Everyone at the Rick Bokman GMC was friendly and helpful. From my 1st email asking about a vehicle (response was within 10 minutes of open) to the final purchase. My salesman was Brandon who was very helpful and professional. When I returned to sign the financing and pick up the vehicle, Aaron Handled all the paper work and was very friendly and professional. The buying experience was probably the most enjoyable new car purchase I've had and I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. We also have a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Rick Bokman will be my first stop to look at buying or leasing a new one when the lease expire a year from now. Excellent Customer Service!

Wait time wasn’t bad at all. Nice lounge area to wait for service being done. Charging stations for phones was cool

The Service Dept. is amazing, went in for an oil change and tire rotation and Gary caught that I needed a NYS inspection this month! I totally forgot, and having them take care of my Terrain adds a layer of protection that I don't need to worry about! Thank you Rick Bokman Inc!

Personnel are always courteous and helpful. Usually prompt service and no unnecessary waits. Work is satisfactory and honest w/no high pressure or performing unnecessary repairs.

Everyone is very helpful and thorough with any service or recommended maintenance. As well, the dealership is very fluent in a timely manner. I really enjoy the comfortable atmosphere while waiting for my vehicle. Within any experiences at the dealership; they have always been very positive and relaxing.

After an extensive search for a low mileage 2013 Corvette Grand Sport, I found an excellent looking car at Bokman Inc., I emailed the dealership in Olean, NY and was promptly contacted by the Internet Sales Manager Phil Mosher. I was given detailed information on the car and a deal was quickly negotiated. Mike Bokman was also very helpful. The Corvette was delivered to my home in Illinois and was just as described/displayed in the dealer photos.Great all-around experience! LT, SZ Chicago, IL

Went to Bokmans alone (female), seeking a simple front-end alignment. They stated I needed a new steering rack because mine was leaking badly. I was told the repair would cost $1,400.00 and I was informed that they couldn't do the alignment because of needing this part replaced first. I was charged $21.55 for their 'evaluation.' I immediately took my vehicle to an independent NY State Certified mechanic whom put my vehicle up on the rack and invited me to look at car's rack and pinnion assembly. He stated that the steering rack WASN'T leaking badly and he discovered that my plastic 'boot' (part of this assembly) showed evidence of THREE intentional cuts. He stated that these cuts were deliberate, as they are NOT possible from normal 'wear and tear' of this particular part!! Therefore, Bokman: did not give me my requested front-end alignment, they fabricated a very expensive required repair ($1,400), and there's strong evidence that their 'repair' technician intentionally damaged my vehicle in an attempt to make his 'recommendation' more believable.I will NEVER: recommend this dealership nor their service department to anyone. Nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them.

Smooth transaction! Very little back and forth. I feel I was given a far deal with minimal hassle. The whole process from making the deal to driving off the lot was less than six hours.

As a woman, purchasing a vehicle by myself can be overwhelming. I was nervous I would be intimidated into making a purchase I was not comfortable with. I am happy to say that my experience at the dealership was the exact opposite. My salesman never pressured me and I felt like I was talking to a friend. He got me a payment LOWER than what I expected!! I told him I travel a lot in the winter for school and he got me into an suv that is not only attractive, but really safe to drive in bad road conditions. He seemed to make my safety his number one priority. I really appreciate everything they did for me at Bokman's!

I was very pleased with the attention I received at Rick Bokman dealership while purchasing my truck. I felt my salesman was very thorough and covered all the details of the sale efficiently and accurately. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. They kept working with me until we found a monthly payment I could afford and got me a fair rate from the bank. I am very happy with my truck and look forward to coming in again.

Fred's service team at Rick Bokman Inc is top notch! They repaired my wife's Yukon after she drove it through the garage door and smashed the rear window. Their work is quality, customer service is excellent, shop is clean. I won't go anywhere else for service!

Horrible customer service cannot follow simple directions. Very rude will not return calls or emails. Very unprofessionalhad to call gmc for help in trying to obtain a refund after poor installation of tonneau cover. Would not call mfg. As asked to 3 times
