Having now bought five cars in the last eight years I have a fair amount of experience with dealerships of late comsidering I've visited ten of them. By far the best experience has been at Riverside. I purchased a Chrysler 300 which is the first Chrysler I've owned since 1974 (then a Newport). I'm a former auto mechanic so I know when sales people are trying to B.S. me or out of their depth. The salesperson was a young woman named Carrie who was was not only knowledgeable, but very thorough when it came to explaining systems without having to be prompted. This is the complete opposite of the typical, "We have your money now get out of here." attitude of so many of the car dealers I've dealt with. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tim, the business manager was definitely the best one I've dealt with since 2005. All told it was a very relaxed experience especially thanks to Carrie, a charming young woman, who made passing the time very easy while waiting on the obligatory paperwork, financing, etc.
