Not pushed into buying something I didn't need or want. First time Hyundai buyer & I like the Santa Fe so far. Salesman was busy but made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I was happy with the overall experience as he got a lot of my information before I artist the dealership!

I'm a 3rd generation buyer of Woodall and they treated me with same respect that they gave my grandmother when she first came in well over 20 years ago. The entire team treated me as if I was their daughter (they knew my father had passed, so I didn't have that critical fatherly advice and support when buying my first car) in making sure that I understood everything and didn't hesitate to answer any and all questions that I had. Everyone on the team possesses the patience and professional courtesy that is needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Mr. Patrick Keene is the absolute best at what he does. He pulled a great selection of vehicles for me to test out and when the bank said that the vehicle I chose wasn't worth financing, Mr. Patrick and the team found a brand new 2016 Hyundai Accent that the bank was willing to finance that was within my budget and offered more benefits that I hadn't even considered!! The team made my entire experience stress free and definitely secured any and all future business of me and my family!!

Our overall experience was great. Everyone treated us in a respectful and timely manner. All of the features were explained in detail. The test drive was not limited to a certain amount of time and the salesman was very knowledgeable.

I called Robert Woodall Hyundai prior to my visit due to the fact that I live out of town. They were great to work with over the phone and helped give me a approximate price on the Elantra that I was interested in as well as a trade-in value of my current vehicle. When I arrived they greeted me by name and had my vehicle out front within minutes for a test drive. This was my first experience purchasing a car and the staff made it as great and stress free as possible!

I enjoyed my visit at Woodall Hyundai. There was no pressure to buy and the salesman was very courteous. The finance manager was very helpful in letting me know about all the options as far as warranties and coverages. They answered all of our questions and reminded us to call if we had any concerns.

Im not a fan of dealerships, and dread the need to go to one and deal with salesmen.This one was a joy to work with, they listened to what I wanted and stuck to that while I looked around. No one was pestering me and beyond the initial greeting and discussion, stayed a respectful distance and allowed me to look until I was ready to go further. I will return to Woodall in the future.

They were very helpful and straightforward with me. I contacted them by phone about a vehicle on the website and they quoted me a price and we were able to come to an agreement over the phone. They had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived that night and all the paperwork ready to be signed. They showed me everything I needed to know about the vehicle even staying way past closing time to get me all setup. I felt like I was the only person in the dealership. I was not rushed. I was offered something to drink while I waited like I was at someone's actual home. The staff was so friendly and their attention to detail was awesome. Every detail of my car was discussed with me. From rebates to oil changes to how to cut on the heated seats, no feature or detail was not shown. Very comfortable environment where everybody smiles...

I was very pleased with the sales person and the dealership with the purchase of my vehicle. Tim took time to find out what I was looking for, and then explained the difference between the different vehicles. Once he knew exactly what I wanted he was able to locate my vehicle at another dealership and have delivered within two working days. I went for an oil change but I left with a new car I am very happy. After I got the oil change I decided to purchase a new car thanks toPatrick Keene. We dicussed the miles on my car and the warrenty. I thought it will be wise to upgrade. Besides I love the Sport with the 2 pipes. I know I made the right decision. It made my ride to the beach just that much enjoyable and II was able to get what my heart desired.

My husband, daughter and I went to the Hyundia dealership in hopes of buying a nice well maintained car with low mileage and relatively new. My daughter had researched the Hyundia and had a couple of cars picked out to drive. The salesman was Tim Crews, he was very nice. He went over the cars and let us test drive the 2 cars that we were interested in. When it came down to talking and getting the final price with the sales manager - Mike - he was somewhat RUDE and had an ATTITUDE. He came off the price $100, yes $100 and we were paying CASH. We had cash in hand and was ready to buy a car for our daughter. My husband told him if he would discount the car $500, we would make a deal. Mike declined the offer. So we left and went to Steve Padgett Honda, boy are we GLAD we did. We walked out with a 2012 Honda Civic EX with very low mileage, super clean and they not only matched the price but discounted the car $500 more. Everything happens for a reason, they were super nice at Steve Padget Honda and they appreciated our business.

I could not be more pleased since I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee back in December. I was getting ready to leave for New York for Christmas and worried my little Honda Civic wouldn't fare to well in the snow. Ross took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my budget. I had been to many other dealers around town and wasn't taken seriously or treated as nicely as I was at Woodall. Randy did an excellent job of making sure the financing worked out to fit my budget and clearly explained to me my options. Once it is time to trade in the Jeep I will be sure to go see Ross again.

Ron did a great job working with us and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He was available to talk with us when we called to ask questions and was always friendly. Twice we have been to Woodall Chevrolet. Both times for new vehicle purchase. Our first experience we worked with Randy Gatewood and we felt he worked hard for us to get the best deal available. We left there happy with a great deal & great Tahoe. So of course when we needed a new car for my husband we went back and asked for Randy Gatewood. Again after many test drives Randy worked very patiently with us and got us great financing & another great deal. The staff was friendly and helped with everything we asked. I recently purchased a 2011 Sante Fe from Woodall. The experience was by far the best I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. I had previously dealt with a dealership in Winston Salem, NC and had visited other dealerships in the Greensboro area. Not one of them had the courteous staff, the knowledgeable staff or even the desire to provide customer satisfaction like Woodall. Ross, the sales person, was so courteous and provided top quality service during the entire transaction. Randy, the finance manager, was also very professional and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend anyone visiting this dealership but to only deal with Ross and Randy.

Last thing I wanted to do was buy a car, but since my beloved '02 was totaled I had no choice. I went to the lot to look at certain cars, with certain colors (I am picky) with dread in my heart. These two gentleman made the whole experience pleasant and fun. Both went out of their way to make me happy - from style, to price, to color and financing - my dread was gone!!
