I dropped my BMW off for service & was driven to work using their shuttle service.After being picked up when I was off work I was driven to my beautifully washed car. Even the washer fluid was topped off along with its maintenance service. All the staff is friendly & knowledgeable & patient.

Mike, here I am, a BMW man through and through, driven BMW's for years, love the M3 and currently looking to get another to replace the one I recently wrecked. My wife also has been driving BMW's for years, she's currently in a turbo-charged 5 series sedan. Then you invite me to Porsche's Ultimate Driving Experience on August 5, 2016 at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham AL. First, I got to drive the Cayenne on the Off-Road course, then at the Racetrack, I got to drive (in this order) Porsche's Boxer S, Cayenne S, Panamera S and the 911 Carrera S. Each lap getting faster and faster. Each car getting faster and faster until I was in that 911, Hot Damn. Then I got to go on a hot-lap in a 911 Turbo S with an instructor. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY FLYING!!!! I swear he had our car sliding on some of those turns. I was grinning so hard my face hurt the rest of the day.Then on to take some laps at the Auto-Cross course in 2 Boxers, then we learned about Lane Change and Braking techniques in a Carrera S and then got to slide around on the Skid-Pad, finishing up with a Turbo-Launch in a 911 Turbo S with an instructor (0-60mph 2.8seconds). Oh, and ALL of these Porsche's were BRAND NEW 2017's, not 2016, but 2017's !!!! I LOVED IT. I felt like a kid waiting to get on the rides at Disney World.I had a great time and I fell in love with those cars, the fit, finish and performance, has me rethinking my next car. Also has me thinking that Louise might be driving a Porsche soon. I really liked the Cayenne for her, but after speaking to a few of the other participants, who owned the Macan, I think Louise will like it too.Mike, Thank you and Rick Hill for inviting me to Porsche's Ultimate Driving Experience. Their Facility at Barber, the racetrack and the museum is first class. The instructors were great and fun too. Jerry, Ronnie and everyone from the dealership were lots of help too.I didn't even mind spending $50 on a Porsche T-shirt, that's how much I love it, man!!! I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon!!I've always enjoyed doing business with Rick Hill BMW, I'm sure I'll enjoy doing business with Rick Hill Porsche.Thanks again

I tried posting this review once today and it has somehow disappeared so I'm writing it again because I feel so strongly about the negativity of my experience. I recently visited Rick Hill Imports to buy a Porsche. I walked around the lot (where I was the only customer in sight) for about 15 minutes before a salesman finally came out to see what I wanted. I started asking questions about a particular model and the only response I got back was "I don't know". As it turned out, I knew more about Porsches and their options than he did. I asked him for his best price and he went inside to ask "someone". After about 10 more minutes of waiting outside he came out with the sticker price less $1000. After all this, I decided that my business nor presence was wanted nor appreciated , so I left and apologized for wasting his time. The salesman never shook my hand, introduced himself, or asked for my name. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional. One of two things must have happened: either they are selling Porsches at a blistering rate and have no need for my business or I was ignored because I wasn't wearing my Rolex and three piece suit. Either way, I see no reason whatsoever to visit this dealership again. I am going to buy a Porsche and I wanted to buy local but I learned long ago that my money will spend anywhere. Therefore, I will be making my Porsche purchase in NC, KY, or OH. I warn anyone thinking of going to this dealership that if they desire knowledgeable and friendly service to think about looking elsewhere. This was the worst experience that I've ever had at any dealership....bar none. Thanks Rick Hill for teaching me that trying to buy local is a frivolous act!

Rick Hill BMW service personnel were friendly, polite and very helpful. Because my car had to be "reprogramed" after taking care of the recall item, I was provided with a loaner vehicle. By noon the next day, I received a text message letting me know that my car was ready. My car had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up.This, as usual, was a very good experience.

I have been exclusively a Rick Hill customer for 24 years. I've had 2 300 series coupes and 2 Z series. I am always treated courteously, the advisors are very knowledgeable, and the staff in general is polite, well dressed, and polished. The facility itself is always shiny and clean. I would also like to mention my salesman, Robyn Wilson, who was helpful and knowledgeable when I purchased my X1 this winter. He made the purchase process streamlined and a pleasant one.

With minimal negotiation, final terms of trade between a 2013 Volvo and the selected car were commensurate with figures as derived through online research. My initial contact was with Karen who was very courteous and offered several options for getting my car repaired including a "loaner". I was surprised at the level of service even though the vehicle was purchased elsewhere. The appointment was set, repairs made, and the car was washed and vacuumed in less than 2 hours. Great friendly staff. I was having an issue with the A/C unit on my older BMW and was concerned it was a major problem. They were able to get me in quickly and determine that it only needed coolant. I had the car back in short order blowing nice cool air. They also washed it. Very good experience!!!

I had never dreamed that my next car would be a Mercedes and when I stopped by to look it appeared as though I was right. However, I drove two cars that weren't quite right for me and Buddy Babb listened to the cons of the two vehicles and didn't try to pressure me in a direction. Two days or so after I left, he contacted me with a details and pictures of a specific vehicle that he thought might be just what I wanted, again, no pressure, just being very helpful. As it turns out it was my new car he messaged me about and he went out of his way to make sure everything was right with the car before I came to pick it up. In contrast to tactics and strategies I have experienced at other dealerships, where it seems like they just want to get you in a car and out the door, whether it is the right fit or not, at Rick Hill, I felt as though they knew that the right car would sell itself to me and their focus was more on service and a smooth, pleasant experience. My car is not the first that someone in my family has purchased from them and it won't be that last. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the level of service and professionalism I experienced.

I purchased a 2010 BMW 328i from Rick Hill and the buying process was awesome. Our sales person (Randy) and finance person (Scott) where outstanding. Through no fault of theirs there was a problem with the BMW Assist. They had to keep the car for 3 days for repair. But, Zach Hill and Jeff Wilson called me everyday (sometimes 2x/day) to keep me informed of the repair. Very impressive that they kept me up-to-date on the repairs. I appreciate greatly their concern and care for me as well as the excellent repair job. Everyone I dealt with was first rate! I will definetely be back in the future.

Rick Hill BMW of Kingsport was a great option for me to purchase a BMW. Sales Rep, Randy, did a great job finding what I wanted, explaining the vehicle, and was a very professional sales rep. The finance rep was great as well. He knew what I needed and was able to help me with that. All of the folks at Rick Hill were very friendly and I consider this dealership to be one of the best in the Tri-Cities area for the purchase of a vehicle.

I have bought 3 new BMW's from this dealer ship over the last 6 years. With each purchase the dealership has always met or exceeded my expectations. The sales and service staff has always provided a professsional approach supporting the purchase of the car and it's continued maintenence. Needless to say, my continued business with Rick Hill Imports supports my comments.

Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
