After just skimming the internet for a car that caught my eye, I found my Sonata on Reineke's website. I called and immediately had Kasey Spence answer, I told him I was interested and he didn't hesitate to get the car cleaned up before I got there. He was extremely personable, and didn't express even a hint of pressure for the sale. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and also didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions. I went there to just check out the vehicle, and ended up leaving with it. I am very impressed with not only Kasey, but the entire Reineke environment. Highly recommend Kasey Spence!

I experienced a quick connection with my salesperson, Kasey Spence. Kasey was well informed on the vehicle I was interested in and answered all questions I had. Kasey was also patient with me as I looked at several vehicles in his inventory as well as at other dealerships. I ended up with a vehicle he had to get from another, out of state dealer and that process went without a hitch. First of all, I was only in the market for used car. Our salesman Chris Newland treated us like a big commission sale. Didn't feel like we were being 'techniqued'. He worked very hard to get us in the vehicle of our choice for our price. I would definitely recommend him!

I Bought my 2008 Mercury Mountaineer on Saturday, July 30th. I had been searching for months and found this vehicle in Ohio and decided to make the 2 hour trip down to look at it. My original salesperson was out of town and I was told to ask for Chris. When we arrived, he was with another customer so we got handed over to another guy Mike. He was nice, let us test drive the truck and gave us all the service information that was completed when it was turned in for trade. The truck drove great during the test drive. We tried to get a better price on the truck, but the best they would do is $300 off. I ended up paying $11,700 for the truck. I will say it was exceptionally clean. I drove it back to Michigan (120 miles) with no problem, but after 3 days of driving back and forth to work (7 miles one way) the truck started making a very loud noise from the front end. I was scared to drive the vehicle and took it to a certified mechanic right away. Come to find out it was a front right hub wheel bearing assembly. that was in horrible condition. The service record that the salesperson provided showed they knew of issues on 2 other wheel bearings that were replaced at time of full point inspection. This wheel bearing should have been replaced as well. So in less than a week, and less than 300 miles my truck needed $450 in repair due to the dealership's lack of attention. This vehicle should not have been sold in that condition. I have a call into the salesman and am expecting a resolution in compensation for my time and money. After all I drove 2 hours to Ohio believing I was getting the best while for the price I paid. Further review if/when I hear back.

Salesman did a wonderful job of finding a vehicle that I was looking for with the financing terms to fit my budget. I also had first oil change and a check on the 2014 certified used Focus that I bought. The service department listened to my concerns I was experiencing with the transmission and found a recall issue of the clutch. They are in process of getting the part to fix the issue. So far I am very happy with the service you have provided.

I was assisted by Kasey Spence told him what car i was there for and that i have a trade in to be appraised. Kasey had the car pulled around almost instantly and took down some info about myself and my trade in ( not to mention he had the car running the whole time up until the test drive and even after the test drive, car ran for over an hour which was big for me cause most places shut a used car off every time they get a chance to). I got within range of what i was looking for in trade, wasn't good to sweat over a few hundred dollars. Once everything was submitted just had to sign paperwork which Kasey directed me to Debbie who was awesome!!!!! as well. I drove over 2 hours got great service, a nice used car not too mention i was there for around 2 hours , lowered my payment by 233$ , all this and they were going through a remodel as well. Overall I was exceptionally pleased with Kasey he was on his A game and i can tell he takes pride in what he does, well worth the drive will be keeping them in mind in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was they had ordered some tires for me on Saturday and I had made an appointment for Thursday to bring my car up for an oil change and new tires. When I got there on Thursday and they called back to the parts department, they said the tires were not in but there was a truck coming at 10 a.m. I told them to call me and no one ever did. I called and they said I would have to come back the next day to get the tires done . I asked if they had another brand of tire there for my car in stock and they were so I got those tires instead. I would think that when a person makes an appointment 5 days in advance, they would check to make sure the tires that were ordered were in stock before I came up and a phone call to let me know what was going on.

I would only recommend Quick Lane for general service maintenance, but would not recommend Reineke regular Service Dept. Quick Lane always gives me great service, due mostly to the great service representative, Stephanie. I had a much longer than usual wait time for service this last time having been turned away one other day when arriving at 5:10 and was told they took the last oil change at 5. I had called previously that day to be told they were open till 6. I returned 2 days later arriving at 4:15 and did not end up getting out until 6:15 for a routine oil change. The technician forgot to attach a new service vignette to my windshield that I noticed was missing a few days later after service. I contacted Stephanie and she promptly mailed it to me. Other than Quick Lane, I probably will not be interested in any service, etc. at Reineke due to a nightmare customer service issue regarding a passenger side rear-view mirror replacement. Due to a female customer service rep's incompetence and management's mishandling of the resolution, as a result, I probably will not buy my next car from Reineke thanks to Brad Redman and Adrienne.

Jeff was easy to work with. He cared about repairing my Escape. He was efficient when providing the estimate. He kept me informed throughout the process calling to let me know the part arrived and that it needed to be painted. He called again to schedule the appointment. The only glitch was one piece of the mirror was incorrect. The correct mirror came but the wrong cover--the right cover was sent to cover the left mirror. The error was not caught until the day of the repair. This caused me to have to bring the car back for the job to be completed. I will continue to use Reineke Ford for all the car's needs.

Okay I have a 2007 fusion with about less than 23000 miles, I was driving it from the doctors office on Dec 21 and the dash board lite up saying something about the Check RR tail lamp, well I went to advance auto and the kid goes I have no idea what to do so I drove it to ford, well when I got to ford I shut the car off and when the service guy took it back it had reset itself, he said to bring it back if it happens again. So in Monday Jan 4 I pulled into Ford and went to the quick lane I can't remember the girls name but she is so nice, I tell he it's doing it again so she paged the service tech who worked on it. Well sometimes I had lights and sometime I didn't have lights. he said not to shut the car off and within 20 minutes I had my car back and the problem was fixed. They went up and above to help me out. My son told me to take it there and since they are the only ones who have every serviced the car and have done everything possible to make sure it's in good running order. I am so pleased with ford and the service I have gotten with them. My late father talked me into buying another ford and I am so happy with this car. The staff who made it possible for me to buy the car new in 2007, the service department and the staff are just excellent. I would even consider purchasing another vehicle from them.

I have had my Lincoln MKZ for three years now and am as delighted with it now as the day I drove it home from the dealership. I dropped my Ford Edge off for service in the quick Lane. As always I was greeted by the customer service rep, Stephanie. I asked that while the car was there for the day, if I could get a quote from the body shop as I had several scuffs / scratches on my hood due to a blown semi tire. When I picked up my vehicle she showed me where she had asked the detail shop to clean and buff the scuff marks and scratches out of the hood. 99% of the marks were gone at no cost. Just another example of excellent customer service in the quick lane.

Kasey Spence at Reineke Ford in Findlay went to a great deal of effort to secure financing for a car in my price range. When I indicated to him that I had another car in mind, he arranged to get that one financed instead. He provided the vehicle service history along with the paperwork from the service department post trade-in inspection and service work. Kasey was very professional, and not at all high pressure during my experience. When I came back to pick the car up, it was completely detailed and full of gas.So far the car has been great. I would definitely recommend Kasey to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

As always, I received top notch customer service when I dropped off my Ford Freestar for a service. I didn't know Tuesdays were Senior Day at Reineke and they were swamped ! But, when I checked in, Stephanie and Scott orchestrated all of us customers and vehicles like a symphony. Literally ! They made it look easy too LOL. They were professional and relateable and almost entertaining in what was obviously stressful and hectic with all of us customers. The courtesy shuttle driver who dropped me off at my home and picked me up was very courteous and professional yet engaging easily in conversation. And finally, my vehicle was done 1 hour earlier than they said it would be. Overall, I would easily recommend Reineke to anyone I know who was looking to purchase a vehicle. Outstanding customer service and nice to have absolute faith in the techs who serviced our vehicle. Great job Reineke ! Thank you !

My wife called the dealership with particular things we were looking for regarding features in a car. When we got there the car was prepped in there inside garage and ready to go for a test drive. Reineke Ford had a sense of professionalism but yet not over whelming, great facility. Kasey Spence was very courteous and thorough in which how he dealt with us (again professionalism). We have not bought a car in about 8 years and this experience was excellent. I called the salesman on Wednesday and let him know that my wife liked a Dodge Challenger that was on one of the dealerships other lots further away from our home. The salesman brought it to the Findlay lot and we bought it that Saturday. We were greeted as soon as we walked they the door with the car cleaned up and ready to test drive. I have been getting my 2013 Taurus serviced there most of the time since i bought it new there.I travel alot and due to this i sometimes go to another dealer just because its due for service and I cant get to Findlay.They have always done an excellent job. My only small complaint is the time it takes if I wait for it.Because of this I have come to usually dropping it off and picking it up later.

This is our second MKC this year. The sales staff worked with me to find the right model and equipment to suit my needs. I ordered the MKC configured to my needs, but when it became known that delivery would be later than I wanted, they were able to find an identical model at another dealer. I asked for a salesman on the phone & they gave me Kasey. I wanted a Silverado 4wd used truck $5-$10K. He had a green one. I lined up appt for my husband to test drive it that same day and Kasey had the key in it & gased up & ready to go when he arrived. After a week of trying out several other options we decided to deal with Kasey on the green truck. We had many questions as I research things before buying. When Kasey couldn't answer some he found a woman in the service dept to get the answers, who was also very helpful. Kasey did a great job of getting the price very close to what we offered. The dealership even has popcorn & cookies for customers while they visit or wait. & a very friendly information host named Dorothy. We were assisted quickly upon entering the dealership with a smile & how can we help you. Kasey even gave us a new ownership gift the day we picked up the truck . Kasey was positive, friendly, has a sense of humor, and straightforward in all our interactions of the sale.

Though I no longer own the Ford Flex I used to own, I have always liked the Quick Lane service. I don't always have the time to make an appointment ahead of time, so it is nice to just drive in and let your staff take care of my service needs. Though I brought in a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, I felt welcomed and treated courteously. The service was taken care of in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. As a father of five teenagers, four of them girls, I have been on the hunt for great used car deals. We went to the dealership where I purchased my F250 a couple of years back. They had made me a great cash deal then and I was hoping for a miracle for my adopted son Tyler. He had worked all summer for this car and I wanted to get him something nice for his hard work. His mom passed away tragically 2 years ago...this 16 year old kid needed some blessing. Kasey Spence was in the lot. He was walking around. I didn't know at first, if he worked there, but he was checking cars and being mobile in the event of a customer needing his assistance. I don't know how they are trained, but Kasey wasn't out there because I was out there. He was checking over the cars, making himself available but not intrusive or pushy. I noticed a 1999 Concorde in the used lot that was very nice but, I know that dealerships need to mark up and sell used cars with some profit. Kasey saw me and my wife and he smiled and asked if he could help us out. (Not in the usual used cars salesperson approach.) I told him our budget, which was meager. He smiled and said let's take a look. My wife and I had been shopping for weeks, and this is the first dealership that didn't just turn away when they heard our budget or took us to the horse drawn buggy with one wheel and and a three legged horse. Kasey walked us to the very car we were looking at!! My son is 6"3" 150lbs...I know...talk about slender-man!! This Concorde was lengthy and sleek and looked like the perfect fit for my boy. I also knew that this could not be the car he was thinking about, it was too nice. Sure enough Kasey said that this one came in and they inspected it and it passed and he thinks he might be able to work with us. Then, he did something amazing! He asked us about Tyler. We told Kasey of the tragedy of Tyler's mom dying and the rejection from Tyler's birth dad. We told Kasey that Tyler had such a dysfunctional life. Never even had or owned a bed to sleep in...ever. Tyler's life was headed for disaster. But in God's mercy and grace, ended up in our care and has become a vital part of our family. It felt as if Kasey was now on a mission to help us get Tyler his first real possession, his first car. We haggled and haggled and haggled some more. It seemed like the whole dealership was vying for a deal for my son. My wife and I have never felt this kind of camaraderie at a place of business. We stretched a bit on our budget (because it was a nice car and Tyler deserved it.) Kasey made us a cash deal that we could not turn down. Then we met Gary Teets in the finance center. NEVER met anyone like him in a business center at a car dealership. FANTASTIC. He even agreed to and prayed with us at the end of the deal for Tyler and God's Mercy on all of us. To say that we were pleased with our service or completely satisfied would be one of the greatest understatements of my life. My wife and I walked away from there with a whole new perspective on dealerships in general, but only solidified in our heart and minds that when my next three teens come of age to buy a car, we are heading to Kasey Spence at Reineke Ford in Findlay, FIRST. I know that this is where I want to put hard earned money...in a business that feels like family. Thanks, Kasey and Gary, and the whole family at Reineke Ford in Findlay!!

This is the second used Ford product I have purchased through the Reineke Family dealerships. During this latest purchase I dealt mostly with Kasey Spence. Working with Kasey, I was able to travel from Dayton to complete the transaction and have some minor service issues addressed on the same day. I worked with both the Lima and Findlay Ford/Lincoln dealerships and was extremely impressed with both facilities. They both are extremely clean and modern facilities and have large comfortable customer waiting rooms that include complimentary coffee, cookies, popcorn, tv, and wifi. Although, Kasey was working with several other customers at the same time he went out of his way to juggle taking care of all of us. He kept us informed on the status of the sales transaction and how the service was progressing out in the shop. Upon completion of our transaction, the car we purchased was presented completely detailed to a very high level with a full tank of gas. The car looked absolutely like a brand new model. There are a couple issues to be resolved and Kasey has assured me he will follow up on these. Based on this experience, I have every confidence that he will do so. I highly recommend dealing with either of these dealerships if you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln. I know I will be purchasing my next used car through them.

He respected my opinion, needs and wants. He quickly gained my trust. First impressions are everything and Kasey is always dressed professionally and an awesome representation of his role at the dealership, but he is very down to earth and quickly becomes your friend. Kasey is very attentive and noticed I kept looking over my shoulder at one vehicle. He let me test drive it alone and for over an hour. You won't find that with other dealers. This is the vehicle I purchased. The sale was easy and the deal got better and better as the sales process progressed. Kasey tells you that he wants to work for you and he keeps his word. When having any questions or service needs, call him and he is there for you. Soon after, I needed another vehicle. My first phone call and text were to Kasey. He found another car for me that he knew I would love based on my first purchase. He kept it for me for a couple days until I could get there to see it. Kasey remembered what my wants and needs were from my first purchase. He hit it out of the ballpark with the second one knowing what I would love. The second sales experience went even better because Kasey pulled my first purchase paperwork and based on details of that, he was able to make a deal I could not refuse. I used to dread buying cars; but no more. This young man changed all that and I will always return to him. He gains your trust quickly and easily, he takes care of you as his personal customer and friend. You cannot go wrong with Kasey.

I went into Reineke looking for a vehicle after I had just been discharged from Bankruptcy. I thought it would be a lost cause but to my surprise they were able to approve me and I was able to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. Kacey Spence was my salesman and was so helpful answering all my questions and explaining the entire process. He also explained everything with the vehicle and all the gadgets that I was not familiar with. Jack Should was the finance manager and was able to get me financing with a down payment and payments that I could easily afford. I found the truck I wanted online called the dealer and Kasey Spence answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. 2 days later I drove to the dealership to look at the truck and test drive it 2 hrs. later I was driving the new truck home. Last Thursday AM, we were in trouble! Heading to a destination wedding 6.5 hours away, our F-150 showed signs of a transmission issue. There was fluid all over the driveway and noises at every turn on the way to drop the dogs off at the kennel. It just didn't sound good.We proceeded directly to the dealership where your service writer Jamie Robb took control of the situation. (They write customer service manuals on how she handled the situation.) She could see the dilemma we had. She identified we may have a serious issue and the truck was not drivable. Knowing we had a wedding to attend, we asked for a loaner. Without hesitation she had one brought around. When she found out it was out-of-state, she handled that to and we were to another car rental agency. On Friday, I received a phone call indicating it was an oil filter issue not the transmission. She assured us that everything was covered under warranty, including the rental car. She advised to enjoy the weekend and would see us on Monday! That was a relief. She cared.I can't say enough about Jamie. She truly represented your dealership to the highest level! A genuine customer service oriented, honest and humble person who genuinely likes what she does. She took a bad situation and made it the best she could. We had our 2002 Lincoln Town Car towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. We had called ahead to get an appointment to get the car repaired as we were leaving for vacation in two days. Jamie was fantastic in getting the information, and getting us worked in. They were expecting the car, were unable to diagnose the problem that day (Thursday) because it was already afternoon when the car arrived. The cause was figured out by Friday morning. They didn't have the stater on hand were going to order, but because we wanted to leave on Saturday, Jamie went the extra mile and found the part (the starter) locally and the car was fixed by Friday afternoon. We were able to leave for vacation on time. Plus the car was clean inside and out when it was returned.We definitely appreciated effort put into getting the car repaired in a timely matter. We will certainly tell our friends about the great service. WE also thank you for going the extra mile to make us a happy customer.

My only suggestion would be to back off the wear and tear nickle diming- when we lease Lincolns - we are paying premium to begin with so a few blemishes will happen over 2-3 years - if the vehicle is banged up bad or dented - understand the need to charge but minor things being charged are customer annoying - your business has the ability to fix scratches and should before resales - no biggie- thx!

I came in with a door handle issue on a 2009 Mercury Milan Premiere. I could not open my drivers side door from the inside. It wouldn't lock and I had to roll down the window to get out. The staff made me feel like family the minute I came through the door. I called ahead for a certain car to look at. When I arrived, the car was clean and ready to test drive. I also like the fact that when I took the car for a drive, the salesman let me take the car by myself. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. 2014 Explorer in for it's 15,000 check up. Service dept did great as far as I know and everything's looking good BUT I had my vehicle washed for the first time at the dealership in Findlay and that was one of the worst wash jobs I've ever had. I won't be recommending them for a wash job as I had to do it over when I got home. I can't imagine their that bad so I'm guessing this was an isolated incident but it was really bad.

Service was completed in a reasonable time. Results and feedback were very good. In the past, with the Works maintenance, there was a car wash. This time there was no evidence of vehicle washing, but that may be typical now. The only real issue I had was a fairly significant oil stain on my garage floor after the service. It seems that the technician didn't wipe off excess oil coating vehicle underparts which I'm careful to do when changing oil. The garage floor is new so that didn't make me too happy. The F150 filter location/drain design tends to cause oil spill issues due to poor layout.

I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance (oil change, spark plugs, etc) but I also wanted my brakes checked as they were making a grinding noise on occasion. I was told the brakes were fine and would be good for another 3-4 months (or until next maintenance visit). When I received my vehicle back, the brakes made the grinding noise even worse and more frequently. I returned the vehicle to the service dept and the brakes and one rotor were replaced. This is frustrating as I was told the brakes were good then they ended up replacing them AND a rotor. I would have appreciated the work done the first time.

I came to Mike Packey, by a recommendation from another person, to learn about leasing. Mike walked me through the process of leasing. We then went out and looked at the 2014 F-150's with different options. I chose one that I would be happy with and test drove it. When I returned Mike was able to get me lease pricing with different down payments, 24 or 36 months, and 10500 or 12000 miles. Mike then put me into a low mileage 2012 to test drive. When I returned we talked about the numbers and I decided on leasing the 2014. During his search to get the truck with the options I wanted he ran into a couple road blocks. He called me and asked if I could live with any other colors and then found the F-150 that was perfect for me. On delivery Mike showed me how everything worked and helped get my phone to work on the Sync system. Mike even helped me get signed up on ford.com. I greatly appreciate the effort he put into getting me in a new F-150 that I thought I could never afford. I put Mike's business card on the bulletin board at work. I will recommend him to anyone even if they aren't looking for a new Ford but a used vehicle. THANKS!

We purchased a Ford Escape in 2012 and have been very pleased with this vehicle. The only drawback in our dealings with your dealership was the handling of the financing. Prior to entering your facility I had arranged a car loan with my banking facility. When we reached that stage of our purchase your loan officer (or whoever he was) insisted we use your credit arrangements. I thought he meant Ford Credit. We had dealt with them previously and that was okay. However, in reality it was the Huntington Bank. That was a bad decision! We have paid off that loan so we are done with them, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. But I have learned a lesson--in the future insist on doing things my way when it comes to financing!

We thought the one we had been looking at on the lot was sold before we got a chance to buy it, but luckily we found out it was just put in for demo, and was still available for purchase!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They told us to take it for a drive and make sure that is what we want. Loved it! It was quite an enjoyable experience. Everyone treated us like we had been friends for years! Thank you all at REINEKE! I have always had a wonderful experience with Reineke Ford Service Department. They are very courteous and take care of any issues I have immediately. My only problem was when I got into my car all of my settings were changed. My lights were not on auto, my radio was off (no biggie), and my heat was off. This is a problem since I have a remote start, it is freezing out and I let my car run for 15 minutes and it was still cold. My drivers seat also moves now when I turn the engine off and my blinker is crazy loud. I have no idea how to adjust these. Nothing to die over, but an inconvenience. I will have to stop by sometime and hopefully get these things back to where I like them.

Quick Lane has always had great service professionals especially the 2 female employees. The day Sat) I arrived for an oil change/rotate tires on my 2014 Focus, they were extremely busy and I was greeted by a gentleman w/the news that there may be a 3 hr. wait until the female employee corrected him by saying the wait time was now down to 1.5 hrs. I expressed my agreement to wait since I had just returned from a more than 1500 mile-trip and would be returning to work on Monday, so I needed to complete the service then. They were extremely apologetic for this delay and vowed to do their best. I spent the time in the lounge w/access to popcorn, cookies, & TV, but unfortunately there was no reading material available like magazines. I found that odd, since in the past, there have always been magazines to read. I took advantage of accumulated points in order to get a discount on my service. The female very thoroughly explained the service invoice to me & what all had been done which I appreciated. She also reiterated her dismay at the lengthy delay in service.

I had three issues with my new Explorer, all of which should be covered under warranty. Parts were ordered for two of the issues a couple weeks ago; the third issue showed up after that but before the parts came in. When I scheduled the appointment for the first two issues, I added the request for the third. It was all handled well; all three issues were fixed the first time, and were completed when promised. I did have to check a little after 5:00 PM (Service closes at 6:00) to see if the car was actually finished; the service department seemed pretty busy and had not yet called me to tell me the car was finished. And all was covered by warranty, no questions asked. Great!Separately, a couple days ago I ordered a set of floor mats for my Fusion, with the Fusion logo on them. It was a bit of a challenge picking the correct ones because of information online and in the parts catalog was not real clear. However, they arrived yesterday just like the parts person said they would, and they are exactly what I wanted. Good job!

The sales force, mostly Roger and Jim, were very helpful and gracious when we were researching our Lincoln. We test drove a hybrid in the Spring. After much thought, we made a decision to stay w/gas power. Roger was very helpful with all of our questions. Dean Cox helped me out so much in this purchase. He spent many hours helping us find the right car for the right amount of money and with the right amount of miles. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus for my son who began an internship in Columbus today driving his "new" car to work. This was my son's first experience with the process of buying a car. By visiting several dealerships, he got a taste for the significant differences between dealerships and other purchase options such as Craig's list or on-line services or used car lots. I have bought several cars in my life, and I have to say, Mike Wagner and the Reineke experience was the best car buying experience I've had, and I would return. Mike became our "car counselor" rather than a car salesman. I told him what we were looking for, what I wanted to end up paying, what was important to us, and that I wanted to structure the sale to allow my son to establish a positive credit score. He met and exceeded our expectations and handled every step of the process efficiently and with the information that we needed. Kudos to Mike and to the management philosophy of making car buying -- which can be a rather stressful experience -- into a calm, structured and successful afternoon. If I could offer any constructive advice, it would be to show us several cars and discuss the pros and cons of each instead of zeroing in on the perfect car right away. When it came to signing the papers, that was our only hesitation, that we were shown the perfect car from the start. (How's that for criticism?) My son learned a lot from both the good and the sub-standard car shopping experiences that we had in the few days we shopped, and I think you have set the bar for car purchases that Ian will make in his future. I hope that the follow up -- the car's actual performance and reliability, and future service -- will be as rewarding as the initial purchase experience. Thank you Michael Wagner and Reineke.

Computer module was coming on indicating an oil change required; stopped in and they were able to get me in immediately. Waited approximately 1 hour. Also, when I entered the car to leave the business after said oil change I notice the module was not reset. Advised them and it immediately was reset thereby allowing me to leave satisfied.

If I have any questions and/or concerns they are answered. This also pertains to other vehicles we have had serviced there. Wife took the car over for an O/F/L and tire rotation and walked out of there with over $300. worth of work. Now I will say the 05 Escape was in outstanding condition with only like 14,000 or less and previous owner was my mother in law BUT I had it service for her so I somewhat question the amount of things that it needed at that particular time. Now for my 2014 Explorer no one told us and it wasn't in our manual that the Sync system could go out at any time and it happened to me on a vacation. When it did we looked in the book for instructions and nothing anywhere so I was quite upset. Later in the evening we stopped and ate and when we started the car back up everything went to normal... It would have been nice if Ford would let it's buyers know that this can happen to them so they won't have a cow thinking their entire system is complete out. I would hope somewhere along the sales pitch that buyers paying that kind of money for a vehicle would be informed.

Prior to coming to Reineke, we visited two other Ford Dealerships in Toledo, Ohio. We had the opportunity to experience the customer service provided by others. By no means, did any other dealer go the extent to make a customer feel welcomed, satisfied, and pleased with the purchase. Customer service is very important to us. It makes the difference of what we buy and from whom. Ford Reineke in Findlay staff were respectful, courteous, hard working, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. It is so unusual to receive the service we received. We cannot say enough about how we were treated! It was a pleasure doing business with these gentleman. I have always appreciated the service I received at Reineke, However this last visit was interesting. The quick change associate came to me and said my cabin filter needed changed per the service technician, which I agreed to have done. Soon after that exchange my car was ready and at that time I was told my car did not have a cabin filter and the associate was very apologetic about the mistake. Why would I be told that without first checking the last time the filter was changed or physically checking the filter to be sure it was dirty? As it turns out there was no filter, so now I will be hesitant to agree to any filter changes without first "seeing" the needed serviceable item. I really hesitate to think Reineke wanted to get an extra $50 from me but it sure looks suspicious. The trust has been stained, so as President Regan always said "Trust but Verify". David

We have had some really poor all around experiences buying vehicles in the past, so are very apprehensive when entering a dealership. We purchased a vehicle (2012 Expedition $38000.00) and the full warranty, we started having problems and their service department will not fix them. Not sure why they take peoples money for warranties and not grant the warranty. I will never buy from these people again. They got some kind of grease on our leather seats for brake pads and said they were not responsible for getting it off that we had to pay some business down the street $200 plus dollars to have it cleaned. The running board only works when it wants to and they said we had to pay full price to have that fixed after the $50 deposit we already paid to get that news.

They sold my fiance` a used F350 4x4 Super Duty with the 6.0. They had previously worked on the engine prior to selling it to him. Less than 1 year later and less than 20000 miles later the engine needs to be tore down and overhauled. The dealership will not do anything other than cut labor cost. How is that going to help when the cost just to tear into it is $10000 dollars. Ford warranty refuses to help because they have already talked with the dealership. All we asked is that they cover 70% or 80% of the cost and they refuse. So we have taken action with the Better Business Bureau and our next step is a lawyer. They don't back what they sell, nor are they willing to work with helping there customers. SAD!?
