I found a 2001 Tiffin Allegro Motor home on the RV Trader and went to Register Chevrolet to see it. The ad stated it had 6 NEW tires on it and it had an 8.1L and an Alison transmission. Test drove the RV, looked it over and decided to make an offer on it. In the office I mentioned to the salesman that it didn't have all new tires (only two were new), and he said they would be done by the time I would pick it up next week. Ok fine. Made a deal on the RV and set up a delivery time next week. When we went to pick it up the new tires were not on it yet and I asked about it. The salesman said he wasn't sure that this was supposed to get new tires and I showed him the ad stating it has 6 new tires. He went to get his manager "MAX", the manager came out and looked at the tires on the RV and then went back into the office. I quickly saved the ad on my phone because I felt like something was going wrong. Max came back out and said it said nowhere on the ad that it has new tires, I showed him my phone with the unaltered ad and he looked caught. (He had gone back into the office and changed the ad while I was sitting there). After going back and forth they offered to pay for two if I paid for two. I told him no I wanted them all like I was promised. He said I got a good deal on the RV and I shouldnt be concerned about the tires. After going back and forth and almost walking out they did agree to replace the remaining 4 bad tires. I feel like this was a poor practice and now after the fact I am looking online and found several bad reviews where they did the same thing to other customers. My next issue happened after I had the RV home. We were doing some repairs needed to the RV and ordering parts to keep as spares. I was trying to get the parts for the motor and realized the RV did not have the Alison 5 speed Transmission or the 8.1L motor it was advertised with and they told me it had. The salesman went into depth on how much better the Alison transmission was and thats why the RV was worth more. It really has a smaller 7.4L and Standard Chevy 4 speed Transmission. I called the dealer right away and was told I needed to talk to Greg Kodine (spelling). They said they would look into it and get back to me. I had to call them back and they finally after much debating said all they could do was refund me what I paid but nothing for the repairs, parts I put on it, the time both me and my fiance spent cleaning it or the cost of the fuel we put in it. When I said that wasnt an option for me and they would all discuss it and get back to me. I waited a week and went into the dealership after receiving a letter stating they could not do anything other than what we already talked about. I waited to meet with Greg at their showroom on 4/19/16. Went into Gregs office and tried to talk about what happened but he really didnt want to know anything that happened. I explained exactly what I felt was fair (the difference from what I paid and what average book value is) because now its not worth more because of the bigger motor and transmission. That amount is only $2550 so after tax refund is $2703. He said he would talk it over with his boss and get back to me, I asked him to call him now and get an answer that I had waited long enough. He had me wait in the showroom as he made his call. Came back out and said he was able to get ahold of his boss and he was going to think about it real quick and call back. He went back into his office and shut the door as Two Hernando sheriff officers walked up to me and forced me to leave. Prior to the Officers showing up I was not loud, I was not discussing anything to anyone, I was nice to everyone who walked by and all I wanted was a final yes or no to my offer. I was very upset that they would treat me this way very embarrassed that I had the cops called on me over this. I feel that this is normal business practice for them; if you look at their complaints on line they all seem to be the same. I feel they are purposely misleading and using false advertising to take advantage of the public. There are many others out there besides myself that have been taken advantage of by them. They are professionals in the RV field and with the Chevy platform and cannot argue they did not know the difference.

Peter was very helpful, nice, and charming! I never thought the repair to my 2009 DTS would turn out so well that it would be impossible to tell that there was no earlier damage. Paint and pin striping matches perfectly. Have already told numerous friends how pleased I am with the repair.

I purchased a used motorhome from Register Chevrolet and RV Sales. The ad in "RV Trader" to which I responded was printed "6 new tires". This was a totally fraudulent claim, the tires were from 3 to 9 years old. Sadly, I had taken this statement into account when I bought the vehicle, mistakenly crediting this claim as being worth about $1000. or more. .There were additional false claims, to wit: "Newer Norcold refrigerator, totally serviced". The refrigerator was the original that came from the Manufacturer of the vehicle when built, the black water tank contained fecal material and tissue. If only I had known this when the RV was on the dealer's lot!.My only real issue is with the tires, on which the dealer refuses to acknowledge what was promised in the RV Trader ad..Screwed by a new car dealer. Register Chevrolet. Some things never change. "Get it in writing"? Of no value when dealing with a car dealer..

I had been warned about Register Chevrolet. However, having had a Chevrolet for nearly all of my driving years I decided to go ahead with the closest Chevrolet dealer for service on my vehicle. I can't believe Register is still in business with all the horror stories I heard and how they tried their best to over charge me. It wasn't for minor items either. Register tried to convince me my vehicle needed a repair of over TWO THOUSAND dollars and it needed to be done immediately or my vehicle was done for. We're not talking about an old run down vehicle here. Thanks to the warnings of others, I had my vehicle thoroughly checked at another location. They checked and rechecked my vehicle and Register was wrong. Totally wrong. This company didn't even charge me for the complete check of my vehicle like Register did (which was around 100.00, I can't remember exactly). My vehicle is just fine and I saved A LOT of money by listening to ex-customers of Register. When someone called later and wanted a customer satisfaction survey, they couldn't get off the phone fast enough when I started to explain what I did here. I will not be purchasing my new Chevrolet there, nor the RV we plan on getting (Ive heard a lot of bad things about that part of Register too).

I was charged over $800 for a tune-up. After going on line I found that the charges for labor and parts were very high. Oddly, my previous experience was just the opposite. I don't know if I experienced a service writer padding or what but I wouldn't recommend their service department.

Finally, I have found a dealership that is honesty and has integrity. It is Register Chevrolet in Brooksville / Spring Hill Florida. I drove my car from columbus ohio, on a house hunting expedition in the Brooksville area. When driving, the car was lurching going up hill and when between 45 and 70 mph and very rough idle. After chancing it for 1300 miles, I decided to have it looked at in Florida while house hunting. The place I use to take my car to in columbus ohio, said that the entire rear end needed replaced ($1600 minimum to start with rebuilt parts), even after doing a brake job on the car 10,000 miles ago It turns out that those brake shoes were broken, and the lurching just needed a tune up, throttle body clean, and new spark plugs with cables. And Register Chevrolet fixed the issues, and my 1997 Chevy camaro, 30 year issue, is now humming again. After picking up the car from servicing, I immediately jumped on 589 veterans parkway so I could dog it up to 75 mph. (As much as you can dog a 6 cylinder). What a difference. No sputtering, no stall between gears, no lurching. Performed just like when I bought it in 1997. Thanks Register for having integrity when so many other automobile places do not. I have some more service needed on this vehicle, that can wait until later, plus I own 3 other Chevys. when I move down here, and when the vehicles need it; Register Chevrolet will get the service on all of them. Don't believe me? Ask for Mike Bonello and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Worst customer serves I ever had. Against my instincts I bought the truck after 3 trips to the dealer and rude sales reps. They refused to give me a warranty, i shouldve walked away. Ended up paying to much because I liked the truck. 20Min into the drive home thing already started going wrong. Brakes froze up ect. I called them back and they said nothing they could do. I knew there was something shady about this dealer but I kept telling myself to just buy the truck and get it over with. Big mistake. Please dont go to buy a car here, Alex will rip you off!

Our experience with car sales in the past is that used car salesmen tend to not even let you get out of your vehicle before they try to sell you something. This was our 1st experience with Internet Sales and it ws very rewarding. Mr. Alex Mylonas was very hassle free, very accomodating and very professional. My husband drove down to look at a 2009 Mini Cooper which he received information by internet. Since we were looking for a vehicle to get better gas mileage this car was right in line of what we were looking for. When we arrived, the dealership was very unique. You didn't have a line of car salesmen ready to grab you by the hand and smother you to look at their vehicles. We asked for Alex and was led to his office. The mini cooper was outside the showroom for us to view. We checked it over and it was very clean. There was no pressure about trade in, down payment very relaxing which made the internet experience awesome. His integrity and professionalism is a true asset for this dealership. Went to have an oil change and met a gentleman named Pete. N. Y. accent, OH BOY, but a real proffessional with the kind of car knowldege you don't find anymore. Have spoken to many of the staff there before, but this experience was different. He called the following day and my wife and I purchased a new car. I quess when you are a true profesional, you can make a tire kicker a buyer. Kutos to the Register Family.
