Brought in my old Honda CRV for major service, cost $2300+ I am okay with this, willing to pay the costs, brought in on a Friday before 3 day weekend, they ordered the wrong part for my window repair, ask me to come down for a rental, can't have a rental because I don't carry full coverage on my 14 year old Honda. Of course they don't tell me I have to have full coverage for their rental car. The entire time I am dealing with Irwin, and he is patronizing and condescending something that really doesn't sit well with me. Now I can't have my car back until the following Wednesday because the place they get parts from is closed on Saturday so they can't order them until Tuesday. I make them show me the car in pieces and the wrong part, they think I am being unreasonable but I was not, I wanted to be sure they weren't lying to me. There was such an oiliness to the guy I was dealing with. They call me on Wednesday morning and tell me they didn't get the part because a transformer blew and they did not have electricity or internet at the Dealership all day on Tuesday. They knew they didn't order the part on Tuesday but waited until Wednesday morning to tell me, so now I am stuck at work, with no way to get anywhere because my mom has dropped me off and left town. Great customer service don't you think. When I asked why didn't someone pick up their cell phone and call the parts division in Torrance and order the part I was told that just cannot be done. It must be ordered over the internet, when I asked why someone didn't pickup a laptop and go to a place that had internet access and order the part, I was met with mute silence. I guess they aren't the brightest bulbs. Obviously at this point I am really angry and my service guy tells me and I quote "You are calling me incompetent" which literally pushed me over the edge. I NEVER called him incompetent how dare he indicate that I said something I NEVER said. However I do believe they are incompetent. I run a company and if my internet and electricity went out, I have a backup plan. I had to tell this individual to never call me again and to assign me a different service person as I would not deal with him any further. Lets just hope they fix the vehicle correctly and that I NEVER EVER have to return to them for anything. Funny thing is that over the weekend we decided to buy another Honda, going to Moreno Valley for the purchase.

I've been to many dealership and this dealership out weight all of them because of their excellent customer service, especially my sales man Ron Moe, he is an outstanding sales man and he was excellent in taking care of us and he kindly educated me on the Honda Civic and Pilot accessories & pricing, no hidden fees also the closer Juan was awesome treated us with respect and kindness he was able to get the price to an affordable range for me to pay especially my monthly payment. I love my brand new 2016 Honda Pilot , thank you Riverside Honda for making it happen for me and my daughters and my two dogs we are enjoying the space that was needed for our family.

As a first time buyer I must say my experience with Honda of riverside was a very good one. I had gone to other Honda dealers but was not happy because the salesmen were so pushy and non-willing to work with my budget. So much that even one of their managers said "oh forget about this car, how about maybe a used car?" This was my fourth visit to a dealer. So when I came to Honda of riverside I was a bit nervous for the outcome, little did I know it would be wonderful! I was met by Joal Uribe Alamo, I explained my previous expo wrenches to him and he was very appologetic, I also told him my financial situation and he was very understanding and willing to help. He never made me feel that the car I wanted was out of reach. After negotiating and some input from his manager we both reached to an agreement that's was affordable for me. I was able to get the car I wanted! He did not push me to get another car or try to change my mind. He also made sure to go over ALL the features in my new car very diligently. He made sure I left feeling comfortable and with no questions. If you ask me I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. They are kind, professional, and best of all very understanding and willing to help, with no pressure! What more can you ask for. The salesman and floor manager and finance lady were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My salesman helped went above and beyond to help me find my drivers license. The floor manager understood my situation and and made me feel like he was a friend. The finance lady was very nice and was a Dodgers fan. That sealed the deal right there.

They called me to make an appointment for a airbag recall and then when I arrive there, they tell me that they didn't receive the part and can't do it that day. They should've had the decency to call me an tell me not to come in rather than make me drive all the way out there and then telling me about it. On top of that, since I was already there, I asked what the price of getting my tires rotated was and the lady there tells me that it is $89.99. So I choose not to do it and then come home to find that they have a coupon to rotate tires for $19.99. I'm pretty sure the lady just lied about the price because I highly doubt that their coupon and standard price would be off by $60.

What a joke by the floor sale person.. Call me anytime ask me and I'll call you back what a lie.. Oh yes leave your car for six hours find away home if you live more than ten miles. Don't get your car tinted over there, what a misstake I made. The guy is a.jerk... He sloppy he does a bad work leaving lint in the film. He does not do quality workmenship. I had to go somewhere else to get the work done. And glad I did. The told me they would reimburse me to replace the film. I'll never buy another car over there. No trust in there vender. They recommended him to us there as part of a package. Dum the guy I went to is the best and the film is the best.. Quality is key :-) never believe everything Honda of Riverside sales you. But I did get a good deal on car and trade in.. Thanks to the owners son and sales manager. Reason for visit to redo rear window tint... Plus they don't tell you when they make a appointment a ten in the morning it's going to take six hours. More than 10 miles find your way back. If you live 15 miles they make it hard. Just bad business to customers.

Went in for a lease special, and they changed the price and misled me. This was my first lease, and wasn't fully aware of all the financial terms. I had the exact terms on the lease special printed out, and they still gave me another price. When I showed this to someone, they concluded I was ripped off.Took to finance manager, and he yelled at me and called me a liar. This place should be shut down on customer service alone. I've never experienced such rude, hostile, disgusting behavior as I have with their finance manager. I will never shop there again, and I will tell everyone my story! You can believe that!

They had me drive around in a car for 2 months before realizing they couldn't finance it. Gave me back a filthy trade in and I have to hound them for everything. They did not communicate anything with me. Any time they said they would do anything I either ended up waiting in the lobby for two hours or had to call constantly. And Don was rude and blew off all of my complaints. They all acted like it didn't matter because they worked for Honda and they weren't going to lose their jobs.

Devin Traylor went over and beyond to meet my needs, very catering. My concerns was his concerns, and it was a very warm day out,, but he did not waiver a bit to show me what Honda had to offer me and of course my needs, being I have been a Toyota girl forever!!!! Juan as much was easy going and made me fill confident this was the right car purchase. The entire crew even the person who explained the financial aspect of it she was amazing and professional.I will be referring others to this particular Honda dealer!

This is my 3rd car now that I have purchased from Riverside Honda and I have been beyond happy with their overall service!! I've had the pleasure to work with the same sales agent as well!! His name is John (primo) Flores.. He is down to earth and treats you like a friend not just another $ figure. And he is honest as they can come! I will be back for my more cars I am sure and will definitely refer more people over. I also love that he does whatever it takes to make me a happy camper I received free tint for the new ride and all.. LOVE this place and I adore my new car... I've read the other reviews and sadly you can't make everyone happy but I know xxxx well they did everything in their power to make this girl happy!! Just purchased a CRV with some nice extra items...sun roof, fog lamps, etc. I did several months of research online and visited 3 different Honda dealerships. One was clearly (head and shoulders) above the rest...Riverside Honda. I read that they've won the "Governors Award" four years in a row. They are the only Honda dealership in So Cal that has accomplished that and today I found out why... They answered every question in a professional manner. That answer was followed up by another piece of information that was directly related to the same topic (re-sale value, interest rates, safety rating, options, etc.). The entire time I was going through this process my salesperson AJ was courteous and confident. I never felt forced or rushed in the entire process today (7/5/13). As my wife and I were sitting down with AJ and Juan (our finance rep) we were discussing how much to put down on our choice (and yes, they have a huge selection of cars). When I mentioned to my wife that we might be able to get a better interest rate (every dollar helps) Juan informed us that he could lower the initial low rate they offered! He offered us a rate that beat our credit union (Altura)! I was surprised and happy that they were will to go the extra mile for our business. It pays to shop and compare. On paper and online they had the best offers advertised. What really caught me off guard was the service, selection, price and professionalism at Riverside Honda. I know this post seems like a bunch of bull, but it's not. The next time I buy a car Riverside Honda will be the first place that I come to.

We went there yesterday trying to get some info about our next new family car lease after our existing lease mature in a few months. But ended up driving one back home. This probably happens often, what's unique about our experience is that we met some really great people who helped us sort out our problems and meet our requirements. Mike Nino spent most of his afternoon with us, patiently walked us through new models, features and buying options. His honesty and sincerity moved us to the final deal. We really like him! Through the boring paperwork process, Don made us laugh many times. He is an amicable gentleman! Julio's quote spreadsheet is excellent, saved both of us lots of time. Now we have a new Honda Pilot, and feel an upgrade in our driving experience. Thanks Riverside Honda!

When we got to the dealership we found that the price quote included discounts for recent college graduation and for current military service. Unfortunately I, like most potential customers, did not qualify for these discounts. This added an additional $1000 to the quoted price. If they had told me in advance it would have been no big deal. There was no reason for them to use this gimmic as the bogus quote plus $1000 was a fair deal. When they finally gave me the real price they said that to get this price I had to finance through Honda at 3.9%. If I got the 0.9% that was originally quoted, it would add another $1000 to the price. I was told by 2 sales reps and the finance person that I could pay off the loan after 3 months with no pre-payment penalty. WRONG! The contract did have a pre-payment clause. We'll see how this plays out later on. I'm still undecided as to whether I would recommend this dealership to a friend. I believe that all dealerships are pretty much the same but this one had the car that we wanted. Bottom line is that we got the car we wanted at a fair price but we're still not sure that it was worth the hassle.

Bought a new car from here with a pre-approved bank loan. The manager was extremely rude because I would not finance through them. Mainly because they failed to match the rate for my pre-approved loan. However the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. When i received my car, it was missing a piece in the center console and was scratched (new car). Now I have to go back to get it fixed.

I am at the dealership now writing this review as I am waiting to take delivery of my new 2013 Honda. I had visited a few dealerships before Riverside Honda and everyone was telling me that I wouldn't be able to get financed. I almost gave up hope but Ramiro was very patient with me and didn't treat me like a criminal because of my low credit score like the others did. I really appreciated that and the honesty. I had read a few reviews about Riverside Honda that made me skeptical, but my visit was the best buying experience I have ever had, truly! They got me pre-approved and in and out fast from the finance office. The finance manager was sweet and explained everything very well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, but especially if you have challenging credit issues like myself.

Both Omar and Eduards made me feel some comfortable with my choice. They took their time to make sure that I loved the car I was purchasing. Well, I think this is a very good car dealership not only among Honda, but all cars, the service was so nice and smooth, this was my brother.s and me first visit, and I felt like the staff they know me, and know what I am look for to buying, everybody I dealt with was so helpful and understandable.There were many costumers at that time, not sure because it was a weekend or because people really they like this place, I am sure the later is the reason.I feel everyone was so honest regarding the price of the car that I was dealing on (Honda Insight), that's why I had a very short conversation about the price, the reason I am saying this is because I already know the prices, I have checked, so many sources and websites and have had a good idea about the prices.I would like to thank Dolares for her honesty, and Julio the-wise man-for the great help, and Anthony for his patience about the down payment and everyone there.I totally recommend this dealership to anyone who likes to buy a Honda or any car.

I met the salesperson, Dolores, as soon as I arrived. I told her I was interested in purchasing a new car, either a Civic or a Fit, and we walked through the lot to look at what she had in stock. Soon enough, I test drove a Fit, loved it, and we began the paperwork. I qualified for the Dealer's special, .9% financing for up to 60 months, but opted instead for a 72-month payment plan at 2.99%. Dolores and the Floor Manager worked with me to get the price I wanted (as well as the monthly payments, though we focused on overall price at my request), and they didn't give me a lot of hassle; they didn't insist that I buy the extras that I didn't really want and/or need. Signing the paperwork was quick and painless, and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple short hours. I felt comfortable throughout the experience and I will go through the dealership for future services & purchases. Overall, I'd highly recommend checking out Riverside Honda, and be sure to ask for Dolores! She's amazing.

We purchased a new Honda Pilot on Friday, March 1. We had previously visited the dealership about 2 weeks earlier and had spoken to Omar Fonseca regarding the Pilot. He was informative and answered all our questions at that time, but we were not ready to buy on that day. Omar was professional and did not high-pressure us. He took our name and number for a follow-up call. He did call, but I told him I had a family matter and was very busy. He was so professional and said he would not bother us at that time. We liked him and wanted to give him and Riverside Honda our business. We came back into the agency last Friday and asked for him. He immediately remembered us and our name! We dealt with he and Danny and felt we were treated with respect and courtesy even during the "negotiation" phase of our purchase. The dealer personnel were all extemely courteous and helpful. I just bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Riverside Honda. I was immediately impressed how friendly and helpful everyone that I came into contact was. I was using the USAA car buying service and had been to 2 other dealers closer to my home and neither would honor the pricing. My sales associate, Devin not only gave me the price I wanted, but was able to include some accessories. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable of his product. At no time was I ever pressured. The entire purchasing experience took less than 2 hours. I would recommend Riverside Honda with no reservation.

They bent over backward to sell me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I would totally recommend this dealer and the salesman, Primo.

I just bought a 2013 Honda Pilot. I'm a person who Yelp and Google's everything. I did months of research to find the best deal, best dealership, and best customer service. After watching Kobe and the Lakers destroy Dallas, I was pumped up and ready to buy a new car. I live in Rancho Cucamonga so I past two other Honda dealers to get to Riverside Honda. Besides my research I put on my poker face thinking I was going into a high pressure dealership like many that are. Boy I was wrong. Walking up to the door I was greeted by a car salesman name AJ. Its was almost meant to be. With AJ's professionalism I was impressed. Being in the medical field doing patient care I value a strong work ethic with a personal touch. AJ is just that and more, his name should be A+. He lead us to the right car without asking he priced the car to the exact dollar amount that we wanted. It sounded to good to be true. I was waiting to sit down and everything would change. I was wrong again. This is where Anthony stepped in. My wife is 7 months pregnant so money is tight due to our new baby room ect... We told Anthony our situation and our budget. Anthony worked the numbers found us a loan and a great payment. Guess what we are home with our brand new Pilot. On our way down my wife and I said we are going to be here all day. So we brought a sack lunch jk. No lie less then two hours we found the right car, test drive the car all around Riverside and got financed, and had all the paperwork done. We sit in movie theaters longer then that. What a great place I always wanted a Honda and now thanks to A+ AJ and Anthony we are driving around like happy campers. What a nice car. Thanks again Anthony and AJ my personal Honda dealer see you on our first oil change and when we buy our next Honda. Thanks alot The Curry family.

The first trip went well, and we set up to return to see Kirk and probably buy a Honda Accord. First, however, I checked this website and saw several bad reviews. Although I was hesitant to return, and ready to walk at the first sign of a bad experience myself, we went back anyway. The staff was great overall, with the possible exception of a second salesman who looked like he was trying to poach us away the first one. Otherwise, just a great experience. We got a great price, the exact car and color we wanted, and no hassles or "surprises" like some other reviewers have said. My guess is that this dealership has become aware of the impact of social websites and reviewers, and they really made a change. Probably the best experience I've had in buying a car. Highly recommend Kirk and Henry as well. They were knowledgeable, professional, and remembered all the details from the first visit and phone call.

Sales experience can only be described as horrific. Three and a half hour marathon argueing over price supposedly given by USAA buying service. Sales person after sales person kept coming over and asking me to agree to a total finance charge and monthly payment with no breakdown of what the price included. Was told Honda Finance would not agree to interest rate advertised because price from USAA was so low. Only upon walking out of the dealership did I finally get to see the finance person where I found out they had added $750 to the price for Gap insurance. Finally got the deal I was told would be ready upon arrival. Skip them if at all possible.

This dealership provided world class customer service for me. I contacted them through the phone and was able to lock on a deal through my credit union rep and the dealership's sales rep. Upon showing up at the dealership almost everything was done except a few paperwork with my info and financing. I have had the worst experience with Rock Honda in Fontana, Ca where the sales reps were less knowledgable and not quite as friendly, however this was a totally different experience when I purchased my vehicle from Riverside Honda. I truly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I wanted to buy new Honda Accord. Their internet department gave me the lowest price so I decided to give them a try. They greeted us very well and I really liked that. They were happy to know that I was going to buy new accord from them. However this happiness soon changed in to a generalized gloom from top to bottom when I announced that I would like to trade in my 2007 Camry with them. They offered a ridiculuous price ( 5000 less than KBB) on my car and I had to walk out. They used cars sales represantative was rude enough to tell me that his main interest was in selling his car not buying car. I would not recomend this dealership.

When looking for a new car, my wife and I checked several dealerships, and auto makers. I happened to be by myself when I looked at the Honda CRV. John Flores helped me, and we drove the car to my house to show my wife. She really liked the car, but not the color, and was told they could get one in. Like most people we checked other dealers, price , AAA, Costco, etc. My wife and I came back and drove another car before the car we wanted came in. This one had similar features to the one we bought, so we got to see first hand what we wanted. John helped us again with this one, not knowing if we were going to purchase one from this dealership or not, he was always helpful with any questions we had, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After deciding to buy the Honda CRV, my wife and I decided to purchase this vehicle from Riverside Honda, based on our experience with John and the sales crew. They got the car in for us, just what we were looking for. I want to say to them thanks for the patience they had with us in making an important decision on this car. After we purchased the vehicle, john spent over an hour with us explaining all the features, and setting up the items my wife and I needed help with. I'm sure we will buy a car in the future from this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new car.

Service Dept is very pricey and overcharged! Avoid any Honda Service Dept! Go to license mechanic shop and they do excellent work for much less service fees than this Riverside Honda and any Honda places.Service Dept is just as bad as sales people! They're in for huge profit! Service Dept charges $110.00 per hr Watch out!

Spoke to the online honda consultant online , went to the dealership and wrong car was showwn. Was gonna return to the delership again and deak manager said car is no longer available. Rude and offered no reason - terrible customer service and ive never seen such unprofessionalism!

DO NOT BY A CAR FROM THESE TRICKSTERS!!!!! I came in on the weekend to look at a 2012 white Accord EX-L...The car was for my wife, and I wanted it to be a surprise...I planned on putting $20,000 down with the remaining at$10,000 financed....My credit score was well into the 800's so I knew I would qualify for Honda's .99% financing......I had my checkbook in hand and was ready to go....First of all, they shuffled me through six different salesmen....They tried to sell me every car EXCEPT a 2012 white accord EX-L.....We drove around all their lots and learned that they didn't have that car there....Of course, their HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics caused them to try and get me signed right away....We made a deal for $20,000 down and $175/mo for 60 months (.99%) including a military discount......We shook hands on that deal and they said they would get the car from another dealer within 45 minutes....Luckily, the thrid salesman hand wrote notes of the above terms.....Of course, the sixth salesman brings me a sales agreement for $280/mo.....After he unsuccesfully tried to convince me why we should change the deal, I began to walk out --- of course, with two of the salesmen begging me to stay and negotiate with them (even after I told them I would not haggle).....Again, they ask "what would it take for us to have a deal?" I told them to honor the original terms --- $20,000 down and $175/mo for 60 months.....After several minutes, the sixth salesman came out and said "we have a deal." They rushed me into a room to start signing papers, but I told them I'd like to see the car first --- they said that I would need to finish the paperwork and I would be able to "examine" the car before I took possession of it (that was nice of them ;-( ).....As the signing person asked for my $20,000 check, I saw the edge of her computer screen....It showed that they moved my financing up to 72 months without telling me.....They also moved me to 2.99% financing from .99% without telling me......I don't know what else to call this other than straight "fraud." However, I did enjoy being called "unreasonable" by the salsemen as I left the lot --- one of the salesmen practically grabbed onto my car as I left....Then the phone calls started by the time I got home....My wife HATES this Honda dealer and has always done business with Penske....I thought I would give Riverside Honda a chance since I live and work in the City of Riverside.....Well, Honey!!!! You were right....I will NEVER do business with Riverside Honda and I will tell everyone to stay away from them.....

AVOID THIS DEALER I received a "new" car with scratches on bumper and fog light housing. The dealer refused to take responsibility for the fog light issue. They lied to American Honda and said that they were unaware of it. But they were. (The vehicle also arrived with extra mileage and trash inside it.) Do yourself a favor. If you live in the Riverside area, buy or repair your car at a more honest dealer, such as SPREEN HONDA in Loma Linda.

Drove to the dealer to buy a new car. As I walked up I asked for a price on a car that was sitting outside a 2012 Honda Civic Si. Sales rep Chris responded "do u even have the credit for that?" and then he walked away to talk to the other sales people. I was seriously offended if it wasn't because I was serious about buying a car I would have walked out. I felt like I was discriminated against because of my age and dress apparel. Keep in mind they're selling Hondas affordable cars not Mercedes or BMWs. So then I was completely ignored I asked the group of sales rep if any one wanted to sell a car and One of them stepped out of the group walked me around with a bs tour of the lot and took me to AJ. As I walked around u can hear the sales reps mocking me because I asked "if any one wanted to sell a car" I was furious. I explained to AJ what happened and he Inderectly said its because my apparel wtf? I pulled out my down payment and asked do I really have to show u this in order for you to take me serious. Thats when he showed me around and picked a car. When the negotiation began they saw I had excellent credit and Julio the manager was apologetic for what I went through but still insisted on insulting me with the offers he was giving me. Finally I didn't buy the car I walked out because there was no way I was going to give them my business. I'm only 22 years old I know I'm going to be buying multiple cars in the near future but never from this dealer ship. FYI I just bought a new 2012 Si and New Civic Ex from different dealer the next day. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! WORST PLACE EVER! TAKE YOUR HARD WORKING $$$$$ ELSEWHERE!

I drove 1 1/2 hours each way because I was told that the model and color I wanted was in stock. When I got there, I was told that it was no longer available (after confirming that it would be there). After requesting to see the manager, I was kept waiting, and finally ignored completely. I then wrote an email to the owner of the dealership, and he ignored me completely. Horrible experience, would recommend to stay away!!

LOWEST QUOTE THROUGH TRUECAR.COM OUT OF 27. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY TRADE IN VALUE. WITH LOW PRICE I COULD AFFORD ALOT MORE OPTIONS. JULIO DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME WHEN I WAS NOT WILLING TO GIVE AN INCH. EDUARDS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WITHOUT HIM I DOUBT I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CR-V THERE. LASTLY, JIMMY B IN FINANCE IS THE GREATEST. HE KNEW HIS JOB VERY WELL, THE ATMOSPHERE THERE VERY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR INTERNET SALES TEAM. WE DROVE 71 MILES AND THE DRIVE WAS WORTH IT.

NEVER work with dealer again. The internet rep Stacy Ybarra quote me a new 2010 Odyssey EX with a very good price. And she also said they only had one in stock, so hurry up. I dropped everything I was doing and drove up immediately with my family from San Diego. When we got there, Stacy did come down to meet with us briefly and confirmed the price she quoted then left. But after test drive, the sales manager Daniel V, who is a complete jerk by the way, told me the price is actually $995 more because they added some coating to protect exterior and interior. Tried to talk to Stacy again. She did not have the guts to meet with me again. She just claimed she did not know which vehicle was added with special coating over the phone. But they only got ONE in stock. While I was there, I also saw the owner almost got physical with two customer. I decided that was enough for me and left.Life experience tells us that car salesman is supposed to play tricks to make more money from you. But this dealer apparently has sunk to a new low by being a plain liar.

They quote me a price on a brand new 2008 accord LX 4 door over the phone. But, when i got there, they change their mind and want more money for it. Very bad attitude from the new car sales manager. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone at all.

First of all, I did NOT buy a car from this dealership. However, when I was asking around for price quotes on the internet, Riverside Honda had the BEST price quote out of 10 dealerships around Southern California. They didn't ask me to come in or the whole "we don't give a price over the internet/phone" line. The quote was quick and low.I would recommend anyone to ask for a price over the internet at this dealership!
