Wow, Carrie Atkinson was my sales rep. She knows the business of car buying. I’ve been purchasing cars for a while now. I have to say this surpasses all of my car buying experience. Very happy with our new Jeep Wrangler! Carrie Atkinson went the extra mile exploring our trade in options with both of our vehicles. We were very happy with the trade in money we received. So happy I was referred to Carrie Atkinson-Tuttle because she was absolutely awesome! She helped me turn in my old Jeep for a new Jeep! She made sure my wants and needs were met for my new lease. I went and bought a used truck from here and the salesman Dave Howell was very helpful and easy to talk to. What really impressed me was when I made a mistake with the payment and this dealership went ahead and called my bank and got me new financing quickly and I got the same loan that my bank originally gave me. They could've easily taken advantage of my situation and they didn't. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy/lease a car.

SO HAPPY! Thank you to Al in the service department and Ed in the body shop and the whole team. Made the insurance claim work such an easy process. The Dodge Ram looks perfect and rides better than before. Couldn’t be happier with the work complete and our choice to go to this shop.

In January of 2015 I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 with 16000 miles for $22,000 and was issued a car fax report that showed no accidents so I bought the car. Now here it is 20 months later I only put 15000 miles on the car and when I went to turn it for my dream car they now said the car has been in an accident prior to my purchase and the vehicle is worth less than half what I paid them for it. I'm usually pretty good judge of character but I was definitely misled by them into believing that I was getting a premium product and paid a premium price only to find out it was just a hustle to make money. I WILL NEVER TO BE BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! and I would NOT advise any one else to do business with them either!!!!!!!!!

Paid $75 for service to tell me whine when going over 25 mph was left rear bearing. Paid to over $300 to have left rear wheel bearing replaced. When I drove it home, the whine was still there. Took it back in, and they said it was the right rear wheel bearing and the tires. I declined because I felt they were guessing. No one even checked to see the noise was fixed the first time. They took no ownership of the problem not being addressed the first time and that they appear to be guessing about what is going to fix my vehicle.

Because of people like Gary Sizemore and Buzz Jackson at Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge who are full of crap and do NOT know how to deal with loyal customers, I am being forced to pay extra money out of my pocket and take a credit score hit for their dishonesty and mistakes. After I returned a lease vehicle and agreed on a new one with an understanding that they would cover the remaining cost and fees on returned lease, I still received a notification for final return lease bill. They said not to worry about it because their paperwork was still catching up and that Id only needed to be responsible for the new lease payments. 5 months later, I had received another 2nd notification that the final return lease bill was still unpaid and immediately contacted the dealer again. Now theyre telling me that it was an honest mistake and theres not much they can do because theres nothing in writing. I have leased multiple vehicles from this dealership and never once seen a return for new lease deal in writing. This is unacceptable and bad business ethics. I will no longer go to this dealership for anything and warn others to stay away.

Worst experience with a dealership. Made a 7:30 appointment 2.5 weeks ago to get my power door fixed on a T and C and an oil change, no one calls me the part was available and wants to leave it overnight for an oil change. Almost 2-weeks go by and no one calls me, however, oil is leaking over my new driveway. Call and make an appointment for the oil leak and ask about the part, no one knows, so I make a 7:30 appointment for yesterday. I get a call at 5:15 telling me the part just came in and they fixed the oil filter housing...I have to keep it overnight so they can get to it first thing. I call them at 10:30 to ask what time I could pick it up. Oh guess what?? Steve tells me the parts van just showed up and it wont be ready until at least 3. I will not recommend this dealership, nor will I purchase a new car from them when my lease is up. I contacted the dealership to speak to a manger yesterday but still no call.

Do not take your car to get service at this dealership! I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 about 2yrs ago at this dealership. Sales experience was good. Service is ridiculously poor since I bought the car. Service advisors are unfriendly, don't ever smile, act bothered that you need them to help you fix your car, wont try to help you, will tell you they are too busy to help you, etc. If you fill out the little survey card they leave in your car, the service manager will call you and ream you out for not giving good survey feedback. Very unprofessional. The call from him was all about HIM and nothing to do with my concerns. He said nothing to help the situation get better for my future visits. I then told him I guess I need to take my business elsewhere and he said "Okay, you probably should," He seriously didn't care to lose me as a customer.I will never walk back into this dealership. Although, I live in the same city, I will drive elsewhere to get my car serviced.I was warned by a friend who said they only pretend to give you an oil change, but really don't. I should have taken that as a warning sign.

Made an appointment to have my 2014 Jeep patriot looked at due to engine light being on. I was told to bring my vehicle in A week later from the time that I called. Obviously there's no urgency when it comes to this dealership. When arriving to dealership at 2 PM due to being unable to get out of work was told they wouldn't be able to look at my car until the next day and wanted me to leave it with no consideration of my need of transportation to get home nor while my vehicle was sitting at the dealership. Running my own business I am unable to be without a vehicle so being unbelievably unhappy with how they went about accommodating my needs I simply declined service and told them I would take it to a dealership that could. I would not recommend anybody using Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep dealership until their employees learn how to accommodate their customers needs.

Tonight was another great experience!!! Last December I leased a new truck and tonight my wife and I purchased a new Town & Country. Over the last 30 years I have purchased/leased many vehicles from quite a few dealerships and by far my experience at this dealership has been nothing less than outstanding and stands above the rest. I have and will continue to refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Dave Scott (best and most honest car salesman I have ever done business with).

Attempted to get the car serviced after owning it for only 2 months - it was certifeid used, meaning RHCJD would have done a complete once over and dubbed the vehicle top notch. How ever I had to pay out of pocket AND take it to another delaership bc my pruchase dealership claims to have been too busy to assist me. I think it had more to do with the fact that they sold me a sub-parr vehicle and did not want to accept responsibility for it. I like my money back for the "certified" service work I had to pay for.

I went in dealer to look around, and John Silisavge greeted us with pure kindness and professionalism. I was not sure what I wanted, nothing really, cuz I just had a few questions. John was very knowledgeable about his product, he made me realize I needed a Ram. He treated me great and made me feel comfortable, making sure I had water, even gave me some of snacks on his desk. He did not preasure me at all. he worked with his manager to get me the bet price on a $ 60,000 Ram 2500. I will refer anyone and all my employees to john for all cars! Thank you John, you are a true professional, as your awards say! I will be back soon to get dauughter car for her, and I will see john

Lied to by Ryan Evans ...1. Stated he was a purchasing manager for trade in vehicles. - Fact: He is a regular sales person2. Told over the phone that I was guaranteed AT LEAST auto trader trade in value - Fact: Was offered 4k less when I arrived at the dealer.Poor service overall. I am not sure how they stay in business acting like this. Went to Golling after my wasted day at Rochester and was very please by the service. Not only did Golling give me the auto trader value that was guaranteed, they gave me 1,000 more!Golling moves about twice the inventory that Rochester does, so they can work with you more on price.Thanks again for wasting my Saturday Ryan!

The service and sales persons are all extremely friendly. Its like a family and you are treated like family. I have serviced my Chrysler products at Roch Hls CJDR for over 20 years and I have never had to return because the issue was not fixed. Their collision shop does impeccable work. I highly recommend Roch Hls CJDR.

I have had few repairs on my 2000 Chrysler 300 m. Couple of minor accidents. My battery did need to be replaced after 5 years. Rather than go to the dealership. (we all know how the dealer rips everyone off) lol. I went to Sears, bought the biggest battery with the extended warranty etc. since I wouldn't be driving it for months at a time after retiring, Having the sears battery replaced every year for 4 years in a row the mechanic insisted the problem was my alternator tested defective. I almost had it fixed there. Instead I brought my car to the dealership. They told me the alternator was fine and there was a bad cell in the battery. Went back to sears and complained to the manager. They unwrapped a new one and my husband watched them put it in. This one lasted about 3 years. When it came time to replace it I went to the dealership for a new one. I got a battery with the same warranty for about 2/3 what I was charged at sears for one. Since I have had brakes put on by them. They were much more reasonable than any local mechanic. I have 100% trust in the service I've received. I am in Hot Springs Arkansas now and my poor 13 year old sweetie won't start. Looks like I will have to go to the local Chrysler dealer for service. If I felt safe making the trek back to Mi for it I would. Guess it is time for a new vehicle. If the service is nearly as good as I received at Rochester Hills I will probably buy it here. If not I will find a way back to buy the new one there. They didn't get the 5 stars for nothing! I am still getting 31 mpg on this one, but you can't expect any vehicle to last forever. I am sorry if you had a bad experience. I am sure it was a isolated incident that was addressed without the customer present. I am only posting this as a defense for a business that has deserved my loyalty. Wish they were closer.

i brought my minivan in for an oil change before leaving on vacation. i was told that it was time for a rotation of the tire on my town and country. i told them to go ahead and do it. i left on vacation and i had a flat tire on i-75. i went to change my tire only to find out i couldn't break the lug nuts loose. i tried and tried until my lug wrench broke. i called road service and they couldn't break then loose either. my minivan was towed to a repair shop and they tried to remove the lug nuts and they couldn't remove them either. they continued to try and the wheels studs broke off. i had them check to other 3 wheels and found all of the lug nuts too tight. i told them to remove the nuts and tighten correctly so if i had a another flat the same thing wouldn't happen. 11 of the 20 wheel studs broke and the repair shop told me that all of the studs and nuts should be replaced because they were over tightened. when the repair shop inspected the wheels 2 of the wheel were found to have splits at the lug holes and had to be replaced. i returned to rochester hills chrysler to complain and the service advisor matt huggins he said to me "what did you do". i told him what had happened and he assured me it wasn't the fault or rochester hills chrysler. he told me that the lug wrench in minivans are cheap pieces of junk, the other repair shop didn't know how to remove lug nuts, and i must have damaged the wheels myself. i continued to complain and i was told to get my piece of crap minivan out of their service lane and don't come back there again. don't worry i won't there too many chrysler dealers where i can get repairs. as a chrysler employee i want the public how bad this dealership is.

Took car in for minor warranty work. Service Tech advised I needed brakes all around. (said to be 100% gone) Took my car to another mechanic and found to have 50% life remaining on the brakes. Returned to the dealer, service manager affirmed the tech had lied, and is "very sorry" this happened. He reprimanded the tech (ya think?) and offered a "free oil change" for my trouble WOW... I'm impressed...NOT!In the interest of upselling service items, customers are being taken advantage of unknowingly. Do not take your car here for service.

After having my car for an entire day, the two problems noted for repair were not fixed!!This was the second time the roof needed to be adjusted - again, an excuse from service. When I told Steve the problem was worse then he was trying to sell me he remarked with a smart mouth comment.I phoned his manager and he offered me a free rental to return the car next week.When I picked my car up tonight, I noticed the latch on the console was still sitting on my car seat. Problem number 2 never fixed.I called the cashier when I got home to ask her to review what was done and she said a part had to be ordered for the console and Steve should have told me. Again, Steve failed his job.I called another dealer in the area and spoke to the parts department. I gave him the part number written on my receipt as I was turning my service over to them - low and behold the original service department ordered the wrong part!! He said they ordered the entire console - and it comes without a latch...the part I needed!!!!!This is a horrible service dealership. The Steve's of the world are a constant stain on customer service. And it has to make one wonder why the likes of his intelligence level are rewarded with a job!!
