Brought car in for service. Made an apt for a flashing light, 5 hours later I received my car back with light working properly. Car was washed and cleaned. Friendly staff. I would say 5 hours was an extremely long time for a simple fix. A loaner car should have been offered if they weren't able to repair it in a timely manor.

Friendly Staff comfortable waiting area, be prepared to wait busy place, services preformed but had to go back for a correction, no issues on return they took care of it immediately. Thank you Rick Case service dept.

I had an amazing service experience. I had scratched my rim Maserati and I called Guillermo to see what needed to be done. Rick Osorio called me saying that I had purchased wheel protection and that was great news. I came and dropped my car off in the morning and they had loaner ready and everything. I will keep coming to them for my services and any other need.

Overall amazing service. Guillermo was very helpful and coached me on a lot of stuff my car needed and made me feel informed on my vehicle. I use to go to Carmax to get my oil changes, not anymore thanks to the service advisor I know Rick case has better prices and does an amazing job at washing vehicles which is a complimentary program. I will be coming in to Rick case for all my vehicle needs from now on. I highly recommend the service.

I brought my vehicle in to get serviced and was greeted and treated like royalty. I was informed of every single thing that was done to the car and everything was done in a timely fashion. Terrible service department!!! They had my car for 3 days and never called me with the status update!! I called the service department multiple times for 3 days only to be transferred from department to department and eventually voicemail. No one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls!!
