My 2016 4-Runner purchase has been a great one. I looked around Iowa for the best price for the 2016 and for my 2008 trade-in price. Rick Collins Toyota staff was able to provide me the best prices. Rigo and Ryan were supportive as I made my decision. I am grateful for the respectful services from Rigo and Ryan. Rigo located my vehicle and drove hours to obtain it. The dealership staff made the car purchase a great experience. The new 2016 is an excellent vehicle. Thanks!

I had the absolute best experience working with Matt Collins on the purchase of my Toyota Camry. I went to the dealership looking for a used car with low mileage and came home something way better! Matt let me test drive every vehicle that I was interested in. I had previously looked at a car that was the most amazing color, and Matt listened to every detail that I shared. While we were talking over which vehicle I liked better, he had another idea in mindand it was an amazing one. He had a 2015 Camry with all the features and exact color I wanted. The level of customer service provided by Matt went above and beyond all of my expectations, and I am so happy with my purchase!!

I bought a Toyota Corolla from Rick Collins Toyota and had a wonderful experience going through the buying process. I live in Sioux Falls. I went to the local dealer and was not happy with my experience there. Matt Collins at Rick Collins was very helpful in quickly working with me to get the exact car I wanted with the configuration I had in mind. I am very happy that I went down to Sioux City to buy the car instead of the local dealer. I would absolutely recommend anyone buying Toyota's in the region to go with Rick Collins Toyota - Sioux City. Also want to thank Chris Schneiders (Finance dept) for taking time and going through and explaining each option for finance and what adds and changes would work for me. He made signing paperwork for the car - a good and calm process which I appreciate.

I just purchased my second Toyota Camry from Rick Collins Toyota. I traded in my 2009 Camry which I still loved but Rigo Gonzalez my sales consultant was able to get me a good price for my trade in and got me into a 2015 Camry SE. I have always experienced great polite service at this dealership.

My 5 year old and I stopped in on a Saturday to look at trading vehicles. I had recently emailed the dealer and was promptly replied to. That made me decide to stop into the dealership and make a deal with Matt and his team. They have a friendly staff and help make the little ones content while we were waiting for them to get the vehicle ready for us to go home in. Would recommend to others.

I researched a used car for my daughter on Cars.com and I was extremely well taken care of by Matthew Collins from the moment I clicked the button for more info to the minute I drove off the lot in the car. Matthew was a superstar he stayed engaged, kept me informed, and communicated with me on my time in the way I wanted. The sales process was so easy and hassle free. They gave me great deal without haggling and games. Becky and Matt made the three hour drive to get the car totally worthwhile. I will be looking to Rick Collins Toyota first the next time I need a car.

I had a great experience when buying my 2009 highlander. Prior to my purchase I had visited with Matt Collins numerous times about the vehicle I was interested and the one I eventually purchased. Overall experience from the pre purchase to the actual sale was professional and pleasant. I would recommend this dealership based on my overall positive experience.

My van indicated there was low tire pressure early Saturday morning, February 1st. I went to the Toyota dealership nearby and asked them to check it as I was from out of town and needed to be back on the road. They not only checked the tire pressure but checked the tire further and found an imbedded nail. They repaired the tire, free of charge, and I was back on the road in about 1/2 hour. If this is how all Toyota dealerships treat their walk-in customers, I would purchase another Toyota, if just for the peace of mind I would be able to receive such prompt service while on the road. Thank you Rick Collins Toyota!

I was looking forward to lease a Toyota Corolla for 24 months and began shopping around. after sending an online request through Toyota official site to local dealers, Matt Collins from the Toyota dealer promptly responded to my request. I was pleased with the willingness and consistency to work with me in finding the right Corolla that would best fit my interest. Thanks to Matt's request follow up, i was able to decide with the specific corolla i was looking for.The leasing process went smooth as he was more than willing to work with me to settle for an affordable price.

First contact was by e-mail with Matt very informative. We were met by Billy at the door and he responded quickly to our questions providing detail answers and very friendly seeking to make everything go smoothly for us. Also concern for our comfort and if we were understanding the process and keeping us informed of time and what was happening as we waited.

The service department provides friendly and prompt service. It is because of the service department that I chose to buy another Toyota.I started out with the "build your own Toyota" feature on the Toyota.com website. After I clicked on the car appraisal link, Matt C. contacted me to discuss the kind of vehicle I was looking for. We talked a while and then scheduled a time for me to come in and look at what was on the lot. Since that phone conversation, Matt followed up with a second call to tell me about a vehicle that had just been brought in, and that he thought it was just what I was looking for. He was right. I stopped in for a test drive and bought the RAV4 that evening. Matt is very personable and easy to talk to. He continues to follow up with other mailings that are of interest to a new car owner.I recommend Rick Collins Toyota because the sales and service teams make one feel like family.

We found our Toyota 4Runner online. I sent an email inquiring about it & I received a respsone from Michael right away. We did all of our negotiating over the phone & by email which was great because we live about 3.5 hours away. Michael worked with us on the price, was really nice, and didn't push us to buy something we didn't want. When we decided to make the drive to look at it & most likely purchase it, Michael let us know he would be out of town, but we would be meeting with his brother Ryan. It was really nice of him to let us know he would be gone & who we would be meeting with. When we arrived, Ryan met us at the door with a smile. It was raining, so Ryan had the 4Runner brought inside so we could look it over without standing in the rain and he had it detailed for us too. The 4Runner looked exactly like the pictures they had online and it also had all the functions that were listed. Sometimes what you see online is not what you get, but that was not the case this time. After our test drive, Ryan went over every detail of the 4Runner, inside & out. Ryan knew we had a infant son and he showed us how/where to install our car seat in the 4Runner. We knew that this was the vehicle we wanted and we were so happy that our long drive and months of searching for the right vehicle paid off. While we waited for Becky the finance manager, we were offered coffee & snacks (cookies, doughnuts, fresh fruit). Becky was very friendly and went over all the paperwork in detail with us and answered all of our questions. She informed us of the extended warranty options, but did not push us to purchase anything. We did purchase the extended warranty. Ryan had the tank full of gas and walked us out to the 4Runner in the rain. We had a great experience before, during, and after the dealership. We had such an overall positive experience, we already know that we will go to Rick Collins Toyota Scion for all of our future vehicles.

Six trips to Toyota service departments for the same problem, four wasted days off, 26 emails, countless calls to dealership(s), numerous phone conversations with Toyota Customer Care, four days without a vehicle, hundreds of miles driven to Toyota service departments, and IT STILL LEAKS! I was in negotiations with a used truck purchase. Scheduled the inspection and spoke with my salesman and told him that the inspector would be in touch with the dealership to work out the exact time (within 24 hours).Seems another manager at the dealership knew this, spoke to another customer telling that party to get in by mid morning before the inspection. The cust. did and purchased the truck while it was being inspected!Spoke with the sales manager on duty about this, who said they would call me if the truck sold or not. Well they never called. Seems they used my inspection to add some urgency to the sale. Even though they knew that my inspection agent had an appointment and yet still sold the vehicle. It is not illegal to work in this manner, but if a customer has scheduled a time to see a vehicle, you use that to your advantage and bring in another buyer - that is plain bad business. Or good business if you want to make a buck and don't care about your reputation or customer. Most dealerships don't behave in this kind of manner thankfully, I have purchased over a dozen cars over the years and well this ranks as one of the worst dealerships in the country.Do not use this dealer they will not treat you right or give any quality service, plenty of other dealers out there - buyer beware of these folks.

Called and asked many questions since I had to drive 100 miles and felt good about the responses I received. TWO days after I purchased the vehicle, the engine light came on!! Had advanced auto turn off the light and made an appointment with my mechanic the next day. I then told the dealership that if it did not check out, I would be bringing it back. Their response was we are not ford and there is NO 3 day lemon rule/law. 2 days later the engine light came back on at approximately 125 miles. Took back to my mechanic and it was a O2 sensor and a speed sensor. The next week went back to the shop, this time was the 2 rear O2 sensors.Soon after the engine light came back on and it went back to the mechanic. Misfire on bank 5 (spark plug). Took it to Ford to have the spark plugs replaced. Ford says previous owner ignored the misfire, which sent unburnt fuel to catalytic converter and fried it. Soon after the engine light came back on and went back to my mechanic. Catalytic converter on driver's side replaced. After the 2 rear sensors were replaced and the dealership basically told me to pound dirt, I posted my fustrations on their facebook page. Days later I talked to Ryan Collins and he finally admitted that they knew their was mechanical defects with the truck. He then told me that if someone showed up in Omaha, I would pay dearly. Made a police report and am following up with attorney general's office, dealer licencing board and the bbb.

Bill was $200 higher than what the service writer's verbal estimate was and they did not call me like I asked if bill was over $500 as I had marked at vehicle drop off. I spoke to service about the additional cost and the service writer then said that is the normal cost on that repair (timing belt, water pump and sbelt); did not seem to care that 1. the bill was $200 higher than the other service writer's estimate and 2. and was not concerned when I said that I had listed that I had wanted a call if the bill was over $500. Customer service called me the next day to see how my service was and I explained to her about the bill and she said they would be back in touch with me about that issue and no one has called (20 days ago). Also, parts dept -- I canceled ordered parts as I was told that it 'would be a couple of weeks'. I went down to the dealership and was told that the parts were on a 5 week backorder which they did not tell me at the time of purchase. I wish I could remember the service writer's name but I cannot.

I can't imagine a worse experience. I flew 1,100 miles to Iowa to pick up a Certified 2008 Tundra. Before the purchase, I had asked a lot of questions about the condition of the truck. I was concerned about dents and dings being beyond normal. They replied with pictures of a few scratches but said the truck was otherwise perfect. I also asked about interior rattle and squeaks. Im particularly annoyed by these kinds of things. They assured me that everything was fine. So after a long flight, they picked me up and took me to the dealership.Immediately, I noticed rust on the tail gate and on the rear bumper. Then, I saw there was a poorly applied aftermarket clear bra which was discolored, dirty, and scratched. A visual inspection of the exterior revealed numerous scratches, chips, and dings. Despite this, we decided to take the truck for a test drive. Immediately, I noticed a stench of dirty dog inside the truck. During the test drive, there were a couple of rattling noises coming from the dash board. So clearly, they did nothing to inspect this vehicle for a potential customer coming such a long distance to make a purchase. At first, I decided not to buy the truck. The dealer drove me to a hotel and agreed to try and fix the issues. While I was desperately trying to find a flight home, they called to inform me that they had taken care of the smell with an ionizer. They had also removed the clear film and some aftermarket door edge guards. Late in the evening they brought the truck back to the hotel. It was dark and very cold so I tried to be quick inspecting the exterior. The interior now smelled less like a dirty dog and very bleachy which is normal with an ionizer. The effect of the ionizer did a good job of covering up the smell. When I asked about the dog smell, the sales manager (the owners son) said he knew the previous owner and then he didnt have a dog. When I pointed out the dog hair on the interior, he cited that the detailer they hired to clean the truck for them may have had a dog. What a joke!Since I couldnt get a flight back home, I grudgingly agreed to purchase the truck. Since then, Ive had nothing but trouble with it. The gas pedal required 14 (yes fourteen) phone calls to Toyotas Customer Care and two trips to the dealer to fix. The dog smell is back. Collins Toyota agreed to send me a check for $300 so I could have the interior professionally cleaned. After 3 days of work at the detailers, it appears to be gone. When I took the truck in for an inspection, they found that the alignment was off. Apparently, the Toyota certification process does not include a check of the alignment. To me, thats pitiful. For what ever reason, the tech who did my inspection noticed a scratch on the roof of the truck that extended from the front to the back. In other words, there is a 4 foot scratch on the roof which is so deep that it cant be polished out.Toyota Customer Care did nothing about the rust or alignment citing that I had to take it up with Collins Toyota. Several calls to the dealer yielded absolutely no help whatsoever. Both Collins Toyota and corporate Toyota took a passive aggressive approach once I started bringing these issues to their attention.Toyota made me take the truck to my local dealer and the service advisor agreed that this truck has some serious rattling issues. He said he would call Toyota about it and see what could be done. Two weeks pass and I heard nothing from the dealer so I called and they said Toyota will cover this as good faith but youll need to pay about $75 to $100 for the labor. What the heck? Are you kidding? Toyota is going to cover the thirty cents worth of Teflon spray they are going to use. And I have to pay $75 to $100 thats all? The service advisor then told me that even with this money spent, it would probably still rattle. I cant believe how this purchase event unfolded. It just went from bad to worse and no one seemed to care. The bottom line is that you cant trust Collins Toyota (especially Ryan Collins) and you cant count on Toyota to help you out when you need it.

Just bought a Toyota Sienna and a older car for our son. Very good expience and would go back again. John W. was very helpful and very patient with us. All the people we worked with were very friendly and knowledgable. My wife hates car shopping and she was very pleased with the work from Rick Collins and his staff. Would go back again for sure.

BEST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA!I recently purchased a second Toyota from Rick Collins Toyota in Sioux City. As usual, Ryan treated us very well and I would definitely buy a car from him again. He is very friendly and they also have an excellent service department as well. Ryan is very dependable and trustworthy, too. We will be looking to purchase antoher Toyota in the next year or so and we WILL plan to get it at Rick Collins Toyota. Over the years, I have bought quite a number of cars from various dealerships and they are truly the best I've found. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a dependable vehicle (Toyota), friendly staff, good service, and a fair price.

I will keep buying Toyotas from Rick Collins as long as they are here in Sioux City. Ryan Collins helped me and did a great job. He was very friendly easy to talk with. They were very helpful and flexible on what my options were for financing and payments. I got the exact vehicle I wanted and love it! Most of the time, buying a car isn't a good experience. Not at Rick Collins Toyota. They are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. You don't feel any pressure at all to get into something you aren't 100% comfortable with. This is my 3rd Toyota, all from Rick Collins, at it won't be my last. Keep up the good work!

Ryan was great to work with. Anytime he made a pledge or promise, he kept it and always kept me informed. He was honest and sincere. A pleasure to work with. The dealership was willing to negotiate on the price and seemed very committed to making me happy. Please note, this dealership is 190 miles away from where I live, but they had the Certified used Prius I was interested in.
