Are you tired of spending your hard earned money at businesses that don't care about you? Thankfully, customer service is not a thing of the past at Rick Weaver's Service Department. Which came as a pleasant surprise considering some of my experiences as of late. Angelo Lombardi, who is the Service Department Manager, personally answered all of my questions in regard to my vehicle and he also took notes. Then after going over my vehicle from bumper to bumper he then insisted on showing me what they had discovered. We went down the list item by item and he took the time to explain everything to me in understandable terms. Now, you might be thinking that's what they're supposed to do ... Yes, but let's be honest a lot of businesses don't take pride in their work. They are not attentive to detail. Nor do they care about you fully understanding what needs to be done and why it needs done. Oh, and even worse a lot of businesses will tell you it's been done and even charge you when the work was not performed. So, if you're tired of being taken advantage of, want a business who genuinely cares about good customer service and gets the job done I recommend Rick Weaver's.

Our sales person,Ron Agnew made this a very easy purchase. Everyone we have come in contact with are just wonderful to work with. Not only do they take the time to listen to what you need but make sure you get it. You never feel like you are pressured and they follow up to be sure you are Happy with your purchase

Customer service was excellent, staff were genuine, courteous, and attentive to all services requested. I was pleasantly surprised my vehicle was washed after being serviced; most dealerships don't wash your vehicle after service and this sets Rick Weaver Buick above all others. I had concerns buying an expensive used vehicle and this service appointment helped establish confidence in GM and Rick Weaver Buick; I now have peace of mind that my vehicle's service needs are covered by a competent service team.

My initial contact was by phone with Jim Wozniak and then with both Jim and David Alfieri in the finance department once I came in to the dealership. I appreciated the honest, straight forward approach by both of them and their eagerness to listen to my needs. We worked together to negotiate a deal that was fair and met my needs. I also appreciated their willingness to offer any and all rebates and incentives that I qualified for - which helped lower the price of the vehicle. When I did my research online while looking for a car dealership, I saw that Rick Weaver GMC had a high percentage of satisfied customers that praised the dealership culture and staff. I now see why...it is well deserved.

Jim Wozniak was very helpful. He kept in touch with us as we were waiting for our Canyon to be delivered, and afterwards helped us with the accessories we bought. He was great to work with. Really followed through and went beyond what we expected.

Super fast and always done right ..I have always waited for my car while it was serviced and they come out and let u know how much longer you have. .and they tell you if they see something wrong and they don't push for you to get it done there. They want u too but they don't force or push you into it

I leased a GMC Terrain through Rick Weaver Buick GMC and had an excellent experience. The staff listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the ideal car. From there the process of leasing the car was simple and hassle free. Any needs I've had since the purchase have been handled perfectly by their service staff, including going out of their way after some repairs to make sure everything was done perfect. Rob Cisek my sales associate was very knowledgeable in GMC products, Rob went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was never pushy and always put my needs first in my new car buying experience. Rob made my new car buying experience a pleasure. I would defiantly buy again from Rick Waver GMC but only from Rob. I would also refer friends and family to Rick Weaver. At Rick Weaver they had a descant amount of inventory, but with the many options that GMC. offers on there vehicles it would of been nice to have more to choose from on the lot. I had the option to locate a car to ship to Rick Weaver, but decided on a terrain that fit my needs that was already there. I would recommend having more inventory on hand that would make Rick Weaver a GMC super center. the show room was well maintained and all other staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to. the finance department was very helpful in explaining all paper work and terms. we also got a tour of the service department. The manger and service crew introduced them selfs and were very nice and polite. I would like to stress to GMC. that they have a extremely Awesome team of people working at Rick Weaver. Service record so far is not very good. I took my Acadia in for a recall after making the appointment one week in advance. I sat for an hour only to have the "service manager" come tell me that they don't have the part in inventory. Unbelievable. They said they have no system in place to see if parts are available and to notify customers before bringing in their car for repair. I could never run a service business that poorly. And now my tires are leaking air and they resealed them on Friday only to have them leak again and loose over 5lbs of pressure in 3 days. They said there is nothing they can find and want to charge $20 per tire to "try"to deal them but no guarantees. Guess I have to take it to a real service shop.

We were able to get an appt at our convenience which is great because we live an hour away. The recall was corrected and other service was done quickly! We are thrilled to have the car washed, too!!!! Very professional service!

I had dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. They called within 90 minutes to let me know it was complete. The quick turnaround was very much appreciated.

Great customer service and attention to detail from beginning to end of my purchase of a pre-owned Yukon XL. Rob, the salesman who oversaw the purchase from beginning to end did an excellent job of keeping me informed, and I never felt pressured. F&I was also great. The facilities at Rick Weaver are very impressive, but it still feels like a home town dealership, even though I traveled two hours to get there.

Engine light was on, called and they had me come right in! Turns out it was the timing belt! Took about 1 1/2 hrs. I planned on taking the car home and washing it, the technician offered to wash it for me! Very nice!

I can and will recommend the dealership. It is truly outstanding in sales, service and support. Based upon my experience with GM and OnStar, I will not recommend any GM product nor will I buy another. This is unfortunate as this local dealership will suffer because of Corporate ignorance!

Still often can't read the outside temperature, but I guess the car is designed that way. Heating system working now and the new tires let me climb hills that I haven't been able to this winter. Even though it took 2 or 3 days, it is a relief to have these things taken care of.

I had concerns about some possible damage to my vehicle and explained the situation to the service personel. I also needed an oil change. Within about 40 minutes or so, the oil change, tire rotation and assessment of the potential problem were completed and everything was in good shape. As always I was treated in a professional and courteous manner by everyone I dealt with. Excellent service at Rick Weaver Buick GMC.

It was just for an oil change and check-up...It took a bit longer than I had hoped....( I sat for about an hour and a half....) but overall it was a good experience...Prices are a little higher than I can get service elsewhere but since I purchased the truck here, I figured I'd give you the business....

Once we found the "very specific" vehicle we were looking for at Rick Weaver GMC, the sales rep with whom we spoke was very timely and attentive to our questions and issues. Almost feeling it was all too good to be true, everything with the vehicle ended up being just as promised, even with some additional unmentioned goodies, as this was a used truck. We were very pleased with the entire transaction, and continue to be thrilled with our purchase!

The guys were as helpful as can be! We stopped in today because we are traveling and heard a weird noise coming from the back end of the car. The guys looked it over, said it was no big deal, hammered out a bent piece and charged us nothing for 20 min. of their time. I am 19 and have just purchased a used car. A few weeks back i visited this dealerrship, while i was looking around for a good deal. Nobody came out to help me for over a half hour, i finally asked and was greeted by a completely uninterested employee. He offered no help what-so-ever, insulted me by telling me i couldnt afford a car, and basically did everything he could to ensure that i would never be back again. I am in ROTC in college and he told me that wasn't going to help me buy a car. i dont consider myself stupid and told him i knew that, but with my scholarship it allowed me to save alot of money. No other salesman or dealership was more insulting and less helpful. i will never be back, and i will encourage others to never go to this dealership.
