played a part in each deal for a new car purchase.GM should know that this dealership is A+. I am always pleased with the service department because they treat me like family. When I drove up to drop my truck off for service (warranty work) Murphy remembered my name. That was impressive. She checked over my paperwork and checked to see also if there were any safety recalls that might need fixing or replacing while I was there. When I picked up my truck, she told me what was wrong and they fixed it. She was also nice enough to let me know what my next service needed to be done was. What impressed me the most was she actually asked me if I was still happy with my truck that I purchased from Reed-Lallier? I told her it was my second truck and yes, I am most happy with it. He always goes out of his way to help in any way that he can. I will not buy from any other dealer than Bob Lanford. My car now has more problems than before and the original problem has yet to be completely fixed. This dealer wants to charge me $60 every time they look at my car for the problem they were supposed to fix in the first place and it seems like every time I bring the car in for them to look at the problems get worse or my car starts doing things that it didn't do before I brought it back in! All I keep getting is the "run around" and someone different to talk to that tries to explain my cars problem to me like i'm completely ignorant when it comes to what's wrong with my car and what it needs to be fixed...I of course have done my research and know fully well what it would take to fix my car and just would like this dealer to fix my car as i've already paid them around $800 for a repair that I was told would be just under $400. I have since taken my car to a different mechanic for a FREE second opinion and was told Reed Lallier basically doesn't want to stand behind their "work" or "commitment to customer satisfaction"...and NO Reed Lallier I do not want to buy a new car from you nor will you ever touch my car again. There's nothing wrong with driving a used car. Do you not stand behind the very product you are trying to "sell me on" again? NO THANKS!

On November 9th, my truck would not start. I was at a local car wash when Mr. Quinn pulled in and I asked him if he would assist me. He was incredibly helpful in jumping the battery but then also offered to have my truck (which was not a Chevrolet) looked over by his service department. Once I pulled in, Ms. Graham was already waiting for me with a smile. She then immediately had my truck looked over by their very fast and efficient service staff. JJ answered all of our questions honestly and did not try to push any vehicle on us he let us tell him what we were interested in. When we found the vehicle we wanted,JJ worked hard to help us get the best deal on it that fit within our budget. I was there for a safety inspection. They took the car, I sat for 2 hours. Then someone came me the car failed. It needed a serpentine belt so they said, but I was not shown any proof. It would cost almost $300 to repair. I declined. When Mr. Wallace returned with my car, he wouldn't even look at me. When I got in my car there was a panel underneath the glove box dangling by some wires. I told the cashier. The car was taken somewhere again and when it came back, it was still the same. He still did not have the nerve to tell me to my face. The cashier told me he said he didn't do that, it was already like that! WRONG ANSWER!!!! HE STRAIGHT LIED! It was not like that. I left mad as hell and I'm still mad. They had the nerve to charge me $12.75.

Amanda:When you first contacted me, I was surprised at the efficiency and motivation that you showed pertaining to the truck that my brother wanted to buy from Reed Lallier. If you remember, I distinctly told you that the service you showed was exemplary. My contact with Mark was also a great experience, and like you said he went out of his way to make this odd process a lot easier on my brother and my entire family. Sadly, that is about ALL THE GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT REED LALLIER!After I agreed to purchase the vehicle at the quoted price and trade in, I immediately left to bring back the Power of Attorney and returned in less than an hour. Upon arriving there - I WAITED FOR THREE HOURS!!!!!! Only to find out after being told "I'm going to process this and get you out of here in 10 minutes," changed to "I'm sorry, I have to give this to the General Manager and let him decide what to do." Mind you, after waiting for three hours and NO....LET ME STRESS NO CONTACT EXCEPT TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WERE OTHERS BEFORE ME, AND THAT WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING THE TRUCK CLEANED AND GET YOU OUT OF HERE. At which point, I LEFT AND WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!!! Furthermore, I will ensure that EVERYONE my family comes into contact with knows that Reed Lallier cannot handle business professionally, appropriately, nor with the service members of the United States Military that just wanted to buy a truck. BY the way, it was so nice to see the people that could have helped me, or even told me this information earlier, take multiple smoke breaks, joke with each other, and have fun. ALL WHILE I WAITED, AND WAITED, AND WAITED FOR NOTHING. I have never in my life seen such a disorganized mess of unprofessional people whose own salaries depend on if they sell a vehicle. Sadly for Mark, this is one sale HE WILL MISS due to his counterparts and sales leadership from this evening.At this point, I am beyond speechless, but NOT beyond sending out a broadcast email through military channels to inform others to NOT buy a vehicle from Reed Lallier and recount how a fellow service member was simply trying to buy a vehicle from a bunch of moronic, chain smoking, assholes who wouldn't go the extra mile to make a sale. Maybe they had just waited too late in the evening and just didn't want to mess with it. Maybe it was because it was beyond their IQ to rationalize that an honest family was trying to do the right thing by their family member. Maybe it was just because they were lazy and didn't give a DAMN. Whatever their poor reasoning was combined with their inability to make a concrete decision, or even politely ask someone to come back tomorrow so that their time was NOT WASTED. I guess doing the RIGHT THING was a little too difficult. Let me assure you of one thing, poor press among the military carries a lot of weight in this town, and I will make sure Reed Lallier is known for their poor service, attitudes, and work ethic.For good measure, I would highly encourage you to explain to others who may come to buy a vehicle from you, that they shouldn't waste their time. I was in town visiting a family member stationed at Ft. Bragg and my vehicle started making a noise. Being unfamiliar with the area - I took it to the Sears for inspection. They performed some work on it but then I had an additional problem that arose. Sears was unable to handle the repair and referred me to Reed-Lallier. Heather took the time to listen to my problem and worked quickly to diagnosis it. She then explained the problem and they worked quickly to rectify it. I had a 7 hour drive home and wanted to take no chances with the repair. If I were a resident of the area I would definately use them again. My vehicle is fine and am sorry I did not know about them prior to my Sears visit! Thank you!!!!!!

My husband is deployed and I was buying a truck from this dealership. I was welcomed by everyone and Mr. O'Grady took the time to show me vehicles and test drive them. It took me about 3 days to make up my mind but Mr. O'Grady took very good care of me & worked with me, as far as my POA & and even coming in on his day off to wrap up some paper work. I have only been a customer for about two weeks but by the 2nd day, everyone greeted me with my name, which is very impressive. Making a big decision without my husband being there was alittle nerve wracking but we got everything taken care of. I went into the dealership Friday and as a token of my appreciation I bought a cake & thank you card. It was the least I could do for everyone, especially Mr. O'Grady, who helped me through the process. We purchased 2 vehicles from Reed Lallier a year ago. Last night we had a problem with the ignition and the car would not turn off. I called Reed Lallier to see if anybody could help us out. Mr Barco told me to bring the car in and he will take care of us. My wife and I drove to the dealership around 8:30 in the evening and Mr Barco did not waste anytime taking care of us. I feel that Mr Barco went above and beyond his duties as a Sales Manager in ensuring that we were squared away. The service and professionalism that Mr Barco showed last night should not go without praise. From the initial sales, to follow-ups, to service, Reed Lallier truly cares about their customers. Despite a pressure-filled experience at Reed Lallier a couple of years ago, our family decided to give them another chance. I'm sorry that we did. We wanted to trade in two top of the line 2005 Silverados that were in pretty good condition in exchange for a Traverse. We had no preference on the year of the Traverse and didn't expect a top of the line Traverse. We only hoped to trade both vehicles in with the least negative equity possible and reasonable payments each month. Reed Lallier appraised our very nice vehicles at a VERY low value and would not budge a cent on a price for even the lowest quality Traverse. They instead pushed us to trade in our two top of the line 2005 Silverados for a 2011 Silverado that had minimal features. If we wanted a Silverado, we would hold onto the ones that we already own, not trade them in for a lesser quality one with a newer year written on it. Reed Lallier offered us a "deal" that would benefit only themselves and only had their interest in mind. Reed Lallier would have made a lot of money off of us if we had allowed them to. We turned down their offer right away and asked them to explore the possibility of getting us into a Traverse. The salesman called a couple of times pushing the Silverado on us. I promise that if you go to Reed Lallier they will have only their interest in mind. If you want to be pressured into accepting a deal that has nothing to do with why you walked into the dealership, and if you want your nice vehicle to be appraised at a very low value so they can make a quick buck off of you then Reed Lallier is the place for you. Go to Hendricks Chevrolet in Cary. They gave us a very reasonable appraisal value on both of our vehicles and gave us a very generous rebate on a 2011 Traverse. They also got us the exact features that we wanted without pressuring us to take the entire luxury package---we chose a Traverse with minimal features, and they are adding a sun roof for us! At Reed Lallier we would have had to purchase other features that we did not want in order to get a sun roof. The salesman, Johnny, got us exactly what we wanted without wasting our time and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't interested in. The facility is also very nice and they offer complimentary popcorn and drinks and also have a nice waiting area with a play room for small children, which is a Godsend for people with small children who have time to kill. Make the drive to Cary and go to Hendricks Chevrolet in the auto mall. It's worth the trip.

When my truck was involved in an accident a few weeks ago I knew that it would be going to Reed-Lallier. I know several body men up there and knew that the work was quality and it was. When it was time for it to go to service it became a nightmare. It is currently up there now and has been for over a month. The first time I was able to get my truck from service it was a mess. When it was time for them to replace my balljoint I specifically told them that they can not use a stock ball joint because I have a fabteck suspension lift. Obviously they didnt care because they installed it anyways and it had collapsed on me before I even made it home. As I was driving it away I realized that my brakes had been barely bleed and there was tons of air in them, the alignment was either halfway done or not done at all and to top it off the pins were not put back in my caliper so they began to seperate as I was driving down the road. When I went to confront them about it the service advisor told me that she didnt know what to tell me that I should talk to the body shop. The body had nothing to do with why her techs did a horrific job on my truck. Thank god for the body manager Nick. When I went to him he apologized several times even though it wasnt his fault. He immediantly went to ordering the parts that were supposed to be installed on my truck and he put me into a loaner car. He is truely a professional and dedicated to customer service. My truck will never see the Reed-Lallier service shop ever again.

A few months ago I was at your dealership to look at used cars. A salesman named Ervin was training a new employee and told me that he HAD to walk with me even tho I told him I was just looking and really did not need a salesman. Told me he was trying to train the other gentleman and that he really needed to walk with me while I was looking for training purposes. The employee Ervin, insulted me in front of the trainee. I had told him upfront what I was and was not looking for in a vehicle and he kept trying to show me cars in the category of what I was NOT looking for. When I told him what he was doing, he made the following comment "you're just like all women, you don't know what you want". I turned around from him, got into my vehicle and left the dealership.I know I should have notified your dealership before now, and I know that salesmen can be very pushy to make a sale and are used to dealing with more men than they are women. But I'm not 'typical' as he called me and it really hurt my feelings at the time.

My 2004 chevy corvette goes in for regular service but does not get returned to me in the same condition as it went in. All I was supposed to get was an oil change but what I received was a wrecked vette. The bottom rocker pannels were ripped off, bottom passenger fender broke off. I was calm because I was told that it was in the best hands a damaged corvette could be in, repair would not be a worry. I was given a loaner chevy malibu to drive which broke down leaving the dealership to be given another malibu that wasnt in much better shape. Weeks and weeks go by with me getting nothing but excuses from the paint n body shop. Month and a half later or so, Im told it was a lengthly process because a vette is such a difficult car to work on. Its so difficult infact that my windsheild busted with the installation of my rocker which is connected to the fender, which is connected to the.....etc. Today I now have a vette with troubled or gaped doors, fenders missing screws, ratteling window, and paint overspray in the fenders and engine compartment. REED-LALLIER CHEVROLET has the worst quality of work to repair a car I have ever seen. It makes a person wonder about their used car selection and what short cuts were made to prepare them for sale. Customer service was just as bad, I would get a call telling me the car is ready for pickup, to only show up and told there is a mistake. The business and the people there are confused and lost. My overall experience was terrible, save yourself and carry your business to another dealer. I have the car n paperwork to prove this is the truth!

My experience with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet was great. I received a great price on my vehicle, with no pressure from Mr. Annan. Mr. Annan and Mr. Quinn made sure that I was one hundred percent satisfied with the vehicle and the price. After dealing with the Finance Manager, Ms. Harrison, I fully believe Reed-Lallier Chevrolet has more integrity than any other dealership in the area. They honored a price quote that I feel any other dealership would have simply said was a mistake, and charged me full price. This spoke volumes towards their commitment to excellent customer service.

I looked at several dealerships when considering cars and all of the local dealerships were extremely unknowlegable about the car I was considering (to the point that they just said "I have no idea, lets go see if I can find the manual", or tried to offer me features and colors that aren't even available on that model). Some vastly inflated their price and gave me excuses like "well, we just sold one at $10,000 over sticker so we feel that is what the market can bear right now".I extended my search and went with Reed Lallier even though they were considerably farther from my home because they were willing to work with me, went to extremes to get the exact vehicle I wanted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Their price was excellent, and their customer service was amazing.Even though they are much farther (2 hours vs. 5 minutes drive) I will continue to go to them for accessories and would absolutely consider them for future purchases.

I purchased my Chevy Tahoe new in 2007. I've been very pleased with the professionalism and attention your service department has given me. I've had some problems that has taken some time to correct and may still have some, but each time that I've brought the problems back to the attention of the service consultant they've been very helpful to the utmost possible way. I was very pleased with the salesman that sold me the Tahoe in 2007. I can't recall his name at this time, but had it not been for him, I would probably purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I took my car in on July 8th because my check engine light came on, I got a phone call saying that they could fix the problem, that my car needed a fuel injection cleaning and service on the valves, I paid $495 when I picked the car up July 9th. Then on 13th the check engine light came back on for the same problem. The car was never fixed. This dealership has never been able to accurately fix the problems I have had with any vehicles that I have purchased from them. Now I'm out $495 and the problem is still not fixed. I took the car back to them today 7/15 and it is the exact same problem but now they want me to pay for the services again. I am highly upset because I have to keep wasting money when I was told that they fixed the problem.

Excellent dealer. I took delivery of my Corvette Z06 purchased through the Military Exchange new car sales program in July of 2003 and they have been my point of contact for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on my vehicle. They are truly an asset to the Chevrolet brand and a fine example of what a GM dealer should be. Came into the dealership on a Saturday for service, vehicle was inspected w/the service writer; no damage found and was noted on the invoice. Vehicle returned and inspected again with the service writer, damage found. Dealership would not accept fault nor even contact the General Manager to tell him of the situation - told me to contact my insurance to have it taken care of and asked me to leave. Have contacted the dealership several times and gotten the run around, never talking to the same person twice. Asked to talk to Mr. Lallier himself and was either put on hold, told he was out or they hung up. Simple damage for them to correct as its a GM vehicle and they are a GM dealer. Not to mention they jointly inspected the vehicle prior to taking control of it stated no damage found and then they jointly inspected it again before I took control and found damage and its all on their original invoice.
