To be honest, my wife and I were terrified of walking into a used-car dealership. As a young, inexperienced couple, we were skeptical of car salesmen and of the overall car dealership experience. What a pleasant surprise when we met Jesse Bradley. He helped us get the vehicle we were looking for and was very flexible to adjust the price to accommodate our budget. He destroyed every expectation and stereotype of Car salesmen that we held. A overall good experience and we highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I have the worst luck when it comes to picking out cars. So when it was time for me to replace my car we were ready for a smooth talking salesman willing to say whatever it took to make the sale. However, that's not what we got. Jesse Bradley was AMAZING. He found the perfect car for us, with the perfect amount of room for the car seat and camping gear. Everything was smoothly and then of course, Jesse found my husband's dream truck. Needless to say we left with 2 cars that day. I highly recommend Jesse to anyone who wants a reliable salesperson who is willing to jump through hoops to make sure your family is taken care of.

I arrived at the dealership looking to forge the footwork for my wife's new car. I do all the work, she just does the test drive and smiles, haha. Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a name, Tom Blankenship. Trust me, this alone is special. More and more these days people forget how old school values go a long way. As a quick side note, I had already visited 2 dealerships that day with any proper greetings, just a what are you looking for opening line as I approached the Main buildings.I briefly educated Mr. Blankenship and what my wife was looking for and he quickly attended to my needs, including one test drive, and traversing the entire lot in search of potential vehicles. During our time together, not once did Mr. Blankenship press me about my income, job, or ability to pay, nor did he even mention if I wanted to pay cash or finance. He exhibited true professionalism in every way possible. Unfortunately, my wife choose to purchase another vehicle from another dealership, but it was the vehicle that sealed the deal for her, not the customer service. As the dealership we ultimately purchased from, made us feel like another typical number, walking through the door.Even, as I was leaving the dealership and Mr. Blankenship, a Manager approached me and thanked me for my Military Service. Not one mention or ounce of pressure to stay and talk about more vehicles. Though we did not purchase from George Gee this day, I can tell you in the future they have already earned my business if I ever choose a vehicle they are in possession of. I inquired about used Chevy pickups and Greg the sales rep not only answered my questions but offered to drive it and find any issues it may have. He reported back to me and all sounded good. I drove in drove the truck and was allowed to take it to my wife to see. I came back and from start to finish was out of finance and on my way home. They even got my registration! So I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and especially GREG. Oh and did I mention I work at another dealership?

Jessie Bradley at Ribideaux Motors, is a great salesman! He was Honest and truly cared about putting me, my two kids, and pregnant wife in a safe vehicle.I brought in two trade ins and he gave me more for the trade ins then what I was asking, not only that the price starter at $6.9k and was dropped down to $5k.Robideaux motors is great and Jessie Bradley makes that name great in my opinion. Definitely a best experience for me!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience Robideaux Motors and we highly recommend them to anyone.and already have to several friends that are in the market for a new ride! We purchased a used 2008 Yukon Denali that we stumbled across online about a week ago and the whole team at Robideaux Motors was fantastic! Everyone here was happy and friendly and we really got the feeling that they are proud to work for Robideaux Motors. We met with Jesse and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions without the high pressure sales approach we have felt from many other dealerships. We did not have a lot of time due to a prior engagement when we initially went to look at this Yukon and Jesse made every effort he could to provide us with enough information while being cautious of our schedule to make a decision while we were there even though we were planning to come back later or the next day. Jesse really gave us an outstanding buying experience and even made efforts to call us back when we had questions on his day off after we bought it! We worked with Rick for the financing and warranty options and we couldnt have asked to be treated any better than the service and experience he provided us, he gave us the comfort and honest opinions that I would only expect to get only from someone that I have known for years! He was also extremely easy to work with on some of the details with service and minor imperfections that we wanted addressed to the Yukon before we purchased it and we were also very pleased about their offer on our trade of an older Yukon. We were literally at the dealership for slightly over 2 hours from the time we showed up until they time we were driving home and they even arranged for my wife to take our trade vehicle home overnight to make sure we had everything cleared out without being rushed. We also have dealt with Camden in the service department and he has been proficient, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I have heard over the years that this is a great place to buy a vehicle from and glad we made the choice to stop in. We live in Spokane which is about a 30 minute drive past many closer dealerships, but after going through this process with Jesse, Rick & Camden along with everyone else at Robideaux Motors, I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to go see them, it was worth the drive for us and we will be making the drive for services and future vehicles! Brought my Buick Regal in for a GM Factory Recall on the Valve covers, the The whole process took about 2.5 hrs.I left after the recall was performed and Service Mgr. (Jerry) turned off my Low Tire light and My CHange Oil Light.On my way Home Driving the Vehicle started to buck and shake wildly, and the check engine SES light came on. I brought the car back the following morning and had them check the Issue, I waited about an hour and was told that I had a Fuel injector fail on #5 cylinder, the Same area where the front valve cover gasket and grommets were replaced per General Motors Recall Bulletin.The Service Manager Jerry Kelly told me that when I came in the day before that my check engine (SES) light was on "prior to the Recall being performed" I told him he was mistaken.... and that only the low tire and the Change engine oil lights were on, which he turned off, there were no other issues with my vehicle and it was running perfect. he basically told me that I was lying trying to get free service. (It was a recall Jerry...General Motors pay's your dealership) Anyway, I requested a meeting with Jerry and Tim Lee the general Mgr. which we all had over an hour later after waiting.I basically asked Jerry in front of his GM, Jerry If I had a check engine light on , why did you not diagnose the issue and try to sell the repair job to me, is not that your job. he could not answer and got in my face, disrespected me, and told me basically that since my windshield and shifter were broken, that i was a piece of crap and I was a liar. Well, since we as a family have purchased 4 vehicles from this car lot, I trusted them, and they made a common mistake and would not own up to it. so for the price of a single fuel injector, which I had replaced at there competitor, they lost a family lifetime of vehicle purchases and services!Vehicles purchased as a family..... Toyota Rav 4, Ford Focus, Pontiac Bonneville SC, ford f-250, Chevy Astro AWD, and a newer Chevy 1500 4x4.....

For months I have been looking for a nice used car, every time I went to a dealership (which was several) I found that what I saw online is not what was in person. Then when I tried to negotiate our continue to look around I was greeted with a cold shoulder and a salesman who wanted no more to do with me. Then I saw my dream car online at Robideaux motors in Hayden and called Jesse Bradly who is the Internet Sales Manager there and set up an appointment later that day. I arrived there fifteen minutes early and Jesse already had the car out and ready for me to look at and examine. He showed me everything about the car and could answer all the different questions I had for him in a very easy and professional way. Jesse and I then did a little negotiating and he gave me a great deal on my ride and continued to take care of me until I drove off the lot. Never expecting to hear from Jesse or Robideaux again I received a handwritten letter thanking me for the business along with a couple phone calls to make sure the car is running well and I still love it. I would recommend Robideaux motors to anyone looking for a new or used car, but I would insist that they asked for Jesse Bradly once they got there and they too could have the amazing service that I received.

I was thoroughly impressed by how professional and kind the salesman (Jesse Bradley), sales manager (Ryan Schlechte), and finance manager(Rick Roth) were throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was when we got back from the test drive I expected that we would go inside and start the game of going back and forth but to my surprise they were very calm and didn't push me into anything. Most of the dealerships I have been to in search of a car they were very high pressure almost to the point of bending my arm into buying the car. NOT THESE GUYS AT ROBIDEAUX MOTORS. I said I wanted to think on it and they said ok, not a problem. I came back the next day and purchased my car from them. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership. They will not regret it. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is the place to go! They're service department is just as good as their sales staff. Very satisfied.

Most people only write reviews when they are angry, I'm guilty of that too! I used to sell cars for a living so I pretty much know what I am getting into. I went into Robideaux motors and was greeted by a salesman that was extremely helpful and really cared to show me the vehicles that I was interested in and worked out for my budget. He did a great job with out being pushy or anything else we expect. He was very knowledgable about inventory and all the products. This is my first good review I have ever written but he deserves it. "Greg Tiemeyer" was an awesome salesperson, it felt like I was buying from someone I had known for a long time. Thank you for the great experience, I will be back for sure and will tell all my friends and family. If you have had a bad experience in the past, give Greg a try!!

I called the dealership from Las Vegas Nv. They had a 1990 Buick Reatta online with 14,000 miles. Car was described as Like New. I asked about the CarFax and was told the CarFax had nothing negative about the car.I almost sent the money, but decided to check the CarFax myself, CarFax showed the car had been issued a salvage title in 1991 in New Jersey. Car went to Washington where the title was washed and a title issued without the salvage. The dealership had an Idaho title that did not show the Salvage. The dealership is trying to sell this car as a low mileage cream puff and they have a copy of the CarFax showing it had been issued a Salvage title in New Jersey In 1991. This is a fraudulent dealership. Stay away, don't buy here, if you do you will be sorry.

Wow, what can I say about this dealership:It should be a salvage yard, with all the junk cars they sell.all they do is put spitshine and polish on tthe cars. Then send them out on the lot. (BUYER BEWARE) BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU ALONG WITH DEEP POCKETS.....TO PAY FOR ALL THE THINGS WRONG WITH THE CARS!!!!DAY ONE AFTER THE SALE, WIPER PUMP, THAT EVENING HAD TO REPLACE THE FUSES PULLED ,COULDN'T SEE ALL. WARNING LIGHTS.DAY TWO NOTHING BUY EXCUSES AND RUN AROUND. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW ON.DAY THREE, OTHER CAR, WE BOUGHT 2. REAR WINDOW FELL DOWN, (BROKEN)REAR WHEELS MAKING NOISE, AND NOW TRANS IS MAKING NOISE. We submitted information to get a loan they told us it'd take 2 hours to process after 2 and a half hours of waiting and no phone call we went back to see what was going on. Turns out they hadn't even submitted it yet and that we would have to wait 2 MORE HOURS, while we were waiting inside we noticed the guy that was supposed to be doing the paper work was talking, messing around taking his sweet time. Not only was the waiting frustrating we got transferred salesman to salesman. They didn't even act like they wanted out bussiness. I would recommend that NO ONE buy a car from here! Who knows how they treat their "customers" if something goes wrong with the car and we need their help. Worst customer service ever. Wal Mart is better than this.

He didn't hustle or push me to make the sale; he made himself available for questions and appointments, kept in contact with me by telephone, and he was extremely professional in his business dealings with me. I feel that Casey has a bright future with Robideaux Motors and I feel honored to have been his first sale. Additionally, Rick and Ryan were very nice to deal with and were very professional in their interactions with me as well. Rick took the time to visit with me a bit, and made the transaction even more enjoyable with his willingness to interact directly with the customer even though it was Casey's sale. Ryan was very professional and adept at arranging financing, and I enjoyed working with him as well. I would definitely return to Robideaux Motors for another vehicle purchase in the future, and I will recommend the dealership to friends and business associates.

In the past 4 years we have bought 3 cars from Robideaux Motors. Our most recent purchase was in January of this year. When looking for a car, I go straight to Robideaux Motors instead of running around wasting my gas and my time. I do my homework and I know when I walk in, I'm going to be quoted the best price. Every time we have gone to look at cars, everyone is very friendly. We have been greeted with a smile right when we walked in the door. The ladies behind the counter are always pleasant too. I have also dealt with Jerry in the Service Dept. I bring all our cars there to get them serviced. One of the cars had body damage in the front so we put it in the body shop at Robideaux. In less than a week I had my car back, and the front end looked great. I would highly recommend this Dealership.

SOLD TRUCK WE WERE TRYING TO GET FINANCED FOR AND DIDNT EVEN TELL US!!!My husband and I test drove a truck on Monday and loved it. We wanted to get financed for the truck but it was late on Monday so Ryan (their finance guy) said he would call the banks first thing Tuesday and get back to us. We didnt hear anything from Ryan so finally on Wednesday my husband called and was told Ryan was with a cutomer and would call him back. Friday came around and still not having heard from Ryan my husband goes to the dealership. Ryan tells my husband he's having a hard time getting him financed but he's still working on it and will give us a call on Monday.Finally fed up with no phone calls returned,call Ryan myself and suggest putting me on the loan as a co applicant to see if it would be easier to get financed. Ryan says sure that would probably help, I'll look into it and give you a call by 5pm. An hour after I got off the phone with Ryan I go online to see what year the truck is that we were wanting to get and their website says that the truck has been SOLD.I get back on the phone with the dealership at 2pm ask for Ryan and am told he went home for the day. Asked the gentlemen I was speaking with when that truck was sold and he said Saturday. So not only was Ryan gone for the day and obviously not going to call me back at 5pm like he said, but the truck sold 2 days ago and he didnt even tell me the 2 times that we talked to him today.Basically he wasn't having a hard time getting my husband financed, he sold the truck to someone else and couldn't even be profesional enough to say that.

We found a used vehicle at Robideaux Motors on a Friday at 5pm. Tom (salesman) was pleasant through the entire negotiation process. Car was overpriced but my husband did get the price down and negotiated some repairs (body/interior work). Purchase was contingent on our own mechanic checking out the vehicle. At the time of purchase, we requested the service records for the vehicle since they had done most of it for the previous owner. For some reason or another, records were not produced although we continued to request them. We made it very clear to Ryan (financing) that we were pre-approved through our credit union. Rep name, number, and email provided to Ryan and he promised to call on Monday. We walked out with Ryan and Tom. The car we drove there was blocked in and we could not find a way out. Ryan and Tom were already gone so we had to make a second trip from Spokane to Coeur d'Alene the next day to get it. When we told them what happened, they said they would put gas in the purchased vehicle but we couldn't get that done. Seems people make promises but if they are not right there you do not get the service. The following Monday afternoon, I found that Ryan had yet to call my credit union. I called Ryan to explain that I was leaving town the next day for a conference and the financing needed to be completed w/the bank before I left or nothing would get done until I returned. Ryan was insistant that we needed to go through the dealer center. I told him we wanted to go through the credit union as I had expressed before, during, and after the contract signing process. I spoke to several managers and assured me that they would destroy the contract and we would go through my bank which was offering lower interest and a shorter contract period. I left on Tuesday and, upon my return, found Ryan had run the financing through the dealer center, not my credit union. Robideaux does not listen to their customers. I felt I was lied to and stated such. They only care about getting paid as quickly as possible. Which would seem to show that repeat business is not a priority. As the customer purchasing the vehicle, I felt I was very clear with regards to the manner in which we intended to pay. Had they just done what I had asked, they would have been paid a day sooner. What they did was very underhanded. After all this, we still needed to have the repairs done. Had it not been part of our purchase contract, we would have gone somewhere else. We were determined to hold them to this part of the agreement. We were told at purchase that the Service Dept. would call us. Almost three weeks later, we did get the vehicle in due to our persistent calling. It is obvious they are glad to see us go. The staff did not acknowledge us once the vehicle was purchased and we returned for the promised repairs. They saw us but just walked by as if we weren't there. We were terribly bothered by the fact that nobody takes responsibility. All we heard was, "That is not me, that is service - or financing - or body shop. We were transferred all over the place and treated as if we were a nuisance. When we asked for anything that we were promised that we had not received yet, it was like, "You have your car what more do you want?" We will NEVER do business with Robideaux Motors again. They provided HORRIBLE customer service and, after this initial experience, we feel they cannot be trusted.

Did not call back as promised and kept car two days. Called them 3 times and each time they promised to call back. And did not. Very poor business in a competitive car repair market. Will not go back. Unprofessional!

The salesman was condescending and insulting to me and tried using intimidation tactics on my wife. They gave us a lot of promises, that all conveniently fell through when we went to sign the papers. They tried selling us a lemon that was far overpriced, and lied blatantly about certifying used vehicles saying that GM wouldn't allow them to certify an 09 Pontiac Vibe. We consulted later with GM themselves and other GM dealers to learn that there were probably too many things broken on the car to certify it, so they lied to get out of it. They also had to put thousands of dollars of repairs and maintenance into the car we were looking at, but conveniently none of the repairs made it to the carfax or vehicle maintenance reports. We didn't learn about it until we started asking a lot of questions. If you decide to go with this dealer, research everything they tell you. I'm glad we got out of there before we were taken advantage of. I had a very bad experience.
