I spoke with Rachel and Victoria on several occasions. Both ladies assured me that if I came in, I would receive excellent service as well as get information regarding price for buyout and trade. My salesman was Daniel Perez. Daniel worked with me. He showed me a 2021 Nissan Kicks (blk) and negotiations started. I was at Reed from 9:15 am to 3:45 pm. I was determined to get a great trade quote or leave. I got a quote for how much my payments were going to be and much to my surprise, it was only $25 more dollars than what I was already paying on my trade vehicle. The ladies came through and so did my sales team. Thank you for a job well done. I received more than what I expected and am grateful that my wallet is still intact.

I went to Reed Nissan for the first time in the beginning of august because my engine light was on, car was fixed within 4 days as they gave me me a loaner, 2 weeks later my engine light came on again as I was nervous I went in to see what was going on…they took care of me right away even with out making an appointment, they told me what the problem was and I came back 2 days later and got it fixed. Dane and Shaun( the service manager) were beyond amazing with me and kept me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. Shaun has an amazing personality and made sure I was satisfied with my services. thank you Shaun!

I worked with Dwayne Loy who was so helpful during the process. My boyfriend had purchased a new Titan from him before and highly recommended him and I see why.. I stopped by Reed Nissan on my lunch break just looking around..I talked to Jay Gonell who made me feel comfortable even knowing I had a short time to gather as much info as possible to prepare me when I came back after work. I guess I could have waited until after work but I got impatient and wanted to see the car lol He didn't rush me, he didn't push me off to anyone else, and he remembered me when I came back which made me feel special. I recommend working with Jay Gonell because honestly I've never felt more comfortable buying a car before.

The other day I came into Reed Nissan and honestly I didn't have the slightest idea on what brand, year, color, make, or model car I was thinking on purchasing, so I went to shop around and see. Briana Waldon helped me out tramendously. I was full of questions and I know I can get overly aggravating but Briana didn't let that bother her at all. I went to Reed Nissan to trade in my vehicle in hopes of buying my very first brand new car (I've only had used cars). I scheduled an appointment with Dwayne Loy because previous customers (my dad for example) told me he was the guy to deal with. He was extremely helpful, listened to any concerns I had, and was able to find a nice car within my budget. I was also able to get financing through Reed Nissan which was a really big help from Chris Williams & Dwayne Loy. Mr. Loy made sure that he went over every detail of the car and any servicing/maintenance that is needed to keep my Nissan Versa on the road without any problems. It was a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and who wants to receive great customer service.

I stopped by Reed Nissan on my lunch break just looking around..I talked to Jay Gonell who made me feel comfortable even knowing I had a short time to gather as much info as possible to prepare me when I came back after work. I guess I could have waited until after work but I got impatient and wanted to see the car lol He didn't rush me, he didn't push me off to anyone else, and he remembered me when I came back which made me feel special. I recommend working with Jay Gonell because honestly I've never felt more comfortable buying a car before.

The other day I came into Reed Nissan and honestly I didn't have the slightest idea on what brand, year, color, make, or model car I was thinking on purchasing, so I went to shop around and see. Briana Waldon helped me out tramendously. I was full of questions and I know I can get overly aggravating but Briana didn't let that bother her at all. She asked me questions to pick my brain and see what I was interested in and she laid cars out on the table. At the end of my visit I knew exactly the car I wanted. I will be back before Christmas. The past two vehicles that I have purchased we're both from a Buy Here Pay Here establishment which I have since learned is a huge mistake I have contacted Amanda Makos in regards to being able to purchase a new vehicle out of all the vehicles that I've ever owned I have been most impressed with my Nissan Altima Amanda makos went above and beyond to explain to me how to improve my credit which I've been working very hard on and informs me that driving a new vehicle is not as far out of reach as I first thought I am excited to say that I will be going to see her soon and driving away and what I'm hoping to do another brand new Nissan Altima

I came in and spoke to I believe the manager by the name of alex. She was very friendly and referred me to a gentleman by the name andre whose customer service was amazing! I told him what i was interested in and what my budget was and he was able to get just the right car for my needs. The staff was amazing and I highly recommend anyone to check this place out! anytime i have any issues or questions, even after buying my car from Jay, he has always been there for me. It's not just "buy the car and leave and they will forget about you" type thing, Jay has ALWAYS answered my calls, gotten back to me if he couldn't talk at the moment, and ultimately cares about my (and im sure all his customers) overall satisfaction. This dealer uses low-ball tactics to sell their vehicles. My husband and I went in just looking and had a car to trade in. They took the keys to our car and when I asked for them, they would not give them back and I did not understand why? Then, I told them I wanted to go through my credit union and they kept saying they would but then ran my credit behind my back and went through a completely different credit union. They also charged us charges that I did not even know about and they did our loan for 6.5 years which we never discussed and we did not know this either until after the fact. Dishonesty is deceptive and not a good business practice at all! Be warned! They also said we had warranty and that we could take our vehicle to any dealer because we were from out of town and then when we tried to go to our local dealer, they said we had to pay? Why? Your business practices are unethical and deceptive and it is not right at all!

Went to Reed because of an online ad for a used Nissan Quest.I worked with Anthony Santiago. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He worked with me trying to get the best deal. I went there pretty much ready to buy that vehicle , but he didn't know that. I Had read all the details including the Carfax. I had a number in mind, and he helped me get close to that number. I had my 10 year old granddaughter with me and he was very congenial with her. She said later that he was very nice. He went through all the bells and whistles with me, set up my bluetooth, helped me get the app on my phone that would walk me through everything about the car. I was in a time crunch and he quickly helped me through the process, while covering everything. The financial department was very efficient and had everything ready right away. Don't remember his name, but cudos to him too. I had more questions, and Anthony invited me back the next day and was very helpful.

Had a great experience here in 2013 when I bought my new Altima, so much so that I referred two coworkers. Found a car on Reed's website and submitted a request to test drive. When I get there that car isn't available yet and they try to sell me on one out of my budget. I told them multiple times that I didn't want to pay more than a certain amount and was assured that with financing through McCoy they could get me to what I wanted to pay. They couldn't, shocker!! I tell them to contact me when the car I want is available. They had me come back two times because "they were able to work something out". Yes, they lowered the price by $50 but they were still trying to sell me the initial out of my budget car. The last time I come back to finally test drive the car I wanted to purchase, they told me that they can't finance me at the same terms as with the initial "out of budget car" and my payments would be the same even on the cheaper car. Seriously?!?!? What makes you think that the FOURTH time I would decide that my budget has mysteriously changed?? I couldn't even talk to the first finance guy who assured me going with a car that's $3000 cheaper would put me at monthly payments I'm comfortable with. Instead they had me dealing with John B., some pompous a** who could give two xxxxx if he could make it work for me or not. Oh, he offered to fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I passed. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful but the finance department is full of xxxxxxxx that bank on the fact that they can fast talk and wear you down to the point where you ultimately sign whatever b.s deal they put in front of you. I have never been to a car dealership that has tried this hard to not sell you a car .Never purchasing from Reed again!!

I worked with Jay recently to get my new car, who I also agree with other people on these other sites, is probably the best sales person at Reed. Management was very helpful and friendly as well, the whole office makes a good team. Keep up the good work guys :)

I had two salesmen help me the day I bought my Rogue, Hamid and Hmaied. They both were very helpful. Hamid walked around to each and every Rogue in the "storage area" across the street to help me find exactly what I wanted and Hmaied (I hope I'm spelling his name right.) seemed to know where one was in some super secret hiding spot which was the one I was looking for!!! They answered all my questions and we're both very personable. I also wanted to mention Vince in the service department, I'm guessing. He helped me set up an appointment for my window tinting and was waiting for me out front the day I went in to get it. Super nice guy. He knows what customer service is supposed to be. All 3 of them do.

knowing what we know now and after reading some other reviews we should have gone with another dealer that was our first choice. our salesman was very nice and i would continue to give him good grades.but for the rest of the process we went thru with others in the dealership i don't think we will do business again. i won't go into detail with what transpired but it took three weeks to correct. also it's the same old story on my trade in, but shame on me for accepting the deal and not walking out and listen to what my gut was telling me. once again our salesman did everything he could to try and rectify the situation but the rest of the team dropped the ball. they were all friendly but.......

Horrible experience and dishonest management. So after weeding through the BS that is advertised I figured out exactly how their game is played. Every price you see online for new and used vehicles is only honored if you finance through them! If you have your own financing set up, they will not honor the price and all of a sudden it jumps $3,000 higher. During the process all the "Sales Manager" wanted to talk about is the monthly payment. He would not talk about the Interest Rate or the Price of the Vehicle. I am carry a 784 Credit Score and anyone in my position would not agree to anything unless all terms of the transaction are disclosed. As most educated consumers are aware, this is just a tactic. A neighbor of mine purchased a vehicle from here and has regretted it ever since. They found hidden charges in their finance contract including a warranty that they did not agree to purchase. All of their advertising is a dishonest lure for uninformed customers. Do not purchase from this place.

She was very happy with her prior experience with him.My mother was right. Tinu is polite, patient, and listens. I'm not really a "review" type of person but I would love to share my car buying experience with everyone. I traveled from Tampa to look at a new Maxima and I worked with Jay Gonell who was very helpful and even more so informative which is the most important thing for me in regards to purchasing since I don't know much about cars. By the time I left with my brand new car I felt very comfortable, confident and definitely happy that I made the tiny sacrifice to travel . It was worth every minute driving and time spent there. Jay is so kind also. If anyone goes to see him you definitely will not be let down.

I spoke with Nei Rodrigues in sales over the phone and he was quite rude, it was at that point that I knew I would not being giving Reed Nissan my business. I asked him a simple yes or no question since they sent me an email about a "SELL OFF" event basically stating that they were selling cars at very low prices to clear inventory. Even though they offered a nice discount on the cars online, I mentioned the "sell off" email and asked him since they were so desperate to clear inventory would they be willing to discount the cars even further. He then stated that if the discounted price was not low enough for me, then maybe I should be looking at another car. Awesome response right?! I am now dealing with another Nissan dealership with much better customer service!

I went in not planning to buy a car and ended up purchasing a new Rogue and Pathfinder. They had the absolute lowest price and made the buying experience easy. I want to give a shout out to a gentelman that took his time and his talent to get me approved. I meet Brian on a local motorcycle ride and he told me he was a Manager at Reed Nissan. I told him I was interested in getting a new car and that I had been to several dealerships and no one could get me approved. He told me he has been doing this for 16 years and that he knew things other dealers don't know. All I can say is he walks the walk!!!! Brian got me approved on a brand new 2016 Altima SR. This dealership is a complete waste of your time, go to any other dealership in Orlando. I went in expecting to pay what the Internet price says. Immediately they explain you will pay 1k more then the price advertised because my name didn't qualify even though I bought a 45,000 dollar Nissan Armanda just a few years prior. It gets better I go to trade in a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali and they offered me 28,000 said we give auction price for trade in. It's worth 34,000 trade in value on Kelly blue book. Stated they could not give me more then the less expensive Nissan car I was buying. That would be like saying I know your corvette is a 2015 but we can't give you more then the Kia I am selling you. They bring you in with Internet pricing then screw you where ever they can. I feel for all the people they have taking advantage of. Word of advise know what your trade is worth before shopping for a car and stay far away from this dealership.Brian Bowman

To say my experience with Brian Longacre was good would be a gruesome understatement. From the moment he greeted me, I felt an amicable and soothing vibe. I'm fairly introverted and get nervous easily, but his calm demeanor helped ease my nerves. From the beginning, I told him I most likely wouldn't be able to walk away with a car the same day, yet that deterred him none. He showed me the utmost respect and undivided attention and exhibited his erudition with every inquiry I had. About a week later I got a follow-up call to make sure every concern I had at the time of my visit and after was addressed. When I'm ready to get into a new car, Brian will be the man I go to. I bought my brand new 2016 Nissan sentra at Reed Nissan. I had a very hard time getting accepted at other dealerships, and those that did accept me tried to charge me ridiculous prices. I started to believe my only choice was to pay WAY too much for an old clunker car! Finally I went to Reed Nissan and saw Brian Wood. Brian was very friendly and worked very hard to get me approved for a brand new car! I didn't feel pressured into my decision and I definitely got time to think about my options in peace. The best part is when I drove away in my shiny, clean, brand new car I did NOt feel like I was getting ripped off! Actually it was quite the opposite!! Jay Gonell was accommodating, helpful, and sympathetic. Gonell understood that we were there for quite some time. Well over the time we expected to be exact. For a brief moment, He allowed me to take care of some outside business and return to finish the signing process. He was doing his job by providing an ample amount of snacks and beverages to both my mother and I. Jay did so much that he was encouraging and kept checking on us throughout our experience there. I wasn't looking forward to the experience of buying a new car, but it was something that had to be done. Overall, I was impressed with the experience from Reed Nissan. Jay greeted me after I parked and I was looking at the model car I wanted within 2 minutes and test driving it within 10 minutes. Jay was great to work with and the financing process wasn't bad either as long as you understand basic financing. They did three separate scenarios with financing to help visualize the numbers so I could choose the right option. The customer outreach incentive is extremely misleading/not well explained on the website but that's more of a corporate issue and not the dealerships' fault. All in all, a much better experience than I had thought and would do it again when the time comes.

I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty it took me two days for them to finally fix it, and they still charged me 400 cause some xxxxxxxx problem with my tires that was in June a week later I returned and said there is something wrong with the suspension it keeps shifting, they told me no it's because u have big tires they ignored me. So I went to another Nissan dealership they said yes they hear it but u have to take it to the dealer u bought the truck from, I go back to reed and say hey there is something wrong I hear it they drive it lift it tell me nothing is wrong send me away again. I take the vehicle to Another dealership and in 5min they found the problem a stripped bolt in suspension they replaced it took them 10min to fix. Reed Nissan had me wait an hour and nothing ur service department SUCKS lazy mechanics , any person going to reed Nissan buyer be ware.

There unethical antics is to much to bare. This is the worst dealership iv ever been to with all the lies and run around. We was told we had the loan congratulated by sales manager and sales rep we added the vehicle to our insurance like they said first waited 7 hours with no answers then given the run around for 2 days and still no vehicle. They pass the blame to the next person. So unprofessional I had to write the better business Bureau. All we asked was to be upfront. If they would have said we couldn't help you within the 7 hours on day one we would of understood but instead they said we got the loan ran my credit 8 times told me to get insurance and even took us to get the money for the down payment oh let's not forget advertised price was 16,988 and I seen when they submitted my credit app they raised it 2000 to 18,988. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER .EVERYONE INVOLVED SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Best part is we walked in with an already approved loan from someone else and they said they could get us a better interest rate so we tried. Worst mistake. These ppl are liars. When John bedar came to speak with us after 7 hours all he could say was I don't know what to tell you that's all he kept saying that he doesn't know what to tell us. As a manager isn't it your job to know. He was so rude like we was nothing and wasting our time. As he was speaking to us he even told us in the middle of talking to hold on and went and delta with someone else . This is ridiculous

We've purchased many many cars/trucks at dealerships across the country. Never have we felt we were about to be scammed by Reed nissan. The only person we trusted was our salesman. Unfortunately, we also had to deal with the finance department because they wouldn't let us purchase the car without going through their finance department. Deal was written and all seemed to be in place, then sales manager told us he couldn't honor the deal. What???? We agreed to go through them even though we got a better rate at our bank, and all was said and done. Then came the scam. Never again will I trust this dealership. We purchase at least 4 cars every two years as there are so many people in our family. I will never recommend them to family and friends!

First of all my salesman was Nizar. Nizar is an amazing salesman and gave excellent customer service. I would definitely buy another car from him. Thank you Nizar.My problem is not with the sale of the car my problem is one week after I took delivery of the car. I purchased the car on August 13th (with 6 miles on the odometer) and on August 20th the car wouldn't start. I was at a grocery store with a car full of groceries. Remembering that Nizar told me that if I ever have a problem to call Nissan Security Plus Roadside Assistance. I called them and explained the problem and the woman sent out a roadside assistance vehicle to jump start my car. The roadside assistance man arrived and tested the battery and said it seems like a refurbished battery and the battery would not hold a charge. He said if I shut the car off I may need another jump start. He offered me an option for a new battery with a 5 year warranty for $155.00. He didn't pressure me into this battery he just told me it was an option if I wanted. Knowing my battery wouldn't hold a charge I said yes and he replaced the battery. Expecting to be reimbursed for the battery on a car with only 253 mines on it I contacted Reed Nissan. I spoke with two people from Reed Nissan and both said that if I had the car towed to a Nissan Dealer that they would have replaced the battery for free but since I didn't do that they will not cover the cost. Having my car towed to a dealer for any issues was never told to me. Nissan's Roadside assistance did not tell me that either. If it is protocol for warranty problems to have the car towed into a dealership then Nissan and Nissan Roadside assistance should communicate that to each other. If a brand new car was sold to me with a refurbished battery then why would I believe towing the car into a dealership for battery replacement would get me a new battery and not another refurbished one.My problem is not necessarily with Reed Nissan but with Nissan in general. Other than the battery problem, I do love my Murano.

I was interested in one of the vehicles reed nissan had listed and contacted them through the web form on the cars.com listing. I got a call back with in 30 minutes initially and let them know I couldn't speak by phone now, let us talk over email. I replied to a few of their messages but could never get follow up responses. Contacted them through their live chat directly on their site and the sales rep there said they'd contact me shortly through email, but nothing. Got a follow up phone call 10 days later, but have already purchased a vehicle elsewhere. During the day, email is my preferred method of contact and I couldn't get them to respond in that manner. It may have been different if I had just showed up to the dealership, but it is a decent drive for me and I wanted to get some of the specifics out of the way through email to save me some time. It is just not convenient to spend hours at a dealership for me and just wanted start my dialogue before going there. I had cash, knew what I wanted, and was a serious buyer, just wanted to communicate with them in the method which was convenient for me.

Shopping for a truck, stopped in on a Thursday and was greeted by Amir, test drove an Excursion, sat down and was given a price. Negotiated the price, provided the typical JESSE JAMES requested information, personal information. Departed called the next day agreed to take the truck for the agreed price and provided a credit card deposit. Amir called back and stated truck was ready and financing was all set. Traveled 1 hour to the dealership and upon arrival met with Amir whom showed me the truck had been prepped and ready to go. Asked me to have a seat and his manager would be right with me to get things wrapped up. I waited and a short time later John Bedar greeted me and stated not sure why he had been sent over to speak with me. The show begins! So obviously being an honest guy I could tell he was about to endeavor upon a task he was commanded to do. John starts by saying so what was the price, I gave it to him, he stated so did a manager give that to you, oh did you see the truck online? So maybe there is a mix up maybe we have two of those trucks, let me check. Finally building up enough nerve to tell me.... Well we can't sell that truck for that price someone made a mistake. My response well I don't think so, your guy Amir went and played the good guy bad guy routine right there in that office yesterday and we agreed to a price. I then called today and at no time did anyone say oh we can't honor that price. Then took a deposit and then ran finance on that agreed deal. Anyway being an honest guy by nature poor John says well I will make it right but I need some time to do that. Okay so I wait, now at the dealer for over an hour after being told by Amir that everything was ready and I would be in and out in moments. So I have to call my buddy to come back and be ready to pick me up after being dropped off. So I wait for John to do his magic and make it right. A short time later John returns with the tough guy, Hani Kaatati, whom simply says sir we can't sell you that truck. It was obvious this guy had directed John to handle the dirty work. We discussed how unprofessional this event was and I asked him to reconsider as I have no need for us to engage in unnecessary and unprofessional fashion. I explained my discontent and advised him of his unprofessional customer service would not fall upon deaf ears. I started to depart and as I made it to the parking lot for my ride that had now returned after my buddy has now lost 2 hrs of his day, John flags me down and states i am sorry, we're going to make this right I just need time to discuss with the right person , we don't do business this way , I'll be in touch with you ASAP. I stated thank you John, neither of us need the bad results that this appears to headed to. Again assuring me, we'll make it right. I departed and waited until after they closed about 7 hrs and no call yet. I sent an email to the general manager Vincent Mancuso and explained the events..... No answer or response. So after spending a total of around 6 hours plus involved with these folks, paying to bind insurance on the truck, going through finance and being told all is ready to go and giving a credit card deposit. My time has been wasted, my credit score dinged by the credit inquiry, having to then cancel insurance on a truck you misled us on. Yeah we're just super happy! Avoid them like the plague, read the reviews all of them, see the trend. I have known the Reed dealership since they were located on Orange Ave in downtown Orlando in the 1970's. And it's not the same as it used to be there word means nothing. My family is a fairly prominant family operating business in central Florida for almost a century. Your treatment of me will be shared with many others. Shame on you!

I came in this dealership not wanting to put any money down and I was able to walk out with a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra with little established credit. Granted my credit was not bad, nor does this happen at a lot of dealerships but the service here was excellent. Jay Gonell was very patient with me helping me decided what I should go with showing me all my options as well as going the extra mile to get me the deal I would prefer even though the chances were not looking good for me. I even walked out with my car insurance set up and tags already on the vehicle I appreciate everything Jay! Aaron Hill also went the extra mile for me financially speaking with his network of financial establishments to get me deductions off of the vehicle as well as nearly reducing my interest rate by HALF! Excellent customer service as well could not ask for anything better!

I HATE going to auto dealerships. I have been buying cars the last 15 years not going through them. I gave Reed Nissan a shot since their shop has always been great to me. I was amazed to see that my sales rep didn't sound like a salesman, act like a salesman and pressure me like a salesman. What a relief! Tinu Thakkar was tireless in finding me the right car. From now on, I will always go to Reed Nissan. They make other dealerships look like a joke.

Jay Gonell was great and he got us into a car we really wanted. He worked with us inregards to our car insurance and was there every step of the way. He offered water , snacks etc. Great customer service here at Nissan and a big thanks to him.

I simply wanted to come in and talk about how the process work with leasing a car, and I didn't think I would walk away with a vehicle. The experience was excellent. Chris explained the whole process and answered all my questions. Very professional and great customer service. Over all the staff was amazing and were willing to help in way that they could. I love the car, even though the process took forever. It was worth the wait. I am satisfy with my decision.

Long story short I came to this dealership with my OWN financing already together through the credit unit. If you do that forget about the deals you saw online because they don't apply to you. You MUST use the dealerships financing, in order to get those deals. I only ended up with a 2500$ rebate, initially I was told they would at least give me 6,000 off, but that didn't happen because when I went back on another day, the supervisor and or manager wasn't there whom I initially spoke with (I should have waited). Even with that situation, I ended up being okay with the deal. My issue at the end of the WHOLE process was with MR. MOSTAFA ELASRI he was NOT POLITE AND PUSHIE! He was upset that he wasn't consulted about the deal on the first day I came in (he felt that he could have got me a better interest rate around 0.9% (IF I HAD FINANCED through them, sounds good right). (I had already by this time signed the contract with my credit unit and in my eyes that was final). He could have had his heart in the right place, but his approach was ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!! HE was very pushie and rude might I add. Next time MR. Elasri just give the info the the customer and allow them to make that decision, DON'T BE PUSHIE NOR PRESSURE ANYONE, it's unattractive and you made me very uncomfortable, truly I was disturbed with my car buying experience because of YOU. ......Short story not so short! I gave the dealership an great rating because of JAY AND JOHN I would do business with them any day, to bad John was off when I finalized my deal (once again I should have waited). Jay was VERY PATIENT WITH ME. Jay NEVER MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, he gave me the information I needed and gave me the time and space to make my own decision. Thank you JAY! John has great positive energy. On the day I came to pick my car up John was there, his positive energy reminded me why I came back to purchase me car from Reed Nissan :-). MOST IMPORTANT I LOVE my NEW 2016 Altima!!!!!!~

This complaint comes after several attempts to resolve this matter personally with Reed Nissan. They will not return my phone calls or produce any of the documentation that I've requested to ensure their business practices. In December 2015, I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Reed Nissan. I had been doing my research on this vehicle for over a year in preparation to purchase a Wrangler; therefore, the purchase price of the vehicle appeared to be in market value range with similar vehicles I had been pricing. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle it began having mechanical problems. I took the vehicle to my local Jeep dealership for service and this is when I first learned that the vehicle was a Canadian import (grey market import) - when the Jeep dealership ran the VIN to pull the vehicle's service history, they advised me of this and also stated that the vehicle would likely continue to have mechanical issues as the entire engine/suspension/under carriage was covered in rust (due to either the weather conditions in Canada i.e. snow/salt on the roadways or due to flood damage - which is often the case with Canadian imports). A few weeks later, I was back at another Jeep dealership for a problem with the Jeep's steering. The mechanic at this dealership told me that the drivetrain warranty would cover this repair; however, since the vehicle was a Canadian import, the warranty was void, as the manufacturer's warranty doesn't transfer across country borders. After researching grey market vehicles, I now know that auto-makers refuse to honor warranties on grey market vehicles sold across borders due to the fact that grey market vehicles are supposed to meet safety and pollution standards in the U.S. but the vehicles represent a safety hazard to the motoring public due to modifications, completed by after market companies, not the factory, that are frequently incomplete or unsafe. This renders consumer's helpless when they purchase a vehicle that is (unbeknownst to them) a grey market vehicle because they are left responsible for all repairs that they assume are covered under warranty but the manufacturer's warranty protections are void because of modifications made by grey marketers. For example, Chrysler won't stand behind vehicles that are brought into the U.S. from Canada - but how is a consumer supposed to know a vehicle is from Canada if that information is not disclosed to them by the dealership/seller? I would like to know if Reed Nissan is even making sure these vehicles meet EPA emission standards and Department of Transportation safety regulations. Additionally, some GAP policies may not afford coverage to these vehicles, but again, the consumer wouldn't know that until there was an issue that their GAP policy wouldn't cover. Beyond those issues, many grey market vehicles are stolen, given salvage titles, have flood damage, or have liens on them in Canada. Due to the warranty issues/insurance/and other listed problems, grey market vehicles have lower trade-in values - also something that I would have closely considered before purchasing a car had been privy to the fact that it was from Canada. Despite the fact that Reed Nissan purchased the vehicle at auction for the grey market price based on the difference in the Canadian/American exchange rates, the price I paid did not reflect the monetary benefits produced by grey market trading. Reed Nissan has failed to fulfill my repeated request for the purchase price they paid for the vehicle at auction prior to selling it to me, but from the information I can gather, they charged me twice as much for the vehicle. I consider this to be price gouging. Even though similar American vehicles are valued at similar prices, the stipulations involved in grey market vehicles render them much less valuable at the consumer's expense. Following my third trip to the mechanic within six months of owning the vehicle, my husband and I decided that we should trade-in the Jeep because the continual repairs were much more than we anticipated paying. This is when we really realized the consumer effects of grey market vehicles. Two separate, independent car dealers offered me $17,000 for the Jeep (which I paid $32,000 for). That was much, much lower than expected, as Jeep Wranglers are known to hold their value. When we questioned the trade-in value, both dealerships told us it was because the Jeep was from Canada and was a grey market vehicle; however, I did not receive the grey market purchase price (caused by the favorable exchange rate between the American and Canadian dollars) and was now extremely upside down on the vehicle - again, ALL things that I would have considered before purchase had I been given the information needed to make a smart and sound decision. Also, since the Jeep was originally from Canada, the odometer was manufactured to display mileage in kilometers. When I took ownership of the Jeep, the mileage had already been converted to miles. At no point during the time of purchase was it revealed to me by Reed Nissan that the vehicle's odometer was replaced, which is a felony in Florida. This is a material fact that was not disclosed to me as a buyer. Since Reed Nissan does not disclose their grey market vehicles to buyers, I would further be interested to see if they are disclosing this information to their finance companies/banks. Financial institutions should also be aware of the challenges and differences in grey market vehicles to protect their investments, as should insurance companies who may be responsible for faulty equipment in vehicle crashes or who may be charged higher prices for parts that have to be imported. Reed Nissan disclosed to me that they frequently engage in selling Canadian imported vehicles and that they aren't legally compelled to disclose this information to their unsuspecting buyers. The business practices at Reed Nissan represent large scale consumer fraud, have negative implications for financial institutions and insurance agencies, could potentially affect pollution standards, and present serious concerns regarding the safety of these imports on uninformed buyers. Essentially, Reed Nissan knowingly sold me a vehicle for well over what it was worth in the U.S., that was riddled with mechanical problems either due to weather conditions, flooding, or after market modifications in an attempt to comply with U.S. emission and safety standards that were not covered by warranty, and left me completely helpless in trading in the vehicle for anything near what I paid for it due to the grey market conditions.

My husband & I have purchased several cars, although I do not often due reviews. This particular sales representative can not go without notice. The Sales Rep " Tinu Thakkar was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above & beyond on making us feel comfortable and answered all questions we had regarding the Nissan brand. We just came by to just look for our teenage daughter with no intention of purchasing at the time. Nevertheless, our "looking" turned into a purchasing. Mr. Thakkar very professional, very attentive to make sure our daughter was comfortable with the vehicle. Definitely knows what hes doing, and is sincere with it. I just wanted to say "thank you". We are business owners and recognize when someone knows their job & truly respects the needs of others.

It is always stressful when you go purchase a vehicle. I test drove the Altima and let me tell you. Mike was great!!!! He listened to what I wanted and didn't rush me like others do. Even though I did not purchase this time I will be back to visit Mike when I am ready. He was so patient and answered every question. He knew his product and it showed. I would highly recommend Mike if you are going to buy!!!!

I have never had service in my life and I'm 36 like I had this weekend at Reed everyone went above and beyond but Ivan took it to the top making sure my handicap mom was assured in what she was buying and had all she needed without hesitation . Ivan even went to the extreme and delivered the car ! I have never seen a dealer do this Ivan is an asset to Reed and I never would recommend and other dealerships to anyone who asked ,I will be back next month to get mine, Love Reed and Ivan is the best

Where do I begin!?When I first arrived at Reed Nissan, I didn't have high hopes about being able to trade in my vehicle for something brand new. I'd been to a few dealers before and they were very quick to turn me away or try to get me to put down money I didn't have. But right off the bat, I felt right at home. Jay Gonell, was my agent and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient and supportive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for while still working within my budget. Thanks to him and the finance team, I was able to walk away with a brand new Nissan Sentra, and with that my headaches and worries for my old vehicle went away. Once my wife and I decided it was finally time to get serious about finding a new car I quickly dove into researching and contacting different dealerships. A friend of ours recommended that we go into Reed and speak with Jay. We drove over to the dealership one night but Jay wasn't available. We spent about an hour with a different salesperson but ended up leaving unsatisfied with the way that the process was going. Over the next couple of days we continued shopping around and getting quotes over the phone, via email, and from True Car. Just before reaching a deal with a different dealership our friends told us once more that we have to talk with Jay before doing anything. Since we were in the area we decided to swing by Reed one more time and wait for Jay. We're so glad that we did! Jay went over the different options available on each level of the vehicle that we were interested in and didn't pressure us at all to move up. Jay beat the competitors' prices and was awesome to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to start your search with Jay Gonell. We wish that we had! You'll save yourself a lot of hassle (and probably $) if you do.

I have purchased multiple cars in my past. This time around I was purchasing a car for my 16 year old son. My concern was a payment he could afford once he was out of high school and not getting ripped off by another car company. My sales rep was Tinu Thakkar and I must say he did a great job! Tinu Thakkar did not cut any corners on anything. There was no fast talking and he understood the purchase of the car was for my child and was showing me the type of cars (not only safe but reasonable) that you would want you teenager driving. The process was smooth, and as well as straight forward and to the point. Needless to say I was able to purchase a Altima SR 2016 for my child. It is a good rate but even more a great payment! Something I know he can handle on his own when he goes to college. I also thought about turning my car in and purchasing a vehicle for my self Maybe in the future ;). we called to ask if the car we looking for is still available.ashley told us is still available so we drove 20 miles to see the car we like as soon as we got there they told us the both car was sold after we spoke to Ashley 20 mins ago, and then jay help us to find the car we want the car we like and he even help us out really good anyways to make the story short he told us that we are approved so we pay them the down payment then we went to pick up our son by then the paperwork will be done. (this is after 1 hour waiting) we got back to the dealership. They told us is not approved. After we paid and congratulate us..there's a salesman John his a bit arrogant and he thinks his the xxxx and his giving us the round around anyways and told us it's gonna take days for him to figure it out, we don't recommend this dealership at all we worked in the hotel bussiness and the word of the mouth goes fast we will definitely tell our experience to everyone. They took the $500 down payment and then after they took the money they telling us we have some issues. The worst part robert keen try to give our situation to someone else he didn't have the xxxxx to face us and tell us and apologize for the inconvenience yet he made us wait 20 mins We figured he was busy we went outside there he is instead of helping us He was SMOKING with the other sales manager name JOHN. Overall very unprofessional and I just want whoever the owner of this establishment you should do a clean up and definitely get rid of Robert keen.

I had previously purchased 3 vehicles from Reed (Orlando)in the past. When i went to purchase my 4th I Expected the same great customer service from he past. Not the case. I was flying in from out of state to purchase the vehicle so i wanted to negotiate things on early to save time. I was mislead on the price and then when i arrived at that dealer, i was treated like a customer from the street with the whole negotiating price process. on top of it all i had only authorized them to pull credit with Nissan, since i was already approved with another bank and they still took it upon themselves to shop around with other bank for a better rate. I was very disappointed with Reed and they lost me as a customer that day along with my recommendation to others.

My husband and I went into the dealership to check out the Nissan Rogue. We were met by John V as soon as we got out of our car and he instantly established a professional and friendly rapport with us. We were not going to buy anything that day but after doing business with John, we decided to just go ahead and purchase the car that was in the showroom. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Thanks John! I recommend anyone going with John. (Josh) Valessano. He was conscientious of our privacy and did no t hover over us, yet he made us feel at home. One thing that I really liked about him was his candor and honesty. He really, seemed very honest and upfront with us. From the second I walked in the door to the moment I drove my beautiful Rogue off the lot I was treated with a level of care and concern you don't typically see in your average sales staff. I wasn't treated as just another customer, but almost as if I was family. I could tell my salesman Elvis has a real passion for what he does and for people in general and it made the entire experience seem seamless and stress free. Not only my salesman Elvis.... but the finance manager, the GM, the service department, and every other employee I made contact with all had a smile on their face and looked eager to help anyone that walked in the door. I know without a doubt if I or anyone I know is in the market for a new vehicle I will send them straight to my guys at Reed Nissan!

I was helped by Jay Gonell at Reed Nissan and not a single time did he ever try to pressure me into buying a vehicle from him. He only gave me the facts! We came in looking for a 2014 Used Rogue, but the deals were so good on a new Rogue that we got a NEW 2016 Rogue SV. This vehicle is a thing of beauty! Seriously, go see Jay, he will take care of you and will most of all HELP YOU! You will not be disappointed! I even did my due diligence and called other Nissan stores to make sure I was getting a great deal, the other stores even said I was be a fool to pass up a deal from Reed. You won't be sorry, you will though, get a great vehicle for a great price!

We purchased 5 Nissan cars from Reed over the past 12 years, and Antonio, our Finance rep for this sale, actually remembered us from 3 cars past! He even remembered which car we purchased at that time. Additionally, Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful with our search. I purchased a new Altima from Reed Nissan and was extremely pleased with my experience. The dealership was very clean with a very plesant environment. My salesman, Ron Madelon, was the best! He was extremely professional and knowledgable. By the time he finished demonstrating the Altima on my test drive I just knew it was the car for me. Ron, explained all the features to me very patiently and very professionally. After I finished my paperwork Ron was waiting with my new Nissan. He spent a great deal of time going over ever feature of the car with me and even hooked up my iphone to the cars blue tooth. Ron took me around to the service department and introduced me to the sales manager and explained the Express Service option to me. I have had my Altima serviced several time at Reed and was amazed when my oil change took less than 15 minutes. I recommend Reed Nissan to all my friends. Two of them have purchased cars from Reed and both had the same excellent and professional sales experience with Ron Madelon and great service experience with the Reed service department.

Ron is very people friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. He genuinely wants to help you find a car and a payment you can afford without feeling distress later about your decision. 3/16/2016 My name Is John I called a week ago make an appointment to do a oil change plus to check some other things that's going on with my vehicle. 12:30pm yesterday I got there some dude took my info pass it on to RADAMES. Since I had to take my son for a phisical I left the car with them. After 3hr Later I call to check on my car they transfer me to CARLOS. Gave him my info inform me they don't have my vehicle. I called three more times Inform me the same info said they don't have this vehicle tells me I need to come to the dealer see whoever I spoke to when I brought the vehicle at 12:30 At six O'clock I went there to the dealership I saw the same dude who helped me when I brought the car. N told him that every times I call they said they don't have my veicIe here. He told yes I have your vehicle, Took me to Radames. Whn I explain him what's going on he told me he going to give me a call tomorrow because they was busy. Nothing have done to my vehicle not even the oil change or the check-up nothing I left the car Since at 12:30pm the next day I have to call off work cuz I don't have a transportation to going to work. This a bad place to bring your vehicle I feel like they don't give a xxxx about Customers I would never bring my vehicle on this place anymore. N I will not recommend anyone to this dealership nor my friends. I can't wait to trade my Nissan get me a Toyota Camry.

I was there for a while being that my niece was getting a car also, but the time flew by so quick. One second it was noon, the next it was 6. I have no complaints. I love my Nissan Rogue, I loved the experience, I loved how dedicated Jeffrey and Danny were, I'd recommend them and Reed a hundred times over. Throughout my deal I met with salesman, finance manager, sales manager, and finance guy. The salesman and I tried to agree on deal. I made proposal. He took it to his manager. Then finance manager came out. He tried to reach a deal. I counter offered and he took it to his manager. I counter offered 375 per month and 500 down. Then his manager came out and offered 419 per month at 72 months 0%. He said he would throw in GAP and 100000 extended warranty. I said okay lets do it. He said let me talk to the gm. So he comes out and told me I got the deal. I get to finance office and the guy tells me my payment is 421 and 500 down. I told him that was not what was agreed upon. The manager that offered came in and said he assumed i still was doing 500 down when he offered 419 at72 months. I said no that was never mentioned as still being a requirement. He said I either pay it or no deal. So i paid 500 more than i should and the deal was never put on a worksheet that had the agreeable terms on it. Very tricky and deceptive way to do business. As i questioned the manager he got agitated, offenssive, and tried to make me feel like an idiot. If dealer doesnt make it right I will never do business there again and will let everyone know my experience. If they fix it then i will post favorable review otherwise this was my experience.

I don't usually write reviews but when I feel like the service was exemplary, I take it upon myself to show my appreciation for the service I was shown. Anyway, before you even step through the doors at Reed Nissan, you're greeted warmly by the sales men. The timeliness and customer service is superb. I was having a hard time getting into a car being that I was a first time buyer, but Jeffrey and Danny made sure I was being taken care of. I was so frustrated with other dealerships lying to me and trying to haggle a deal out of me, but Jeffrey and Danny took a great deal of stress off of my shoulders. I honestly think that anytime Nissan in the Central Florida hires new employees they should send them to train at the Reed on West Colonial because then Nissan would have the greatest team throughout Florida. Jeffrey was amazing! He'd only been working at Nissan for 2 weeks and I couldn't even tell! He was incredible (He should get a huge raise). I love my Nissan Versa Note, it's perfect for me. I'll most definitely come back to get my future cars here. I refuse to trust anyone other than the men and women of Reed Nissan! Thanks guys!

First off let me start off by saying this is where I bought my last car.....With that being said, I had almost the same bad experience, I had previously with purchasing a car here. Spoke with a sales person over the phone, made sure I made it clear that I wanted all the info up front so I wouldn't waste time for both of us. That sales person told me one thing on the phone, then when I got there was giving another description story. I didn't want to drive all the way down there, that's why I made it clear what I wanted and expected and was told they would take care of me. Their words not mine by the way, I guess by saying take care of me that meant get me down there so they could tell me other wise. I chose the lesser of two evils "Reed Nissan" over "Sutherlin Nissan", cause I figured after they screwed me over once they would try not to do it again. Worst dealership ever and I've dealt with a few. These are just my experiences and I'm basing them entirely on what I dealt with there at Reed Nissan. You can call, drive there and get your own experience just giving opinions of what I went thru. Good luck but please stay away!!!!!!

I was working with the dealer for week. Finally got a called from the sales person stating they will accept my offer. Came into the dealer then they tell they made a mistake on the selling price of the car. We renegotiate the price and came to an agreement and shake hand with John the sales manager. After waiting for 2 hours to see someone in finance. Halfway through the process of signing the lease agreement I realized it's not the same monthly payment and mileage we agreed on. The finance manager called the sales person and he completely lied. Fortunately I had proof of our conversation in text messages. At the end they did not hold up their end of the deal and I had to walk away. Went to Jenkins Nissan and got an even better deal than what Reed was offering.

It has been a year since I purchased my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I have purchased several vehicles in the last few years and this was one of the nicest experiences I've had. There were no games played, they were really busy when I was there so a manager...Vince......came out to help me, he had a salesperson Duane,show me several Pathfinders until I found the perfect one. I am really happy with this Pathfinder. The dealership is beautiful and the staff was so nice, not pushy at all.

Never buy a car here. Later you have to deal with their service department. They use all kinds of tactics to get you to put money into parts you do not need, they always say the car is fixed, but it never is. You have to keep returning time and time again, spend more money, and the car never does get fixed. The service lane manager, whose name is John Bartalotta, is very rude to customers, and even hangs up on customers, tells them their car is fixed when it is not, when you question him, he gets very angry. Very bad for business!!!

I shopped on line for a white or silver nissan Pathfinder. I was presented with a an equote for $27,000 for a Nissan Pathfinder SL, in white. Gathering my trade in, title, check and preapproved credit, I drove three hours to Reed. After waiting a half hour, Kenny the Internet manager came out. He immediately pulled eight keys from his data base becasue "with of 700 cars many are blocked in." I told him I only wanted to see the one car. Fifteen minutes later, a Nissan Pathfinder showed up in front of the dealership. IT was white, but it was also $41K. I asked again for the car advertised, but was told I needed to test drive this one. Since I had previously driven the Pathfinder SL, I declined and again requested the car I had come to see. After several minutes of delay and attempts to confuse the issue, I walked out. I've never met a sleazier company

The sales people with full plates said "someone will be with you soon" Waited and 10 min later got a sales person called 1/2 hour before visiting and they said they had 15 models that i wanted...got there and nothing available what i wanted...other colors and models are available they say one price and when you are ready to buy they jack it up this is the worst treatment i have had in my 40 years of buying a car......stay away

Jonny b the service rep was extremely disrespectful to my wife and her friend. Did not call her in the morning as requested on the drop off sheet, and then had the nerve to talk down to them on the phone when they wanted to take their business to a professional dealership. The only reason the car ended up there is because the tow service would not tow further,and they wanted to hear the options they had. He then insisted he knew she had a bad battery, and was trying to bully her into keeping her car there. I have never seen an employee treat a customer the way my wife and friend were treated. Not to mention it was pretty obviously a bad alternator considering the car died out while running, and would not stay running if jumped. Take your vehicles to a dealership that cares about the customer, and stay away from this dealership. Got the car towed and replaced the alternator myself with no hassle from the dealership. And if your service advisor doesn't know how a charging system works, it would be a good idea to train him or find another advisor. And if I ever met this rep in person, or if I wasn't working that saturday, he would not like what I would have said or did.

I had multiples issues and time delays with their service department...after two weeks and multiple missed deadlines and promises, they finally did get things somewhat correct. I then filled out their survey and told the truth about how bad the experience was. They promptly deleted my service rewards account and sent me the printout in the mail with no explanation. I called their service manager Bob and he noted the fact that I gave them a bad survey. Save yourself the hassles - choose a dealership that cares about customers vs just $$$$.

I never felt pressured and treated with upmost respect by there highly experience and professional staff,in particular Eddie Peralta & Vincent Mancuso. Mr Woody never looked at your face and with gum all conversation. Policies but having a person from 5PM till 11PM, because there was a paper missing: it is not acceptable. The sales manager refused to give a good interest rate through Nissan. He would only lower the price of the car if you financed through Nissan. We have excellent credit and his initial financing offer was almost 9 percent. We had our own financing from our bank, he wouldn't give us a the same car price unless we financed through them. We left. Then we were inundated with hasseling phone calls and texts. He lowered the interest rate but it was still higher than our own banks rate. We bought else where. The sales manager seemed dishonest.

Get a great e-price from them, which turned out to be fake. The price negotiated was 500 higher, which is acceptable. But the experience with their financing manager was horrible. Never answer my calls, and don't callback even if he promised. Had to drive 30 mins to the place to get a simple yes or no question. And then they want to raise price twice. Wasted two weeks with them.

I bought a used car on Sunday. I asked for the service paperwork and the spare key for the vehicle. 10 days later still waiting for these two small items. Called and the operator states she cannot get someone on the phone and can only send me to a desk and if someone answers then ok if not I have to leave a message. What kind of dealership cannot connect with a manager. I have been told by my salesman 3 times he would take care of it and even the manager told me he had the key on his desk and would send it out but that is 7 days ago too and still no key or paperwork that the manager promised.

Reed Nissan confirmed an appointment with me to test drive a Nissan Frontier they didn't actually have. It had been sold a week prior to someone else, and they called me out anyway so they could show me a nowhere-near comparable Chevy Colorado while they tried to "find the keys." The only reason I found out what actually happened is the current Frontier owner showed up at the dealership while I was there and confirmed for me when and where she had bought it. So it looks like I fell for a bait-and-switch at Reed Nissan. I'm still in the market for a truck, but I won't be spending any time looking at this place.

I agree with the other reviews. Reed nissan is a waste of your time. If you are trying to buy a used car forget about it be prepared to be treated like crap. To get any customer service there you better have your cash or black card out to buy a new car so the sales reps can make their commision otherwise to them you are a nobody and will get the run around. Didnt appreciate driving over 45mins to be told the used car i wanted to look at was on an auction lot somewhere else and then forced to wait around and never see the car cause someone buying a new car was considered more important. Reed nissan and their employees sucks. Me and my family will never go there again or recommend them to anybody

My husband and I went to RN over labor day weekend to purchase a car because of the sales they advertised and because we heard they were one of the best dealerships in the area. This was both of our.first time experience buying a car.Even tho the car we had looked at online had been sold our sales guy Jose did an awesome job working out a deal for us to buy a brand new Versa for only 1000 more then the other car we looked at online.However we were there more then half the day waiting to get everything finalized. Finally we went to the financial manager Caesars office. It was late getting close to closing timeand obvious he was rushing us thru ssigning paperwork saying he didn't want to keep us to late. He never once mentioned anything about bank information for our loan.The next day while I was at work he called my husband saying he had more paperwork he needed us both to sign and convinced my husband it would be OK to come pickup the papers to bring to my job and have me sign!! Which is by far not right or legal at all!!! He then told my husband that he would give us a free tank of gas since we lived 30 min away. Well turns out he went home before my husband got back and he never got the gas.We called Jose who said anytime we are in the area we can stop by n get the gas so a week later we did just that. By that time I had realized that we had no info on our bank or loan at all I was told I had 45 days to make our first payment but our paperwork said 30 days so I asked Jose about it. He claimed Cesar was to busy to see us that day but he would get the info and call me back the beginning of the next week.I waited almost a whole week for a call. Finally Friday I called Jose and he asked me to repeat my question like he totally forgot!! He then said OK give me 2 hrs I will call you back. I ended up waiting all say never received a call. So the next day I called Cesar directly ended up only getting voicemail. The next day Sunday I left Cesar another voicemail the lady at the switchboard told me he was coming in later that day. Then I called Jose he said he would call me back on Monday since Cesar would not be coming in that day. (Now not even 5min before the lady had told me Cesar would be there) once again waited all day Monday never received a phone call. By Tuesday I was extremely irritated I spent 20 minutes on the phone leaving voicemails since nobody would pick up their phone finally I was able to talk to Michelle who pulled up my account only to tell me it Haas never been updated but she said she would talk to Cesar and call me back in 2 hrs. And hey guess what no call back!!Finally after I had clocked in at work that evening Cesar calls me the whole time we are on the phone I can hear that he seems hurried. Not paying close attention or listening to me. He told me that the due date was 30 days because I told him I wanted the payment at the ENd of the month I said no I actually asked you for the middle of the month just like the Warrentty payment we are making. He also told me that since the bank already played them its not in their control and gave me a number to call to "see what they could do for me" now according to paperwork my payment is due in 6 days and I have no bank info or way to know where or how to make a payment. He also tells me oh you have a 10 day grace period take advantage of it. Ughh horrible customer service after you purchase your car!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, August 23, 2014, to have my car fixed after being in an accident over 2 months ago. It took that long for the insurance company to get with the service dept to approve the quote. I bring my car up there Saturday morning to drop it off because they said to have there by 2:30 & it would take about three to fix. When I get there, they tell me they haven't even ordered the parts to replace with!!!! Well, why in the heck did you schedule the appointment for me to bring it in???? Was told they can go ahead and order the parts on Monday, August 25, 2014 & they will call me to bring the car back in! I don't understand how you can do business this way!I also have a coworker that dropped her car off at the service department over two weeks ago to have it fixed. They told her they would call her & let her know what needed to be done & how much it would be. She called everyday/all day from work to get some answers & they never called her back for at least 1 week. They told it would be another week to get parts & fix. They finally called her on Thursday, August 21, 2014 & told it would be ready to pickup on Friday ($4,000.00 in repairs). She went down there Saturday, August 23, 2014, morning to get said vehicle. Before she even drove it off the lot, she realized it was not fixed. She went right back to service department & the service guy was gone. She waited about 45 mins only to be told they "cannot look at today" she would need to bring it back!!!!! You had it for 2 weeks, it's not fixed, but you cannot look at after her having it five minutes & paying over $4,000.00 in repairs that morning!! VERY BAD customer service!!!!!!

I went car shopping last sunday with my father and boyfriend, I went to different dealers and I had my mind set on a hyundai elantra, However I decided to go in and see the sentra and Z helped me he showed me the sentra's and I wasn't a fan. He then showed me a 2015 Altima and I loved it. Z was very professional he wasn't pushy to get my credit information and he was very helpful. The price of Altima is a little bit too high but I was in and out quickly. The Manager was very helpful as well and Financing specialist from Ecuador. Compared to most dealers I will most likely come back and buy another car at this dealer.

Called the dealership on Saturday spoke to Marie about cars on the internet she said she would call back. Called again a second time to verify that the cars were there no call back. Went to the dealership a 45 minute ride and tolls. Waited for Marie to see if the cars were available she had to go look and then her manager Kenny came and said that he was supposed to look ,but was busy. The cars that we were interested were sold or didn't pass inspection. They then drove us to a lot 10 minutes away were only 3 cars were available none that we were interested in. Back at the dealership they showed us 99.00 cars that should have been towed to the junk yard. What a waste of time if you are looking for a used car.

Fastest deal I have ever experienced. There was not back and forth with a haggle. I told them what I could do and they made it happen. I am writing about my stepsons experience with this dealer he is so fed up with this dealer that he wants no more contact with them.He was a good customer before this incident (he had purchased 3 cars from Reed),at the end of last year he went in for a new car.He leased a Maxima. The salesperson who took care of him told him it would get 29mph this was completely false.He gave the car back in 2 weeks and leased an Altima. Because of his physical handicap, he needed a bigger car to hold the scooter he needed to get around. He went to another dealer who leased him another car. In the 5 months he had the Altima it seemed to have lost $20 thousand in value. It seems Reed Nissan took a lot of money from him, including the extra milage and extended warranty monies he had originally put down on the Maxima. when he called Reed he got no response. when I called Reed I was treated in a similar way.I also called Nissan who told me, they do not tell their dealers how to price their cars. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth as well as my stepson's regarding Nissan and much more with Reed Nissan. .

This is my second time buying a car so I already had an idea of what to expect. I called the dealership and spoke to a Mariana Coneo where I made my appointment to come in that very same afternoon. Very knowledgeable and inviting, made me very excited to come in. As I arrived I was greeted by Axel Machin who was already expecting me. We spoke and I gave him my Input on what I was looking for, what would be convenient and of course my budget. We got started right away and I was very pleased with the outcome. I finished up with Cesar Robles. I thought the process would take hours and surprisingly it was probably the quickest part. He made the process fun and exciting. I was Expecting the hard sell and holding my keys scenario,to push for the close ( well this didnt happen ) Ronald was informative, patient , and personal. I was very impressed with the car , but continued with looking at the two other cars, both of those dealerships had fine, attentive salesman as well,but my wife and i agreed that both the car and our dealings with ronald were exceptional. We returned to purchase the nissan later that day. I genuninely recommend this dealership if your pursuing a nissan.

Mr.Ron M was very patient kind courtesy and took time to walk around in the rain with me and my baby he was even nice enough to have an umbrella and made sure he didn't let us get wet at all he wasn't concerned with his self being wet but just concerned about me and my baby staying dry and that I find a car in my price range that was reliable and very nice he was very detailed about the car making sure I was satisfied and that I was happy and Ok with the payment for the car monthly He was concerned about my needs..

I have a 2004 titan low mileage. The interior plastic molding that circles around the radio molding cracked and finally broke. I went to REED and ordered the molding part to replace. While REED replaced the part (wrong color btw) the plastic molding around the radio broke while installing the other molding piece. Service said "Well sir the truck is 10 years old so it was possible for that to happen" So in good faith they paid for 50% of the molding that they broke to replace. Since I didn't want to argue just wanted it fixed no problem. Then took truck back in to replace the radio molding which the molding covers all a/c switches vdc control etc. I get the truck back and the cd player wont eject or receive and the a/c switch is stuck on defrost wont switch to max ac or any other position. After speaking to service manager about the problem it was stated there is nothing we could have done to cause this problem. Hmm interesting worked fine when brought in now radio and ac switch don't work. Service advised me that since the truck was old this can happen if you sign this paper for labor charge to find the problem we will fix it. Interesting that both at this time break due to high mileage. also I said don't worry about radio was gonna get a sat radio anyhoo. Just wanted the ac controller to work. Blows ice cold out the defrost so I wasn't looking for new ac. Well basically was told" too bad the truck is out of war and we wont fix it." Shame was gonna drive it for 1 to 2 more years and get another TITAN. But if this is the way Nissan treats customers after you pay off and keep up with all required service. NO TY NISSAN you just lost 40,000 over 500 dollars.

WORST SERVICE EVER... I walked into the building I didnt get no type of greet. They will walk past you and will not acknowledge you like your a ghost. I stood at the door for 10 minutes and 2 employees walked right pass me and went outside to talk to another customer. I walked around their used parking lot and NO ONE I mean NO ONE came outside to help me. I had to walk to the side of the buliding and finally I asked for some assistance and got it. It might be good for regular services but coming back to have it detailed sucks. I bought it on 02/6/2014 left that night. Got told it needed cleaned and got asked what time id be back friday. I was very clear that id be back by noon on Friday. I get there at 12p and the detail hadn't even been started. I had to leave by 1pm and left with a dirty car. Now im here again 02/15/2014 been sitting for 2 hours and get told my car hasnt even gotten started on yet. Im sick and have been here about 3 hours. The sales team rocks but service so far needs some help. Still here......

I went to Sutherlin Nissan in April 2013 and purchased a Nissan Sentra. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I started servicing the Sentra at REED NISSAN which was closer to my house.. they were friendly and had excellent customer service, I dealt with Jesse and Andrew Kamal, they were so helpful. I took my car this past Saturday to get serviced with my boyfriend and I ended up checking out the Nissan Altima. After speaking to Ahmed, I told him I would come back the following day and if the numbers sounded right then I will trade my car in. I called the following morning and since Ahmed was not in, he asked his co-worker, Abdel to assist me. Abdel was so helpful and he was straight to the point with everything. At first the numbers weren't quite what I wanted so I told them thanks for their help but I will check somewhere else. Then Abdel brought Marvin to speak to us and with both of their assistance I was able to drive away with my BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA SL. I am extremely happy with their service. They refused to let me leave upset. They truly are #1 and I would recommend them to anybody.

My recent used/new car search lasted for over a month and stretched across FL, GA, TN, SC, and NC. I contacted many dealerships and searched across the web trying to find what I considered to be the best deal for my family. I contacted Reed Nissan to see if our numbers were comparable and maybe would could agree on a figure. I was contacted by someone in their internet dept. and he seemed willing to help. However, as in many cases, getting final numbers from him seemed it would require me to drive to the dealership and I didn't want to go up there unless I was one step away from driving away with a car. Throughout my dealings and inquiries, this is the constant message I received, but some were willing to give me an out the door price. Ultimately, a dealership that gave me an out the door quote won my business. The point I want to make is that based on this experience, Reed Nissan was average, but I would be willing to consider them in the future because it's not that they did a terrible job, rather they did what my average experience was like.

My son came to your service center to have his scheduled oil done, was sold $594.58 worth of service that wasn't needed. Jesse Santiago, in my view, took advantage of my 17 year old son by selling him a complete break job which included new pads, turning of the rotors and fluid exchange.When checking in with Jesse to have the oil change done, Jesse asked my son if there was anything additional need, the breaks were squeaking. Without looking at the breaks to see what my be wrong, Jesse told my son that he need new breaks. wrote up the paperwork and had my son sign it. When I came to your service center a couple of months ago to have an oil change done on the same car, I told the service agent that the breaks were squeaking. They told me they would look at the breaks and call me with an estimate. a couple of hours later, I received a call form your service department about the breaks and was told that the squeaking was due to break dust , that the pads and rotors were still good.the experience difference in the two visits, I believe, was due to the fact that Jesse saw a 17 old kid getting an oil change and wanted to sell him services that weren't need.This experience of teaching my son responsibility has left a bad feeling in my gut and have decided to take my business some were different.

The day I was suppose to drive up the Armada I was looking at was sold. Spoke w/ Marko on the phone and said they had another 2010 w/ less miles and price was also less. I explained to him that I was 3 hours drive away and that I would probably be up there by 7:30 p.m Well I hit traffic and didn't reach there until 8:20 p.m Marko was standing outside when I pulled up, shook my hand and got the keys for a 2010 Armada SE. When I realized it had a sunroof I was pretty ecstatic. We did a test drive and the ride was so smooth w/ a quiet engine. We went inside, spoke w/ Ceasar w/ financing and I drove off the lot with my Armada. I didn't like the fact that the internet price already had 2,000 deducted as the down payment. But my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. I am pleased w/ my purchase and thank Marko & Ceasar for staying late to do my paperwork. :-)

I bought a 2013 Rogue and within 3 days the radio/ navigation/bluetooth and USB ports malfunctioned and stopped working. I spoke with managers and the general manager and they all told me that its no big deal and are trying to place a reconditioned/refurbised radio in my new vehicle. The vehicle only has 500 miles on it. Do not buy from this dealer! This was the worst car buying experience ever.

I give this rating a 5 out of 5. I called early and told the sales reception that I was going to purchase a vehicle today. I had already come in the previous week and worked with Jose Menendez, right off of the back he was looking for ways to get me my car. Today on July,1,2013 I came in the dealership and I purchased my first car. Jose went above and beyond to get the color I wanted, the interior and to make sure I walked off of the lot very happy. While looking for the car there weren't any of the colors I wanted but Jose took the initiative to find the color I wanted and made me very happy. I would recommend Jose as a sales person to anyone because he really does get the job done. I had really great customer service and I am so happy with the car I have. This was a great experience and I appreciate him putting in so much effort to make me happy. He knew how important this purchase was for me and got right on, this mad did not sit down once. He checked on me very frequently and kept assuring me that he was getting everything done. I thank him for his help so much!

Went into Reed Nissan for the advertised price of $13999 on a Kia Sedona. Got there, the sales person indicated that the price was $13999 with $2000 down + a trade. I went into the dealership prepared to pay the $13999 plus tax, tag, title, & dealer fee. They wanted $2000 on top of that plus a trade in. Therefore, the advertised price was not the true price of the vehicle. This is false advertisement. A dealership should honor the price they advertise. Don't waste your time at Reed Nissan.

I found a great car on this website that was located at Reed Nissan. I called the dealership and they said they still had the car available. Went I got there 20 minutes later they said that they sold the car at auction and tried to sell me a car that was two years older with 60,000 more miles on it than the other car for the same price. That's not professional at all.

I rang and spoke with a lady regarding a used car they had advertised on their website, I was told it was in stock. I explained my situation , that I was living a bit away and wanted to be assured that if I travelled down there that they would have something within my budget. I was transferred over to a man named Kenny , again I explained everything to him , that I had the cash ready just to buy something. He seemed nice said he would go and have a look at the car I was interested in and see how it was and he would ring me back. He did phone me back. He said the car looked good that it had been through a safety check and also that he had 3 or 4 more cars in my budget for me to look at. I was happy with his help and asked if I drove down they would have something in my budget and he assured me they would. So I decided to go, drove almost an hour and half ,got down asked to speak to Kenny, the guy helping me asked which car I was interested in so I told him which one , he said he would get the keys and come back, when he did come back he said he had nothing in my price range . Even though I had only spoken to Kenny 2 hours before and he had said he had a few to show me. I was confused by this so I asked to speak to Kenny again. Kenny came down and said he had cars for me to look at and told the guy which ones to show me. After another few minutes the guy came back and said no he had nothing in my price range if I could add 1000 dollars then he would have something , I explained I didnt have that money to add to my budget and he said well then I have nothing for you. I asked about the car I had initially came to see and he said 'oh that car doesnt even run' this didnt make sense because the lady I first spoke to Kim I think her name was had told me she had driven it around the lot ??? It was all a bunch of lies from everyone there , it was the worst experience I have ever had . Very bad customer service. I know I had a budget now but they have lost a customer for life , when I decide to buy anew car I will NOT be going back here. Appalled by the whole thing after making a 3 hour round trip with the cash in hand to buy right there and then. Beware of the lies from these people.

The staff was very professional, and friendly. No pressure atmosphere. My sales consultant, Jose Angel Menendez, listened to what I wanted, did not push me to anything i was not comfortable with. He even went out of his way to go grab McDonalds for me and my mother, as we were at the dealership for about 5-6 hours. Also was very knowledgeable about cars. Another BIG help was Woody Radar, Finance Manager. He explained everything in full, I was not confused, and very friendly guy. All in all, I had my best car buying experience at Reed Nissan.

Just wanted to see a blackbook value on my trade. Dealership continued to send me email blasts and also call my cell and not leave a message. Finally i tried calling them out on an email blast they said they needed my car because another salesman nneded my car to sell it. They also said they could approve me and get me into a nissan. Mark Timmins was an extremely accommodating sales person. I would recommend him to my friends when visiting this dealership.He was very friendly and helpful, and helped ease my nervousness over buying a new vehicle by helping me through the whole process. Trustworthy employee. Two thumbs up! My rating is based on his performance and my experience with him as a sales person.The dealership itself took way too long to finalize the transaction and I was there for 6 hours to purchase the vehicle.The lending department was unorganized and I feel they didn't keep proper communication with the sales department, as the money figures, and vehicle information was incorrect at the time of finalization.I also have a complaint about a sales person named Marvin at this location. I found him to be very rude and inconsiderate to me as a customer, and I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE I know visiting this dealership. Very aggressive and pushy. He also insulted me on a few occasions. Luckily, I didn't have him as a sales person that day, but he kept pushing his way into my visit, which I found to be very unsettling and almost left because of it without buying the car.

To start, this is the first car I ever bought myself. I came to the dealership on a Saturday and disclaimed that I was not buying a car that day but I was within the next week, I just wanted to test drive. I learned about the Altima Coupe and test drove it and really liked it. I was test driving several cars that day and was going to compare between 4 cars. At no time during my visit to Reed Nissan did I feel pressured to buy a car, they respected that I was not buying that day. Vince mentioned some deals or incentives to buying that weekend and named a price that I took home with me. I did my research that night and decided that I was going with the Altima Coupe. I walked in to Reed Nissan the very next day prepared to buy my car. I test drove it once more with Mark and then asked him if we could start talking numbers. We went inside and the process was pretty painless. I knew what price I wanted for the car and how much I wanted for my trade in and Mark worked with me to get me out the door in a new car that day. I would go back in a heartbeat and I will always recommend Reed Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. Excellent experience.

A few moments in the beginning of frustration with the sales process taking too long, but in the end a great experience. There was a bit of a mix up with a car that was believed to be secured and ended up not. But the guys at Reed went above it all to make it right for us so we still had a car, an even better car, on the day we were promised the first car. They gave us an amazing deal that we really appreciated and even gave us some maintenance extras for the mix up. Thank you.

Mark Timmins was beyond outstanding in helping me find a car. I came in for a new Nissan and Mark helped me find a used vehicle that was low miles, loaded, and well within what I was expecting to pay. I had already visited almost every Nissan dealership in town and was done shopping for a Nissan and willing to settle or wait. The Reed dealership is the only dealership I visited where I did not have to ask for help twice. You shouldn't have to wait around to spend money and you shouldn't have to feel like you are getting fooled. Jon went above and beyond when my son went looking for his first car. They found a great car at the price we were looking for. My son had to get my wife and my permission to buy the car so he said he would be back with us. I had a difficult credit situation. My prior vehicle, a Toyota, was titled primarily to my ex fiancee, and I was cosigner. It was a bit of an emergency for me to get rid of this vehicle due to the nastiness of the situation between he and I. I began communicating via email with a salesman. He assured me that he believed RN could help me. I explained the situation several times, and even asked that he pull my credit to take a look prior to me driving over there after work. He said it was fine, and we would talk when I got there. However, when I walked in I was told that the salesman I had been talking to wasn't there (even though we had an appointment for that specific date/time. I sat around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to call him and find out where he was. Finally, another salesman walks over to me and says, to paraphrase, that the other salesman was "held up" and that he was familiar with my situation and could assist me. After being told he couldn't pull my credit until I got there by the first salesman, I arrive to find that the second salesman already had my credit report. Moreover, the first words out of his mouth were to tell me that "there's absolutely no way I can sell you a car", and began berating me for believing I could get a car, anywhere, with my credit rating and my situation. He went on to tell me that he could "possibly" work something out on a "5 or 6 year old used car" with several thousand dollars down and me trading in both my vehicle AND my ex's truck (which I am also cosignor on). When I reiterated that the truck was not mine and I could therefore do nothing with it - he flat out said, and I quote "well then I guess you're out of luck lady". I was furious, and I must admit I caused a bit of a ruckus on my way out the door. I have never been treated so rudely, so disrespectfully in my life! And as a side note - I walked into Cory Fairbanks Mazda the very next day and walked out with a brand new Mazda 3. So much for my situation being impossible - RN just didn't give a damn because I wasn't an easy sale. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE deal with these people.

Reed Nissan is absolutely the best Nissan dealership in Central Florida. I wanted to see what others had to offer so I visited Bill Ray, Celebrity, and Universal. Bill Ray and Celebrity couldn't give me the deal that I got at Reed and Universal flat out lied to me! What they told me I found to be false when I visited Reed. Don't waste your time. Go directly to Reed. They are the most professional outfit in the area. The General Manager, Todd Parness, went the extra mile to give me a fair deal and made sure that the salesperson was taking care of me. What a contrast to the complete lack of professionalism at the others.

My Fiance and I have had a previously bad experience at Universal Nissan. But we were determined to stil buy a Nissan, so we went on the internet and found Reed Nissan. From the moment we walked on the lot we felt very comfortable with our sales associate, and from our experience with the General Sales Manager. We were only interested in the 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, which they had on the lot. We were previously interested in the base model, but the one we test drove also had the optional Sports Package, which included a Moonroof, independent temperature control, and aluminum kick plates. We thought that it would prove to be out of our price range, but when were presented with the price breakdown it fit well within our pre discussed budget limitations. We then met with Vince in Finance, who took his time to explain each and every charge and rebate that together made our grand total. We then did our final walk around, and drove away in our brand new 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR. We had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a comfortable shopping experience.

I had nothing but frustration dealing with Reed Nissan. They wouldn't return my phone calls, they charged ridiculous amounts of money, they allegedly "fixed" my car, which then broke down on me as I was driving out of town! THEN, they wouldn't return my phone calls and left me stranded out of town in the middle of the HIGHWAY! Since the problem was "factory warranteed" I had to call a Nissan dealership if I wanted it COVERED and Reed Nissan wouldn't return my phone calls! I FINALLY went through Daytona Nissan and they were AWESOME! BEWARE of these people at Reed Nissan. They are cold fish and don't care!

One of the worst dealerships in central Florida. They have a million different tactics for pressurizing the customer, especially if the customer becomes friendly, and play with their trust. They will somehow manage not to respond to any question from the customer that might jeopardize their sale. Their finance department is worthless and are unable to even correctly complete the paperwork for the sale of a car. Obviously, they will try not to go through the paperwork with the customer because they don't know what they are doing. When I asked the finance person what a particular tax was for and how is that calculated, she had no clue and called the finance manager. To my dismay, she did not have a clue either but she knew it has to be there. What a farce! They add a hundred different taxes and fees on top of the price of the car. They will not answer your calls (voice messages) or emails once you buy the car. They will also pressurize you to review them as "excellent" in all categories in the Nissan customer survey even though they are far from it.They are liars and shady people with a smiling face and a sweet tooth. They are nice only when there is a chance to earn a commission, otherwise they will treat you like crap. Beware of them. [Also known as Reed Motors]

John, the sales manager was NOT a great person to deal with along with George Y, another sales Manager, also the dealership does NOT deserve the so called "Owner First" award. Because I was treated with disrespect, discrimination, on top of that sexual harassment. NOT a place to do your business!
