This dealership is superb in all aspects of the business. They all do WHATEVER it take to make sure you are comfortable and COMPLETELY satisfied!!! I am so happy this store is located in my area. I always am fully informed so i can make an educated decision about what needs to be done or not to be done. If you are dealing elsewhere for sales or service you are not receiving the attention you deserve!!

I went to about 12 different dealerships shopping around and Richardson gave me the highest trade in value for my truck and gave me a fantastic deal on my new one.. I did have issues with the front end of my new truck ( at no fault of Richardson) and they fixed it immediately and even gave me a loaner car so I could do my running around for the day. Great experience and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them.

I had been looking for a used F250 super duty when I came across one on the Richardson's website. The price was great so I didn't really expect the truck to be in great condition. When I called they said it was still available and that they would have it ready for me to test drive. the truck turned out to be in good condition and drove really well. They were honest about the condition of the truck and very friendly to work with. They offered a fair trade-in value on my old truck and less than two hours later I was driving out of the dealership in the F250 Super Duty. I will be shopping here first for my next vehicle.

The sales team at Richardson Ford are awesome!!!! They went above and beyond to get me into my 2008 Ford F350. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They not only dealt with me but they also talked and dealt with my wife, and this is a big deal to me. We will definitely be back when it is time to get my wife a new vehicle.

We have been a Richarson Ford customer for many years and keep returning for the pleasure of working with the people that make this a Premier Ford Dealer. It all starts with the sales experience and how we are welcomed as we walk in the door. They have people that care about our needs and desires when buying or leasing a Ford product. Their Service Department makes you feel like a priority in their daily schedule. People go above board to make sure you are satisfied. And if there is a problem . . they WILL take care of it. In fact, we were 1,600 miles away and their Service Dept was willing to express a needed part that seemed unavailable in Florida. Way to Go Richardson! We were called by Ford Motor Corporate to discuss our lease turn-in and they were astounded that this Dealership went above and beyond with Customer Care. If you are near Standish Michigan stop and visit especially if you like F-150 Trucks!.

Standish may be a small town, but this Ford dealer's people have big city experience and salesmanship. On one of our recent trips north, we stopped in at Richardson's Ford to see what was on the lot. My husband saw the 2014 F150 truck in the color and all the options he really wanted for some time. The second time we stopped, the business was open and Tony came out to answer any questions and unlocked it to inspect the excellent condition. On a Monday, on our way to the upper peninsula, we stopped by with further questions and a price we had in mind, Tony and his manager (this review will only spell his name as CN),worked well together and with us to come to somewhat of an agreement. But would only be at that price if we bought by Thursday. We planned to return home from the UP on Sunday for a 9 am doctor appointment on Monday. And of course the business would be closed that Sunday. While still traveling north that day, they both called us to say our price was agreeable and our credit very good. We asked if we should turn around right then to return there. They said if necessary they could deliver the papers to us. That was " 200" to our motel. Well, we couldn't believe when they both called the next day to assure us they would be there at our motel yet that day with the papers to sign and the keys, so that we wouldn't have to cut our vacation short by 3 days. We could stop by and get the truck on Sunday on our way home. We opted instead to be in Standish on Thursday morning for the signing as there were some details we wanted explained on the contract and Tony to show us more operating instructions. Tony said he'd have it fully fueled, washed, detailed and parked inside to have it showroom new on our arrival. He even put 2 new wipers on because one was bad. We're so glad we decided to personally deal with Dennis Zimmer, who did all the financing there at the dealership. There's no one better at what he does in explaining to the decimal point, the terms of the contract, the best interest rate he can get and the optional products available. And no matter how long it took to make everything perfectly clear and comfortable to us. He's so patient with every question and statement we expressed. And promptly cleared up the problem we were having with the Sec. of State's office. He's so excellent at his job. He and Tony made follow up calls to us in the following days. Even though we are 80 miles south of Standish, Tony has us convinced to take the day trip there or stop on our way north again for the oil change, inspection and hand car wash-all for $19.00. We'd do it simply because they made us feel like instant friends.

I have bought a car in Detroit and Adrian. We have a huge ford dealership in midland. I found a car on the web, drove to Standish to look at the car. My whole experience at Richardson was great. The car l was interested in had a little flaw on it and the fixed it no hassle. They gave me top trade for my truck. If you're going to be in the market for a automobile l suggest giving Richardson a try. From the sales staff to the financing l couldn't be happier.

I decided to start buying my cars at Richardson Ford due to terrible experiences down state. I have had nothing but the best from Cien. Everyone I know that is looking for a new car I send their way! It is a quick easy to the point process and I will continue to go to Richardson Ford in the future! Cien also turned a die hard Chevy driver over to Ford!

My experience was pretty good from the moment I called inquiring about a used car in the lot to walking away with my folder of papers the very next day. Phone calls were returned promptly. Dennis, the "financial guy", was very knowledgeable about the financing and products that the dealership was offering. I even appreciated the follow-up phone call a week later.

Eric does a great job of working with his customers and making the searching and buying process quick and painless. I was out of the country when I came across the truck I wanted on their lot, and he held it for me for over a week no questions asked! Couldnt have asked for a better buying experience.

Went to several other dealerships before buying my new ford explorer. First time there, was greeted by Mike who was very knowledgeable and polite. He introduced us to the rest of the staff working that day and everyone made us feel no pressure in buying and helped us find what we were looking for. I had to get tires immediately for my car due to a blow out, and the need to get to work. Richardson Ford in Standish had the tires I needed in stock and were able to get me in and out right away with no inconvenience. The service tech Kyle Lavoy was quick and friendly and took great care of my car while he was working on it. Kyle took the extra time to put everything back into the car exactly has it was.

Eric Richardson understands the value of customer service. I told him what I was looking for in terms of mileage and price, and not only did he get me exactly what I asked for...he got me better than I asked for! Less mileage and a cooler car than I expected - I just love it! The gas mileage is awesome and everything was done very quickly. I don't like "playing the game" of buying a car - and Richard Ford outperformed my expectations! I'll be coming back for my next one!

I was searching for a 2013 Ford Escape and found one on Richardson Ford Inventory. Requested information on the vehicle. I was promptly contacted and provided all the information I requested. I requested a remote starter and provided them with information on a trade-in. When I set up for a test drive they had all the pricing including the remote starter. While I tested the 2013 Escape they tested my trade-in and gave me top dollar above the Kelly Blue Book for a very good vehicle. They gave me the vehicle to take home to test with my wife (since we live 32 miles from the dealership). They were willing to let me have the vehicle overnight if I wanted. We agreed on the pricing which was a fair price off of the MSRP and showed me the inventory price which was only a couple of hundred from the selling price. They gave me all the discounts for the 2013 model year. They demonstrated all the features on the car. I only spent less than an hour from the time I walked in with my trade-in and drove off with my new vehicle. I had no pressure on selling me extended warranties, external finishing, cloth protection,etc. It was a very pleasant experience that I would highly recommend to a friend, relative, or anyone interested in my experience. I would definitely go back for a repeat performance!
