Overall was a good experience, just took about 6 hrs at dealership which was so tiring!! Too many people involved with making purchase! Also, first offer given was extremely low for my car, it was offensive to me! Customers should be given best offer up front without all the discussion back and forth! I did appreciate the warm and friendly nature of all those employees I encountered.

The dealership had the exact model I wanted. They were quick and friendly throughout the process. The usual car buying process can be painful! We explained what we expected as far as monthly payment, loan terms and interest rate, and they were able to accommodate our wishes without wearing us down by playing the games dealerships like to play.

I thought everything went very well. I accepted the car without being detailed because I was out of time but was told to bring it back in and they would detail it. Took a little longer for a cash transaction than I thought necessary (longest time I've ever spent at a dealership and usually finance); but, all in all satisfied with the car and Heather's help.

When someone is using a new system that they are not the Milyer with it's best to let them walk through the steps so that they understand it and not just do it for them and cause them later to have questions and answers and I have to go back and try to research to set things up in their new vehicle

I love my new Tucson. The staff took excellent are of us and would recommend ricart to anyone. With all the discounts and rebates we were able to get a new car instead of used. The warranties that come with the car is better than I've ever seen.

I have talked to the salesperson and his manager, expressing these and other concerns re the transaction. They have said I should make an appointment to come back to the dealership for (in my words) an in-depth introduction to many features of this car.

The only problem with the car was that the low tire pressure light was on but I did contact the dealer about it. But the overall experience was very good and I've bought Hyundai's my last 3 vehicles from them.

I test drove about a dozen cars and looked at every make and model on the import lot. I needed to purchase a car that day and Darrell was very patient and spent 8 hrs with me until I found the right one. Very happy with my Tucson purchase. Had a friend come in that night and she also purchased a car. I am returned customer and will continue to be !

Initial salesperson left us in limbo. We drove to honor a scheduled appointment the next day after first previewing the vehicle. We were heading to a different dealership when Mr. Kenneth Palmer rescued the entire deal. From understanding our needs to having the presence of mind Ken displayed professionalism and was courteous in his manners. He wooed our hearts with his knowledge, patience and follow up. If for anything he will be the reason to go back again.

The sales associate was outstanding (Kenneth Palmer). He was very patient and stayed with us through several test drives. The deal closer was just the opposite, and maybe that is part of the trade of price haggling. But to use a sheet of paper and a pencil and literally scribble at all angles and in random areas all over the sheet seemed unprofessional and bordered on the absurd. To sit through this price haggling experience bordered on making me walk out the door. Overall, I really like the vehicle, and it was delivered in outstanding condition. Thanks to Kenneth Palmer for making the experience worthwhile. Wish I could remember the deal closer's name, but I cannot and it is not reflected in any of the paperwork that I have..... maybe that is the idea.

My salesman was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt I could trust him. When I called the dealership I feel like I was told something that wasn't true about refinancing. My husband works in underwriting and he spoke to others who said being told to wait 3 mos just was not true.

I have purchased several vehicles from Ricart. This by far was the worst experience i have encountered. I purchased the G80 this time. There was a 3yr/36,000 mile service package option added into thr financing. We declined because this is COMPLIMENTARY with the G80. Our Sirus XM was not activated until over a week after purchase after numerous calls to the dealer. We still do not have Sirus weather and traffic on the car. The Genesis G80 Bluelink app would not work because Ricart was activating it on the wrong site per Genesis. It needed registered on myGenesis and he was going to myHundai. After 5 days we were able to use the G80 app after several calls to Ricart and to Genesis. Genesis service department had to contact Ricart to walk them through how to register the Genesis. No follow up call was given to us to check on if we are having any issues.

I was impressed with the professional behavior of all the staff I dealt with to buy my car. The physical environment was so clean. No messy desks, dirty floors, bad air. The staff were buzzing around with energy and I felt they really enjoyed each other and their jobs. It was an experience I have never had before in the car business. Every facet of service as a concept seems to be in place. Very impressive. I am willing to drive much further to have this environment to maintain my new Elantra.

Do not buy from this dealership. They will say anything to get you to buy a car. They pretended to evaluate my lease turn in and then told me I would owe nothing. Two weeks later I got a bill for over $1,400 from Hyundai Motor Finance for excessive wear and mileage. HMFC told me the dealership is not authorized to evaluate the car and that HMFC sends out a licensed appraiser after the car is turned in. Ricart operates an elaborate production to get you to buy no matter how much it hurts you later.

Johnny was a great salesman. He listened to my needs. He really knew what I wanted better than me. The fact that he was newer really helped. I hope he doesn't lose the traits I observed. The most concerning part for me going to Ricart prior to arrival was the salesman being pushy or abrasive but Johnny was none of that. I have tweeted and posted in Facebook about my positive experience and look forward to going there for my car to be serviced. So long Hatfield Hyundai, hello Ricart!

This was very professional, the price was fair. I expect them to make a couple of bucks or they wouldn't stay in business. But based on my homework, they dialed in a good price. Then with the incentives from Hyundai, like discount, finance incentive, former owner incentive, veteran's incentive, I felt happy with the final price. And the service and treatment was excellent.

My wife and I visited Ricart Hyundai on several times and were greeted with better service every time we went. The first couple of visits we were looked at with discerning eyes, but the friendly faces of Ricart soon realized they wanted to work with us. I would recommend the dealership and all who work there.

This was my first purchase from Ricart, and everything went almost perfectly. Amber was AWESOME and extremely helpful. The "closer" who came in to assist with pricing had more of a stereotypical "car salesman" demeanor, but he was still friendly and professional. The finance process was quick and ran smoothly. The only negative thing was that it took a while to get the final detailing and delivery done, but it was a Saturday, so it's understandable that they got a bit backed up on that end. Overall, it was a smooth, easy car-buying experience, and I recommend this dealership (especially if you get Amber!).

Before we went to Ricart Hyundai we had gone to a Toyota dealership the day before. I did not like the cars I drove and definitely did not like the sales person. I have always loved the hyundai elantras and we have bought 2 other cars through ricart so that night I researched their inventory. We arrived at Ricart Hyundai pretty much knowing which car we were going to leave with. The first person we talked to was Jeremy Duffy. He was perfect. Not pushy but very knowedgable in both the car I wanted and also the car I would be trading in. I like that the person who helps you choose your car is not the person who decides what your final price is going to be. We test drove the car and went back to the dealership. Next we started the negotiation process with a different person. We owed quite a bit on our trade in but qualified for some discounts. We were paying cash and after a phone call was made we were all able to come to a fair number for everyone. My husband took our kids over to the Subway there while I started paperwork. I did buy the extra interior/exterior car package. I loved the guy in that office. I don't remember his name. He was tall, African american, also had kids and was one of the nicest funniest people I've ever met. Last I went to another office where I did the last of the paperwork. Hyundai has a great warranty deal already. We declined the extended warranty due to the high miles I drive each day. After all the paperwork was done our car guy, Jeremy, set up my first maintenence appointment and my blue link. Then he met us out at our new car. There he set up my blue tooth and showed me how to use the navigation. We went over any new questions I had thought of and then we left. Jeremy did follow up with us to make sure everything was still going well. I will definitely recommend Ricart Hyundai and will return there myself when I'm ready to upgrade.

I was going to buy my new car in October or early November, but my circumstances changed, and I needed a car quickly. Jason and Adam helped me get the car I wanted at a really great price. The only thing I can ding Ricart for is I bought my car on August 1st and the offer to have Ricart pay 2 car payments expired on July 31st. The offer was still on the website at the time of purchase, but I was told I didn't qualify. The next day the same offer was on the website and it expires on August 31st.

Was never told was being charged for a service package or for gap insurance. Total of 3,400.00 dollars. they pushed all this stuff but never said it was an extra charge. Will never go back or recommend them. I don't even know what service package i was charged extra for.

Cameron Simmons is a very helpful sales person. He explained the vehicle well. Test drive on freeway and side streets. The price was about what I was looking for after research online. About 2 hours from greeting until our car was clean and ready to go. I also like the fact that Ricart extends the Hyundai warranty.

I couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience. I didn't start out looking at the Santa Fe, but had always liked it. The sales rep brought a Santa Fe Sport over to show us (it was in a different lot section which was farther away and didn't want us to walk unnecessarily). The price was comparable, so we walked to where the other Santa Fe vehicles were located. In the end, our Sales Rep (John Verdine) knew what we were looking for and had chosen the perfect car to show us the first time. And my tent fits in my new Santa Fe! We will definitely be back!

I received a letter in the mail that my Elantra had a recall and that I should have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment with Ricart Hyundai and explained the letter I got and what the recall was for, though the representative I spoke with seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.I went in for my recall service and was told that it would take around an hour and a half, which I expected. After the time had passed, they brought the paperwork out and explained to me the 20+ other things they found "wrong" with my car that I needed to have fixed. I told them I was only in for the recall and then, after already waiting 1.5 hours, they told me that they didn't have the part in stock. They would order it and I would have to set up ANOTHER appointment to have it fixed. I don't understand why, if they already knew what my car was coming in for, they wouldn't have the part ready to go. Annoyed, I set up another appointment when they called to let me know the part was in.I took my car in for my second appointment, and again was told that it would take an hour and a half. Wonderful. After the time had passed, they brought my car around, reminded me again about the list of items that I didn't let them fix last time, and I headed out with my car. Unfortunately, this was not the end of my troubles with the service department at Ricart.Upon arriving to my next destination, I took a moment to look around my car and noticed a few things that were different. First, I noticed that there were black smudges on my drivers side visor, which did not come from me. There were also items in my car that were out of place/moved around. I don't think moving items around in my car was part of my recall. Feeling uneasy, I got out of my car to look around the outside. My front license plate was bent on both sides at 90 degree angles facing outward. Really? Lastly, when I opened my trunk, I saw a small screwdriver in the lining of the trunk by the back window. I am extremely disappointed with the service I was given, as I don't think I should feel the need to look over my car to make sure everything is returned to me the way I left it. There are annoying things that I expect when getting my car serviced, such as a long wait time for a simple task, having to readjust my seats, mirrors, and lights, and even radio station, but this was absolutely ridiculous!Needless to say, I will never return to Ricart Hyundai for any reason. Even if that means I will be driving an hour to go to another dealer if necessary.

As a young woman and first-time car buyer, I cannot sing enough praise for Ricart. I had visited multiple other dealers, and was less than impressed with their assistance. Multiple dealers made me feel like I was not worth their time, and others felt the need to call me "sweetie."When I walked into Ricart, I was immediately greeted by Nick Sohovich, who ended up walking me through the entire process. He asked me which cars I was interested in, and what features I was looking for. He was able to explain the features and differences in all of the cars I wants to look at, and showed me both base models and models with more expansive features. After test driving the cars, Nick gave me time to look at the cars on my own, and allowed me to ask any additional questions I had. When it was time to work out a deal, Matt Kamppi and Jeff Becker were both stellar. Just as with Nick, I never felt any pressure to purchase from Matt, and he was gracious enough to even get on the phone and talk to my dad who was calling from out of state with a few questions. Jeff answered all of my questions, and clearly explained all of the paperwork I was signing. Not once through this whole process did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I never heard the phrase, "what will it take to get you in this car today?" Or any other remarks about it being the end of the month and "really wanting to make a deal," both comments I had heard from previous dealers. I was respected and taken seriously throughout the car-buying process at Ricart, which I hadn't experienced yet at a car dealership. I walked into Ricart expecting to leave disappointed and still on the hunt for a car, however I was lucky enough to leave with an amazing deal, and a new car that will serve me well for years to come. Thanks to the service of Nick, Matt, and Jeff, Ricart has my business for years to come. Thanks again guys! I absolutely love my car.

I have been looking for a new car for several months. Visiting different dealerships, etc. I have to say that Ricart was by far the best experience for me. I test drove three different vehicles all being different makes and each place was very respectful with no high pressure sales. I was very disappointed on what they offered me for my trade in. However, the gentleman explained in detail why the offer was so low. I did appreciate the explanation. There was no pressure on up sales or vehicles or add-ons. (Extended warranties, paint protectant, etc.)

This was my 2nd purchase from Ricart. John Vandine did an excellent job of helping me to find the right vehicle for me and explaining everything I needed to know. I brought the vehicle back a couple of days after purchase and the small dent in the hood was fixed. Everyone I was in contact with was very courteous and professional.

Amber was wonderful!! Like a lot of people I really do not enjoy going in to a dealership to buy a new/used car. Sales people are often pushy and disingenuous. NOT AMBER!!! She really listened to what I did/did not want in a car and she was sensitive to my financial limitations and concerns. I would recommend working with Amber Parham without hesitation!!!

I went in only knowing that I wanted an suv. Roper test drove multiple makes and models with me. He explained the perks of every vehicle. He made me very comfortable with not knowing what I wanted.

Our salesman was very helpful. I test drove two vehicles and each handled great. Nick was very personable and made sure to inform us he was there for anything we needed even after we left the dealership. I recommended him to my future mother in law. She went up a day or two later and he placed her in the vehicle that fit her needs also. We were very pleased with the service we received from Nick.

John did an awesome job helping me pick the perfect vehicle for me and my family. He was extremely helpful and exceptionally well trained in customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car. As for financing a car though, I would highly recommend anyone to be pre-qualified with someone outside of Ricart's M & T Bank that was offered. I am highly upset about that whole fiasco, but John Verdine had nothing to do with that. Thank you!

Needed a new vehicle. Researched types of cars online as we needed one to fit in the short side of a garage. The Accent by Hyundai fit the bill. We went to Ricart to look - Jason assisted in helping us find the one we had seen on line. He additionally checked out the wheel base of the Elantra for us but it did not meet our needs. Jason went over all the characteristics of the Accent with us and assisted us in taking a test drive. He is a very personable young man who is well versed in the cars available. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a reasonably priced car.

Darrel did a great job , but I received my first payment statement and the finance department said my payment would be due in 45 days not 30. I have bought 5 cars from Ricart and this is the second time something has not been exactly what they said it would be. This will probably be the last car I purchase there

Joe was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the car i purchased and others i was interested in. My 8 & 11 year old boys were with me and Joe and the crew all made the experience fun for them too. They stayed well past closing time to make the deal right for us. The only thing I would have done differently or changed would have been to get upgraded or black rims. Everything happened so fast when it came time to close the deal that i simply neglected to bring the rims back up to Joe

Great experience burying car, first time buyer and I was a little nervous of running into the stereotypical car salesman that is just going to try their hardest to sell you a car if it meets your needs or not. Thankfully my experience was nothing like that the entire staff was friendly and helpful (manager, salesman, and finance) throughout the entire process and I left satisfied with this Hyundai both environmentally responsible and fuel efficient.

My experience at the dealership was amazing!!!! ???Everyone was really nice and friendly, and gave me everything that I wanted in a car! No silly hoops or strings! Just right to the point!? And what I like the most about the dealership is the respect that they gave me from the time I walked threw the door all the way up till I left!!? Everything went well. The internet person had set me up with Nissan and Hyandai. I felt they could have shown me the KIA and Mazda to compare. The only issue I had was when I asked for my plates to be transferred they got the wrong plates. Which in part was my fault, but they never called to clarify it with me in order to get the plates that were on my current car.

After a few bad experiences with Ricart in the past, I decided to give Ricart one more last chance. Darrell was amazing. He was laid back, nor pressure sales man. He took the time to lines to me and showed me cars based on what I wanted and what I could afford. After showing me several cars with several different options I found THE car. "I purchased the car a week ago and had excellent customer service that day. A week later (now) I had gotten a flat tire. I had called the dealership twice and no one picked up. I was not completely sure on how to use my road side assistance, and couldn't get ahold of anyone but I figured it out eventually. I then got my car towed and they had to store it for the night somewhere off of your lot. I was told I would receive a phone call from you guys in the morning by my road side assistance. Never received a call. I called you guys and then was told my car wasn't there and it was 2pm on the day AFTER MY CAR GOT TOWED. So I called the guy who towed my car and he said it was there. It was in parking spot 5 behind your service building, so I called back. When I called your service department again, I was told my car WAS NOT there. After I had told a lady named Ashley, that it was there in parking spot 5. She said ""Oh yeah, it is here isn't it!"". I didn't have bad service with her up until she said she would call me back that day and never did. I never heard from anyone until I called 2 days after my car was towed, to be told it would be ready the next day. So then I received a call from Emily in your service department and I had such good service with her and Brittany as well! I hope you guys are aware of this issue so it doesn't happen in the future with other customers. If it weren't for the awesome sales deal and along with Brittany and Emily then I wouldn't be a customer of yours."

Eventually, I took her up on the invite. Although Amber wasn't available to help me through the car buying process(she was with another customer), she most certainly left me in great hands. My experience was good on the 2 service engagements I have had. I was treated by pleasant people from the beginning to the end. All employees who addressed my service concerns appeared to care. They worked in an efficient manner. I have to travel across town, so I am hoping that my trip is worth the drive. I say this because there is another dealership within a few miles of my residence. At this time, the service department runs like a well-oiled machine. I will return again. Side note: Also, Amber Parham did a great job helping me to find the car of my liking. I wish she could have carried out the whole process - it would have been less stressful!

I had to walk around and eventually say out loud I wanted to buy a car before someone said anything. Then it took over 4 hours for everything to get completed and the salesperson would bring me papers to sign and not know what they were when I asked. Just wanted me to sign them, THEN someone would explain it to me. Then when i spoke with Jason, he was more of the type of person I like. Straight forward and no sugar coating. I arrived at Ricart Hyundai and was met soon after exiting my car by Matt Bentley. I had only stopped at Ricart to browse, not thinking a new car was an option for me , but Matt worked with me anyways to find a car I was interested in that also suited my needs/wants in a vehicle. After finding 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo that peaked my interest, we were off on a test drive. We used Ricart's small test course to get a quick feel for the car and then went out on the road to get some real world feel as well. Matt was very knowledgeable about the Veloster Turbo, and the Hyundai brand as a whole, as he informed me on everything pertaining to the model we were driving, as well as the other models they offered on the lot. After the test drive he asked if they could make me some offers to see if taking the car home with me would be feasible. Throughout the process of talking numbers with the finance people, making a few back and forth offers, I spent some time in the Ricart lounge area, where Matt waited with me. He made the whole process feel less stressful as he talked to me more as a friend than a salesman at that point. He brought out many of my new cars manuals and covered all the right material to get me comfortable with all the technology that was about to be at my fingertips. Once the deed was done, paperwork signed, and the car was mine, Matt brought my car around to me. It had been fully detailed, filled up with gas, and was ready to be taken home. Matt sat in the car with me going over every piece of tech we had talked about earlier, showing me how it actually worked. He linked up my phone via Bluetooth, showed me how Hyundai BlueLink worked (which he helped me enroll in earlier as well), set up my first service visit and as a whole got me feeling right at home in my new car. To sum things up, I couldn't imagine my first new car buying experience going any better. I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone but Matt either. He was the perfect car salesman in my eyes. The right blend of professionalism and friendliness. In the future I won't hesitate to take my business to Ricart Hyundai and I look forward to dealing with Matthew Bentley again.

Friendly, professional - the first person (I don't remember name) who tried to get me to an acceptable price was not knowledgeable and just tried to confuse me with numbers - this part of the sale is always the hardest and makes you not want to trust dealership. I went to Ricart with an intention to lease a car and did not want to sit and negotiate much of the price. I went back and forth between the Elantra and the Nissan Altima. Altough the Altima drove much smoother and has more option, the price of the Elantra and the warranty in itself trump the Altima by far. John Verdine was very nice and knowledgeble about both vehicles. I told him what I wanted and we found what we were looking for. Once we found the car, the rest went pretty smooth. I will most likely lease another Hyundai once my lease is up with this one.

Though the time spent at the dealership was long, the staff was amazing to work with. Mr. Householder remembered me from almost 2.5 yrs ago even though he has probably met thousands between then and now. Not just a name in a file but remembered what was going on at the time and my patience through the whole thing. That really impressed me. There was some confusion about the rims, since I didn't do my research first and didn't know they were made to help with the charging of the hybrid, so I had them put on my custom rims from my Optima on my new Sonata. The staff at Ricart's service department were extremely nice about putting the original rims back on the car, switching my winter tires off of the original rims from the Optima, and holding them over the weekend until we got back from visiting family over thanksgiving. Angie was amazing and now that they have a dedicated lane for oil changes for imports, I might be bringing my car there for oil changes.

The Customer Service tech, Emily, was welcoming and also knowledgeable about my cars recall. The techs update you face-to-face about your repairs similar to doctors and nurses in a hospital waiting room.I only waited 1.5 hours (on a Saturday) for the repairs to my vehicle which included a free (optional) wash.The service waiting area is clean, comfortable, and accommodating to the customers. They have digital televisions, bending machines, free WiFi, and free coffee and donuts.

I am a returning lease owner who went back for my 2nd Sonata. I knew exactly what I wanted so after they found the car on the lot, I was able to get through the sales process fairly quickly. No real complaints on the day of other than the fact that I agreed on a lease of $225/month and when I got to the finance room, the docs said $225.97. I wasn't going to cause a stink of an extra $35, just a shady practice. The real issues came 5 months later when I received a bill for damages. During my negotiation, I brought up numerous times how I had damage on the front bumper and the salesman said I would owe nothing. They took the car back for their appraisal and assured me again I would not owe a dime on the damages. I offered to have it fixed on my own if I would, and they assured me I was fine. 5 months later, I received a bill for $690 I am now stuck with as Ricart claims they did nothing wrong. I learned the hard way to get absolutely everything in writing and trust no one. Bring a lawyer or record the conversation, because you never know when you might need it. Also, keep all documentation a year after your lease. Called Hyundai and they said this is a frequent occurrence. Jeremy Harr and Aaron Andrews blamed it all on my prior salesman who is no longer with the company. I'm guessing this is a common theme, as the turnover is high, but in any case they will not be receiving my business again. Their offer was to take $690 off a new car I purchased. This not only does not help at all as I am still 2.5 years away from my 2nd lease expiring, but was a pretty poor attempt as no one should pay anywhere close to their sticker price minus $690.

Well I ended up driving out there on 10/28 Craig was gone .so I as I was walking up I ran into Nick who was kind of engough to help me I didn't want a new car but the way they talked the deal was good ..so I said OK they appraised my car I didn't no the amount ..he introduce to a Matt Kemp he was all over the place at first Nick could not find him and then he came over and introduce his self ...OK cool then he said we are trying to find a bank that will fiance you OK cool I sat there until 8:45 pm ..for Matt to tell me we will call u tomorrow .so I wasn't happy because I felt I was getting the run around so I didn't hear anything the next day so I called left messages each time I got Craig who was nice each time . so the last time I called Craig he told me that they are in my file then I get a call for them to tell me A that I was denied and B I need a lot of money... There was never another option I though ricart would of been a good fit I guess not I will not be back and I will not recommend any one ...I felt no one went above and beyond I work like everyone one else just because my credit is not good I should have not been treated any driffrent I'm really upset with ricart I will not be back ...there will someone who give me chance ...God Bless

(That's saying something!) Our car was delivered in good condition. The insides of the windows needed a really good wiping down but other than that, I have no complaints. It was raining after all and something that could have been easily missed or thought to be fog.

There was a slight misunderstanding regarding payment amount. I was shown vehicles I was not interested in with anyone asking if I could raise the monthly amount I was going to spend. Part my fault, but asking can make all the difference. Still would come back to Ricart of course!

I was sent a mailer stating they wanted my trade in for the same monthly payment they would put me in a new 2016 . They couldn't do it and they low balled my trade in value. Buyer beware. They have some smooth talkers down there. Make sure you see all the numbers on paper before you sign anything !!! I will not return to Ricart for any future purchases.

I had put off buying a new car for more than a year because I didn't want to deal with the pushy car buying games. I was quite surprised as my salesperson Rene totally ended that fear for me. I was so comfortable with him and he listened to all of my needs and desires. He respected what I said and didn't try to steer me. As a woman this was huge!! He acted very professional while handling every bit of my paperwork and followed me through until I left with the car and even called me several times to follow-up. I would recommend him to everyone and especially woman who may be nervous about doing this on your own. The supervisor Mike also did a fabulous job getting the deal put together. Was able to get into a newer vehicle at the price I wanted. Only draw back was there was only one finance officer in the dealer on Sunday. This caused for a delay in getting out and on the road.

I purchased a vehicle at Ricart in 1999 and it was a horrible buying experience taking several hours. I instructed them before arrival that I expected better. Cameron from Hyundai Sales made sure it happened!! I was in and out including Test drive and vehicle prep in less than 2hrs!! Everything went smooth and didn't feel pressured to buy any extra warranties etc. Would definitely return!

searched for 6 months and could not find a better price than Ricart for the class of car I was looking for. They averaged about 3k cheaper than anywhere else, which kept me from having to negotiate much with price. I even challenged other dealers and gave them screen shots of Ricart's prices and one stated "I don't know where Ricart is getting their discounts,this looks to be too much car for your budget." That was Germain by the way. I hate to mention them by name, but I thought that comment was rude. Especially since Ricart put me in a better car for a better price.

I had a marvelous experience at Ricart and was quickly provided the car that best fit my needs. Since I was more interested in a particular color (Marlin Blue, to be exact), Benjamin Clark assured me that he will try his best to meet my needs as well as the mileage on the car, since he had to acquire it from another dealer. I had originally requested for the car to have no more than 100 - 200 miles, and lo and behold, he located a new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4 [with Popular & Premium Package) at 72 miles, which I greatly appreciate.I also own a 2002 Hyundai Sonata GL which at times decides to act up due to age (yes, cars can have mood swings too, just like us humans ... lol), so was looking to own my dream car (Santa Fe Sport), which I finally got. Amber at Ricart Hyundai made sure I had every opportunity to test drive the cars that I was interested in. And Jeff that dealt with my financing made sure I had the best deal when financing my car. The night I got my car I got offered a 13% interest rate. Jeff told me that he would still try the next morning to get a lower rate. Thinking I could only get the 13% rate I was completely content and wasn't expecting a call the next morning from Jeff explaining that he actually found a different lender that could get me 10%. It totally changed my view on dealerships. He could have just left me at 13% but he went above and beyond to get me down to 10. Both Amber and Jeff made my experience at Ricart Hyundai awesome and I couldn't not be more grateful!

This was about $2000 more than we wanted to pay (the car was loaded with features including sun roof and backup camera). We settled on a 2016 Elantra which we had been looking at for over 6 months on the web.

The salesperson listened to what was important to me during the whole process. I was able to receive enough rebates to make up for my poor choice with my previous car that I badly needed to get out from under. I was very surprised with the amount of car I received for my money. I know I will visit Ricart for my next car. My sales person didn't push me in one direction or another, the finance manager worked with me to feel great about the money down and the interest rate. I saw the service center and see no reason why I wouldn't bring my car back for service. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience. I also accomplished my goal, and no other dealership was able to help with that and I tried 3.

I have heard some pretty negative things about this place from friends and coworkers. Then my clutch went out while i was driving and I needed to have it somewhere in a clinch. I called Ricart and asked if they would receive my car when I had it towed. They scheduled me quickly and since it was late in the day, they got it looked at the next day. The were also able to get the repair part in and have it fixed that day. In 24 hours turnaround they had me back in my car. All the negativity was washed away. I will definitely trust my car to Ricart in the future. If you have heard negative things about them, I will simply tell you to give them a chance to earn your trust. I worked out great for me. The Genesis had so many features that it was difficult for our salesman (Jason Motter) to cover them all. I had the paint and fabric sealant applied (very hard sell, I won't buy it personally but your parts manager convinced my wife it was a worthwhile purchase), but sadly the Pro-Tect application wasn't perfect as some of the sealant spray got onto the rear side windows and I will have to clean it up myself.I didn't like the sales manager Richard. We negotiated a price over the phone with one person and then Richard Montgomery near the end of the sales process said that this price was contingent on dealer financing. This was never mentioned to us before this point in the sales.The sales process was quick and efficient since I came to the dealership knowing exactly what model I wanted to buy (visited another dealer) and which options I wanted. We felt that Jason Motter is a model employee (trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive to our needs). We were disappointed that we were not able to get our first choice in exterior color, even via dealer trades.

I went in looking for a new Sonata and Matt was very helpful in finding the right one for me. Matt took a lot of questions regarding the 2014 and 2015 new Sonata models from me and patiently answered all of them with a lot of helpful insights. He worked with finance team to help secure the 2015 Sonata for me. His product knowledge, friendliness and end to end professional closing process made the whole buying process so much stress free. Matt even stayed late night - well past several hrs after the dealership closing to ensure I got all the knowledge required to handle different features of new 2015 Sonata and be comfortable with it. I like the approach of the new car sales reps SO MUCH BETTER than the used car sales reps! Maybe that's why this is the 3rd new one and only ever one used one bought there from us. So good for you sales reps at the Hyundai lot! Keep up the good work and approach! Very knowledgeable too! I don't like the "cockroach" approach of the sales reps on the used lot. You pull onto the used lot and you feel like you are a piece of food that hit the floor in a room filled with cockroaches, because they all come full force and that is way too annoying!

I have shopped at ricart before and found the sales Representatives very pushy and ill informed. Due to this previous experience I was apprehensive to return. I was very pleased with the way Matt handled the sale of my elantra. He was very helpful and easy to work with.

If you were like me you dreaded of even thinking of buying a new car and not from experience, but from shear hearsay. Many of my friends have gotten their first real salary job and got the chance to buy their first car. In addition, many of my friends had horror stories from their experience. So, needless to say I was scared walking into Ricart. However, I was reassured that I was making the right choice through the teams quick and friendly customer service. Overall, I had one of the smoothest and, to my knowledge, the BEST first time buyer experience a girl could have.

Matt did a very thorough job explaining all the features of the Santa Fe. He took us out on the test track and showed us how the vehicle preformed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely would have purchased a vehicle from him but we couldn't get it in red.

First I would like to thank Matt Writsel. Matt made the purchase very painless and walked us through the entire process. Matt explained what was going to happen and how. He was very through with his explanation and very patient with us. No one likes the process of buying a car however Matt made the process very easy. The entire facility was clean, professional and ran very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and made us feel like our time was important, took care of us. We were researching hybrid cars and the hybrid Sonata had come up on the search. I have purchased a Ford Ranger from Ricart before so we were familiar with the Ricart dealership. We had a good experience then so we again went to Ricart. I must say that I have never had such a good sales person- Pete Bonzo. I had not met Pete before and was surprised at the customer service we were given. Every question was answered, he offered us a soda or coffee, he also brought my wife some popcorn. During the test drive both my wife and I got to test drive the car and ask any question. When we did make the purchase, he was very methodical in explaining every detail of the hybrid sonata and made sure we new everything about the car. All in all, a good experience!

My experience at Ricart Megamall on 12-31-13 with Matt Writsel.I have bought 8 vehicles over my lifetime 4 used and 4 new cars. The last 3 new cars I had bought were from the local Lexus dealerships in Columbus. I had never visited Ricart until the last day of December 2013 to look for a new car for my daughter. After hearing good things from other Hyundai owners that we know and seeing the good deals that Ricart was offering my wife and I decided to check out Ricart.Because it was a Friday and the last day of the year we arrived a few minutes before the doors were open at the Hyundai New Car department to get ahead of the customers. We walked to the door and it was locked but as we started to step away form the door it opened and we were greater by Matt Writsel who welcomed us in as it was a cold snowy day. Matt was upbeat, polite and not pushy. He asked us the normal questions what brand, make and if we were looking to lease or buy a car. We looked at few Elantra's discussed basic pricing and left the dealership. Matt probably thought the deal was off but later that afternoon around 3PM we returned with my 16 year old daughter to help us pick out the color of her new Elantra. He was so kind to my daughter, my wife and me as we test drove the car answering all of our questions. The next steps of the experience was negotiating the final price and working with Matt's Manager, the client service people to add an option, then the finance and insurance people. All went very smooth as Matt walked us through the entire process and we were walking out the door with our new car by 4:45PM. So I can say my first and only experience at the Ricart Megamall was very pleasant due to the professionalism and knowledge of Matt Writsel our Product Specialist and your staff. My sales representative Matt Writsel was a very nice gentlemen, with lots of energy and did not pressure me at all. He showed me other vehicles and did not insist that was the car I needed. He took me right to the car that was for me after looking at a couple other models and after me explaining to him what I wanted in a car. I have never in my 48 years met such a great sales person! Usually there is a lot of pressure and I experienced zero pressure during the transaction of me finding the car that would work for all my needs. He was very friendly, kind and patient and I am not an easy person to sell ANYTHING too. He did beyond excellent in keeping me satisfied and happy to be there. He worked fast on the final day of the purchase cause my time was limited but did not overlook anything I needed to know about my car, where to get it serviced or where to get it washed :-) Best guy ever! You need about 300 more of him! The only problem I am having as of today 3/12/2014 is I have NOT received NOTHING in the mail for my loan payments or who has purchased the loan. I was called about 2 weeks ago and NOTHING has showed up in my mail, I even told the person that called it must be sent to my PO BOX. I stressed when I signed all the papers it MUST go to my PO box but everyone kept putting my PO box AND my street address on the paper work assuring me I would get the paper work. Again I will explain our post office is idiots and if anything is mailed to my home I more than likely will NOT get it this is why I PAY for a PO BOX. Maybe everyone will UNDERSTAND this now. And when the person called that did buy out my loan I was working, can't remember who they said they was with to even contact them. So as of TODAY I have NO CLUE where to send my payment to and I am very unhappy about that! Then when I call in today 3/12/2014 the lady that handled my loan was not in and according to whoever answered the phone NO ONE else is capable of handling this .....that is NOT a GOOD thing. And by the way ALL the businesses that my application was submitted to and declined I still have not receive NONE of them declines either but Ken did. So where are all of mine ??? He also stated that my name was spelled WRONG on the declines too....ppfff NOT GOOD. But my name on all the papers I signed at Ricart is CORRECT. JANES is my last name, not Jones, not James, not Jane........JANES JANES JANES. Well surprise surprise I haven't gotten ONE single thing in the mail....so disappointing. I did call my sales rep Matt today too, but we all know he don't handle the loan part of this deal and he can't answer them questions but assured me he will get someone to contact me asap. I just absolutely REFUSE to do voice mails when you have so many employee's at your facility. It's just down right disappointing to know that only ONE person can handle something that MANY employees are there doing the same type of work, they all should be capable of accessing your clients accounts to handle these matters. I will also stress again, my issue right now has nothing to do with Matt, he was excellent. Even all the 7 or so people I seen and spoke to was too. But the lack of understanding me about my MAILING address has got me very upset, but I still LOVE my car! :-) Hope to hear from someone soon, I already have my payment ready to be sent to WHOEVER gave me the loan. It is my intent to be two to three weeks EARLY every month....right now I am clueless on who gets it.

I have purchased a total of 8 vehicles from the Ricart AutoMall in the last 20 years, I have to say with all honesty that Matt Writsel was the best salesman that I have encountered to date. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, upbeat, and pleasant. When it became clear that I couldn't purchase the make of vehicle that I originally wanted to, he switched gears and sold me very quickly on the make that I ended up buying. All the staff that I encountered were very kind and courteous. I will certainly continue to do business with Ricart as long as I am able to drive. :)

A great experience and a very large inventory. The ability to see the inventory online was very convenient and was an important factor that helped me decide to visit this dealership first when I was considering where to start my search for a new vehicle in the Columbus area. In February 13, 2014 I came to the Ricart Hyundai in response to a letter we received from Ricart suggesting we could trade in our 2011 Sonata in a promotion to terminate our current loan for a new Hyundai Sonata at near to our current monthly payment. We were introduced to Joe Eddy a "Product Specialist" who sat with us to determine what we wanted to do and what kind of care we were looking for. Since we had been previous Hyundai owners we knew exactly what we wanted. Joe listened carefully, assured us that he could help us find what we wanted. Joe found two cars in stock which matched our requirements exactly, color, leather seats, allow wheels and a navigation system. Joe spent considerable time showing us these cars and patently explaining the features. We were so impressed with the improvements in the technology the 2014, over the 2011 that we were sold on the spot. We explained to Joe that we had a particularly bad experience in the purchase of our previous Sonata at another Hyundai Dealer, and that we were not going to spend 8 or 10 hours buying a new car. Joe was cordial and assured us that he would not make us go through that again. Joe was true to his word and got us through the entire process in less than 3 hours from start to finish. We left with the exact car we wanted, at a good price and very pleased with the purchasing process and at Ricart in general. Joe Eddy is an excellent salesman with exceptional knowledge of the cars he is selling. He has outstanding personal skills with whom we made an instant connection. This is the fifth Hyundai that my wife and I have purchased, it is also the fifth dealership we have purchased from (we have moved across country a few times). Ricart did a great job with us. Matt initially called me after I filled out some online information, I explained what we were looking for; he directed us to the right vehicle and helped us through the process. It was an easy process. I actually hate buying a car because of all of the normal hassles involved, what I mean is all the games you normally play at the dealerships. We didnt have any of that at Ricart, it was a simple and easy to understand process. We were very happy with the level of service we received and the way we were treated. Thanks Matt, and thanks Ricart for making the process as easy as possible for us.

As a first time car buyer I was very nervous as to what I should expect and also nervous about walking into a dealership and being a female. However my mother had weighed with Jeremy before and said that he would take care of me and he did nothing short of that.He was very friendly through the whole process as well as kept me informed as to what was going on and why. When I entered the lot on Thursday till I left today with a new car everybody had a smile on there face and was enthusiastic to not only answer my questions but to make me feel confident that I chose the right place to buy a car. I looked at 3 different Hyundai dealers here in Columbus and Ricart's prices were better than the competitions. The can do attitude of the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Showed up right before the dealership closed on a Tuesday night. Pete stayed late to help us with our purchase -- and even later to walk us through all the features on our new car. Very friendly and easy to work with. Also was great that he owned the same car we bought and gave us good advice.

We visited last Thursday and test drove a few cars. Brett Terry was wonderful, he was very helpful. We met with Rich Montgomery to discuss financing. He was very nice. He told us that he wasn't sure he could keep us at our desired monthly payment on the car my daughter wanted. He also mentioned the amount of her income was a little on the low side and could also be an obstacle for approval. Overall the experience was good. We appreciated the honesty by Rich regarding the approval and the cost of the monthly payment. The only downside that we had to our visit that evening is that there did not seem to be communication between Rich and Brett. After we spoke to Rich we had to explain to Brett what Rich had told us. This made me a little uncomfortable as Brett was so helpful I feel like we had to let him down that we were not purchasing a car.We secured financing and came back yesterday. We asked for Brett. He was unavailable so Lance assisted us in test driving the car again. We met with the sales manager Jake (not sure of his last name, I think it was Wolley or Worley). This was unpleasant to say the least. I explained to him that we were there on Thursday and we have the financing we just need to get the base price of the car at $18,000. He really pushed for us to finance through Ricart. I explained to him we already had the conversation with Rich and it did not seem possible. He pushed more for us to try financing through Ricart because as he said they make money on the financing and could do more with the price of the car. We felt we were getting a good rate through the credit union we just needed the car at $18,000. There was some confusion, he thought I needed the deal at $18,000 with tax and title and he explained he would not be able to do that. I explained that the $18,000 would not include the tax and title, we needed the car at $18,000 so we could include the tax & title fees and still meet the amount we were approved for. I told him I had an email from another deal at $18,460. He explained that was probably given incentives that we did not qualify for because my daughter did qualify for the competitive owner incentive having not had a car in her name. Not giving that incentive would have made the car at the other dealership $18,960.00 and Ricart offers a $1000.00 low price guarantee, so my understanding would be we should get the car at $17,960.00. I guess that is not the case because somehow after I was made aware that "Ricart is the largest dealer in the world" we were given an $18,600.00 cost. After tax & fees that put about $20,200. We told him we would have to think about it because our approval was $20,000 so that was still over and he said ok, $20,000 but you have to take the silver one that we have in stock and we wanted a black one. My experience with Jake was horrible. Not because I did not get the car but because his tone in which he spoke to me was very disrespectful. There were things I did not understand and instead of him explaining them he raised his voice and took an attitude because he was being questioned.Ricart has advertised since the days of Fred Ricart playing guitar in his commercials "We're dealing". I find this to not be the case. I am disappointed as I live just down the street from Ricart and will have to take my business across town. I am extremely disappointed because I have purchased 4 cars from Ricart in the past, 3 used and 1 new Hyundai.

I went to Ricart and I purchased my first vehicle. They got my approved and everything without a consigner, which was amazing because I was only 20 years old! I loved my car so much that when I decided it was time for a newer car, I was definitely going there! Free car washes, 100 thousand mile warranty, and all within my budget!!! Wow! I was so impressed with Andrew and Matt that if I could give them a 10 star, I would!! I would recommend anyone that wants a new car with all the bells and whistles, all while staying UNDER budget to go to Ricart! Great job guys:)

I went into Ricart, due to his current t.v. adds 0% for 72 months. I could tell they were pushing rebates, and not 0%.My wife and I sat down at the finance office, told him 0% is why Im here. He said we don't have 0% but 0.9%, and your 2,500.00 in rebates is better. I then said, my bank offered 2.19% for 60 month, 2.64% for 72 months, its PNC bank. He said I'm using PNC. He didn't say he had us at 4.25%. I signed many papers in this deal, and yes I signed the PNC paper. I went to my bank with 737 credit score, they said, they have know idea why he pushed 4.25% TAKE YOUR OWN BANKS PAPERWORK TO THIS FIRM.

I was most pleased in the very low pressure salesmanship at the Ricart Auto Mall. The wife and I came in on a Sunday to take a Hyundai Elantra out for a test drive knowing that we were in the market but not quite ready to buy. After the test drive and the information provided by the sales associate, I was back in on Tuesday to get some numbers. When I came in on Tuesday, I was greeted with a different friendly associate and got to work. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and drove away happy. This says alot coming from me. Back in 1994 I purchased a vehicle form Ricart and I was less than impressed with the experience and the product. I traded that truck in after only 24 mo. and vowed that I would never return. Great price, but takes for ever for them to get it approved.. and every thing is so behind the back you dont even know what happening. I would only consider this place for price if any thing to buy new car. None of the people believes in customer survice or building a relationship with customer, all they care about is money, more they get better you are. If you are getting a bargin deal then never ever hope for service or respect from this dealer. No matter how much harder you work to earn the money you are spending on new cars, and want to save as much as you can no one cares for you. IT's never fast nor easy so it not fun to shop at ricart.

Nicholas Sohovich Product Specialist was a great when he was dealing with us and was so helpfull of make us choose the right car without any stress but Jeremy Young Sales Manager was so bad and so stressful on us and never been comfort when I was dealing with him.

i thought Jeremy harr was very helpful in making my decision I cant say enough about him. no wonder he has been the top salesman. when I pulled in to the Hyundai front I saw salesmen smoking on the side of the building and then we came in the building he came to me I told him I was very allergic to cigarette smoke and asked for a non smoker and he brought Jeremy harr to me. good luck for me or I would have left and bought a car at another dealership

This was our second visit to Ricart Hyundai. Seven years ago we also bought a Hyundai Sonata and the experience was the best I personally have ever had buying a car. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. The sales staff knew their product inside and out. We were in and out of the dealership (with keys in hand) in a couple of hours. The follow up after the deal was supurb and for those reasons we came back to Ricart Hyundai when it was time to replace our car. During both visits the staff answered every question we had and even some we didn't know we had. ALL businesses should be run this professionally and accessably. WE LOVE OUR CAR!! Thank you!

Nick was wonderful to let us test drive all the cars that we were interested in so that we could make our decision. He was knowledgeable about all the options and explained them well. Joe was able to give us a good price on a car in stock when it became apparent that it would be hard to find exactly what we were looking for. Chad explained the financing and all the paperwork very clearly. However, the overall experience was only good because we didn't exactly get the car we wanted and it took over 2 hours to get processed for the purchase. Sitting in the lounge for that long is just not a great experience.

Let me start by saying that buying cars is not my favorite thing in the world. It had been over a decade since I had done it - and the day before I went to the Ricart dealership I visited another dealer where the "sales" experience I got involved just about every trick in the book. When I got to Ricart, I had my guard up - I was NOT going to be tricked and I was NOT going to pay too much. I was surprised - in a good way. Aaron Andrews did not waste my time, shared more information about the vehicle than I knew (even though I had researched it quite a bit) and kept things moving without tricks. When it came time to talk $$$, the Ricart team was direct and creative - finding ways to explain how I could get the best deal. We arrived at a price that made sense to me and felt "right", so I bought the car! Rodricka Black knew her job very well - and got me through the buying process as smoothly and quickly as I can ever remember anyone doing when buying a car. I usually do not write reviews either, but the Ricart team did such a good job that I had to take the time to give them the great review they deserve.

The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago and the worst experience of my life. My experience with Ricart was nothing like that. I actually had a nice and relaxing time. Our sales guy, Joe Eddy, was great. I filled out some info online in the morning saying I was interested in a car, he called about an hour later, we went to the dealership to meet with him - everything, from that intial phone call to the closing handshake was awesome. He was super knowledgable and personable. I left feeling like he was a loving relative. AND I have to say a major thanks to Jeremy Young, the Sales Manager, who was okay with talking to my dad on my cell phone. I can now say that we got a great deal! And Janda was great too. And Shannon. And Adam. Everyone! What I great expericene. Oh, and we love the car, too. THANK YOU!!!!!

We did a lot of background research about a new SUV. We compared multiple makes and models and decided upon the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Living near Columbus, OH you have many options for dealers. We chose Ricart because it was near our home but when we arrived I was very impressed by their facilities. They were very friendly and listened to our needs. They let us test drive multiple cars and with multiple drivers. They didn't pressure us to buy the car that same day. They allowed us to leave and kept in contact with us the following week. We received calls from multiple people from Ricart. They were very helpful and wanted to help us find a car that meet all our needs. We felt comfortable with them and thought they would best be able to help us lease a new car. They allowed us to come at night and let us test drive again. We then started the financial process. They thoroughly explained our options to us and wanted to help us obtain approval for the lease from Hyundai. Unfortunately, we had a 3 month premature son in December of 2011 so we had some medical bills significantly drag down my wife's credit. We were shocked at this information but they didn't write us off. They listened to us and submitted our information anyways. They continued to followup with Hyundai and eventually Hyundai gave us a counter-offer and they found us the car that meet the criteria we needed. They were able to help us lease a 2013 black Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD with some extra features they knew we wanted and would appreciate. The paperwork was thoroughly explained in a quick manner. It was past closing so we came back the next morning and we went over the manuals, blue link, in car functions, etc. They didn't let us leave without knowing anything and everything we wanted and more. They can work miracles and definitely showed me that they are not your average sales team. They are wonderful. They are passionate. They are caring. They treated my son, my wife and I like we were family. I highly recommend them to anybody for anything you need. They taught me to always look at the glass half full. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. Josiah Pier was our product specialist (test drives, features, setup blue link, demonstrations, manuals, etc.). Jeremy Young was our financial manager and he was wonderful and understood us. He worked very hard and helped us achieve a goal for our family (lease agreement, credit report). Janda Baresford was our financial manager and she was quick and thorough. She answered our questions and completed all we needed. If you go to Ricart I would ask for this team of people and you will walk away an extremely happy customer (and most likely a lifelong customer). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Joe the sales specialist was very informative, extremely helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. He went above and beyond and even stayed after working hours to make sure we had everything we needed for the new car and help set everything up. I would have like to negotiate a sunroof or remote start in the pricing but there was no budging with cost with the manager a sunroof was one of the features i really wanted in the purchase of a new car.

This by far was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a new car. Our salesman Jeff baumgardner was absolutely wonderful.He was very knowledgable about all the cars I was asking about. I told him what type of vehicle I was interested in and he proceeded to show me four different cars from different makes. He helped me weigh the pros and cons. There was no BS on his part. He was courteous, polite, and had a great sense of humor. After I purchased a new car he called me up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns about my purchase. I would definately recommend Jeff Baumgardner and ricart mega mall for your car purchase. I now have a 2013 Hyundai sonata limited. Awesome car!!!!!

This was our second time working with Jeremy, who I was straightforward on both occasions and our first with both Ed and Shea. Overall great exp. Came in after having surveyed several dealerships for best price and these guys won (with a little haggle). Hyer and Rick Ricart did a nice job of staying in touch via email. Great cust service after the purchase. Bonzo took time to show us all the features...he was very patient and helpful. The follow up phone calls to ensure we were OK and that the vehicle was meeting expectations was a really nice touch.

We walked into Ricart very nervous and unsure of how it would turn out. We had talked to Jeremy Harr on the phone and he was very inviting.When we met Jeremy we knew that he would take good care of us. He was very nice and very informative. After we seen the car we wanted, the Elantra Sedan, he took us a test drive and I fell in love. But, because of our circumstances that was a little to steep for us. I test drove another car that I was not sure about. But, when I walked in the showroom and seen the Elantra Touring Car I knew that I had to have it.Jeremy and the other gentleman, I am sorry I forget his name, were right there to make this as easy as possible. Then when we met Janda and she told us she was able to get us financed for a lower payment than what was quoted to us, we were in shock.Ricart has the best sales people and employees I have ever worked with. I had been researching new cars for a while and got the list down to just two cars. A Ford Fusion and a Hyundai Sonata. I just by chance stopped at Ricart because I was on that side of town. It was nice that they had both cars to test. I ended up leasing the Sonata. My Sales Rep Jeff Baumgardner was a pleasure to work with. Jeff made the whole process smooth and painless. He knew when to give the sales talk, when to give me the details I wanted and when to give me time and space to think about what I wanted to do. At no time did I feel pressured or miss-led in any way. That was a new experience for me when car shopping. Thanks Jeff.

Had a great experience with Ricart, I've gone there in the past and have not been happy, this trip it was a total satisfying time. did not have any issues with any on the employees. I bought the Hyundia Santa Fe Limited. I live in Columbus Ohio and have 4 dealers total I can choose from. I did all my research on line and Ricart was the only dealer that quoted me on exactly what I was looking for. as of today (2 weeks later) the other dealers still have not given me the exact quote I ask for. I dont understand it, but I know they lost out on a 35,000 dollar sale because of it. Ricart again was the only one that gave me what I requested. That is the main reason Ricart got my business.

I had an suv that was a gas hog and with gas prices near $4 a gallon I decided to trade my car in for a new car that was good on gas. I decided to go to Ricart because of their selection I wanted to sit in a couple of different makes and models and they were a one stop shop for my needs. I had no intention of buying a car that day but the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and when I left there I was driving my very first brand new car. Very good experience on the purchase end of my dealings with Ricart. Since I haven't had my car in for service yet, I will not be able to comment on that at this time. Since I owned a Lexus prior to buying the Hyundai Sante Fe, I hope my service experience at Ricart is as good as what I experienced at Germain Lexus of Dublin. Their customer service was beyond exceptional so that is what I expect from Ricart. I hope they won't let me down. To me, that is as important, if not more important, than the purchase experience.

After traveling to 5 different dealerships, and a dozen different sales agents, my wife and I found Adam to be the MOST helpful of anyone we did business with. Adam took the time to answer all of our questions even after we told him we were not interested in purchasing new (although we were). His knowledge of the Hyundai product line is extremely impressive. In july of 2011 I bought a kia sorento from Don, who went above and beyond to let me and my wife check out the vehicle. We drove the car on a long vacation, desided we were just not happy with it,took it back to Don. We explained our displeasure with the vehicle and told him we wanted to trade for Hyundia Sonota as we already own a 2009 sonota and are very pleased with it. He complied by showing us several different sonotas none of which my wife realy liked. He then contacted other dealers till he found one that suited her, made arraignments to personally pick the car up at the dealership and delivered to our home seventy miles away the next morning.

We arrived having NO intention to do anything but look at cars. Joe met us and was so friendly and helpful. He was never pushy but always willing to listen and answer our questions. After we signed the papers he spent a great deal of time helping us get acquainted with the car and answered more questions. So far he has called two or three times to be sure that everything is going well. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. By the way, we really like the car.

This was the 3rd or 4th vehicle my family had purchased from Ricart and as before I was very please. But I must say even though we purchased vehicles there before I was not sold that Ricart would give me the beat deal, so I visited four other dealerships and after several weeks of evaluating the type of vehicle I was interested in and of course talking to sales person and sales managers I came back to Ricart. The salesman (Don) was by far the most friendless, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I encountered. After I had selected the vehicle, I was interested in. Don`s sale manager, who put my deal together, was also very friendless and helpful in meet my financial requirements. After completing all the necessary transactions and the vehicle was ready for delivery Don and I reviewed all the features of the vehicle again and reviewed the various manuals and other documentation that came with this vehicle. Overall this was a great experience.

My trip to Ricart was to purchase my third Elantra. Every time I get one they get better and better. My salesman was Jeremy Harr and I would recommend him to anyone.He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and quite a few a didn't even know that I had. He made numerous follow-up calls after the purchase to make sure that everything was going well and to my satisfaction. I would recomment Ricart and Jeremy to anyone looking for a good experience.

I gave Jason the best ratings because he listened to what we were looking for and what we could afford and found us the perfect car for us. He was not pushy, like most sales persons, but instead helped weigh all the pros and cons about each vehicle we looked at. We were at that dealership 3 different days to look and test drive cars. I had been searching for the new Hyundai Sonata and found exactly what I wanted at Ricart Hyundai. None of the other Columbus area dealerships had the inventory or professionalism I was looking for. Dwen Thomas was my sales woman. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. She took me on test drives, showed me other cars I might like and answered all of my questions. I was also introduced to Shea Sohovich (Sales Director for Ricart Imports), who finalized the transaction. Like the rest of the staff, he was curtious and knowledgable about the product and went over every detail to my satisfaction. Dwen and Shea were involved through the entire process (negotiating through delivery) making sure everything was to my liking, even setting up my bluetooth and radio stations. I had a great experience at Ricart and will definitely return for my next car! Worth the drive.

Me and my buddy went to see the new 2011 Hyundai Sonata, the car was great and the test drive was awesome. When we went in to do the paperwork and to talk numbers, a financial manager type guy came to talk to us. When we were talking numbers the manager guy kept pushing me into buying the car at a unresonable price. I only said I would think about it because I didn't want to buy it at that price. The manager kept pushing me saying that you couldn't find this price anywhere else. I couldn't work out the numbers in my head so I asked for a calculator and he said he didn't have one. Now if I'm not mistaken, a dealership that big doesn't have a single calculator? I was very displeased with the service, and the disrespect I got from their financial manager. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
